A month passed once again, the days getting shorter but feeling longer. The first snow was due to fall today and everyone was ready to celebrate.

The progress from the last month was excellent. Everyone has been doing well and the economy is escalating quickly. No one had reported any crime and that eased many hearts.

There has been no trespassing since they found jongho and honestly they were concerned. There was about four other packs that have claimed land around this area illegally and KQ are trying to change that however, they cannot do much.

Hongjoong became agitated but kept his anger to himself. Seonghwa was looking after the kids as he still called them although the only ones that are kids are wooyoung and jongho.

As he was cooking he ran out I g a ingredients and so headed to the pantry for some more with mingi as the male was checking inventory and needed to know whay seonghwa was taking when he opened the door and a figure rushed out only to be stopped by mingi.

It was a black wolf with a small white patch on his fur. Ming I had grabbed his scruff and was holding him in place. In his mouth was a bunch of meat. Seonghwa was shocked before shaking his head and facing the growling thief.

"why were you stealing?" seonghwa asked. The wolf just growled before transforming and dropping the meat into his arms.

"I need food I haven't eaten in days and then I saw this territory and thought I could take some of your food since this place is so well off." the boy growled.

"what's your name and age?" mingi ordered and San snapped back.
"I'm san and I'm older than you." san snapped and mingi growled.

"but I'm stronger" mingi said and dragged the male towards the living room. He let seonghwa deal with this one while he went to get hongjoong.

"where are you from?" seonghwa asked. San sighed.
"I escaped a breeding facility, they made me rape omegas and betas luckily I did get no one pregnant." San said sadly. Seonghwa smiled sadly before getting an idea.

"how about I cook that meat for you, you look like your about to collapse. I'll need you to be in the kitchen with me to make sure you won't run away." seonghwa said and gently grabbed the meat from sans arms. He walked to the kitchen and started cooking the meat.

" so why is this pack here? " san asked.
Seonghwwa chuckled and shrugged.
" I arrived here in a similar way to you. Back before it was enclosed and there was only two members. Me and my son escaped from a breeding facility. I didn't want Yeosang to go through what I did. So after I was healed after being raped and beaten I found a screwdriver that was mistakenly left in the drawers in my cell, I undid the bars and we ran away.  I ran vfor hours until I collapsed and surprisingly we collapsed near here. Hongjoong the packs leader who is a beta took us in and we made this place, it's only been a few months but we made this a sanctuary for people like us with no where to go. " seonghwa explained san just nodded.

" so what role do you have? "san asked genuinely curious.
" well besides being a mother, working in a nursery and working alongside hongjoong, I am called the luna although I am not mated to hongjoong. They named me that because of my kindness and behaviour, honestly I don't see what h ey do but I believe them because they are my family. "seonghwa said san had sparkles in his eyes.

" so your one of the most important members of this pack right? " san asked and seonghwa nodded he was about to speak again when the kitchen door opened and in walked wooyoung.

" oh wooyoung are you OK? " seonghwa asked.
"mhmm mom I am I just smelled someone familiar." wooyoung said before sniffing around and eyeing san. He focused on sans face before his eyes widened.

"san!!"
"wooyoung!!"
The two yelled in csync seonghwa was confused and looked at them. The grins on their faces were adorable and seonghwa found himself smiling.

"what are you doing here san?" wooyoung asked.
"I was caught trying triying to steal" san said pouting making wooyoung smack the male on the back of the head.
"you idiot" wooyoung said with a smile.

"OK how do you know each other?" seonghwa asked as he pointed the spoon at the two.

Wooyoung giggled before speaking.
"he's my best friend, when I'm 18 he promised to take me as his mate" wooyoung said with a blush and San also blushed.

"oooh OK well anyway san the meats done." seonghwa said with a smirk making the two shuffle awkwardly.

Hongjoong walked in with a glare ready to yell at the intruder but seeing the image before him his glare dissapated and a smile replaced the frown.

