Third Person POV:

Kaylin sighs pensively, unsure about whether to wake up the sleeping Enjolras that is sprawled out on his desk next to her. His head rests on his arm, and his other hand still holds a pencil that for the entire day has been writing down notes, test answers, and speeches. The last one because, well, it's Enjolras. Finally making up her mind, she glances quickly at the teacher, Monsieur Gillenormand, who insists on being called 'sir.' His monotone still hasn't faltered, so Kay assumes that he still hasn't seen the sleeping man in his class.

"Enj," Kaylin whispers softly, poking him lightly in the side, "wake up." He blinks his eyes open once and lifts his head higher, confused.

"What is it?" he mumbles back, still in the post-sleep haze, as he hides a yawn into his hand.

"You fell asleep in class." Kaylin informs, still checking Sir Gillenormand frequently to make sure he hasn't heard them yet. "He didn't see though so you're good."

"What time is it?" Enjy questions. "And whose class are we in?" Kaylin looks at him, studying his weary face and bags under his eyes. She frowns and one of Enjy's eyebrows raise in a silent question.

"It's 2:00. We're in Gillenormand's class. And you look tired, Enj."

Enjy sighs, knowing that Kay will never believe him if he says he isn't tired. "I am," he reluctantly admits. "I've gotten three hours of sleep in the past two days." Kaylin blinks at him, shocked.

"Are you trying to work yourself into an early grave?" Kay says dryly as she rolls her eyes at his stubbornness. "In case you've forgotten, you're a human and need sleep, food, and water. Not necessarily in that order."

Enjy groans softly, already assuming Kaylin will not rest until he promises to get his full eight hours of sleep every day. "Very funny," he mutters sarcastically as Kaylin looks at him.

"I'm serious," she declares quietly.

"I'm fine Kay," Enjy stresses the word 'fine,' which makes it seem more like he is not fine.

"You look like sh*t," she deadpans as he eye rolls.

"Thanks," he responds, resorting to his most fluent language: sarcasm. "That's encouraging."

"You look exhausted Enjy!" Kaylin whisper-shouts back at him. "You can't do this to yourself!"

Enjy rests his forehead on his hand, looking at her. "Don't worry about me. I'll be fine."

AJ leans forwards from her seat behind the couple. "And Courf will break up with me," she joins in the conversation sarcastically, making Kaylin sigh in relief that at least someone *cough Enjolras cough* thinks that she's doing the right thing.

"Exactly!" Kaylin exclaims softly. "Thank you AJ."

"You're welcome," AJ responds.

"But seriously, Enjy, you are not fine," Kay sighs, guessing that he will not seem to care and work even harder because, well, Enjolras isn't the best with his self-care techniques.

"I am!" protests Enjolras.

"You fell asleep in class," AJ dryly states the obvious.

"And you never do that. Ever," Kaylin declares.

"You even came to school with a raging fever," Ferre chimes in, looking pointedly at one of his best friends.

"Exactly," AJ agrees as Enjy stutters, trying to defend himself but coming up short.

"I'm just a little tired," he states. "That's all."

"Just a little?" snorts Kaylin sarcastically.

"Really?" AJ questions skeptically, coughing into her sleeve a second later.

"Yeah."

"Nope!"  Lizzie refuses, turning around in her seat next to Éponine to join in the conversation about Enjy's sleeping schedule. It's pretty obvious that Lizzie has a massive crush on Éponine. Well, obvious to everyone that is not Éponine and Enjolras.

"You just need sleep mate," AJ tells Enjy, who rolls his eyes once more.

"You've only gotten three hours of sleep in the last two days," Kaylin sighs. "That's not good."

"That's an hour and a half per day," AJ informs.

"Let me guess," Kaylin starts exasperated, "you're also 98% coffee just to get through the school day?" Enjy stares at her, surprised at how well she knows him.

"...maybe?" Kay facepalms. Loudly.

"You have got to start taking better care of yourself."

"Yeah!" agrees AJ.

"Says the one who is currently sick and still attending school," Courf tells everyone, Kay turning in her seat to look at her best friend concernedly. AJ waves her off and Kaylin reluctantly lets it go, turning back to Enjy.

"But still Enj. You have to get at least a decent amount of sleep tonight," she says, making it clear that he is not allowed to say 'no.'

"Fine," he sighs, giving up for now.

"Kay can you help me please?" Courf asks, trying to get AJ to stay home from school tomorrow.

"AJ if you're sick you shouldn't be at school," Kay tells her best friend. "And thanks Enj."

"I'm..." AJ starts, coughing a second later. "...fine," she finishes.

"That cough says otherwise," Kay raises an eyebrow. Courf rests his hand on AJ's forehead, feeling her temperature.

"AJ, lovebug, you're burning up," he says concernedly.

"Please stay home if you're still feeling sick tomorrow?" pleads Kaylin with her stubborn friend as the bell rings, announcing the end of the school day. However, all of Les Amis have Student Council to attend.

"I'm fine!" AJ protests vehemently... promptly sneezing right after.

"Yep," Kaylin agrees sarcastically, "and I absolutely hate musicals."

"AJ, you need rest," Courf begs.

"And water! Water helps if you're sick," Kay informs.

"I'm not sick!"

"Yeah right and you're just sneezing and coughing for the fun of it?"

AJ groans. "I'm. Not. Si-" she bursts into a coughing fit.

"You were saying?" Kaylin rolls her eyes. "AJ. Please stay home if you're sick tomorrow. Please. And we'd better get ready to go to Student Council," she adds on, checking the time on her phone. Everyone stands up, except for AJ as she is still coughing.

"Come on AJ," pleads Courf as AJ gets her coughing fit under control.

"AJ, you've gotta stay home if you're sick," Lizzie tells her. "You're not gonna miss much."

"I'm fine," AJ starts protesting. Take two of coughing fit anddd action.

"Here," Lizzie says, handing AJ a water bottle, "water. Drink."

"Thanks Lizzie," Kay smiles. "And AJ I'll bring your homework to you if you do stay home. It's not like we're gonna make you suffer alone."

"Fine," AJ sighs, accepting that her friends are going to badger her until she ultimately gives in.

"I'll stay with you!" offers Courf happily. AJ fixes him with a glare.

"Will you? Hell no, you need to go to school."

"Thank god," Kaylin sighs. "Enjy, you look like you're about to fall asleep standing up."

"I'm tired," admits Enjolras, yawning again.

"We've only got Student Council and then the day is done," Lizzie grins. "Then AJ can rest and Enjy can sleep."

"I guess Enjy can sleep during Student Council?" AJ wonders.

"I will no-" Enjy starts.

"Oh yes you will!" Kay cuts him off.

"I'm going to sleep," AJ says, yawning slightly.

Kaylin grins. "That's good, AJ."

"Enjy, Student Council should be the least of your priorities right now," Lizzie rolls her eyes.

"Exactly," agrees Kaylin. "You need your sleep and you are going to get it... damn that sounded vaguely threatening didn't it?"

"Y-" AJ starts, a cough interrupting her sentence, "yeah it does." Joly slightly takes a step back from AJ's coughing.

