(Sorry for the long wait. This is much longer one than the last chapter. Enjoy!)

Okay, so, where to begin? After the whole thing with the Stone Army causing mayhem in Ninjago City, we had evacuated to an area that is right on the coast and it is far enough away from the city so that the people would be safe. But then the army just up and vanished. I had tried to feel them with my powers but then I was hit with the same ancient feeling. I need to tell the others, so I gathered them in the bridge. "I hope whatever it is you have to say is important, (Y/N). The Bounty had taken some hits during the attack in Ninjago City and we need to make repairs." Nya says.

I take a deep breath to calm myself so that I can think clearly, "I had felt something after our battle with the giant Stone Warrior." I start. "What was it?" Cole asks me. "It.... It's ancient. Like something that has been hidden away and has only just been awakened." I answer. "Hmm. I may have an idea as to what exactly it may be you are sensing, (Y/N). But I would need to check to be sure. Zane, could you come with me?" Master says. "Of course, Sensei." Zane accepts. Falcon appears and rests on Zane's arm as he and Master leave. "Well, in the meantime, we have to make sure the Bounty is in somewhat stable condition." Nya says.

After that, we all separated. I was not great with mechanical stuff and Misako was busy looking through her research, so I went to my room on the Bounty. I need a cool down and one thing that always calms me is painting. I grab a blank piece of paper and a brush along with ink then start drawing. I don't know how much time has passed but once I was done with my latest drawing, I set the brush down to the side and looked at it. It was of me, Lloyd, and the guys as we were all ready to fight. It remains me of our encounter with the Stone Warriors. Even when Lloyd and I used our powers, those things are tough. I inhale deeply then stand up and walk out of my room.

"Ah, (Y/N)." I look to see Misako standing to my right and holding a scroll in her hands "Oh, hey." I greet her. "I have found something that can help us in getting an advantage against the Stone Army." She says. I perk up at that. "Really?" I ask her. She nods her head with a smile. "That's great. Let's go get the others." I tell her. We walk together as we make it to the deck, but then I felt her grab my shoulder. I stop and look back at her. "Thank you." Huh? "Huh?" "I did not say it before, but I want you to know once more of how grateful I am that my son has such caring people as his friends." She says. I blink at that and felt tears in my eyes. I sniff a little and rub them to keep any tears from falling. "It's no problem." I wave it off. I look to see she has a smile and I give a small one back.

We then walk over to the rails and I use my powers to form a ramp. We slide down it and end up on the sandy ground then walk over to the others as they are on wooden platforms to tend to the boosters. "But the Stone Army is indestructible. You saw it. At best, all my powers could do was slow them down." Lloyd says. "That's not entirely true. There is a way to defeat them. And it is told within the scrolls." Misako says as we walked up to them. My powers flare up as I feel everyone be filled with hope. "Let's head to the bridge to discuss this." I say.

Once in the bridge, Misako sat down and placed the scroll on the table. She unrolls it and the drawing shows of the guys holding their hands up and streams of color emit from their hands to a figure in purple, me, that then has faded colors of the guys' colors surrounding them then has both their hands up to shoot a stream themselves to a figure in green, Lloyd, in a mediative stance and a golden dragon is behind them. "The prophecy reveals the power to defeat the Stone Army lies within the Green Ninja." She starts. "I tried. I-I gave them everything that I had." Lloyd says. I pat his shoulder to try and make him feel better. "Yes, but you are stronger than you think. Look." Misako says then points at the drawing again.

"The true power of the Green Ninja can only be unlocked when four of his five Protectors find their own pure elemental powers." She says. "Are we the Protectors?" Cole asks her. "Pfft, silly question. Of course, we are, ha, ha. Right?" "Do the colors not tell you?" I joke with Jay. "If we are the Protectors, then we're doomed. Our elemental Golden Weapons no longer exist. We cannot tap into our power without them." Zane says. I roll my eyes at that. Even before they tapped into the power of their golden weapons, I could see the powers within them. "But the powers do exist within each of you. And there is a way to unlock your powers on your own." Misako counters. "We must go to the Temple of Light." She says.

