Katsushi presented his reasoning first.

"The body was found in his room!"

"Doi-chan!"

"Just because the body was found there doesn't mean he was killed there."

"The knife was in his room!"
Hikari retorted.

"Shinsato-kun!"

"The knife could've been moved."

"Wasn't there blood on the ground?" Chiyo asked.

"Kawashima-chan!"

"There was actually no blood in his room, excluding the body."

"What about the stool?"
Hitoshi placed a finger on his cheek.

"Hamada-kun!"

"The stool could've been placed there purposefully."

"The note made him go to the gym! After that, they lured Tsuchida to his room!" Sadako exclaimed.

"Sawada-chan!"

"Wouldn't it be more reasonable for Daiki to be killed in the gym after being lured by the note?"

"There's no evidence that the murder took place in the gym." Ahiru commented.

"I got it!"

"On the contrary, there is plenty of evidence that it took place in the gym!"

"This is our answer!"

The podiums slowly lowered back down to the ground.

Hikari sighed in relief.

"So we all agree that he was killed in the gym with the knife and the cut across his neck!" Tamao stated.

"I'm afraid I have to disagree with that!"

ARGUE

Huh?

"Kawashima-chan?" Tamao questioned underneath her breath.

Mayumi glanced towards Tamao, "How do you know he was killed with the cut on his neck? What if he was killed using the cuts on his wrists, taken to his room, then the killer slit his neck to throw us off?"

Both of their podiums rose up in time the air, facing each other.

Tamao waved at Monokuma, "Hate to be asking you, but can you pull up the picture I took of Tsuchida-kun's wrists?"

The TVs lowered, screen showing Daiki's wrists.

"If you see here, there is little to no blood, which wouldn't be possible if the blackened slashed his wrists while he was still alive. However if they slashed his wrists while he was already dead, the amount of blood shown here would be plausible." Tamao explained, waving her hands in exaggerated motions.

Mayumi nodded, "I understand now. I think we can now claim your theory as truth."

"So how about we discuss how they transported the body?" Sadako suggested.