"It sounded a lot better in my head," admits Kaylin, "but seriously. You need sleep Enjy... you too AJ."

"Joly I'm not going to kill you," AJ snorts, coughing into her elbow as Joly takes yet another step away.

"We probably should get to Student Council," Kaylin sighs. "You guys can sleep in the room." Enjy opens his mouth to retort but Kaylin glares lightly at him, "We aren't incapable of leading one meeting Enjy."

"Fine..." Enjy reluctantly agrees.

"Okay," AJ accepts, coughing once more.

Kaylin grins, pleased they both said yes. "Good. And AJ please rest?" The group makes their way into the Student Council room.

"I will," AJ sighs, sneezing again.

"Thank god!" Kaylin exclaims.

AJ grins, "yeah."

"Now rest," Kaylin orders lightly, "both of you. We'll be fine and we'll update you on what happened at the meeting." Courf hugs AJ, and AJ lightly pushes him back, frowning.

"Courf, you'll get sick."

"I don't think he cares," laughs Kaylin.

"I'm fine as long as I'm with you, AJ," Courf says softly, causing Kaylin to fangirl.

"Awwww but the meeting's starting soon. AJ will be fine over here Courf," Kaylin convinces him.

"But-" Courf protests, getting interrupted by AJ a split second after.

"Courf I'll be fine."

"Enj, actually sleep okay?" Kay sighs, turning to Enjy and expecting a retort. She finds him fast asleep, sprawled on the desk. She smiles slightly and murmurs quietly, "I guess he listened." AJ yawns and slowly falls asleep as Kaylin smiles wider.

An hour later, after the meeting has ended, only Courf, Kay, and Ferre remain awake in the meeting room. Courf picks AJ up bridal-style, being careful not to jostle her and wake her up. "I'm just gonna drive AJ home," he whispers.

"Okay," Kay agrees, "bye Courf. I'm just going to bring Enjy home... to his house I mean not mine." She blushes hard as Courf winks at her, causing Ferre to laugh quietly to himself at her obvious love.

"Bye Kay. Bye Ferre," Courf leaves the room, cradling AJ in his arms. Kaylin grins and lightly shakes Enjy awake.

"Yeah?" Enjy yawns tiredly.

"School's over," Kaylin informs him. "I'm bringing you home."

Enjy looks at her and nods his head, "okay."

"Come on," she smiles, stretching her hand out to him to pull him up. "The sooner I get you home the sooner you can get to sleep." Enjy yawns, stands up, and holds her hand. They make their way to the parking lot, where Kay's car is one of the only ones in the spaces. "You can sleep if you want. I really don't care," offers Kaylin, sliding into the driver's seat.

"It's fine," Enjy yawns as Kaylin fiddles with the radio dial, hoping for something that's good. Finding a good station, she turns the volume all the way down, turning in her seat to face him.

"Is there a reason you're pulling all-nighters Enj? Cause you're incredibly smart; you don't need to be staying up until four in the morning just to ace a test," Kaylin wonders, concerned. Enjy sighs, knowing that there actually is a reason but he can't particularly tell her.

"Not really," he lies. The reason he actually is pulling all-nighters is because his father wants him to be a politician just like him, ever since the day he was born. However, Enjy wants to become a lawyer instead, causing him and his father to have constant fights.

Kay looks at him, not fully believing him. "You sure?" she double-checks.

"Yeah."

"Okay. And you'll have to give me directions," she grins, turning the volume back up and singing along to You Belong With Me, the song on the radio. Enjy smiles lightly as he explains how to get to his house.

After a ten minute drive, Kay finally pulls up in the driveway. "Thanks Enj."

"No problem," he says casually.

"...Anything I should know about your parents?" Kay asks, slightly nervous about meeting her boyfriend's parents.

"Well..." he trails off, unsure of how to best phrase it, "my mom's pretty nice. But my dad..." he rolls his eyes, absolutely done with his father's attitude.

"Well damn," Kaylin swears under her breath.

"He can be... aggressive."

"Aggressive like words or aggressive like...?" Kaylin leaves her sentence unfinished, not wanting to say it.

"More so with words."

"Okay then. Do you know if he's home?" Kay wonders.

"I think he's still at work," Enjy says, checking the time on his phone. "But he should be home soon."

"Well should we go in or should we hang out in your front yard? I personally like the second option better," Kaylin jokes.

"We can go in. Unless, of course, you prefer the front yard," smirks Enjolras, basically his only facial expression.

"It's a beautiful front yard," Kaylin compliments dramatically. "But I think we probably should go in." Enjy laughs and pulls the front door open as Kaylin and Enjolras enter la casa de Enjolras. "Damn this is a nice house."

"Thanks. My rich-a** father insisted we buy it," Enjy tells Kaylin sassily, rolling his eyes. She starts laughing at his sass. "Rich, not to mention stuck-up, self absorbed, and very judgmental." Kay starts laughing harder, nearly holding herself up on the ornate kitchen table. "Yeah very funny," Enjolras sighs sarcastically.

"Sorry Enj. That sass was amazing though."

"Thank you, thank you very much," Enjy says dramatically as Kaylin curtsies in front of him, being incredibly dramatic.

"You're welcome, oh most honorable monsieur."

"You sound just like him," Enjy snorts as Kaylin pulls a disgusted face.

"From what I've heard about him, that's definitely not a good thing," Kay rolls her eyes as Enjy laughs.

"True," he comments as his mother walks in the kitchen from the living room. She's petite like Kaylin is, only coming up to Enjy's chin. She has long, blonde, curly hair that is currently tied up in a bun. Seeing her over Enjy's shoulder, Kay bites her lower lip softly, nervous about meeting his parents, although she wouldn't really admit it.

"Uhhh hi Mrs. Enjolras..." she trails off awkwardly as Enjy turns to see his mom.

"Hello?" Mrs. Enjolras replies, confused. "I don't believe we've met before."

"I'm Kaylin. Kaylin Lambert," Kay answers, sticking her hand out for a handshake. Mrs. Enjolras shakes it and smiles.

"Pleasure to meet you Kaylin. And may I ask, how do you know my son?" Enjy blushes slightly, as he never told his mom that he was dating anyone new. Or his father, for that matter.

"Ummmmm I uhhhhhhh," Kaylin stutters, blushing hard.

"Yes?" Mrs. Enjolras questions, confused.

"We're dating?" Kaylin says as if it was a question, her voice squeaking. Mrs. Enjolras blinks.

"Oh that's amazing!! How did I not know about this?" she wonders, looking pointedly at her son, who looks anywhere but at her. At this point, Kaylin is blushing as red as Enjy's jacket... which is pretty red.

"Well... um... I-I just hadn't told you yet Mother," Enjy stumbles over his words, blushing too. Kay looks at him, confused over the stutter.

"Well don't worry about it!" Mrs. Enjolras waves it off. "But if your father asks," she whispers quietly, "you two are just friends."

"Yeah that's for the best," agrees Enjolras, sighing.

"Good idea!" Kay grins. "Now you are going to sleep Enj," she declares.