"Temple of Light? What's that?" Nya asks Misako. "The gold in the Golden Weapons was from the Golden Peaks but they were forged in the Temple of Light, a powerful place I thought only existed in legend." Misako informs, unrolling another scroll onto the table. It showed the symbols for each of the guys and Lloyd. Along with mine which was placed underneath Lloyd's as I can see how his was a little transparent. And that got me thinking, "Um, Misako?" She looks at me. "What part do I have to play? I mean, there's me with the guys and their powers then there's my symbol underneath Lloyd's." I point out. "You, (Y/N), play a very key part. For you see, that much raw elemental power may not be compatible with Lloyd and could possibly hurt him. You being the Master of Life along with the connections you have established with the other Ninja, they will lend their power to you first for which you will then balance. You will make it safe for transference into the Green Ninja." She says. (I added this in for remember back in Rise of the Snakes? 😏)

I blink at that. Wow. "As for the Temple of Light," I blink again to focus as Master speaks. "It's on the Dark Island?" He asks Misako. "I think our only choice is to find out." Misako says to him. "So we get our powers back? All right!" Cole jumps and I smirk at his excitement. No powers needed to know. "But there's still a one big problem. The Bounty can't fly." Nya says. "It's a ship, right? Can't it sail?" Misako counters. "Silly question. Of course, it can. Ha, ha! Right? Ow!" I walked and smack Jay's head. "It. Is. A. Ship." I state. Sometimes I wonder if all the lightning fried his brain.

Third Person P.O.V.

After that, preparations were made. A crowd stood on a boardwalk as the Bounty was in the water and ready to set sail. "Now, promise me you'll eat your vegetables." Edna says to Jay as she and Ed say bye to him. "Mom!" Jay groans from embarrassment. "Oh, I mean it! You get sluggish when you don't get enough vitamins. Ed, tell him if he's gonna to save the world he has to eat his vegetables." Edna says sternly to her husband. Ed was quiet for a moment as he thinks, "Uh, so what your mother says." He tells Jay, then smiles proudly as he looks at his wife. "I don't know what to say." Lou says as he and Cole hug. "You don't have to say anything." Cole tells him. Lou holds him closer. "You're right, I don't have to say anything, I don't have to say anything, but I'd have to sing." Lou says as he pulls away from his son then gesture to his quartet.

They all harmonize as Lou starts to sing. "Who's gonna save Ninjago's hide~ Whoa gonna make his A dad swell with pride~ Cole is~ Cole does~ Cole, Cole, Cole~" The crowd applause at the performance as Cole smiles softly at his father's song. "That's the sweetest thing I've ever heard, Pop." He says as he and his father hug once more. Kai smiled at that then looks at Darreth. "Now, Darreth, as the honorary 'Brown Ninja' we're entrusting you with protecting Ninjago and tending to the Ultra-Dragon. Are you up to the tasks?" He says. "I won't let you guys down." Darreth states. He then turns around to face the crowd, "Did you hear that? I'm officially the Brown Ninja!" He announces and the crowd cheers. "Ha-ha-ha." What's my elemental power?" He asks. "Uh, hot air?" Nya replies. "So I command the wind. Cool." Darreth says.

Ultra then appears with Lloyd in the saddle holding the reins. "You need to stay here, big guy. These people need your protection." He tells the dragon. But on the Bounty, Zane looks at the crowd then sadly sighs. "Feeling down?" He looks to his left to find (Y/N) walk over and stand beside him. She too looking down at the crowd. "It is... Hard. I know what had become of my father, but seeing Cole with his along with Jay and his parents, it makes me feel alone. For I have no one to say bye to." He says to her. (Y/N) glances at him then sighs deeply as she looks down at her hands that are placed on the railings. "I can understand the feeling. I mean, you and the rest of group are the first people that I feel a connection with but wishing to still have your blood family is understandable." She tells Zane then leans forward to rest her arms on the railings. (I know Zane does not have blood, but you get what I mean.)  "I know how much my dad cared about me but the fact that he passed before I could meet him, hurts. I never got to say goodbye. I don't know how." She says.

Zane looks at her with a sympathetic look and rests a hand on her shoulder. "I am sure he would be proud at who you have become." He tells her. (Y/N) does not say anything but looks at him and gives a thankful nod. "I'm sure your father would feel the same." She says to him. Zane gives her a small smile then looks away as he frowns once again as he and (Y/N) go back to looking at the crowd. "Is there anyone you two would like to say goodbye to?" Master Wu says as appears and he walks over to them, standing on Zane's right and placing a comforting hand on his back. "My only family is my falcon and my only memory of my father was nearly erased. I will miss Ninjago, for it is all I know, but I am excited to see what the future has in store." Zane tells Wu. "Yeah. And I plan on having all of us return to Ninjago once the job is done." (Y/N) states as she straightens up and looks at Wu. "Well, my Nindroid friend and compassionate friend, there are a few people who would like to say goodbye to you." Wu says as he gestures with his staff to the group of fangirls and boys of Zane and (Y/N).

