Hinata gripped the papers tightly as she stormed into the Hokage's office. She was beyond pissed, did Naruto really think he was going to humiliate her like this. What would her clan think of her know if this reached the public eye. All that struggling to be included into the inner circle of her clan, she wasn't going to let it all go down the drain like that. Over her dead body!!!

She blasted the door open to see her 'loving' husband stamping papers. On his lap rested Himawari. She marched past Shikamaru who gave her a disgusted glare and slapped the papers infront of him.

"I refuse," She spat. "You will not humiliate me like this. You also have a reputation to protect it's in our best interests to keep them intact." Hinata smirked.

Naruto laughed, he couldn't keep his wheezing under control, he could gear Shikamaru laughing along with him.

"Huyga your in the wrong here, my reputation would be boosted because of this. I can see it now. The loyal, faithful Hokage cheated on by his deceitfully innocent looking wife." Naruto hummed in thought before he threw a pen at her.

"Sign up or it's court."

Hinata snapped.

"I was the only one who was ever there for you! When you toiled away at your dream I stayed up watching the children while you garnered the love and affection you so desperately sought from this Village. You were a worthless and deadbeat as a father. You should be ashamed of yourself. I suffered the lonely nights waiting for you to come home. Then Shino came along and gave me the attention I so deserved. He treated me wonderfully and I don't regret cheating on your pathetic ass. Watch out Naruto because this face will take your children in the custody battle and I'll haul your money while I'm at it."

Naruto turned to the half closed door to the small bedroom. "Got that Boruto,"

Boruto came out with a recorder. "Yes along with several copies."

Shikadai stepped out from the shadows with his recorder. "Well that sums that up."  Himawari rose from her father's lap with a tearful expression.

"I don't want to live with her." She said softly as a few tears slid down her face. "Daddy I don't want to be near her."

Naruto cuddled his child with a cooing expression. "Hinata just sign and get out. Your scaring my daughter." Hinata scowled at the predicament she was in. She hurriedly signed and left.

She needed a way for that recording to be thrown out if this ever went to court.

Temari grinned and danced around the now empty apartment. All her things were packed and she was ready to head back to Suna with her lover.

Shikamaru didn't know how happy this made her. She signed with a flick of her wrist and a flourish. She left them in the kitchen counter knowing he would see them.

Shikadai was also left in his custody. The brat was Hidden Leaf to the bone. She couldn't touch him but no matter. She was leaving this shit hole. She missed her desert home.

"Let's get going. Suna's waiting for their Desert Rose." Temari cheered as she tossed her Hidden Leaf headband in the fire ace before closing the door to the apartment.

The people of the Hidden Leaf could see a change on the horizon. Naruto and Shikamaru walked down the road towards the Uzumaki Clan house with their children between them.

The house was designed for Kushina since she was the only Uzumaki in the Village at that time. It was a large mansion like home but with Japanese features.

All in all it was a beautiful home. Naruto wanted to move in when he married Hinata but the lavender haired woman insisted on a regular family home. He gave into her.

He unsealed the gates and the kids ran in. He had Anbu move in their belongings from their homes. The couple explored the interior before marveling at the koi fish pond in the backyard along with a small garden that Himawari claimed as hers.

They didn't mind one bit. Naruto discreetly placed a silence seal in his and Shikamaru's room. To not disturb the children should they ever do that when they were in the house.

The house had a color scheme of blue, green and a touch of orange. Somehow the colors blended beautifully together and gave a warm feeling to the blended family.

Naruto got behind the stove knowing that Shikamaru was disastrous in the kitchen. He created the demands of his children and Shikamaru much to their delight.

When they had all settled in the living room which was covered in blankets, pillows and snacks did they finally talk about what would ensue for the newly formed family.

"Boruto, Hima-chan you might be asked to describe what you know going on with Hyuga and Aburame. At any point you feel uncomfortable get off the stand." Naruto explained sternly.

"But what if-" Boruto was cut off by his father.

"No buts, I'm serious if you feel pressured get off the stand. I'll deal with it then. I'm not letting you guys carry this burden because it's not yours to carry."

They nodded in understanding. Naruto then turned to Shikadai who looked away nervously. He knew about the relationship his father and the blond shared. Now that they were a family he didn't know whether or not should he call the man father, daddy or whatever.

"Shikadai don't stress it. You can call me whatever you please. We're family now and as family we want to be comfortable." Naruto smiled at the little Nara.

Shikadai gave a small bright smile. "Thanks Dad." Naruto gave a surprised look and hugged the Nara along with his kids.

Shikamaru smiled at the sight before he was pulled in the hug by Boruto who looked at him shyly. Boruto leaned up to his ear. "Take care of my Dad, Dad."

Shikamaru was surprised. He pulled back and grinned at the boy. "When did you find out."

"Shikadai told me and Himawari when Himawari saw Hyuga doing dirty." Boruto sighed leaning on his new father's chest.

Naruto over heard the conversation and felt happy Boruto and Hima-chan accepted his relationship with Shikamaru. "You guys are the best."

He leaned over and kissed Boruto's forehead. Himawari and Shikadai got one too and Shikamaru demanded his on the lips.

"You bastard," Naruto mumbled against his lips. Shikamaru only smiled and kissed him back.

The Uzumaki-Nara family was forming quite nicely.