"oh hongjoong! This is san he's my best friend" wooyoung said and hongjoong just smiled.

"alright but first I need t speak to him if he wants to stay however he can eat before that." hongjoong said sitting down besides seonghwa.

Sam quickly stiffed his mouth and finished quickly bowing to seonghwa before rushing to hongjoong. Hongjoong walked him to the office and the door closed. The conversation couldn't be heard but it was most likely the same as usual.

Seonghwa cleaned up the dishes and then wanted to search for yeosang. He had some money for yeosang to go out shopping for since the younger wanted to go out today.

He looked around the house not spotting him before heading to the garden. He saw him with Yeosang and smiled before heading over and getting Yeosangs attention.

"love here's some mobey for you to go out, I want you to go with jongho for protection, this place may be safe but who knows what goes through an unmated mind." seonghwa warned and Yeosang nodded before the two rushed of to go out.

Seonghwa sighed before heading back inside and looking at the time. He wanted to go get some more groceries and luckily today there was a traveling market just outside the gate, they have a license so he can trust them they are allies as well.

He grabbed some more money before heading out and visiting the market.
There was a long row of carts ready for sales. He saw many other pavk members doing the same so he smiled and headed to the fresh bread.

He looked it over before getting three types of bread since everyone in the house was picky.
After getting the bread he moved onto the fresh fruits and got some fruits they couldn't get delivered.

Finally he headed to the spice cart and grabbed some spices and herbs for dinner tonight since he couldn't find them in the market they had got in the territory.

He waved to the salesperson before heading back into the gate and heading to put these home.
He placed them away before exiting the house again, he wanted to go on a walk through the park. There was many wolves on a date so he just smiled as they greeted him enthusiastically.

Everyone now knew of his rank and respected him he was still unsure he deserved it but played along as he didn't want to cause any trouble.

He soon saw san walking passed him with a bag in his had from the shop. He greeted san who waved before heading home. Seonghwa walked around a bit more before heading home.

He greeted jongho and Yeosang as they were in the living room and headed to his room to read.

He was getting agitated lately and he assumed it was because he was due to have a heat soon.
He would have to deal with it himself because he needed to have a heat without someone touching him to help himself heal, this was mandatory between each pregnancy.

However he wasn't able to do so in the favolity so he was taking this chance since his body knows the differences between a possible mate and a toy. That's why he bought them for woououng and Yeosang.

That reminded him he ahd to talk to wooyoung about his first heat. So he stood up and headed downstairs finding wooyoung and San only just walking into the house.

"wooyoung I need to talk to you it's important" seonghwa said and Wooyoung nodded nervously thinking he did something wrong.

"youre not in trouble" seonghwa reassured and Wooyoung sighed.
They walked into wooyoung and sans room before shutting the door.

"it's about your first heat, I know san is gonna be your mate but it is important to have at least one heat free of a mate to make sure your body doesn't shut down. I know you'd prefer to get right into it because I felt that way too but I never had the chance to hold out a heat. So I want you to so you're healthy, after that first heat san can help you as many times a seeded but if your pregnant a heat needs to be hooded out for the child's health, same as between pregnancies alright. "seonghwa said and Wooyoung nodded memorising all the information.

They both left the room wooyoung returning to San and seonghwa returning to his room to read again.
He could feel his heat approaching soon. He wanted to alert everyone so he used his pheromones to tell them to leave.

They did and he went through his heat. He pleasured himself for hours as his body was so used to the overexhausting sex due to the breeding facility.

After he finished he was quivering and panting. Once he got his breathing undercontrol he headed to the bathroom and cleaned himself up before returning to his room and getting rid of the scent. Before calling everyone back.

It was late so everyone had a takeaway that some members of the pack made before going to sleep.

There was only four rooms so they had to share two to a room. Since seonghwa shared with Yeosang he was comfortable.

He couldn't wait until he could find a mate.
