The next night, I was on patrol with my brothers. We'd stopped the Purple Dragons again. With that much time on our hands, we decided to talk. "So how'd you meet that cute girl last night?" Mikey asked. I guess my brothers were all curious to know what happened. So I told them how I was out at Henson Street eating when I accidentally choked on my pizza. "Hold on," interrupted Raph, "our fearless leader almost died from choking on a pizza?"

I rolled my eyes, and continued the story on how Twilight saved my life by performing the Heimlich Maneuver on me. "Wow, she saved your life by performing CPR?" Donnie asked, impressed. I nodded, finishing my story. "Is she stupid fine?" Mikey asked, earning a groan from the three of us saying, "Mikey!" Though I couldn't blame my little brother for thinking that. Suddenly, I heard some barking. Must've been Spike because Twilight came in. "Spike, what is with you?" She said, then she saw us. "Oh hey Leo," said Twilight. My brothers waved back. Spike wagged his tail.

"It's good to see you again Twilight," I said, "oh, and these are my brothers. Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo. Guys, this is Twilight Sparkle and her dog Spike." Twilight smiled and shook each of their hands. "Wait, you're not gonna freak out?" Raph asked in disbelief. "I'm not one to judge a person by their appearance," replied Twilight, "and I may have read about mutants in New York. It was a fascinating article." That may explain a few things... "Thanks for saving our brother's life," said Donnie. "No problem," said Twilight, "it's nice to meet all of you." Mikey scratched Spike's ears and he said, "Your puppy is so cute! Yes you are! Yes you are!" Spike clearly liked Mikey.

"Hey, uh guys... We should probably leave Leo and Twilight alone," said Raph. "We should?" Donnie asked, earning a wink from Raph, "Oh! Yeah, we should! Right, Mikey?" He winked at him also. "Right," said Mikey as he gave Spike to Twilight, and my three brothers left, Twilight, Spike, and I by ourselves. "You, uh, want to hang out?" I offered. "Sure," said Twilight. We went to a rooftop, and sat down next to each other, with Spike on her lap. "So, tell me about yourself," said Twilight. I went to the basics of my mutation, and how our sensei trained us in the art of ninjitsiu, and how I became the leader. "New York has a lot of interesting rogues to say the least," I said, "but enough about me, tell me about yourself Twilight."

"Well," chuckled Twilight as she adjusted her glasses, "I've lived an interesting life. Not really ho-hum to say... I once went to an academy school known as Crystal Prep Academy. But I wasn't happy there, so I transferred to Canterlot High School. I made a lot of friends there, and I was top of my class. My grades were so good, I got accepted into New York University, which is why Spike and I moved here."

"Wow, that's awesome!" I said, impressed, "I'm sure you'll do well as an NYU Student." She smiled and said, "Thanks Leo. So what do you do aside from ninja fighting and saving the day?"

"Well," I said, "I'm a big fan of Space Heroes." Twilight gasped. "Oh my gosh," she said, "I love Space Heroes!"

"No way!" I said in disbelief. "Way!" Twilight replied, smiling. I couldn't believe it! Someone else loved Space Heroes! Well, we talked some more. Seems she had a big brother named Shining Armor, whom she dubbed her Big Brother Best Friend Forever, or BBBFF for short. He was married and had a daughter named Flurry Heart. After a while, Twilight looked at her watch and said, "Holy smokes, Spike and I have to catch our 40 winks. See you around Leonardo. I hope I can hang out with you."

"Yeah, me too," I responded as she and Spike left. I decided to go back to my brothers.
