He was born in the United Kingdom in Britain. He lived there up until he was eighteen when his parents decided they wanted to move to America and explore there and travel with their son. He's finishing out his final year of high school and then he plans to travel and explore with his parents or maybe settle down somewhere and fall in love. He's had a happy life with his wonderful parents and he's excited for what the rest of his life might bring him. But, along with the happy, there's a lot of sad. Another big reason that they moved to America was because of Reggie's accident a few months before they decided they would move. Reggie was in a car accident with his best friend Lily. Lily didn't survive the accident. All of Reggie's friends and Lily's family blamed Reggie for her death. It got to be too much for Reggie and so they moved to try and start fresh and on a new slate.

Reggie is the biggest flirt and charmer you will ever meet. He usually flirts with and attempts to charm any attractive person he lays eyes on. But don't think this makes him a jerk or anything. He's extremely respectful and caring of everyone around him. He tries treating everyone equally. He's very kind and very charismatic. He always tries making the best of any bad situation and tries being the best he can be. He's a peacemaker. If there's a problem, he does anything he can to fix the problem. He does have a temper though especially if someone really hurts him or makes him really upset. So watch out. It's not pretty.
