The night's silence was broken by a scream echoing throughout the house. Naruto gripped his stomach in pain as he felt it start to enlarge, Shikamaru was on his feet in an instant getting ready for the long night ahead. Kurama manifested out of the Seal and darted down the hall for the children as Shikamaru shunshined Naruto to the hospital. Sakura was on night duty and was in shock as she saw the couple coming through the door as another scream ripped from Naruto's throat. 

His stomach was expanding which meant it was time to perform a C section, Sakura got all the nurses ready as Naruto was laid on a bed in a private room, screaming  and snapped Shikamaru's wrist with his strength. Shikamaru bit his lip at the pain as Sakura got ready to operate.

"Shiakmaru I'll kill you," Naruto growled and it echoed off the walls. His eyes were red and Shikamaru felt a shiver run down his spine. "I swear to God, I'll strangle you-" Naruto was cut off when a firm kick was felt in his stomach. "Sakura!"

"I'm coming Naruto your stomach has to stop enlarging, if I go in now they might come out premature." She said worriedly as she gaged his stomach. "I'll put you in a half lull state and cut them out after your stomach grows."

"Shikamaru," Naruto whimpered and cried, Shikamaru cradled his head and kissed his forehead. Naruto was sobbing as the pangs in his stomach grew worse, he knew it was going to be this way but the shock of pain was nearly unbearable. Shikamaru grimaced a bit and kissed the blond's sweaty lips. 

"It's okay Naruto, your doing great BabyDoll." Shikamaru encouraged as he ran his fingers through his hair. Heavy animal thuds could be heard and the door opened which brought Kurama who was the size of a Kurumaru, Tsume's partner. On his back was Boruto, Shikadai and Hima-chan. They carried the baby bag which held the clothes the new borns would wear after coming out.

"Mommy, your going to be fine." Boruto looked worried and his hands slightly trembled as he watch Naruto grit his teeth in pain.

"Mommy?" Shikadai asked as he sunk his hands in Kurama's fur for comfort. "Your going to be alright, right?" Naruto looked over at them and gave a pained smile.

"Papa?" Hima-chan said with small tears in her eyes.

"I'll be okay once your new siblings stop playing rough with me." Naruto said as he threw his head back as another wave of pain racks his body. He sobbed loudly and released shaky sighs.

"It's done, all personnel not having direct contact with this procedure please exit." Sakura said seriously. She turned to the children and Kurama and gave a bright smile. "I promise he's going to be fine."

Kurama heeded and walked out with the children into the hall, they hopped off and sat on the many chairs, Kurama shrunk down to a puppy size and rested on Shikadai's lap.

The next two hours were a series of screams and grunts that came from Naruto and Shikamaru respectively. The twins were feisty and the first one to come out was a girl. She looked like the love child of the couple. She had heterochromatic hair, half blond, half raven. Naruto was worried when she didn't cry as normal babies did, he was tearing up at the thought of having a still birth but Sakura did a quick check and she laughed.

"Shikamaru this is definitely your child, she's sleeping." Sakura chuckled as she settled the baby in a double incubator. Shikamaru sighed in relief and Naruto closed his eyes as the boy came out screaming on the top of his lungs.

'Now that's an Uzumaki,' Naruto thought proudly as he looked through blurred eyes at another love child, instead of his sister being half and half, his was mixed with blond and raven. It was so beautiful, they both were.

The nurses worked quickly in stitching him up and Sakura healed the scar and Kurama's chakra removed any lingering pain. The babies were cleaned and Shikamaru wrist was snapped back in place. The twins were wrapped in a blanket and given to the proud mother who couldn't help but coo over them.

"You can come inside now," Sakura said to the drowsy children who became alert and rushed inside to see their siblings. They had opened their eyes now and it was heterochromatic, one blue eyes and one raven eye.

"Remember that night after the Hokage summit?" Shikamaru said looking at the twins. "You wanted over love child, now you have our love children."

Naruto blushed looking at their faces as they took in their surroundings. "They're so beautiful,"

"Papa what you going to call them?" Hima-chan asked as she climbed on the bed. Boruto and Shikadai followed suit looking over at the babies in awe.

"Well it's pretty obvious that the girl is more Nara than Uzumaki and vice versa for the boy." Shikamaru said taking the girl. "Shikaru Uzumaki-Nara?" Naruto smiled brightly, Shikadai brightened, he would have a little sibling to teach the Shadow Possession to. He couldn't wait until she got older.

"Sounds beautiful." Naruto said turning back to the boy in his arms who was babbling while he tried grabbing after Boruto's hair. "Would you like to name him Boru-chan?"

Boruto looked nervous and allowed the baby to grab onto him finger. 'He's so cute, but wait until he can. He's gonna be loud as me and Mom.' That thought made him smile. He and Mom are gonna have fun breaking him into Ramen.

"Haruto Uzumaki-Nara." Boruto said confidently. Shikamaru smiled and laughed a bit.

"Continuing the 'Ruto' line I see." He said looking at the now three generations of 'Ruto'. Boruto blushed a bit embarrassed and Naruto defended him by smacking Shikamaru's arm.

"What's that supposed to mean, it's a wonderful name." Naruto narrowed his eyes at him.

"I love it," Hima-chan said as Shikamaru gently settled Shikaru in her arms. "I can't wait to so much little sister. I'll teach you all the girl stuff and do your make-up when I finally get them."

"Shikaru and Haruto," Kurama said looking at them. "Beautiful names for beautiful twins. Your genes were at a stale mate."

Naruto laughed as Shikadai took Haruto in his arms. "Kurama, thank you."

"Without you we wouldn't have these miracles." Shikamaru said gratefully.

"No problem, you've made my kit happy and I couldn't ask for anything else." Kurama said softly and went back to the seal. 

"Do you guys want to go home now or stay here till morning" Shikamaru asked the practically sleeping children. They groaned and snuggled in Naruto who was holding Haruto again. Shikamaru chuckled and placed the babies in the incubator before pulling up a chair and pulled Boruto in his lap. 

The boy curled up under his chin and fell asleep. Shikadai had his arms around his mother's waist and Hima-chan had her arms around his neck. Naruto smiled over at his lover. "I love you Shikamaru,"

Shikamaru blushed a bit. "I love you Naruto." The blond got a dazed look in his eyes.

"Two years from now, can we have a baby again." Naruto smiled with a blush adoring his face. Shikamaru winced as he remembered his wrist being snapped just a couple hours ago.

But he couldn't resist his beautiful lover and sighed. "Of course baby, we'll have more children." Naruto giggled a bit and settled down to sleep.

'Now I have to figure out how to make him not snap my wrist the next time around.' Shikamaru thought as he smiled looking over at the incubator. 'Maybe we can have more children. Who knows.'
