Leo had been working with you on a project... it was going great, and you and him found that it was really fun for both of you. You and him had tar, oil and grease all over.

Leo was behind you, helping you with your part of the project, he was already done with his part of course. His arms were around you and fiddling with a few of the tools in front of you while you worked. His head rested on your shoulder and kissed your cheek every once in a while.

"Leo?" You ask after a short period of comfortable silence. "Yeah?" He asked, still fiddling with the tools. "I love you." You say. "I love you too (Y/N). What was that for?" He asked. You turned to face him, still in his arms. "No reason. I just don't want you to forget." You say.

He smirks. "You're beautiful." He says. "You're pretty good looking yourself." You say with a smile. He kisses you with passion. Yours hands tangle into his messy curls. And his hands find their way to your waist, pulling you closer. When the kiss ends reluctantly, you are both out of breath. His lips are soft, and warm. Yet rough, and chapped.

This is perfect. Leo and I working on a project, a quiet simple day, nothing could be better... he's mine, he's finally mine. And I don't know how I lived without him. You thought. You loved these laid back days, with your boyfriend, having fun doing things that are simple, and considered boring.

Leo looked into your (E/C) eyes, and melted into another kiss. This one did not last too long, though, you were interrupted...

Piper walked in. "Hey, Leo-" she says, as she looks at you two. "Uhm, anyways, so what are you working on right now?" She asks. "Just a demigod phone." Leo says. You smile knowing you're helping in some way.

Leo now has you pulled next to him, holding your waist, your hand around his, staying close. His greasy smell attracts you in a odd way, but you like it.

"That's great! Do you think it'll work?" She asked. "Well, I got a bit of a good luck charm, so I hope so. We won't release it if it doesn't work." He said, pulling you closer. You smiled. You truly felt happy.

"Oh, and (Y/N), Annabeth's looking for you. Just a heads up." Said Piper, "okay, well I'll leave you two alone. Jason and I have a date, bye!" And she was out the door. "Why do you think Annabeth's looking for me?" You ask Leo. "I don't know. But maybe you should go and see, I can finish up here." Said Leo.

You didn't want to leave him alone, but if Annabeth was looking for you, you knew it was most likely important. "Okay. I'm sorry I didn't finish." You say. Leo presses his lips onto yours. When he breaks away slowly, he says: "it's fine. Just go, and I'll take care of the rest. There's not much more to do anyways." He gave you a reassuring smile.

You pecked his cheek, and walked out the door. You went to the Athena cabin, looking for Annabeth. You knocked on the door. Gabe peeked his head out. "Hey, what're you doing here?" He asked, opening up the door to reveal his whole body.

"I was looking for Annabeth, is she here?" You ask. "No, but you can come in and wait for her." He says, opening up the door to let you in. "Uh, thanks." You say. You walk in and see all of Annabeth's siblings. They all did the same things for the most part. Some read, some worked on elaborate plans for quests that they would soon have to go on, some worked on computers, and others worked on physical projects.

"Wow." You muttered. "Yeah, its like this most of the time. And when it's not, we're out training." Said Gabe. You gave him a smile. "Do you wanna see what I've been working on?" He asks you. "Uh, sure." You say. He pulls out his laptop.

He clicks here, and there, and finally shows you. He scoots closer to you, and begins explaining. "So, this is a design,Nothing huge. Yet. I have a few friends that can help me." He says with a smile. You smile back to be polite. Annabeth walks in and waves. You stand up, and walk to her bed.

"I was looking for you, then Leo told me you came here!" She said. You smile. "Yeah, sorry, Piper came and told me, so I figured I'd come here." You said. "That's okay. Anyways, so I wanted to talk to you about Leo." Said Annabeth. "Who's Leo?" Asked Gabe. "My boyfriend. Anyways, what about Leo?" You ask. "Well, everyone's been kinda worried about him. And we were wondering if you noticed." Said Annabeth. "Noticed what? He doesn't act any different from the first day I met him." You say.

"Well, he seems more... distant. It's almost the whole Calypso thing all over again." Annabeth blurted. She instantly regretted what she said.   "Who's Calypso? And what does she have to do with Leo?" You ask. "Well, Calypso is a legend. She lives on an island and can never leave. Or die. Demigods crash onto her island, and she falls in love with them. And before the learn to love her back, they leave. They have to. Percy once crashed there, and so did Leo. The only difference between Percy and Leo, was that Leo fell for her too. He made an oath, that he would save her, and bring her back to the mainland. And he did. But soon after, she died. In the time that Leo was away from Calypso, he was acting strange. Not himself. Or, so I've heard. I was in tartarus." Said Annabeth.

You felt your heart sink. The first thought you had: ' does he still love her?' Of course you had to dispose of the idea. I he loved you. You knew he did, but you couldn't help but feel jealous. In the littlest bit. 

"Just forget what I said. He loves you, but we just want to make sure he's okay." Said Annabeth. You could tell that she was trying to lighten the mood.  But you still felt like his second choice. Maybe because you were his second choice. If she were still alive, who knows? Maybe there would be mini Leo's running around!

