Calypso's POV

I enjoyed the nice day by skipping school and going on a run in the forest. Mum was angry at first, but covered for me anyway. The Cullens didn't go to school or work due to sparkling in sunlight. I actually saw Esme and Carlisle hunting, their skin sparkling like a thousand diamonds.

Anyway it's Saturday morning and time for me to go meet the pack. All I know is that there are four wolves at the moment. All guys named; Sam, Jason, Jared and Paul.  Sam is the alpha, Jared the beta and Paul the third in command, Jason being the newest member of the pack.

"Are you ready to go?" mum asks me.

"Yes mum" I say smiling as I finished putting my shoes on. We exit the house locking it before getting into the car. She drives us to the reserve to Sam's imprint's house. Her name is Emily and she is human. We arrived and got out of the car heading for the house.

"Mrs Wang, Calypso come on in" says a young woman with a scar on her face. We enter the house to see Billy and two young men. I could feel one of them was the alpha and knew he was Sam.

"Calypso, it is an honour to meet you" Sam says holding a hand out. I shake it before looking to the other guy. "This is my current second in command, Jared" Sam states as I shake Jared's hand. "The other two are on patrol and should be back shortly" he adds.

"Grey and brown wolf?" I ask him and he nods his head. "Saw them on the way" I state. Before sitting down at the table as Emily places some muffins onto the table. "May I ask a personal question?" I ask her.

"Of course" she says smiling.

"The scar, it wasn't a bear was it?" I ask her. Sam looks away guiltily and I sigh. "I see Sam lost his temper. Had I been here that wouldn't of happened, but it suits you" I tell her.

"Thank you" she says and offers me a muffin. I accept it as two guys enter the house.

"Paul, Jason this is Calypso" Sam says gesturing to me.

"You look like my mother" one of them says looking at me.

"Never meet my biological mother, Crystal is my one and only mum" I tell him smiling at my mum.

"Thank you sweetheart" she says smiling. She then turns to one who spoke. "Who was your mother dear?" she asks him.

"Helen Lahote, I'm Paul Lahote" he states and my mum stiffens.

"Mum you ok?" I ask her.

"Yeah, I just need some air" she says before going outside. I shrug and turn to the final guy.

"Jason?" I ask and he nods his head smiling. We shake hands and our eyes connect. My life flashes before my eyes and I see us together having a family. "Imprint" I say smiling. "We can talk more later" I tell him.

"I'd like that" he says smiling.

"Unfair, I've been a wolf longer and I still haven't found my imprint" Jared pouts.

"You'll find her or him soon" Paul smirks and Jared chases him out of the house into the woods. Sam says he'd go make sure they don't hurt each other and leaves. While Emily returns to the kitchen with Billy. Leaving Jason and I alone.

"So did you want to go for a run sometime?" Jason asks me.

"A run sounds great, what about tomorrow?" I ask and he nods his head. "So tell me about yourself" I tell him.

"Sam's my older brother, I have a mum and dad. I'm being home schooled now and am good at sports. That's pretty much it" he states shrugging.

"I go to Forks high school, have a mum and am adopted. Turn into a snow leopard and love swimming" I tell him. We spend the next half an hour talking. Mum come back during that time and went into the kitchen to speak to Billy & Emily. Just  as we were discussing futures Sam returns with the other two.

"Calypso, it's time to go home" mum says as she appears.

"Sam can you give me a lift?" Billy asks. Sam nods his head and shakes my hand before they leave. I say goodbye to the others before kissing Jason's cheek. Then leave with mum and we return home.

"Ok mum enough crap, why did you stiffen when Paul said his mother's name?" I ask her. She sighs deeply before turning to me.

"Because that was the name of your biological mother" she states.
