The next morning, I woke up due to some noises in the front door. Slightly furrowing my brows, I turned around and just ignored it. Thinking it was just Tora and the others trying to scare off some males.

Just then, I heard the door open the smell of freshly cooked meat instantly entered my nostrils. Turning back around, I found Archie carrying a leaf with what seemed to be chicken meat.

"What's with the noise outside?" I asked as I took the leaf from his hand and made a mental note to tell them to make some stone bowls so it would be easier.

"Just Tora and the others scaring some males that want to see you" he answered as he took a piece of meat and fed it to me.

He continued to feed me while his tail happily flicked behind him. "Can you ask Tora to make me more clothes? I want to take a bath later" I said after he was done feeding me.

He nodded and took the leaf from me and left. I sat there for a few seconds more before finally deciding to go out.

I stood up and went down stairs. Seeing that the front door was open, I went to it and took a peak outside.

I then saw, a few bears and foxes and some wolves being chased away by a tiger and an eagle.

I let out a small snort as I leaned on the doorframe and watched the chased. But from the corner of my eyes I saw a peacock pearched on the tree.

I turned my attention to him and blinked. 'Pretty' I thought as I continued to stared at the peacock who was already staring at me.

'Wait, don't tell me that's the village chief? He said he was a peacock right?' I thought and blinked in surprise when he suddenly flew down on the ground.

Kei and Archie looked at him but didn't do anything yet. But by their looks, they were ready to chase him off if needed.

Seeing that he wasn't being chased away just yet, he flicked his tail and opened his feathers. I stared at him in awe, well rather stared at his feathers.

His feathers seemed vibrant and looked silky. 'Wait, this is how male peacocks court a female right? Even back on earth this is how they do it' I blinked several times before looking at Kei and Archie.

With a sigh, I ponder over it for a moment. 'I still haven't mated with Archie and Lucas yet. Is it really okay to take another male?' I slightly bit my lips before looking back at Rio and spoke.

"I'm not really looking for any more males until I have mated with Archie and Lucas. If you can wait, then I will happily accept you as my mate.

But for now, you are only allowed to come and bring me gifts if you want" I stated making him nod.

"I'm willing to wait, I still have a chance since you haven't fully shot me down" he said still in his beast form.

And with that said, he flew off. 'Well alright, I have another suitor' I thought before I saw Tora and Lucas coming back.

'Probably should tell them, and set some rules so that there aren't any unnecessary fights happening between all of them' I said and waited for them to go to me.

Taking a deep breath, I looked at them. "So, we need to talk" I said making them all look at me slightly confused and worried.

"But first, let's go inside" I said and went in first, they followed behind shortly. "Is there something the matter Sera? Did we do something wrong?" Tora asked making me shake my head.

"None of you did nothing wrong, I just wanna talk" I said as saw the slight relief in their faces.

"What do you want to talk about?" Kei asked as we sat down on the floor. "About the suitors I'm having, the males I'm going to accept and the rules" I said making them nod.

"So, first I accepted the village chief Rio as my suitor. He will be allowed to come and leave some gifts if he has any" I said and watched their expression.

I can see that they didn't really like me having a new suitor but didn't voice it out for they knew it was necessary.

"Secondly, I'm not gonna accept him yet. Not until I have fully mated with Archie and Lucas. I'm also not gonna accept every male that tries to court me.

I'll make sure first that the male can easily get along with my family because I don't want unnecessary fights between my males which brings us to our third rule" I stated making Kei tilt his head a bit.

"You don't want us fighting each other?" He asked making me nod. "Yes, but I will make exceptions on training or sparring with each other as long as there are no life threatening injuries.

I will also make an exception on it if you want to fight for your rights to mate with me if I'm in heat and if you want cubs. But you will not challenge each other if I already decided who I want to mate with. Do you understand?" I asked and looked at them.

They all immediately nod in response. "Yes we understand. And you don't have to worry about accepting as many males as you want, we know it's necessary for females to have at least a dozen of mates" Tora smiled as he stood up and went over to me.

"His right. From what I observed here, even the a half beast here has about 15 males. Although they're weak, there's still a lot of them. Your the only female here that has only four males, and your a whole female at that" Lucas said making me nod.

"I know, but I'm not gonna accept all the males that would try to court me. No matter strength" I said with a shrug.

