You, Leo, Calypso, and Nico were on a quest to capture Aphrodite's pet dove that flew away.

You knew someone was going to die on the quest since only three people can go.

The quest was emotionally hard for you. Calypso and Leo were dating and being all lovey dovey.

You were in love with Leo though. You wished that you confessed your feelings earlier, but you still kept it a secret.

It wasn't really a secret because Nico knew about the emotional pain the quest was causing you.

Nico could see the sadness in your eyes as you watched Calypso and Leo. It reminded him of himself when he liked Percy, who was with Annabeth.

You were currently stuck in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You all decided to take a rest because you were all tired.

Leo and Calypso cuddled together while sleeping and you and Nico just slept alone.

You were in your sleeping bag freezing your butt off because of the chilly nights in Indiana.

You tried to fall asleep, but you couldn't. You were thinking about the events that would happen tomorrow.

Would you get attacked by a monster? Would you meet a god or goddess on the way to South Bend, Indiana?

All these thoughts were running through your mind and you suddenly began drifting off into sleep.

As you slept, you had a very short dream. It wasn't a very pleasant dream though.

You woke up all of a sudden and you saw Hera hovering above you with a wicked smile.

You glared at her because you did not like Hera that much. She was definitely one of the worst gods on Olympus.

You looked around to see everybody else still asleep. You looked at Leo and Calypso and glared at her.

You looked back at Hera and made a disgusted face at her.

"What do you want?" You sneered at her through gritted teeth.

"Oh my dear (Y/N). I just wanted to tell you that you're getting a special surprise visit from someone tomorrow.." Hera retorted.

"Who-" You began as Hera vanished into wherever she came from.

You woke up startled. You realized it was day and had to squint your eyes to adjust to the light.

You looked around you to see that everybody else was up except Nico. You got out of your sleeping bag and crawled over to him.

"Nico, it's time to wake up." You said in a hushed voice. You shook him and he groaned before opening his eyes.

"What do you want?" He grumbled.

"It's time to get up. Come on." You said as you patted his cheek for him to wake up.

He groggily sat up and stretched his arms out. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and looked around.

Your mind wandered to what Hera said. Who would be the special visitor coming today?

You took out the package of fruit snacks that were in your bag. You gave a bag to each person.

Throughout the day, you all walked through Fort Wayne. Eventually, you made it to a small town called New Haven. (Can you guys guess where I live? Fort Wayne or New Haven...?)

It was a cute little town from what it looked like. It seemed like everybody knew each other.

You spotted a gas station called Lassus Handy Dandy. You all stopped there to get a pop with your mortal money.

After paying for the pop, everybody and you walked to a small park nearby called Schnelker Park.

You all say down on the benches to cool off and take a break. You sat in between Nico and Leo.

All of a sudden, a white light flashed in front of you all. A figure appears and you know who it is.

It was a man with long black hair. He was wearing all white and had white wings coming out of his back.

He was carrying a bow and had a bag full of arrows around his arms on his back.

Nico stood up and unsheathed his Stygian Iron Sword. His face was red with anger as he pointed it at the figure's throat.

'This is what Hera meant. This is the special surprise.' You thought to yourself.

The figure looked into Nico's eyes and smirked at him. Nico looked like he was about to cry because of the memories.

"Well, well, well Nico. It's nice to see you again."

"Cupid, what do you want?" You said bitterly.

Calypso and Leo just stared at Cupid with wide, fearful eyes. You wanted to punch your best friend for not doing anything.

"I have something that you are going to do (Y/N)." Cupid smirked.

"W-what is it that you want me to do?" You asked, fear lacing every word you spoke.

"Why don't you confess your feelings to the person you love.." Cupid said.

"I...I can't do that." You said as you swallowed a huge gulp of air.

"Fine. Then we'll just have to do choice two." Cupid taunted.

"What's choice two?" You asked.

"I kidnap you and your friends and kill you all." He said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"Why are you doing this?" You whispered quietly.

"It's what I do. So, what's your choice?" He asked.

You had to go with choice one. Choice two would get you all to death just because you didn't want to confess your feelings.

"Choice one." You managed to breath out.

"Okay. Do it now...I'm watching." Cupid said as he stared at you.

Your eyes began to tear up as you shakily look at Leo. You sucked in a huge gulp of air.

"Leo, I'm in love with you and always have been..." You managed to say.

Leo looked at you dumbfounded and then widened his eyes. His face became red and he was actually blushing.

"Y-you l-love me?" Leo stammered.

You looked away with embarrassment and looked back at Cupid, tears streaming down your cheeks.

"Happy now?" You asked.

"Oh, I wouldn't say love makes you happy." He said sympathetically. "Sometimes it makes you incredibly sad. But at least you've faced it now. That's the only way to conquer me."

Cupid vanished into thin air and you fell to your knees, sobbing into your hands. You felt someone hug you, and looked to see Nico.

"N-Nico? You're h-hugging me?" You asked.

"I know how it feels to be at this state. I went through this with him already." Nico said. He rubbed your back as you cried into his chest.

Nico pulled away and you stood up. You looked at Leo to see he was already looking at you.

Calypso scoffed which caused everybody's attention to go to her. She rolled her eyes and glared at you.

"You seriously think Leo would love someone like you? Why don't you just move on honey because he doesn't love you, he loves me." Calypso said.

Everyone looked at her with wide eyes. Leo looked at Calypso horrified as she smiled like she just accomplished something.

"Calypso, you're wrong. I was the one that moved on from her because I loved her, but I thought she didn't love me back. I can't believe you just said that to my best friend! WE'RE DONE!" Leo said.

"YOU CAN'T DO THAT LEO VALDEZ!" She screamed.

Leo looked at Calypso straight in the eyes.

"Watch me." He said. He walked over to you and hugged you. You hesitantly hugged back.

"I'm sorry." He mumbled into your neck. You rubbed his back and he ran his fingers through your hair.

"I love you too." He said after he pulled away. He cupped your cheeks and leaned in.

You felt his warm lips touch yours and you melted into the kiss. It was the best first kiss you could ever imagine.

Calypso was screaming in the back ground while chanting Greek curses to you for 'stealing Leo' from her.

Just then, a pink flash of light appeared. A beautiful woman became noticeable and you all bowed except Calypso.

"Lady Aphrodite." Leo said.

"Lady Aphrodite! What are you doing here? Are you helping me get back at
(Y/N)?" Calypso asked with a smile.

Aphrodite snorted.

"As if! Nobody breaks my Argo II ship. You young lady needs to be punished."

Aphrodite did a flick of her hand and a large crack appeared in the ground under Calypso's feet. She fell into the hole and screamed.

"Did you just throw her into Tartarus?" Nico asked surprised.

"No, she's just going back to Ogygia and staying there forever." Aphrodite said as she shrugged and left.

You, Leo, and Nico all looked at each other weirdly before continuing the quest to find Aphrodite's dove.

I actually really love this one. I haven't reached the part in HoH where Nico meets Cupid.

I looked up the part on what Cupid says to Nico on the Internet. It is word for word and I think it's really sad.
