As I was looking at some furs a leopard beastman was selling, we heard a scream and an angry female marching our way.

"There she is father! She's the one who took the male I like!!" The same female earlier said as she was followed by a frowning and tired looking fox beastman.

"Belle, the village chief explained to me earlier that he already has a female he like. That was why I was stopping you earlier" the female's, or rather Belle's, father sighed as he looked at his female cub.

"Your suppose to be on my side! Not hers! I'm telling mother about this!" Belle stomped away, followed by eleven worried males who glared at me when they glanced back.

I can hear my own mates began growling and I stopped them. "Now now, we don't want to raise the commotion as it already has" I said and gestured around to see several males and females looking at us.

As it was quite boring in the beast world, anything interesting would quickly catch a males or females attention. Especially when it comes to fights between males or females.

I sigh as I rub my forehead before I heard someone clearing their throat. I turned my attention back to Belle's father.

"I'm sorry about my female cub, she acted spoiled because she was the only whole female in our village before it got attack so she was used to have many males fawning over her. She was used to have all the males she wanted back at the village" he said as he gave a small bow.

"I hope you won't kick her out of here" he said making me shake my head. "It's alright, rest assured that I won't have Rio kicking her out, unless she caused trouble around the village" I said and turned back to the furs I was looking at earlier.

"How much was this again?" I asked as I touched the fur. It seemed soft and fluffy but also silky at the same time.

"One small crystal for two of these" he motioned to the furs in my hands. I looked at my males then back at the fur.

Tora smiled and took a small crystal that was the size of my finger and handed it to the leopard beastman who looked happily and gave me the furs I wanted.

We continued to looked around more until I saw what seemed to be another peacock beastman.

But his looks were completely different from Rio who looked like typical peacock with green and blue feathers. This one was a pure white peacock and sharp blue eyes.

'Shot his beast from if amazing' I blinked as I watch him perch on one of the many branches.

I looked away before he can even looked at my direction and continued to look around at the fruits the beast men were selling.

Some of them I can recognize, but mostly I don't. Like there was this apple looking fruit, but it was golden in color and has some pretty but weird markings on its top.

"That's a topple fruit, it's a bit sweet and a little spicy at the same time. But it's very well balanced in taste. It came from one of the northern parts I assume" Rio said as he saw me looking at the fruit.

"Oh alright, can you buy me one? I wanna try it" I said which earned a nod from them. "What else do you want?" Tora asked making me look at the fruits again.

"Those grapes, and apples" I pointed at the only fruits I know and just ignored the weird looking fruits, although I was quite curious on how they tasted.

"Alright" Tora nodded and bought about ten each of the fruits I just pointed out. "I don't need that many, it didn't cost you too much right?" I asked making him shake his head.

"Fruits like this rarely pass here so I might as well bought you more than you need" he said making me nod. "And it only cost me 2 crystals" he added making me nod again.

"Well alright then" I mumbled and quickly turned around, only to bumped into someone.

"Ouch" we both said at the same time as I rubbed my face. "Sorry" I muttered and looked at the female I just bumped into.

And I was quite shock to see Fara, the best friend of Cassie in the original novel. She was a lion beastman and she was also a half beast so they became close quite quickly.

Sera in the original novel also liked to bully her, to the point where she even almost killed Fara. Which greatly angered Fara's mate and cost them so much distress.

"Sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you" Fara quickly apologized making me sigh as I dismissively wave my hand at her.

"It's alright, I was the one who bumped into you" I said and bent down to pick the furs she dropped.

"Here" I handed it to her, which she took. I can also see she was also quite shock that I didn't even tried to scream or yell at her.

"I'm Sera by the way" I smiled making her blush a bit as she gave me a shy and somewhat nervous smile.

"I'm Fara" she said making me smile. "Well nice to meet you Fara, I hope we can see each other around here" I said and walked away.

"You want to be friends with her, don't you" Tora asked as he watched my reaction closely. I hum and nodded in response to him.

"I'm quite shock, most, if not all, whole females would have screamed or yelled at her for bumping into them. Whole females hate half beast" Rio said making me look at him with a small smile.

"Well, you can tell I'm different from other females so I wanna be friends with her" I said and continued to look around.

Once I had enough looking around, we went home. "You can move to my house now, since this is just a temporary den for you" Rio said as he stopped outside of the den.

"But if you like this one I can be the one moving!" He quickly added, afraid of upsetting or angering me.

"Alright, show the way to your house and I can move there" I said making him smile. He then happily lead the way while Kei scooped me up and followed after him while the others stayed behind and began packing to move my things, which wasn't much. Just some furs and food.

When we got there, my mouth hung open slightly. The house was also a two story house, just a bit bigger and even had a few fruit trees in the backyard.

The house also looked pretty well made, and had some strange but unique carvings in them. "Woah, it's much bigger than the den I'm staying at" I mumbled as Rio ushered us inside.

The inside also looked great, just like the outside. The living room was quite spacious, big enough to fit 6 to 7 males in their beastform.

There was also a door that I assume would lead to a kitchen or storage area. I patted Kei to set me down and I went upstairs.

I found that there were three room, the one in the middle being the main room as it has the biggest and most spacious room. Enough to fit a female who had 15 to 20 males, and I assume the others rooms were for more males or for the cubs.

"Wow! Your den is great! And it's also clean" I greeted as I looked around. I also noticed that while I was looking around, his home wasn't messy or anything.

"Glad you like it. This is where my mother and fathers used to live in. But once I became the village chief they moved to another house" he explained making me nod.

"I would like to meet your mother at least once. If that's alright with her and you?" I tilted my head at him, making him blink in surprise.

"Are you sure? My mother is only a half beast" he said making me smile. "It doesn't matter, I would still like to meet her" I grinned as I saw his eyes lit up.

"I'll go and tell the others to move your things while you meet his parents" Kei said making me smile. "Don't get in trouble, tell the others that too" I said and nodded at him.

"We won't" he grinned and shifted to his wolf form before running off. "Let's go?" I turned to Rio who happily scooped me up and went out.

He then walked for a few minutes before stopping at a decent looking house. He then used his other hand and knocked on the door.

Soon, a male opened the door. He was also a three stars from what I can tell and he resembled Rio.

'Must be his father' I thought as the male looked at me and blinked. "Serenity, Rio is here. His with his female" he turned around and gently called out to his female.

"What?! Let me see my favorite cub and her female!" A voice said and soon, a female came.

I was really shock to see her, she was a wolf beast. She had a bluish grey hair that was cut into a pixie cut and had almond shaped eyes.

Her eyes matched her hair, had a button nose and plumed pink lips. She let out a small gasp when she saw me.

"Rio! My cub! You got so lucky to have a whole female!" She grinned at Rio. I can tell that I'll be super close with her.

"Hi, my name is Sera. It's nice to meet you" I smiled at her and almost giggled at their shock expression, they sure weren't expecting that.

She quickly blinked away her shocked expression and smiled. "I'm Serenity" she offered her hand, to which I glady shaked.

"Now come in and let's talk about a few things" she stepped aside, allowing Rio who was still carrying me to get inside.

'Hehe, yep. We'll get along pretty well' I thought as Rio sat me down.
