Everyone was piled into the car. You were pretty sure they set this up; the setup was Frank driving, Hazel riding shot gun, Percy, Annabeth, Jason, and Piper were squished in the middle, Nico decided to just shadow travel. That left you and Leo in the back. Leo was on one side and you sat by the other window. You shivered because you were sitting right under the AC vent. Leo noticed and tapped you. "Yeah?" You asked. He spread out his arms for a hug. You tilted your head. "You look cold, let uncle Leo warm you up." You blushed but moved toward Leo. He gathered you in his warm embrace. You fell asleep in a tangle of limbs as Leo pet you like a dog.
You made it to the beach and everyone went to the stalls to change. You were the last one and as you walked out you heard Leo yell.
"Hey y/n! Hurry up we wanna see that bikini body!" Then Nico snickered as Hazel fanned herself.
"Sorry to disappoint, but I don't have a bikini."
You all swam for hours on end, while Nico sat on a beach chair occasionally filming you guys pushing each other. Finally you were all ready to go. "Last one to the car is a rotten egg!" Leo yelled but when you tried to run Leo grabbed the straps to you bathing suit pulling you back. "You're not going anywhere." He pushed in the water and began to run. You ran back out but fell on your face in the sand; of course Nico caught it on film. Leo ran back to see if you were okay but he didn't see the huge hand formed out of water hovering over him. "Hey Leo, look up." He saw the hand as it dragged him back to the water and you bolted. Finally Leo made it to the grass. "You play dirty." Leo said wagging a finger at you. You started laughing. "Ok, let me dry you off." You collected all the water off him into a ball and held it like a snowball. "Watch this." You said seeing Annabeth and Percy about to kiss. You, being the little sister you are had to ruin it. You threw it covering them both in water. "Y/n!" Percy whined stretching out the last syllable of your name.

You and Piper had settled into your hotel room but you couldn't sleep.
