"You guys go on ahead," Tamao helped Kazue dry off her hair, "I think the girls and I'll stay here for the rest of the day."

Isamu nodded, heading off with Bunta and Hoizumi to the fourth floor.

Hikari brought over a towel for Shiori.

Hikari sat behind Shiori, "Do you want me to untie your braid?"

Shiori nodded, handing Hikari her braid.

They sat there, Hikari untying Shiori's braid in silence. It wasn't necessarily awkard but it wasn't exactly comfortable either.

"There we go!" Hikari cheered, letting Shiori's hair fall to her shoulders.

"...Thanks," Shiori stated, messing with the tips of it. They both sat there awkwardly.

"How strong are you?" Shiori turned around to face Hikari, finally speaking up.

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"I mean, you picked up Shibata-kun earlier easily," Shiori explained, "And he's a football player. An American one at that."

"That's stereotypical of you," Hikari muttered, "And he's only half American."

"Eh."

Hikari rolled her eyes, "To answer your question, I had to learn self defense because of, well, my talent."

"What happened?"

"Some guys tried attacking me."

"That's it?"

"What do you mean that's it?"

"I mean, I thought they would've tried raping you."

Hikari sighed, "Well, you're not wrong."

"Oh."

"The only reason I wasn't, you know, was because my parents owned the resturant. I was the one taking out the trash when those people attacked me, so after I didn't come back inside after a while, my brother went to check on me, and well. You can guess what happened."

Hikari and I spent the rest of the morning talking while I dried my hair.

Hikari and I grew a little closer today.

Kazue walked over, "Um, it's kinda time for lunch."

The two females on the ground nodded and followed her back to where Bunta was making some salads.
