Leo S: Ok, let's start *lets watch swing* You are now falling into a very deep sleep. All background noisees fade away, only focusing on my voice. Everytime I snap my fingers you are twice as deep as you are now, ok?

Ally: (is hypnotized) Yes...

Leo S: This feels so good, so amazing, that you want to just stay like this. So comfortable, so relaxed. All your duties and problems have faded away, and you are so relaxed. You feel so good, this is so amazing that you just want to *snaps fingers* sleep. This feeling is so wonderful, it feels so good, and it relaxes you even more. You just want to *snaps fingers* sleep. Now, as I count to ten, you will fall deeper and deeper into trance. When I say ten, you will start to fall into a very deep sleep, ok?

Ally: (hypnotized) Ok....

Leo S: Good. One.*snaps fingers* Your muscles cease to tense. Two. *snaps fingers* Your lower legs relax. Three. *snaps fingers* Your mind blocks out all dreams. Four. *snaps fingers* Your upper legs relax. Five. *snaps fingers* Your lower arms relax. Six. *snaps fingers* Your upper arms relax. Seven. *snaps fingers* Your eyelids droop and they will not open until you awaken. Eight. *snaps fingers* All your muscles are relaxed. Nine. *snaps fingers* You shall go twenty times as deep as you are now into trance. Ten. *snaps fingers* Sleep. Awaken in 2 hours.

Ally: *falls back and lands on Leo's bed, asleep*

Leo S: *puts Ally properly on his bed* Ok, so, that was the sleeping hypnosis. Most probably nothing can wake her now for the next 2 hours, I put her into the trance really deep.