Enjy sighs. "Okay."

Kaylin looks at him triumphantly. "I can't believe you agreed so easily, Mr. Stubborn."

"Neither can I," his mom agrees as Enjolras groans silently. "He's incredibly stubborn."

"Yeah he is. I think I've known that since the first day I met him," Kay informs.

"I'm still in the room you know," Enjy eye rolls.

"We know," Mrs. Enjolras says casually.

Kaylin grins. "And we don't care," she finishes Mrs. Enjolras' sentence, trying not to laugh at the look of annoyance on his face. Enjy sighs just as Mr. Enjolras, a tall giant of a man, walks into the room. "Well sh*t," Kaylin mumbles under her breath.

"Dad..." Enjy trails off, slightly standing in front of Kaylin, who looks the most awkward Enjy has ever seen her before. "This is Kaylin, my friend," he stresses the word 'friend' in a very subtle way, a way that goes right over his head.

"Hi," Mr. Enjolras states coolly.

"Hi Mr. Enjolras," Kaylin says politely as Mr. Enjolras shakes her hand. Enjy stands there awkwardly as they stop shaking. "I think it would be a great idea to go up to your room now... this is really awkward," she whispers in Enjy's ear.

"Yeah," he agrees, muttering back quietly, "do you wanna come too?"

"Sure. Anything would be better than being with your father, I think."

"Okay," Enjy sighs, trying to think of a way to leave. Enjy and Kay slowly make their way towards the staircase leading up. "Come on Kay, we can go to my room."

"Okay," Kaylin agrees. "Which door is it?"

"Second door on your right," Enjy informs and Kaylin grins.

"Third star to your right and straight on til morning," she quotes Peter Pan casually.

"Disney?" Enjy wonders, looking down at her.

"Yeah, Disney. Basically my childhood."

"I've only watched a few movies," admits Enjy.

Kay looks up at him as she climbs the stairs. "Which ones?"

"Snow White, Dumbo, and The Princess and the Frog."

"Not even Lion King??" Kaylin wonders, shocked. Lion King is the movie that defined her childhood, and she loves it even now.

"Oh yeah! And the Lion King."

"Thank god for that," Kay snorts. "That's probably my favorite Disney movie ever."

"Mine is the Princess and the Frog," Enjy says casually.

"Awww that's a cute one," grins Kay. "And this one, right?" She points at the door as Enjy nods his head. Kay opens the door and is immediately hit with the sight of Star Wars posters on the wall. "Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi! You're my only hope," she quotes dramatically, hand on her forehead like a damsel in distress.

Enjy laughs. "Exactly."

"Uhhhh I am your father?"

"No," he denies, "but you are my girlfriend."

"Yeah I am," Kaylin grins, laughing. "Of course you decorated your room red and black."

"Why not?"

"It's just you at its finest," Kay giggles.

Enjy sighs. "True," he admits.

"Yeah," Kay looks at his bed, so covered with pillows you can't see the sheets. "And do you actually use that many pillows??"

"Yep!"

"Holy sh*t that's a lot of pillows," she comments, wide-eyed.

"Yeah yeah," he eye rolls.

"It is! Your entire bed is literally covered with pillows!!"

"...Fair," he reluctantly agrees. Kaylin smiles and flops onto his bed, bouncing up slightly. He smiles lightly.

"Enj I don't think I want to move," Kay grins, snuggling closer into the bed. "It's like a soft, comfortable, warm cloud... that smells like you." Enjy starts laughing and Kay reluctantly pushes herself up off of the bed, grabbing the nearest pillow and lobbing it at him. Unfortunately, Enjy catches the pillow in the nick of time. "Dammit!"

Enjy snorts and throws the pillow back at her, and she catches it too. "You know you just started a pillow war, Enjy?"

"Oh I know," he smirks.

"And that I have most of the pillows?"

"...Sh*t."

Kaylin snorts lightly. "You're going down."

"Not if I take you down first!" Enjy comes back.

"That's not going to happen!" Kay sing-songs.

"Oh it will," Enjy replies confidently.

"Nope!" Kaylin refuses. "I have a secret weapon."

Enjy smirks. "And what is that?"

"It's secret for a reason," Kay deadpans.

"Fineeeee," Enjy draws out.

"Exactly!" Kaylin grins, whacking him with a pillow a second after.

"Hey!" Enjy exclaims.

"It's a pillow war for a reason Enj!" she retorts.

"Fair," Enjy admits, getting whacked in the face just when he finishes the statement. He laughs and whacks Kaylin with another pillow. Kaylin blows her hair out of her face and hits him with yet another pillow... this time harder. "Ow!" 

"It's a pillow, Enj," Kay says dryly, "it couldn't have hurt that badly."

"It did hurt," he pouts jokingly.

"Still a pillow!" Kaylin defends herself, holding a pillow in front of her like a shield.

"Fine," Enjy says, whacking Kaylin with a pillow by dodging the shield.

"I will never surrender!" she cheers, knocking a pillow into his chest.

"Neither will I!" he exclaims proudly.

"You sureeeeee?" Kay smirks, having the secret weapon in her repertoire. 

"Never surrendering!" he grins back.

"Absolutely positive?" grins Kay.

"Yep," Enjy replies, determined.

Kay laughs and pulls him down to her level. "How about no?" she wonders and promptly kisses him. The pillow in Enjy's hand hits the floor with a quiet thump as he kisses back. Kay's hands tangle in his honey blonde hair, making it a little messy. Enjy wraps his hands around the back of her neck, mostly surrendering at this point. Kay grins proudly into the kiss, knowing she won. She pulls back slightly, and in between kisses, asks, "You... surrender... now?"

"Y-yeah," Enjy stutters, eyes flicking down to Kay's lips and then back up to her eyes. She snorts at the stutter and kisses him once more. Enjy kisses back again, slowly moving her backwards until the back of her legs hit the bed. Kaylin pulls him closer until they brush against each other. As if they have a mind of their own, Enjy's fingers intertwine them in Kay's brown locks, slightly pulling her even closer. Kay wraps her arms around his neck, her fingers lacing together.

Unknowingly to the couple who are very ~occupied,~ Enjy's father had walked in a few seconds before. Enjy and Kay do not see him. Glaring at the couple, he clears his throat dangerously.

Kaylin jumps slightly, parting regretfully from Enjy. "We're in trouble, aren't we?" she questions Enjy breathlessly.

"Yep," he mumbles back.

"Dammit," curses Kaylin quietly.

"WHAT WERE YOU TWO DOING???" Enjy's dad roars. Kaylin bites her lip, physically restraining herself from not saying anything sarcastic.

"Kissing," Enjy says dryly. Kaylin fights back laughter as AJ, who has also been unknown to everyone in the room, laughs.

"AJ?" Kaylin questions, confused. "How did you get here?"

"Through the back door," AJ says casually. "Courf gave Enjy a lift this morning and he forgot his bag," AJ holds up the bag in question.

"Oh okay," Kaylin responds, an awkward silence soon following.

"Yeah!"

"I'm here too," Ferre comments. 

Kay looks at AJ and whispers in her ear, "well he looks pissed."