"Now enough of that, I want to take a bath" I huffed making Tora stand up. "I'll make you more clothes" he said and disappeared to the second floor of the house.

"We should probably visit the healer later, I wanna ask where we can get some herbs, and maybe some other fruits and vegetables" I said making them nod.

'Hm, I should probably mate with Archie first, then with Lucas. Maybe after that I can accept Rio' I thought before my mind wondered back to Cassie.

'I wonder why she acted like that? Especially with Archie and Lucas? She was never like that in the novel. Did I really altered the plot?' I thought before shaking me head.

'God I hope not, Cassie had several strong males. Her strongest mate was an eight star beast for fucks sake! And almost half of her males in the novel were princes or village chiefs, making her a highly respected female even if she was a half beast' I bit my lips as I remembered the difference between Cassie's mate and Sera's mate in the novel.

'No wonder Sera lost, her strongest was only a seven star beast. Plus she gained many enemies in the novel because of how she acted' I frowned before blinking in surprise when a hand touched my shoulder.

"Sera? We've been calling your for the past few minutes. Your lips are bleeding" Kei said making me realize I must have bitten my lips much harder than expected.

"Huh? Yes I'm okay. I'm sorry, I just spaced out" I said and looked at them. Kei's ears were pinned back as he looked at me worriedly.

"I can feel through the mark that your troubled and worried about something" he said before I saw Tora walking back to us.

"Did something happen? I felt that you were worrying about something" He said making me think for a moment.

'Should I just tell them? What would they think? We'll they hate me from stealing them from a loving female like Cassie?' I didn't noticed I got lost in my thoughts again, not until Tora nuzzled his face in mine.

"If you don't want to talk about then don't, we'll wait for you to say it" he said making me smile a bit.

"I suppose it's only right for me to tell you the truth. After all your all my mates now, well not officially for Archie and Lucas since I haven't mated with you guys yet" I sigh as Tora pulled me into his lap.

"We'll listen to anything you have to say, especially if it's something that's troubling you to the point your worrying so much and bit your lips so hard that it bled" Tora said as he began running his fingers through my hair.

I smiled at him before taking a deep breath. I then spent the next two hours explaining to them about the novel, the world I came from, who I really was. My bath was long forgotten as I explained these to them.

I looked down and twiddled with my fingers as I finally finished telling them the story. 'Oh God, their really gonna hate me about this' I felt tears began to form in the corner of my eyes as I looked down.

"Sera" Tora called out making me look up at him. "I'm sorry" I sobbed out as I let the tears flow down my face.

Seeing me cry, he and the others panicked. "Sera? What's wrong?" He worriedly asked as I continued to sob. "I know you hate me now because of what I did" I cried out making them panicked more.

"What? No! No, no" he shaked his head making me wipe the tears from my eyes. "You don't? But why? I stole your from a female who could have treated you better" I hiccuped as Kei handed me a fur cloth to wipe my tears and snot.

"It doesn't matter. I agreed to be your mate and that's final. And you said that the female Cassie was good and caring to her males?" He asked making me nod.

"But that wasn't what I saw back in the village. What I saw was a half beast that greedily challenged the chief just to kick you out" he cupped my cheeks and wiped the tears.

"His right, she didn't act like how you described her. So we'd rather choose you that her, so please stop crying" Lucas said as he and the others sat closer to me.

"Your right, you also said she rejected me because of my scars right? Then I'd rather choose a female who accepted me because of who I am and not just because of my power" Archie smiled as he held my hand.

"I was already yours in the story you told us, so how can I be mad when you just claimed me again" Kei gave me a small smile as he messed my hair a bit.

"So your not mad at me because of what I did?" I tilted my head at them making them shake their heads. "Why would we? We already choosed you and that's final. And you said it yourself, your gonna act different than the Sera in the 'novel' " Tora said making me smile.

"Now come on, let's go to the river so you can take a bath" he said making me blink. "Oh right, I forgot about that" I said making Kei and Lucas snort a laugh.

"Mean" I huffed as Tora stood up and carried me. Kei and Lucas laughed and followed after us along with Archie.

After telling them that, I felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders. "Maybe it was the right decision to tell you guys about that" I nuzzled my face against Tora's neck as we headed towards the river.

"It probably was little mate" he chuckled making me smile.
