Chapter 2

Giana looked around the outside of the house. It wasn't her own, as she didn't really have a house. She didn't consider this place her home. The home she was near now was the home belonging to Mr.L and Leah. Giana was trying to find some opening, or some way to get in unnoticed. She looked up and noticed a window cracked open slightly, probably to let in some fresh air. She quickly began to find her way up. Climbing up this house was no easy task, even for Giana who was pretty athletic and strong. As Giana passed the window she heard conversation from the two inhabitants of the house. 'Well, I'm not getting in there unnoticed, but maybe I could listen in.' Giana thought. She found a slightly more comfortable position and began to listen.

"Hey, read this." Leah said holding the book she got from (Y/N) open to a certain page. Mr.L walked over and looked over it. "What about it?" He asked. "Have you ever heard of it?" Leah asked, turning the book back towards her. "I think I heard it mentioned once." L mentioned.  "The Crystalline Star....." Leah mumbled to herself. "It seems pretty dangerous." "How so?" Mr.L asked, sitting down next to the ghost. "Most legendary items I have heard of grant power or wishes. The Crystalline Star takes away blessings and can make ones life miserable. Apparently with just the Star a man who hated his king destroyed his entire kingdom." Leah recalled. "That does seem dangerous." Mr.L smirked. Leah gave his a suspicious look. "What?" He asked. Leah looked back to the book. "Apparently it was destroyed, but even destruction couldn't get rid of its power completely. So five pouches of it's Stardust where hidden around the world." Leah said as she read. "If you where to get all the Stardust, the Star would reform itself."

Giana got curious, she wanted to listen more, get more information. Sadly her arms where beginning to tire out. If she fell she would alert them of her presence and she didn't want that. She climbed down quickly and walked away. 'So, a powerful magical item that can make ones life miserable.' Giana thought. 'I kind of like the sound of that, no doubt he will too.' Giana walked into the woods. She continued on her way for a few minuets until she made it to a small clearing. "Ah. Vell look who haff returned." Antasma greeted. "Hello Antasma. Do you know by any chance know where the boss is?" Giana asked. "He is your boss, not mine. He is probably in his vorld, vhat did he call it?" Antasma asked. "Dimension D." Giana said. "Ah yes. That is probably here he is." "Great..." Giana sighed. Dimentio had given her the power to go to Dimension D, she didn't really like going there. "And where has Fawful run off to?" She asked. "He is off tinkering vith his helmet somewhere." Antasma shrugged. Giana concentrated on going to Dimension D and was there within seconds. She looked around, not seeing Dimentio anywhere. Until of course the jester's voice came from behind her. "Like a worker bee returning to the hive, look who has returned." Dimentio said. Giana simply turned to him in response. "I am curious though. Why are you back?" Dimentio asked. From the look on his mask though, Giana could already tell he knew she was here with information.