"I know," AJ mutters back.

"Hi Ferre," Enjy greets, basically ignoring his father at this point.

"Oh god," Kaylin mumbles under her breath.

"Courf has entered the building!!" Courf declares loudly, referring to himself in the third person.

"Let me guess," Kay starts sarcastically, "is Bahorel here too?"

"No, he's with Lexis," AJ answers.

"Okay," Kaylin says, getting slightly nervous because Mr. Enjolras hasn't said anything at all.

She shouldn't have thought that. Enjy's father basically explodes a second later, yelling about things that Kay doesn't give a sh*t about.

"Sh*t," Kay swears quietly.

"Great," AJ says sarcastically.

Kay snorts and answers just as sarcastically, "Just what we need."

"I told you he was like this," Enjy responds casually.

"I see what you mean Enj," Kay frowns slightly.

"OUT! ALL OF YOU OUT OF MY HOME!!" Enjy's dad shouts.

"Well damn," Kay responds sassily, eye rolling.

"When did you become my dad?" AJ sighs. "Oh wait, I don't have one!" Kaylin snorts at AJ's sass. "Never mind."

"AJ, that was iconic."

"Thanks," AJ grins.

"You're welcome," responds Kay. "But we're incredibly screwed."

"Or we could go?" AJ offers.

"That's a good idea."

"Let's get out of here before he kills us," Ferre says dryly.

"I like that idea!" Kay grins. "Enj, you're coming over to mine." Enjy shrugs.

"Okay."

"Disney movie marathon?" Kay smirks.

"Sure!" replies AJ enthusiastically.

"Well tata," Kaylin waves sarcastically at Enjy's dad.

"Aren't all the Disney movies 28 days in all?" Courf wonders.

"Yeah!" Kay and AJ respond in unison.

"I did it when I was off from school," AJ says casually.

"WE HAVE TO WATCH CINDERELLA IF IT'S THE LAST THING WE DO!!!!" Ferre shouts excitedly.

"Oookay then we'll watch Cinderella. Ooh and musicals!!" Mr. Enjolras grimaces, as for some odd reason he hates musicals.

"And the Lion King!!" AJ cheers.

"Long live the king," Kay grins, voice sounding exactly like Scar. Ferre pushes Courf over and Courf pouts.

"AJJJJJ!!" he whines.

"Oh suck it up Courf," Kaylin eye rolls.

"He pushed me overrrrrrrrr!!"

"And I whacked Enj with pillows and he isn't whining about it!" Kay snorts.

Courf whines more, "It hurtssssssssss."

"For God's sake!" Kaylin exclaims, tossing a pillow at him. Courf is too wrapped up in his self-made pity party to see it, and the pillow smacks him right in the face.

"AJJJJJJJ!!!"

"Oh my god he's so dramatic," laughs Kaylin.

"You sound like Tari Mari tattling like a first grader," Ferre rolls his eyes from behind his glasses.

Kaylin grins and starts to sing Like A Virgin, except changing the lyrics a little. "Like a first grader tattling for the eightieth timeeeee."

"We know," laughs AJ.

"She's so annoying!" Kay laughs.

"Terrie Marie?" Mr. Enjolras wonders.

"Oh for the love of God!!" Enjy exclaims loudly, throwing his hands up in exasperation.

"She's awful," AJ growls in Russian.

Lizzie pops her head out from behind the door and walks in. "She's a terrible b*tch."

"Absolutely sh*tty person," Kay agrees.

Courf smirks, "exactly."

"And guess who actually likes her," Enjy comments dryly.

"Ariana and Montparnasse!!" Courf laughs.

"Are you serious?" Lizzie asks.

"Yep!" answers Courf.

"My 'father' does too," Enjy rolls his eyes, using sass and sarcasm to his best advantage.

"Wait what?" Kay double-takes, Enjy nodding the affirmative.

"I have no words," Lizzie shudders.

"No way!" AJ exclaims at the same time.

"Holy sh*t how?? That's f*cked up," Kay swears.

"I don't know!" Enjy exclaims, sighing.

"Sir, you do know she has bullied me and brought down another girl, right?" AJ asks.

"Apparently he doesn't care," sasses Kaylin.

"Fair."

"She's on the very, very small list of people I hate. And now you're on that list too," Kaylin growls slightly.

"That's fair," AJ smirks.

"Thanks AJ," Kaylin grins. "But anyway I want to know why you like Tari Mari."

"She's a nice girl!" Mr. Enjolras declares loudly, expecting everyone to just give into his demands. He has never met Les Amis before apparently. Lizzie bursts into loud laughter.

"She's as nice as Niki and JJ are to each other," snorts AJ.

"That is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard in my life," Kay informs Mr. Enjolras.

"I know!" AJ agrees.

"'A nice girl' oh please," eye rolls Kaylin.

"A bully and someone who verbally abuses Lexis," AJ glares.

"And who thinks she's all that but clearly isn't," Kaylin agrees. "How the hell do you even like her??"

"It's nearly impossible," Lizzie snorts.

"It should be impossible," Kaylin mutters darkly.

"It is," AJ agrees.

"Apparently not," glares Kay at Mr. Enjolras.

"Somehow," AJ sighs.

Kaylin laughs. "Somehow someway," she starts, trailing off and realizing something. "Oh sh*t I totally forgot!!"

"What?" AJ wonders, confused.

"I have to pick my older brother up from the airport," Kaylin explains, somewhat rushing to get her keys. "He's back for spring break and I totally forgot."

"Ohhhhh," responds AJ.

"I really have to go. Enjy wanna meet my brother?" she asks him, looking up at him questioningly.

"Do I?" he starts, "Not particularly."

"You're going to have to meet him sometime," Kaylin laughs.

"But not today," he smiles softly at her.

"Okay," Kaylin accepts, "you tired?"

"Yep," he admits, trying to fight back a yawn.

Kaylin smiles gently. "Well you only have one more day of school left until spring break. Hang in there Enj. Oh! And no all-nighter tonight," she orders jokingly, wagging her finger lightly at him.

"Are we still on for the movie marathon at Kay's?" Ferre wonders.

"Sure," Kaylin shrugs. "I'll text you the address. Bye you guys," she says, waving and leaving to pick up her older brother. The second Kaylin leaves, Enjy yawns tiredly.

"Enjy, you need to sleep," Éponine sighs.

Enjy rolls his eyes and responds, dryly, "are you guys the sleeping police or something?"

"I'm an artist," Lizzie laughs, "not an officer."

"In all honesty, you do need sleep Enj," Ferre sighs.

"I haven't slept in weeks," AJ says casually, "and I ain't getting yelled at."

"You too AJ," Ferre declares.

"I'm fine!" protests AJ.

"That's such a lie," Ferre groans.

Mumbling under his breath, Enjy whispers to himself, "glad they're off of me."

"I am!!" AJ retorts.

"She's not," comments Niki, AJ's younger sister. "She hasn't slept in 10 days."

"AJ!" Joly exclaims.

"What?" AJ asks casually.

"That's not healthy," Joly reprimands lightly.

