Several days has passed and I was now sitting on top of Tora, who was in his beast form as we waited outside the village as Rio talked to his father.

"Don't worry cub, I'll look after the village while your gone" his father said making Rio nod.

"Alright, we'll be back in a few days or a week at most" Rio said before leaving. He then looked at me, and then at the other females.

"We'll be leaving now, the earlier we go the better. We can't risk anything happening to the females so they will be at the center all the time, her mates will form a circle around her while the single males guard the back" Rio said making the others nod.

"The other single males and mated ones will be with me in the front, make sure to have at least one flying male near a female just in case something happens" Rio said making some of the males nod.

After making sure that all females we're in the middle, including me, we set off. "I wonder what the Blackwood city looks like" I mumbled to myself as I stared off at the distance, feeling a bit excited to at least explore a new city, a new place.

"The competition won't really be that long right?" I asked Calvin who was walking besides Tora. "No it won't so don't worry little mate" he said as he reached out a hand and ruffled my hair a bit.

"Hey! I just combed that!" I huffed with a pout making him and Lucas who was on my right chuckle. Even Tora who was in his tiger form let out a small snort making me pout more.

I then looked back, seeing that Archie, Kali and Kei were there. "I hope nothing will happen to my cubs back at the village" I sighed and remembered that we temporary left the three of them at Serenity's house since she wasn't planning on going this time.

"Don't worry, I'm sure they will keep them safe. It won't take us long okay? And it could be more dangerous for them if we bought them" Lucas said, trying to reassure me.

"M'kay" I nodded ky head, still wondering about how my cubs were doing now even though it hasn't been even more than five minutes since we left the village.

'Is this how single mothers would feel when they leave their kids at a daycare or something for work back at my world?' I thought with a sigh.

'I pray to goddess that nothing will happen to them' I thought before looking at the front, seeing my three other mates. Carlos, Rio and Xavier.

'I wonder how long will it take us to get there' I thought we kept a moderate speed. With a small sigh, I just looked around, trying to free my mind off of things and tried to enjoy the scenery of the trees, bushes that had berries in them, flowers and animals that show up every now and then.

A day and a half has pass, and the sun was now setting down the horizon when we finally arrived at the gates of Blackwood city. "Woah, it's bigger and more beautiful than I thought" I muttered out as Calvin stepped forward along with Rio and talked with the guards.

Seeing that Calvin was with them, the guards didn't really give a second thought and just let us in. 'Ohh, Calvin must be very well known around here' I thought as I stared in amazement when we were inside the city.

It was bustling with all kinds of activity, just like a festival. Many merchants were selling all kinds of goods. Ranging from foods like cooked meat, vegetables, fruits and other food I haven't seen before to all kinds of materials.

There were firewoods, probably the flavoered one. The one they use to flavor meat here when they regularly roast it without any herbs or anything.

"Wow" I muttered as Calvin suddenly picked me up and Tora shifted back into his human form and quickly tied a cloth to his lower part.

"We should look for a place to stay at for now. The competition will begin in two days" Calvin said making us all nod. "Let's just use my old den at the fox king's territory for now. That way we won't be paying or wasting any crystals for the rent" Calvin said which just made us nod again.

We then began walking towards where his old den was, but I couldn't help the feeling that countless eyes were on us, well on me. It just didn't come from the males but also the females and some were practically glaring at me.

"Um.. Is there something on my face? Or is there something wrong with the clothes I'm using? I can understand the gazes from the males but not the females who are practically glaring at me right now" I muttered as I looked around and indeed confirmed several females, both whole and half beast, were glaring at me.

"Hm? Well because I'm your mate. Several females in the city want me to be their mate but I refused. Plus the fact that you are a whole female and have two other six star males so of course they would be jealous" Calvin said with a hint of pride when he said he was my mate.

"Oh well alright then" I shrugged and continued to look around the stalls we pass by, ignoring all the stares.

"Do you wanna go look around later? And maybe buy things that you want? You have enough crystals after all" Tora said making me nod.

Minutes later of walking, the crowd became a little less and soon, we found ourselves near a stone castle. "Woah, pretty" I muttered as Calvin walked up the guards who were standing near the entrance of the castle territory.

"Calvin! It's good to see you back" A tiger beastman said before he noticed me in Calvin's arms. "Ah, I see you found yourself a mate" he said and looked at me and I gave a polite smile and wave.

"Yes I did, and it was very lucky that she also has Archie as one of her mates" Calvin spoke making both of the guards perk up at the mention of his name.

"Archie? Is he here?" He said and Archie then walked towards us. "Hello brother" Archie greeted making me look at him and Calvin in shock.

"They're our younger brothers from another mate of our mother" Calvin explained making me nod. "We'll catch up on talking later, for now our mate needs rest so I'll be heading back to my den and maybe visit the king later" Calvin said and walked pass them before they can utter a word.

My other mates just followed behind, looking around and staying close to me. "I'm hungry" I mumbled making Carlos stop.

"I'll go hunt some food for you, I'll be back in a bit okay? Don't worry as soon as I get you something to eat I'll come back okay?" He said as he patted my head before leaving.

"Calvin? Archie? It's a surprise to see you two here" I heard somebody say and I can feel Calvin stop and turned around.

'Oh fuck, his handsome. And hot' I thought in surprise as I looked at the male standing not far from us.

From what I can tell he was a fox beastman with white hair and blue eyes. "Fox king, it's good to see you again" both Calvin and Archie said making me blink in surprise.

'His the fox king?' I thought and blinked in surprise as I stared at him. Probably feeling my stare, he looked at me making me look away. "And I see you have found yourselves a mate" he said and I can feel his gaze linger at me for a few moments before turning his attention back to Archie and Calvin.

"Yes, and she is also the mother of my three cubs" Archie said proudly, puffing his chest a bit. 'Having your female bear your cubs must really be a great deal for the males' I thought with a smile as Calvin patted my head.

"I'm guessing your gonna stay at your den until the contest arrvies in two days?"  The fox king asked and they both nodded. "Well I hope you enjoy your stay here" the fox king said as he looked at me.

"Thank you" I said with a small smile which made him blink in surprise as he looked at me before looking away. "I will see you around" he said before turning around and leaving.

"Soo, you want him or no?" Calvin asked after a few minutes which me let out a small chuckle. "Of I do, that was my original goal in the first place" I said as we continued walking back to his den.

"I hope Carlos comes back quickly. I wanna go look around after I eat" I said, feeling a bit giddy and excited about having to look around the city.

"Don't worry little mate, he'll be back in a few minutes so just rest for now okay?" Tora said with a chuckle as he looked at me.

"Alright, fine" I said with a pout which just made them chuckle. "Just wait here for now, we'll tidy up here" Calvin said as he handed me to Lucas.

He then went inside his den, along with Tora, Kei and Archie. "I wonder what Carlos will bring" I mumbled to myself as I leaned on Lucas chest.

We then just waited for then to tidy up things inside and it didn't take before we finally settled inside.

"Alright then! Let's enjoy our stay here!" I cheered as Lucas put me down and I went to expect the house.

I was so tired yesterday and forgot to publish this chapter (>︿<｡)
