Park Chaeyoung (20)

- He is from a poor family and attends university on a full scholarship so is very intelligent and hardworking

- Has two jobs in order to pay his sickly mother's hospital bills

- Friends with Jin because they are coworkers at the same café but has never been to his house

- He is extremely caring, kind, and friendly to everyone

- He enjoys helping others despite having too much on his plate

- Can be a bit nosy, which annoys Chaeyoung because she wants no attention from anyone

- Extremely accident-prone due to spirits being attracted to him but is always unharmed because of a protective barrier that surrounds him

- Curious about why Chaeyoung tries so hard to avoid him despite their coincidental encounters

- Is dating Kang Seulgi

Kim Seokjin (24)

- From a rich family in Anyang that moved to Busan when Jin was 19

- His parents adopted Jungkook at a young age as a sibling for him since he was an only child

- Can also see ghosts but cannot physically interact with them like Chaeyoung

- Left Busan with Chaeyoung after Jungkook's accident in search for a better life in Seoul

- He is very silly, caring, outgoing, and understanding

- He took Chaeyoung in and treats her like a younger sister so he is very protective of her

- Does not blame Chaeyoung for Jungkook's death

- Enjoys watching Jungkook and Chaeyoung bicker

- Met Chaeyoung after Jungkook found her collapsed on a bench at a park and became good friend of hers since then

- Provides Chaeyoung with everything despite her telling him not to

- He is an excellent cook

- Friends with Jimin since they work at the same café but never invited him to his home out of courtesy for Chaeyoung

Jeon Jungkook (18)

- Is an 18 year old ghost because that is the age in which he died but is supposed to be the same age as Chaeyoung

- Jin's adopted younger brother

- His accident happened on Chaeyoung's 19th birthday

- Mischievous as heck ghost

- Loves to mess with Chaeyoung

- Had a crush on Chaeyoung when he was alive but learned to kind of forget his feelings after he became a ghost

- Met Chaeyoung when he was taking a walk at a park after school and saw her collapsed on a bench with tattered clothes on

- He is very encouraging and gives Chaeyoung good advice when he is not annoying her

- He knows that Chaeyoung feels guilty but he does not regret saving her

- Spends most of his time with Jin to prevent him from feeling lonely when Chaeyoung is gone and he is not working