AJ snorts. "Nothing I do is healthy, mate."

"Relatable," Lizzie laughs.

"That's not good habits AJ," Enjy says. Such a hypocrite.

Ferre looks at Enjy. "You went to school when you were burning up with strep just so you could take a test. A not important one!!"

"So?" AJ wonders.

"Both Enjy and AJ did that," Ferre exposes, "That's definitely not healthy at all and you shouldn't be doing it."

"I. Was. Fine," AJ stresses each word, almost as if each was its own sentence.

"AJ you almost passed out," Courf sighs.

"So?" AJ retorts.

"That's dangerous AJ," Niki groans.

"Well, not dangerous..." Lizzie admits.

AJ points at Lizzie, "Exactly!!"

"I've done that a few times as well," sighs Lizzie.

"See! I'm not insane!" cheers AJ.

"She's still insane," Courf mutters.

AJ grins. "But you still love me Courf."

"Well of course he does," Lizzie snorts. "That's not even a question."

AJ laughs, "Of if Burr or which one?"

"Of course I do," Courf says at the same time.

"Are we going to have a Disney movie marathon or are we just going to stand around here and watch my father glare at us?" Enjy sighs, absolutely sick and tired of his father's glaring.

"Yeah, we probably should go," Lizzie says as she leaves Enjy's room, everyone following after her.

Once the entire group arrives at Kaylin's house, they open the door and troop in, hearing Kaylin and her older brother, Jack, arguing.

"Jack you were only waiting for half an hour!" exclaims Kaylin, exasperated.

"Hi Jack!" Lizzie greets, waving.

Jack waves casually from the kitchen table, "hi Lizzie."

"How the hell do you two know each other?" Kay wonders, confused.

Lizzie grins. "It's a long story, mostly with vacation in California and accidentally walking into him," she starts, letting Jack finish the story.

"And me finding her parents for her cause she got lost."

"Oookay then," Kaylin says, kind of surprised.

"Hi Jack!" AJ smiles. "How's Misha?" Misha is AJ's older brother, who lives in Russia and has no clue that AJ is dating Courf. Misha is Jack's friend.

"He's doing well and who the hell are they?" Jack comments, pointing at the boys as he glares at them.

"Our friends. And my boyfriend," AJ responds.

"Yeah!" Lizzie agrees.

"Oh!" AJ exclaims. "Jack, don't let Misha know I have a boyfriend when you get back, okay?"

"Okay?" Jack says, confused.

"It's Disney movie marathon time!!" Kay cheers loudly as Jack looks at her with the most confused look you could ever have.

"CINDERELLA!!!" shouts Ferre as Kaylin snorts.

"Okay Ferre, Cinderella first then."

"But we have to go in order!" AJ retorts. "Snow White first!!" 

"Damn, do we want Ferre to have a teenager hissy fit?" Kaylin asks dryly. "Jack, pick one at random."

Jack raises his hands in surrender. "I agree with AJ on this one."

"That's not smart AJ," Kay sighs.

"I haven't slept in 10 days so, makes sense."

"AJ you need sleep," Kay sighs. "Oh, and speaking of sleep, Enjy you are sleeping." She turns to find him already asleep, sprawled out on the couch.

"Kay just tell Courf to do puppy dog eyes," Niki groans as Kaylin smiles slightly at her sleeping boyfriend... that Jack still doesn't know about.

"Okay. Courf do puppy dog eyes to get AJ to sleep." Courf nods and Kaylin grins. "Thanks," she says, brushing Enjy's hair off of his forehead lightly.

Courf sighs and turns to his girlfriend, "AJ please sleep?"

"Courf I'm fine!" she insists.

"You haven't slept in ten days. You need sleep." Jack sighs and joins in on the conversation.

"Take it from a college student: relying on coffee to get you through exam week is not particularly a good idea," he says dryly.

Courf does the puppy dog eyes, "Pleaseeeeeee?"

"Don't give me that look," AJ sighs.

"Please?" he begs slightly. "Sleep? For me?"

"Fine. As long as I can cuddle with you," AJ agrees reluctantly.

"Okay!" Courf agrees, smiling. Jack looks at his younger sister by three years, studying her.

"Something's... different about you, Kay."

"What?" Kay responds, confused and slightly concerned he'll find out about her and Enjy. AJ cuddles into Courf, who holds her close. Enjy, waking up from his sleep, holds his breath nervously. "Why would something be different?" she wonders innocently.

AJ yawns, causing Courf to smile widely at her 'adorableness.'

"You just seem different from when I last saw you," Jack admits, rubbing his chin thoughtfully.

"Yeah and that's just soooo helpful," Kaylin declares sarcastically.

Enjy chimes in, yawning, "yeah."

"Sleep well?" Kaylin wonders. Courf kisses AJ's nose, not paying attention to the conversation.

"Yeah I did," Enjy tells her. 

"That's good," Kay says, smiling at him.

Jack sighs. "I just don't know what it is..." AJ falls asleep, curling into Courf.

"I don't think anything is different, Jack," Kay lies casually.

"Okay," he agrees.

"Shhh! AJ's asleep," Niki shushes quietly.

"Okay we'll be quiet," Kay whispers. "And yeah, nothing's different." Adrian smirks, ready to annoy his older sister.

"Except the fact that you and-" Adrian starts dryly, Kaylin stomping on his foot a second later to keep him quiet. Enjy, terrified, has started internally panicking.

"Dammit," Kaylin mumbles under her breath. Niki grins, knowing how to turn the tables on Adrian.

You see, Kay's younger brother has started to like Amie, one of Gav's friends. Gavroche has Pierre, Gjon, and Amie. Pierre is Amie's older brother, who only speaks French. Amie is his translator, and he is incredibly protective over her. Gjon, a Swiss, is Amie and Pierre's cousin, and he is also incredibly protective too. Amie likes Adrian back, but they are both too tongue-tied and shy to do anything about it.

"Hey Adrian," Niki smirks, "don't you like Amie?" Adrian blushes immediately after her name is said, which is kind of pathetic.

"Thank god," Kay whispers quietly to herself.

"I-uhhhh..." Adrian starts, unsure of what to say.

Kay rolls her eyes. "Just ask her out already!" she whisper-shouts, mindful of her sleeping best friend.

She smiles. "She likes you back," informs Niki. "Don't worry about Pierre and Gjon. They won't kill you... okay, maybe they might." Kay snorts.

"The overprotective older brother syndrome?" she asks dryly, looking pointedly at her older brother.

"Yep," Niki answers.

"Of course," Kaylin eye rolls. Adrian sighs and, in a desperate attempt to get the attention off of him, he lets the cat out of the bag.

"KAY'S DATING SOMEONE!!!" he shouts, hiding behind the couch a second later from Kay.

"ADRIAN!!" she yells at him.

AJ yawns and wakes up. "What happened?"

Kay stares at Jack, who has frozen. "Adrian told Jack about me dating!" she panics.

"Great job guys!" Courf says sarcastically, "you woke AJ up!!"

"Sorry but at this point I'm more concerned with Jack looking like he's going to commit murder!!" Courf tries to get AJ back asleep and Kaylin attempts to calm Jack down, but both actions are futile, as it doesn't work at all.

