Maximilion was screaming as he fell. Leo had to save Maximilion before he died. He knew that he would land in his paws but would break them. He saw a rock in between and leaped into the rock. He leaped into the ground and saw helpless Maximilion laying on the ground. "Max, please don't die on me", cried Leo. Maximilion was trying to breathe but couldn't handle the pain. "Leo, please end me", strained Maximilion. "What?" Asked Leo. Maximilion looked at Leo and looked back at the ground. "I said end me!" Yelled Maximilion. "What? No!" Said Leo.

Maximilion's bones were sticking out on his flesh and some of his skin was missing when he fell on the floor. "You're my buddy, I can't do this", said Leo. "If you were my true buddy, you wouldn't watch me suffer and die slowly", said Maximilion. Leo started crying. "If you end me, my pain will be gone", said Maximilion. "Fine I'll do it!" Cried Leo. Leo closed his eyes and bit Maximilion's flesh off. In an instant, Maximilion had seconds to live. "Thanks buddy, I really appreciate it", wheezed Maximilion as he took his last breath. Leo cried in agony seeing his buddy take his last breath.

He heard a growl from the bushes. It was Catarina who came for revenge. "What did I tell you about hanging with my daughter?" Asked Catarina. "I didn't", said Leo. Catarina pinned Leo. "Don't play dumb with me, the future lion king", said Catarina. "I don't play when it comes to lions messing with my daughter." Leo tried to run. He heard another roar. It was Leonidas. "Stay away from my son", said Leonidas. "Run away, Leo." Leo ran away as he could. Leonidas called it off again. "Calling it off isn't gonna help", said Catarina.

Leonidas ignored and didn't answer.
