Naruto groaned quietly as he listened to the Raikage talk about this month's rouges. Despite the peace they managed to attain since the war, the struggle was to keep it. Rouges still appeared though they were few.

Naruto figured some shady things were still going on within each village's council. The rouges were skilled and had helped in the war but it would seem corruption was still happening. And until the Kages looked into their own system it would remain corrupted.

He explained this carefully to the Kages who took him seriously and promised to implement the strategy. Naruto smiled. These guys fought along side him during the war and helped him in his quest to become Hokage. They were like his extended family.

He pondered telling them about what was happening. They had given him such beautiful gifts at the wedding. It's a shame that soon a divorce would ensue. He never wanted this, he was content with Hinata by his side but that has now changed.

"Before this meeting breaks, I have something to say." Naruto said quietly, immediately everyone noticed his somber expression. "I plan to divorce Hinata."

The room went into a rage and Naruto flinched as they yelled their questions. He sighed as Shikamaru got them to quiet down.

"She is cheating," Naruto let his words hang in the still room. They looked confused, shocked and most prominently disgust.

"I crush her myself." Gaara growled. Hinata had cheated on his brother afterall and he may be the Kazekage but he was willing to wage war for the chance to throttle her.

Naruto chuckled but it lacked humor. "I wouldn't mind if you do. Bug she doesn't know that I know. I thought I could keep up the facade for the sake of my kids but Boruto found out. My daughter doesn't know yet."

"Who is the bastard?" Bee growled. Naruto looked out blankly.

"Shino Aburame,"

There was a series of shuffling as the Kages planned the demise of the two guilty lovers. Naruto stopped them though with his next words.

" I started to cheat on her directly after I found out. I'm a hypocrite."

They looked at the blond who casually tilted his head to display three hickies. The Kages smirked.

"Who is it Naru?" Gasra teased. Naruto jerked a thumb at his advisor who looked up from his smoking.

"Hmmm," Shikamaru hummed as he slipped his lighter into pocket.

"Don't pretend as if you weren't paying attention," Naruto scolded. Gaara looked ready to murder the Ravwn haired man.

"Temari has been cheating even before we agreed to marry, Shikadai found out for himself." Shikamaru said and Gaara went back to mellow.

'Temari I'll kill you,' Gaara thought to himself as he plotted her demise.

"So you're together now?" Bee asked the couple.

"More or less," They answered together.

"Well I'm glad you told us before doing it. We would have been throughly confused. I'm just sorry this had to happen to you Naruto." The Mizukage said softly.

Naruto shrugged him off, he sat up and gave them a serious look. " I question that everyday since it happened. I didn't say anything about it as I wanted to give them a normal childhood and family. But that just went out the window when Boruto found out. My daughter doesn't know yet."

They looked around and gave Naruto supporting looks. "We'll stand by you." Gaara said and he turned to Shikamaru. "I'm sorry for my sister."

Shikamaru shook his head. "She's an adult she can take the responsibility herself."

"Indeed she can," Gaara smirked with a knowing smile. This was going to hit the fan.

"Meeting ajorned," Naruto sighed.

Naruto stared out the window at the hotel they were staying before they headed back to their individual villages. Shikamaru came inside with two cigars in his hand.

He handed one over to Naruto and lit them up. They smoked in silence staring at the blood moon. It was a rare occurrence a beautiful one at that.

"Shikamaru," Naruto called. The Nara hummed indicating that he was listening. "Do you think we could be a family after the divorces. I know it's not ideal but atleast we can give the kids a stable quirky home."

Shikamaru kissed the blond's cheek tenderly. "I think we can do that." Naruto smiled at him.

They kissed each other tenderly, inhaling each others smoke. When they pulled back  Naruto gave him a dazed look.

"Why couldn't I marry you?" Shikamaru asked as he stroked the other's cheek. Naruto smiled hugging him around the waist.

"You needed an heir, I needed an heir and we couldn't give that to each other. So we fell in love with women." Naruto mumbled into Shikamaru's chest.

The swayed in each other's embrace.

'Don't sell yourself short kit.'Kurama rumbled from within the seal. Naruto froze a bit.

'What are you talking about fox for brains,' Naruto said annoyed.

'I made it possible for you to have kids when you and that Uchiha runt were dating. But you guys never had sex and he went rouge breaking her heart in the process. Then you met Hinata, so I never mentioned it but you still can be pregnant.'

Naruto pulled away from Shikamaru's hold to plop himself on the bed in shock.

'I could've had Sasuke's kids. Hell I can Shikamaru's kids now. Yeah I prefer Shikamaru's kids. Less complicated.' Naruto thought rubbing his flat stomach.

'I agree kit. I don't like the Uchiha bastard. The Nara always held a level of respect in my book.' Kurama said turning over in his cage. Naruto chuckled.

'Thank you Kurama,' Naruto said gratefully. Kurama smiled at his kit.

Shikamaru was worried with his Naruto was spaced out but he knew he was just talking to Kurama. He stepped between the blond's legs with a smirk before he leaned down to kiss him.

Naruto snapped out of the daze and kissed the Nara back, he wrapped his arms around the advisor.

"Breed me," Naruto whispered heatedly. Shikamaru pulled back to attack his neck.

"I can't Naruto," The Nara said sucking on various parts of his neck.

Naruto shook his head and explained briefly what Kurama told him. Shikamaru was stunned. Leave it to Naruto to do the impossible. He smirked at the thought of the blond Hokage swollen with his kids.

He ravished Naruto's lips, slipping his hands under the blond's shirt. Naruto purred as he played with his nipples. Shikamaru's hands went around and down into the other's boxers to get handfuls of the soft ass he's come to love grabbing.

Naruto was on his toes, thrusting himself against the alpha. He felt like he was weightless as the Nara lifted him with ease just by gripping his ass. Naruto wrapped his legs around him.

Shikamaru pulled back much to the displeasure of his lover. "Don't you think we're going a little too fast?"

Naruto smiled at the Nara. " Shika I have learnt to enjoy life's opportunities as they hardly come in life. Ever since I kissed you that night I made a promise to live life with no regrets. I don't care what pace we take this as long as you are comfortable with it."

Shikamaru smiled. "Just wanted to make sure you're comfortable." Naruto grinned kissing him again.

"Just fucking breed me. I want our love child." Naruto said dreamily. Shikamaru laughed at the blond's antics.

He hadn't changed one bit. And he loved Naruto for it. Still the perky energetic blond had fell for when they were kids.