Jack explodes.

"WHO IS IT??" he roars.

"I'm not telling!" Kay exclaims loudly.

"Enj-" Adrian starts, getting interrupted by Niki.

"ADRIAN I WILL TEXT AMIE CONFESSING YOUR FEELINGS RIGHT NOW!!" she blackmails.

"WHO IS IT?!" Jack reiterates, seething. Enjy gulps silently.

"Ummm excuse me for just a moment," he says slightly awkwardly, leaving the room.

Adrian sighs. "The one who left the room." Kay jumps in front of her raging brother and the door as Ferre and Lizzie each grab onto one of his arms, pulling him back.

"I'm telling Amie, Adrian," Niki declares.

"NO!" Adrian shouts, terrified.

"DAMMIT JACK JUST CALM DOWN FOR ONE F*CKING SECOND!!!" Kaylin bursts out, pressing herself against the door.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME ABOUT THIS??" Jack shouts at her, still struggling to attack Enjy.

Kay snaps. "BECAUSE I KNEW YOU WOULD FREAK OUT!!"

Jack glares through the door. "WHERE IS HE??" Kay sighs and moves back from the door, Enjy coming out of it a second later, absolutely terrified.

"Ummmm h-hi Jack..." he stutters. Kay, from her spot in front of Enjy, looks up at him.

"Nice stutter Enj. Absolutely marvelous," she says sarcastically.

Enjy sighs. "Not a particularly good time to joke around, Kay. I might only have two more minutes to live."

"I have to agree with him on that one," Jack growls, looking as if he would gladly kill Enjy.

"My best jokes come at the worst times, Enjy, you know that," Kay smiles. "Oh and Jack you are not going to be murdering anyone."

"Are you sure about that?" he says not-so-casually.

"Yeah," Kay smirks. "Because if you hurt him I'll tell Dad you made me sad." Jack sighs, knowing there's nothing he can do. Kay has her dad wrapped around her little finger, and she knows how to use it.

"...Fine. I'll tolerate Enjolras. But if he ever, and I mean ever, hurts you, then you just tell me," Jack declares. "I'll make him regret it."

"'Tolerate,'" Kaylin snorts. "And I'm 100% confident he will not hurt me."

"Okay..." Jack reluctantly agrees.

"You sound suspicious," Kaylin says, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm not suspicious!" Jack defends.

Kay sighs, "you sure about that?"

"Yes!"

"Okay then," Kaylin sighs in relief.

Jack groans. "Okay... I respect the fact that you're dating someone. Just don't tell Dad I made you sad."

"I won't," she grins. "Well, as long as you don't tell him I'm dating someone."

"Deal."

"Good!" Kaylin grins.

"Sorry to break this up, but can we PLEASE watch Cinderella now?" Ferre sighs.

Kaylin laughs. "What's the big deal with you and Cinderella anyway?"

"It's my childhood movie," explains Ferre, "sort of like you and Lion King."

"Oh okay," accepts Kaylin. Jack snorts.

"Watching Lion King with you is hell Kay," he declares.

"Hey!!" she responds, offended.

"It's true!" defends Jack, putting his hands up in surrender.

Lizzie grins, "Lion King was never my favorite. But I love Beauty and the Beast."

"I like that one too," agrees Kaylin, "But I am not that-"

Adrian snorts. "You burst into tears when Mufasa dies. Every. Time."

Lizzie starts laughing hard, "wow!"

"Well I'm sorrrry," Kay retorts sarcastically.

"Sounds like me whenever I watch Snape die," Lizzie comments casually.

Kay winces. "I uhhh I don't really like him?"

"Girl he's my favorite character. But I respect your opinion."

"Thanks Lizzie!"

"No problem!" Lizzie grins as Ferre groans.

"OH MY GOD CAN WE PLEASE JUST WATCH CINDERELLA!!!"

Kaylin laughs as she clicks play on Cinderella. "Okay okay!! Happy now?"

"YES!!" Ferre cheers.

"Come on guys, squeeze in!" Kay waves everyone over, sitting on the arm of the couch. Everyone squishes in on the couch, and it creaks audibly. "Damn hopefully this couch doesn't break."

"It'll be fine," Ponine reassures.

"I'm pretty sure that couch isn't meant for like a dozen seventeen to eighteen year olds," Jack says dryly, leaning against the wall casually.

"One second," Kaylin says, rushing towards a closet and pulling out pillows and blankets.

"The Les Mis closet?" Adrian and Jack say in unison, eyebrows raising.

"Shut up you two," Kay eye rolls. "There the floor's open and actually comfortable."

"Thanks Kay!" Lizzie smiles.

"You're welcome," Kaylin responds, lying on the floor. "It's actually not that bad."

"True," Lizzie comments, cuddling into Ponine, prompting Kaylin to wink at them and both of them to blush.

"Happy now Ferre?" Kay wonders.

"A DREAM IS A WISH YOUR HEART MAKESSSS WHEN YOU'RE FAST ASLEEEEEEEP!!" he sings along loudly.

"Apparently he is," Kaylin snorts. "This cat is probably the one animal I hate. Except Scar."

"No wonder his name is Lucifer," laughs Lizzie.

"BIBBIDI BOBBIDI BOO!!!" Ferre shouts, standing on the couch and waving an imaginary magic wand in the air. Lizzie has been filming ever since the beginning of the movie.

"There's a meme that shows when the cat Lucifer falls and the words are 'if he falls as Lucifer fell' or something like that," AJ comments.

"I've seen that!" Lizzie chimes. "Well Ferre, Cinderella's almost over."

"DAMMIT!" Ferre swears loudly.

"Calm down mate," Éponine laughs. "It's just a movie."

"I haven't seen someone more emotional over a movie since Courf watched Titanic," AJ snorts.

"Jack didn't have to die!!" Courf shouts, as the Jack in the room snorts.

"Well it's scientifically proven he had to becau-" Lizzie starts.

"HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DIE!!" Courf sniffs.

"He was a time traveler meant to save the Titanic or something. It would've messed with the space-time continuum if he had lived, Courf," AJ patiently explains.

"Exactly!" Lizzie exclaims.

"NOOOO CINDERELLA'S OVER!!" Ferre cries out.

"Calm down Ferre," comforts AJ.

"LION KING!!!" Kaylin cheers loudly.

"If someone picks up Niki and does the circle of life thing," AJ snorts, "I will pay them."

"Deal!" Lizzie grins.

"Why me?" Niki sighs.

"You're the smallest one here," shrugs AJ. "Granted you're nearly my height but you're still smaller." Kaylin clicks play on the DVD, nearly jumping up and down in excitement.

"Oh god help me," groans Niki as Lizzie lifts her up. Niki looks so unimpressed.

"Are you unsatisfied Niki?" Lizzie questions while laughing.

"I don't wanna have to be in this situation," she comments. "AJ you owe me McDonald's."

AJ passes the money over to Lizzie, laughing. "I'm sending that video to you-know-who!" Niki blushes, knowing she's talking about Gavroche.

