"How long will the other females stay here?" I asked making Rio think for a moment. "About two weeks or so" Rio answered making me nod as I layed down on the bed.

"Hmm, the drizzle season festival of Blackwood city is nearing" I muttered out loud making my mates look at me. "Your gonna go there right?" Archie said making me nod.

"Yeah, after all Cassie is gaining more and more mates" I answered with a sigh. "Fucking protagonist" I cursed out making some of my mates chuckle.

"Don't worry now Sera, even if she did have more mates than you, you still have two.. Well 3 six star beast with you if you accept Calvin.

And that wolf earlier is a five star beast, he'll be a great addition to the family" Tora said making my mates look at me with a raise brow.

"What wolf?" Carlos asked as he went to me with a pout. "Pfft dammit why are all of you being so cute?" I asked with a chuckle as Carlos layed down besides me before Rio can.

"Damn snake" Rio muttered as he sulked in the corner. "What Tora mean is the new wolf from earlier" I said making them nod.

"Ah, the brown wolf" Xavier said and I hummed in response. "Nooo, Sera are you gonna replace me?" Kei whined as he dashed towards me and layed down on the other side before Archie can.

"Dammit, looks like I'm sleeping near your legs again" Archie muttered as he shifted into his beast form and layed down near my feet.

"Ehh? Pfft who said I'm gonna replace you?" I chuckled as I reached out and ruffled his hair. "Doesn't mean I'm planning on accepting or taking a new wolf mate I'm gonna replace you" I said making him snuggle more to me.

"Didn't I tell you all? It doesn't matter how many mates I have. I will still love you all, equally. Our time spent might not be that same as always but it doesn't mean I love you less" I said as I looked at them with a smile.

"We know that" Tora said as he sat down above my head and lifted my head a bit so it can rest in his lap.

"No matter how many mates you'll take in the future. We'll always be here for you, having you is already enough for us" he said as he began to gently comb my hair with his fingers.

"Oii snake, I want that spot. Let's fight for it" Xavier said making Carlos glare at him. "Fine" Carlos hissed as he sat up and stared at Xavier.

"Rock, Paper, Scissor shoot!"

"Rock, Paper, Scissor shoot!"

Both of them said which almost made me laugh out loud as I saw who won.

Xavier : ".... "

Carlos : ".... "

"Pffft hahaha" Xavier laugh as Carlos glared at him but soon moved away and Xavier happily layed down by my side while Carlos went to the corner with Rio to sulk.

"My poor babies" I chuckled as I stared at both of them. "This isn't fair" Carlos grumbled underneath his breath which made the other males laugh.

"Better luck next time, now come here and sleep you two" I said as I felt Kei snuggle up to me more. "Sleep well little mate" I heard Tora and Lucas say this before I closed my eyes and quickly fell into a deep sleep.

The next morning, I woke up due to the small paws of my cubs tapping on my face. Letting out a soft groan, I slowly opened my eyes and saw my cubs.

"Good morning my babies" I let out a soft chuckle as I sat up and rubbed my eyes before stretching a bit. "Where's your father cubs?" I asked as I looked around, finding none of my mates.

The three of them meowed and roared at me but I couldn't understand what they were saying so I just stood up and went to the door.

And just I was about to open it, my cubs anxious cries made me stop. "Is there a problem cubs?" I asked as I lowered my hand that was about to open the door.

They hurriedly nodded and I went back and just sat down on the fur bed. 'I wonder what happened, there doesn't seem to sounds of fighting or anything like that' I thought as I tried to listen outside for anything.

Just then, the door burst open and Kei, Kali and Lucas stood there. But what I saw almost made my heart drop, the three of them were covered in blood.

"What happened to you?!" I anxiously asked as I stood up and was about to rush to them when Lucas reassured me.

"It's fine, this blood is not ours. There's just a group of rootless beast outside the village. We didn't expect them to be so many but luckily they were all one or two star beast" Lucas said and the other two immediately agree.

"And the others?" I asked as I fiddled with my fingers. "They're fine, and it seems that Rio might break through his fourth star" Lucas said with a smile and I sighed in relief.

"Go wash yourself and come back here, I'll cook breakfast today and I don't want anyone to argue" I said when I saw Kei was about to say something.

"Alright, there's some deer and lamb meat since Carlos hunted it earlier today before the fight broke out" Kali said making me hum.

"Alright, now I'll just call when Breakfast is ready alright?" I asked and they nodded. "Ah, but you need help in cutting the meat" Kei said making me nod.

"That's right, that's why go and hurry up. Go wash yourselves, shoo" I shooed them away and watched as they rushed out to quickly wash themselves.

'Now before that, let's clean these first' I thought as I stared at the small droplets of blood in the doorway and probably on the stairs and front door too.

"Cub no, don't" I said as I saw Dos curious eyeing the blood on the floor. "Stay in this room and don't touch those blood drops okay? It's dirty and we don't know which beastman it came from" I said and watch as my cubs obediently sat at the bed.

I then went down stairs to find a rag and some water. 'Good thing I asked Tora to make me a little bigger stone bowls I can carry' I thought and scooped up some water from the water tub that we had in stored in the kitchen.

I then quickly went to work, wiping every area that had blood in them, from the doorway of the bedroom till I reached the front door.

"There, finally finished" I huffed and went to clean my hands. "Ah, I should have asked them to fetch me some water to bathe in later" I mumbled before sighing.

"Hmm, maybe I'll just fry the lamb meat and just roast the deer meat" I muttered as I looked at the meat in front of me. "Oh! Eggs!" I smiled when I saw that there were some short bird eggs.

"Hm, well fried lamb meat with eggs sounds nice. And I'll just drizzle some honey in the deer meat once it's done" I nodded to myself and began preparing the things I needed.

'Should I scramble the eggs?' I thought before shrugging and went to grab a stone bowl and cracked three of the eggs.

"Sera, we're back" I heard Lucas called out making me peek from the kitchen. "Hey, can you help me cut the meat now?" I asked with a smile.

He and Kali quickly went to help me while Kei went upstairs to watch over the cubs. "The others are at the river, they'll probably be here any minute now" Kali informed me and I hummed in response.

"Kali, can you start the fire?" I asked and he quickly went to start the fire while Lucas quickly finished cutting the meat.

"Thanks for the help you two. I'll call you once I'm done here" I said and they both nodded before going to the living room. "Just call us when you need something" Lucas said making me nod.

"So.. How is it? I hope it's not burnt or something. I'm not really good at cooking and my skill is just average but I don't wanna bother you all. Especially when you just came back earlier from fighting" I said as I looked at my mates eating.

"It taste good, don't worry little mate" Tora said as he reached out to ruffle my hair. "And oh yeah! Congratulations on gaining your fourth star Rio, you did a good job on gaining another star" I said as I watch Rio beam at me.

'Pfft.. Yeah, looks like Kei influenced him too much' I mentally chuckled and continued eating.

"Oh yeah, Archie? Where's your brother?" I asked making Archie shift his attention to me. "At his temporary den probably, why?" He asked making me smile slightly.

"Can you go there later and tell him I accept him" I said and he nodded before finishing his food and then quickly left.