You tried to get rid of the idea, but you just couldn't.  You couldn't help but think, what if?  You and Annabeth parted ways, and your mind wandered as you walked back to bunker 9. ' what if she hadn't died? What if she never did die? What if he leaves me because he still loves her? What if he never even loved me? What if it was all a lie?' All these questions went through your head. And soon enough, you were in front of bunker 9.

You opened the door, and was greeted by Leo's arms. "So, what'd you guys talk about?" He asked. ' your dead lover' "nothing." You said. Leo gave you a face. " now, I know that's a lie." He said. He must've seen through your fake smiles, because his jokey voice was replaced my his worried voice. "What happened? Seriously, you look like your... cat. Just died." Said Leo.  You could tell that he almost said mom. But he was right. She did die. So did your father.

"Nothing. Really. I'm fine." You said with a fake smile. Leo frowned. He grabbed your waist and pulled you into a kiss. Your lips danced with his, perfectly. He lightly broke the kiss.  He rested his forehead on yours. " please, (Y/N), I need to know that you're okay." He said. He sounded as if he was on the verge of tears.

So you told him. You told him what Annabeth told you, you told him what thoughts you had, you told him that you were afraid. And you were. You were afraid to loose someone else. You couldn't loose another important person.  Not again. Leo looked into your (E/C) eyes in shock as you told him. You saw a single tear escape his eyes.

"(Y/N), I love, you. And only you. Do I miss Calypso? Of course. Do I wish that she was still alive? Yes. But do I still love her? No. The only person in this world that I love, is you. You are my one and only. I would give you the sun if you wanted it. I would do anything for you. You're my everything. If Zeus told me. Live forever, without (Y/N), with a unlimited supply of tacos. I would honestly say, 'F*ck off. But I'll still take the tacos.' Cause,(Y/N). You're my everything." Said Leo. You felt unwanted tears trickling down your face. But you still giggled at Leo's 'but I'll take the tacos'

You sat in his arms, and you cried. You felt safe. He cradled you in his arms, and kissed your head. Even when you stopped crying, he still held you. Almost as if he were afraid to let go. He carried you to a old couch that shad been sitting against the wall of the bunker, and he laid you down on it. He grabbed some blankets, and laid on the couch with you. He snuggled his head into the crook of you neck. As he spooned you from behind. And at that moment, the world seemed to stop completely. Every second was an eternity. And you loved every single mini eternity next to him.

You woke up to Leo. He was still asleep, and he was snoring. It was decently quiet, but you knew it's what woke you up. You giggled at this. You remembered what happened last night. You frowned. But remembered Leo's words. You smiled.

You heard someone open the doors to Bunker 9. You got up, careful not to wake up Leo. You made your way to the door, and found Gabe there. "Gabe? What are you doing here?" You asked. Your voice was tired, and your movements were slow, and controlled.

"I'm here to see you." He said. He smiled. You smiled, but it must've looked fake, cause Gabe then backed you against a wall. "Are you annoyed with my presence? Was this just a waste of my time?!" Gabe yelled. "Gabe, be quiet, Leo's-" you started. "Leo this, Leo that, who cares about him?! He doesn't deserve you!" Gabe yelled. "I'm the only one, who really deserves you!" He said.

"If Leo doesn't deserve me, then what makes you think that you do?" You say. "I'm smarter than Leo, I'm stronger than Leo, I'm better looking than Leo, I could go on." He said. You pushed him off you. He tried to grab you, but failed. "you don't get to decide who deserves me."

"I don't want you to be fighting to be with me! I don't deserve Leo! But he loves me! i was all alone. Until Leo. Now, I'd appreciate it if you would leave." You said. Gabe looked at you, startled. Leo waddled over, confused.

"(Y/N)? Why were you yelling?" He asked like a little kid, hugging you from behind. He looked up, and saw Gabe. "Who's he?" Leo asked, clearly holding some sort of attitude in his voice. "His name is Gabe." You say. Leo seemed more awake.

Leo let you go, and walked over to Gabe. He held out his hand. Gabe took it, and they shook hands. You didn't know why, but you felt a strong tension between the boys. They glared at each other.

You took Leo's hand, and looked at the ground. "It was nice meeting you, I'll see you later, (Y/N). " Gabe said, and walked outside. Leo closed the door behind him. He looked at you. You couldn't tell what he was thinking. Did he think that you liked Gabe? Did he know that you didn't? Leo kissed you. You immidiently melted into the kiss, wanting nothing but Leo.

"Okay. That's all I need to know." Said Leo, after he broke the kiss. He started to walk back to the couch that you two had slept on last night. "What do you mean?" You ask. "I wanted to know if you love me. I got my answer." Said Leo.

You ran to Leo, and cupped his face. "Don't ever let yourself think that I don't love you. I will always love you. No exceptions." You say, and kiss his cheek. "I'll put that on my list of priorities." He said. You play hit him. He looked down at you. You finally gave in, you kissed him. Cause who could resist those puppy-dog eyes?