"We can watch Princess and the Frog after this," comments Lizzie as Kaylin tears up at Mufasa's death.

"YES!" Enjy exclaims loudly.

"You're welcome," Lizzie smirks.

"And then Alice in Wonderland!" Marius exclaims happily.

AJ grins. "Then Dumbo!"

"Beauty and the Beast after!" Lizzie cheers.

"Fantasia after that!" Niki grins.

"Which one is that again?" wonders Courf.

"The one with the mini-cartoons and classical music pieces," Lizzie explains.

"It's amazing!" Niki declares.

"And incredibly underrated," Éponine agrees. "We also need to watch Frozen!"

"NO!!" Niki and AJ shout in unison.

"Why not?" Ponine asks.

"Courf's here," Niki answers. "You really want him to shout Let it Go?"

"I would suggest Frozen 2 but he probably would do the same thing for Into the Unknown," Ponine sighs.

"Pleaseeeeee AJ?" Courf begs, using puppy-dog eyes again.

"Stay strong AJ!" Ponine cheers.

"Don't give in!!" Kay laughs.

"For the love of all things holy please. Shut. Up. Courfeyrac!!" Joly exclaims as Courf keeps begging for Frozen.

"With all due respect Courf," Lizzie starts, "SHUT THE F*CK UP! NO FROZEN!!"

"But-" Courf pleads.

"NO!" everyone shouts as one.

Around an hour later, you hear the absolutely terrible shouts of Courf: "LET IT GO LET IT GO!!!"

"Why would you say yes AJ?" Niki moans.

"I'm. Going. Feral," Lizzie takes deep breaths, trying not to smack Courf.

"So am I sister," R sighs.

"Kill me please!!" Niki begs and Lizzie snorts, agreeing. Kaylin has buried her face in a pillow to shut him up. AJ covers Courf's mouth while Lizzie turns Frozen off.

"Okay, now that everything is settled, we will be watching Princess and the Frog," Enjy declares as Lizzie tosses him the remote. He clicks play.

"HALLELUJAH!!!" Lizzie shouts.

"I love this film!" Niki cheers.

"Same!" agrees Lizzie. "Tiana is an absolute queen."

"She reminds me of AJ," Niki grins.

"She kind of does!"

"Really?" AJ wonders. "How?"

"She's really confident," Lizzie starts, ticking off points on her fingers. "Even when she's brought down, she keeps going. And she's really pretty."

"I agree with the last one!" Courf exclaims, kind of over the whole turning Frozen off thing.

"Never would have guessed that," Lizzie says sarcastically, flicking Courf lightly in the head.

"It's true big sis," Niki smiles.

"Yeah!" Lizzie agrees. "Niki you remind me of Moana."

"Moana?" Niki wonders.

"She's very determined, sassy, and just funny in general," Lizzie explains.

"I always said she reminded me of Merida," AJ comments.

"I love Merida!!" Lizzie cheers, Niki agreeing. "You do remind me of her!"

"I thought I was Moana?" Niki says, confused.

Lizzie frowns slightly. "Let me think... you're like Merida AND Moana!!"

"Meroana!" AJ laughs.

"You really, really love this movie Enj," Kay laughs at Enjy, who is staring at the TV raptly.

"Yep!" he agrees.

"It's pretty cute," she smiles softly at him, prompting Jack and Adrian to fake-gag.

"Ew ew ew," Jack shudders.

"Kinda ruining the moment, Jack," Lizzie sighs.

"Courf and AJ are way worse. They're on a whole other level... named after them," Kaylin retorts.

"Seriously. You two better turn it down. Dad's coming home from work soon," Jack warns them.

"Oh sh*t!" Kaylin exclaims as Enjy looks at her, confused.

"What?" he questions, concerned.

Kay bites her lower lip. "If you thought Jack was bad, you definitely don't want to tell my dad..."

"Oh god," Niki sighs.

"I know. Being the only girl has its perks but also its troubles," Kay sighs.

Niki laughs. "We're all girls and have an older brother."

"Oh god," Kaylin groans.

"...So what you're saying is I'm screwed?" Enjy clarifies.

"Yep!" Jack responds, maybe too cheerfully.

"Unless nobody tells him," Kay declares, "you are."

"Hopefully you have your will written!" Adrian jokes.

"But Adrian I swear if you tell Dad..." Kaylin trails off, glaring at her brother.

"I'll tell Amie!" Niki finishes.

"Exactly! You too Jack."

"I won't," Jack sighs.

"Good. Cause I don't particularly want Enj to be murdered," Kay grins. "Oh, and squirt, it's pretty obvious that you like Amie and she likes you back. It's not that hard to see."

"You're going to tell her anyway, right?" Lizzie whispers to Niki.

"Yep," Niki responds quietly back.

"Are you guys hungry?" Kay wonders. "Cause it's pizza night tonight. We can order pizza somewhere."

"Sounds good," Lizzie says casually.

AJ grins. "I'm starving."

"Okay so what type of pizza?" Kaylin asks, getting ambushed by many different pizza orders.

"Jalapeños and banana peppers," "plain cheese," and "pineapple" are all heard.

"Guys! One at a time please?" Everyone goes quiet, waiting. "Going down the line then," Kaylin declares, grabbing a notepad and pen. "Okay Lizzie?"

"Jalapeños and banana peppers." Kaylin writes down the order on the notepad.

"Courf?"

"Cheese pizza," he says.

"Basic," AJ laughs as Kaylin snorts, writing down the order as well.

"AJ?"

AJ smiles. "I'm fine. I don't want pizza."

"Okay. Bosseut? Pineapple?"

"Yeah!" Bosseut grins as almost everyone gags.

"You're nauseating Bosseut," R groans.

"I agree with you R," Kay starts, shuddering, "but Bosseut you do you. R what do you want?"

"Anything but pineapples!" he jokes. "But actually pepperoni."

"Okay," Kay says, writing it down, "Enjy?"

"Pepperoni is fine," he says casually. "Thanks." Kaylin smiles at him as she writes it down.

"Bahorel?"

"Uhhh I actually haven't had pizza before?" he admits, everyone around him doing a double-take.

"WHAT???"

"Well... I mean Lexis explained it to me?"

"How the hell have you never eaten pizza before??" Kay asks, shocked.

"I don't know!"

Kaylin grins. "Well, it's your first pizza. Choose whatever you want on it."

"Can I have a cheese one?"

"Okay! Gav?"

"Gjon showed me how to make a Swiss pizza. So I'll get a cheese pizza and make my own. Thanks Kay!"

"You're welcome," Kay says, finishing the order with a flourish. "I know what I want... uhh 'Ponine?"

"Just pickles please."

"Okay. Cosette? Marius?"

Cosette glares at her boyfriend. "Don't you dare Marius!"

"CHOCOLATE!!" Marius shouts as everyone looks at him confusedly.

"Ummmm..." Ponine trails off.

"Chocolate on pizza??? Okay I love chocolate but that's a little too far..." Kay asks, making sure that he's sure. Niki laughs.

