(Billy Black's house) Third Person POV

"I thought the Leopard was a myth" Jared says confused.

"To think a shifter that powerful actually exists and is a female" Paul states.

"You've been quite brother" Jason says looking at his older brother Sam. Who is the pack alpha. "Are you worried she'll try to become alpha?" he asks catching the packs attention.

"I doubt it, she said herself she prefers to be alone" Billy states. "The leopard is the Alpha or all Alphas. Meant to protector all shifters and ensure harmony between all packs" he explains.

"Have you told the Cullens?" Sam asks finally speaking.

"Yes, they felt her presence. But understand she is not apart the pack or treaty. Especially since the last rumored Leopard shifter allowed the treaty with the Cullens to be formed" Billy explains. "It was said when the time comes where cold ones and shifters must work together to protect the town. The leopard would appear and she has" he states.

"Do you have a picture of this girl?" Jared asks him. Billy nods taking the picture Krystal had given him of Calypso. He handed it to Jared and the others gathered around to look at it.

"She looks like my mum" Paul whispers and everyone looks at him.

"We'll invite her over this weekend" Sam states. The others agree. But Jason was still looking at the photo of the seventeen year old girl. Something about her captivated him.

(Cullens house)

Carlisle had called a coven meeting. Not family, coven. Edward and Alice already knowing what it's about. Being able to read minds and see the future. "What's this about Carlisle?" Esme asks her husband.

"There's a new shifter in town and not just any shifter. The leopard shifter" he states.

"I thought that was just a legend and all other shifters were extinct aside from the mutts?" Alice asks him.

"No they exist and are very rare" Edward states.

"It was a leopard shifter that allowed a treaty to be formed with the wolves when we first arrived in Forks decades ago" Rosalie explains.

"The scent was the most calming thing in the world. To be near one allows even the most thirsty vampire from drinking human blood" Esme states. "The Leopard was the only thing able to calm down an angry alpha aside from their imprint" she adds.

"Except this one is a girl and lives on our territory" Carlisle states.

"She must be treated with the upmost respect" Jasper states and the others nod their head in agreement.

"I'd love a wrestling match with her" Emmet says smirking and Rosalie hits him in the back of his head.

"The leopard shifter is the strongest of all shifters, she'd kill you with a flick of the wrist" she scolds him. Carlisle, Edward and Esme nod their heads in agreement. Having meet one before. "So is she attending our high school?" she asks Carlisle.

"Yes she is and will be in many of your classes, her name is Calypso" Carlisle states. "After recent events I want you all to be extra careful about keeping our secret. She has the power to drive us away if a human finds out about us" he states.

Of course he was referring to the time Edward saved Bella from being crushed to death by a van. "Now you all have an excursion tomorrow, so be sure to hunt. But do not hunt or hurt the snow leopardess. That is Calypso" Esme tells them. The coven nod their heads and return to their normal activities.
