Zahra was five when both of her parents unexpectedly died. She was orphaned and homeless. And it was winter. She struggled to survive, stumbling along on her own.

She came upon a cave, barely alive. Ryu was there and he fell in love with the little girl, taking her in and nursing her back to health through the winter and warming her frozen body.

From that point on, Ryu and Zahra were inseparable. Ryu has almost become a father figure of sorts to Zahra. Zahra grew up with him. He took care of her and kept her alive.

They've traveled a lot and traveling is what made her meet Alisha and Aryz. That's all she would ever want in her life.

Zahra is very kind and loving. She has a confident and independent personality.  She's very selfless and quite mothering.

Zahra is all sorts of bubbly and happy all the time. She's always in a good mood. She's sweet, and playful, and all around fun. She's very protective when it comes to Ryu. Sometimes Alisha and Aryz but mostly Ryu. She wants to keep him as safe as possible. She would hate for anything bad to happen to him. Zahra is very independent. Especially since she was orphaned. She's learned to be able to take care of herself, even without Ryu's help. Zahra is also very loving and caring towards anyone who's struggling. Or very loving and caring towards children. She has quite a mothering personality as well.

You're one of the few dragon riders that you know of. You know the kingdom hates dragons and dragon riders and they're pushing to get rid of it all.

So you know how illegal this is. You and your dragon always are barely getting out of trouble's reach. You stay hidden in the woods and keep in the clouds when you go flying.

One day while you're flying around, you hear roaring from one part of the woods. Feeling curious, you fly in to see what's going on.

The royal army has a dragon pinned under a giant heavy net. A smaller blonde woman is standing protectively in front of the dragon with her sword unsheathed.

The soldiers are trying to get the woman away from the dragon and arrest her and they'll injure her if they need to to be able to arrest her.