"You don't just love chocolate," Jack groans. "You are obsessed with chocolate." All of the mini chocolate bars Jack and Adrian got at Halloween that were eaten by Kaylin testify to that fact.

"True," AJ agrees, knowing her best friend.

"Last time I checked, it's not against the law!!" Kay retorts.

"True," admits AJ.

"Exactly," smirks Kaylin. "But Cosette what do you want?"

"Pepperoni," Cosette smiles.

"Okay Feuilly?" Kay wonders, getting close to the end of the line.

"Pizza is highly unhealthy," Feuilly admits. "I'll just have a salad."

"Pizza!!" Lily, the young, ten year old girl that follows Feuilly around like his own personal shadow, exclaims happily. Feuilly doesn't mind, however. They're basically like brother and sister.

"Okay I'll get you a salad," snorts Kaylin. "Lily you want some pizza?"

"Pepperoni pizza!" she chirps.

"Lily no!" Feuilly exclaims as Kaylin sighs.

"Feuilly," she says, rolling her eyes.

"Pleaseeee," Lily begs.

"Fine," Feuilly gives in, unable to say no to her.

"So pepperoni pizza for Lily and a salad for Feuilly. Joly? Jehan?"

"I don't eat pizza," Jehan says softly.

"I'm good, thanks though."

"Okay. Jack? Adrian?" Kay asks, pen poised to write down their orders.

Jack answers, "Pepperoni."

Adrian grins, "The usual." Kay rolls her eyes as she writes it down.

"The barf inducing pizza?" she snorts.

"Shut up," Adrian sighs.

"It's absolutely disgusting squirt," Kaylin smirks at him. "Maybe more disgusting than pineapple on pizza sorry Bosseut."

"What is it?" Niki wonders.

Jack and Kaylin cringe, saying in unison, "Anchovies. Onions. And. Coconut."

"Ewwww," AJ groans.

"I know. I tried it once when I was little and beelined straight to the sink," Kaylin makes a disgusted face. "I still don't get how you like it."

"It's my taste," Adrian defends.

"A crappy taste," she retorts. Niki snorts and begins to laugh loudly. "It's such a crappy taste. But I'm going to order the pizza now, so could you guys please be quieter? The pizza guy on the other end could probably be able to hear you guys."

"Okay," AJ agrees, and Kaylin calls the pizza guy. Courf's stomach rumbles and Enjy snorts quietly. Kay hangs up and puts her phone back in her back pocket.

"When's the pizza gonna be here Kay?" Lizzie asks.

"Uhhh they said five to ten minutes," Kaylin shrugs.

"Okay!" Lizzie cheers, hungry.

Seven minutes later, the doorbell rings.

"Pizza!" Kaylin cheers, pushing herself up off of the floor and going to answer it. She opens the door and sees... twelve boxes of pizza with legs.  "Sorry for the amount of pizza you're carrying," she cringes.

"That'll be $150.99," the pizza guy says behind the boxes.

"One second," Kaylin says, turning towards the living room. "GUYS YOU OWE ME!!" AJ walks up to the door and sighs.

"I'll pay Kay," she offers. "I can go to Switzerland another time."

"AJ... you aren't even getting pizza," Kay sighs. "You can't."

"It's fine!"

"You completely sure?" Kay double-checks, trying to not let her pay.

"Positive."

"...Fine," Kaylin reluctantly accepts as AJ hands her the credit card. "I'm so sorry AJ. You're going to be broke soon."

"It's fine!" AJ reiterates as Kaylin regretfully swipes the card. 

"We might need help getting the pizzas back..." Kaylin says as she grabs the top third. Lizzie, walking in behind the two, picks up another third while AJ takes the bottom third. "Thanks pizza guy!" The pizza guy leaves and the three girls return to their friends. "Pizza has arrived and AJ is now broke."

"How's AJ broke?" Courf wonders, confused. "I thought she had enough money to go to Switzerland?"

"...She paid for the pizzas," Kaylin sighs. "I tried to get her to not but she insisted." Courf looks at AJ, concerned.

"Why would you do that?" he questions.

"I just felt like it," AJ defends.

"She insisted."

Niki looks sadly at AJ. "It's not because of that AJ..."

Kaylin looks between the two sisters, confused. "Huh? What is it?"

Niki takes a deep breath, tears welling in her eyes, "JJ left us on the same day our parents did."

"Oh no!" Kay exclaims. "I'm so sorry!"

"And our grandmother came from Russia," AJ adds. "She-she died last night."

"Holy sh*t I'm sorry," Kaylin frowns. Niki starts crying as AJ hugs her, holding her close. Kay and Lizzie join in on the hug. "I'm so so sorry."

"Then Gjon got sent back to Switzerland. And that's Niki's boyfriend." Gavroche winces slightly, as he loves Niki.

"Oh no..." Kay whispers quietly.

"That's what AJ was saving up for. But JJ left... so yeah," Niki frowns, trying not to cry again.

"I'm so sorry AJ, Niki, Chetta, and Olivia wherever she is," Kaylin hugs them again.

"Sick in bed with Chetta looking after her," AJ says sadly.

Niki's lower lip wobbles. "O-our family has b-bad l-luck."

"I feel bad for her," Kay frowns.

"So do I," agrees Lizzie.

Niki bursts into tears. "We lost everything," she sobs. AJ hugs her sister, running her fingers through her hair.

"There there Niki," she soothes. The boys are silent, very very awkward.

"Group hug!" Kaylin exclaims, pulling the sisters in.

Courf hugs AJ, frowning. "I'm so sorry AJ."

"We're all very sorry."

Niki smiles shakily. "At least it can't get any worse?"

Then, AJ's phone dings. "N-Niki I think you should see this..." AJ stutters, showing her sister her phone.

"Oh god..." mumbles Kaylin.

"There's a war in Switzerland?" Niki says, surprised. "They'll make Gjon and Pierre take part!! I can't lose them!"

"Holy sh*t!" Kaylin swears, her eyes wide. Niki begins to hyperventilate, struggling to breathe.

"Niki breathe!" AJ exclaims, starting to get nervous.

Kaylin frowns. "Deep breaths."

"I-I can't!" Niki panics.

"Do you want water?" Kaylin asks quietly. Niki nods her head and Kay goes to the kitchen to get a glass of water for Niki. "Here," she says, handing the glass to Niki.

"Th-thanks," Niki stutters, taking a drink.

"You won't lose them Niki," Lizzie remains confident, smiling slightly.

"How can you be sure?" Niki wonders, panicking slightly.

"You won't lose them. Stay positive okay?" Kaylin smiles as the garage door is heard opening. Jack smirks.

"Good luck you two!" he laughs. Niki, calming down, is being comforted by Gavroche and AJ.

Kay grins at Gavroche, who blushes slightly. "They'll be fine Niki," she starts, turning sarcastic a second later. "And thanks Jack so kind."

"O-okay," Niki smiles slightly as Kaylin hugs her. Adrian starts laughing at Enjy's terrified face, so white it's like he's a ghost. "So many things could happen..." she mumbles.

"But they'll be fine," Kaylin comforts. "Oh, and hi mum and dad!"