The girls held signs with Zane's name with hearts drawn around it and the boys wore purple shirts with (Y/N)'s symbol on them. (What? You thought the guys get all the fans?~😏) (Y/N) tilted her head at that for she was not use to that kind of attention and Zane smiled at the cheering. "I love you, you stupid Nindroid." Rufus says as he moves some girls to stand in front. Zane smiles as there are some people who wish to see him again. Then a young boy with a purple jacket walks up with his father up to the boat. (Y/N) places her hands on the rails as she leans down a little. The boy looks up at her, holding his hands in a shy manner. "Please be safe." He tells her. (Y/N) blinks from the sincerity and care in his words. She then gives him a gentle smile, "I will." She says, uses her powers to create a butterfly that flies down and lays a kiss on the boy's head then bursts like a firework. The boy smiles widely and jumps in place while the father gives (Y/N) a thankful smile.

Wu smiles at both of his pupils with pride then looks at the crowd. "Pupils, it's time we set sail!" He announces. "Goodbye!" "See you!" "So long!" Jay, Cole and Kai bid farewell as they board the Bounty. The group then gets to work as they lift the anchor and open the sails. Nay was at the wheel as she turns it to set them out to sea. Darreth was making blowing noises as the Bounty sails away, moving his hands as well. "You see that? It's working!" He says, to a person. Then he turns around to wave the Ninja bye as they all stand at the back to wave bye too. The crowd cheers at them in support for their journey. "Jay! Did you r make sure to pack clean underwear?" Edna shouts. "Yes, mom!" Jay says and hides his face in embarrassment.

The guys laugh at him and (Y/N) hides her smile as she shoulders shake from laughter. "And good luck to you too, (Y/N)!" She looks back in surprise as Edna shouts at her. "Yeah! Look after them boys!" Ed shouts too as he smiles at her. "And be sure to show those baddies what you got!" Lou shouts as well. (Y/N) feels warmth then smiles and waves them farewell.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

After saying bye to Ninjago, we have been sailing for a while to get to the Dark Island. It's already been a couple hours and the sun has already begun to set. I rest my chin on my arms that rest on the railing as I look at the beautiful sunset. There is just something about when the sun touches water that makes it so beautiful. "We still have a long journey ahead of us." I stand up straight after Master said that. Looking at him while he stands with Nya and Misako while Lloyd, Jay, Kai and Cole sat opposite of them. I then feel my powers flare up and walk off to go meet with Zane as he steps onto the deck and meets up with the guys. "Still no word from your falcon?" Cole asks him. "Not yet." Zane replies then stands between Kai and Jay while I stand with Cole.

I frown as I feel his worry. "I wonder what's on the island?" Kai asks. "An entirely new ecosystem?" "Never before seen creatures?" "Oh, vegetables that taste like desert?" Really, Jay? I give him a judging looking. "I hope the Stone Army is there. They may've gotten the best us once, but never again." Kai says. I roll my eyes as I feel his frustrations. "Kai, only until we find the Temple of Light can you stand a chance against the walking statues." I tell him. "(Y/N) has a point. But when we do, those so-called warriors won't know what hit 'em." Cole says. "Here, here." Jay agrees. "I wonder if this is the end of our destiny." Lloyd says. I look at him and frown as I think about his words. "If it is, there isn't anyone else I'd want by my side." Kai says. "Here, here." "You said it." I smile as I feel the same.

But then Zane gasps and I look to find his eyes have switched to his Falcon Vision. "My falcon has arrived at the Dark Island!" He says. We all then quickly head into the bridge. Zane had put on some goggles that he then input a cable attached to them into the console. The big screen came to life as we saw what Falcon saw. "There. Now we can all see." Zane says. We all watch to see the coast and lots of trees. Zane then moves his head and Falcon follows to look down. A Stone Warrior is seen then tosses a disk that hits Falcon. I jump back from that as the screen goes blank then look over to find Zane having fallen on his back. The goggles falling off him too.

I rush over to him kneel down to check on him. "He's gone." He says, lifting himself up. I lend him a hand and he takes it as I help him up. "We don't know that." I hear Master say. "Oh, Zane. We're so sorry." Nya says as she and Kai walk over and comfort Zane. "Well, he was our friend too, so we're not gonna let him go in vain." Kai tells him as he stands on Zane right and places a hand on his shoulder. "If the Stone Army wants a fight, they got one." He declares. "Well, that's going to have to wait because right now we're sailing straight for a storm. All hands on deck." Misako says, pointing out the window and at dark thundering clouds. "Shoot." I curse.

Soooooooo, a sailing adventure isn't one until you hit a storm. Right? Well, currently I am standing on the deck with the guys as we hold the mast up while the wind howls loudly. "Hold the line!" Cole yells while he, Kai, Zane, Lloyd and I hold onto the rope tightly. "The winds are too strong!" Lloyd shouts. We hit a wave and the ship rises a little before landing back on the water. "We need everyone's help, Jay!" Zane yells at Jay. "But I don't want to get wet. I-I only have one pair of underwear." Seriously? I make a gross face at his statement. "Jay, this is no time to be making jokes. The Bounty can only take so much!" Kai snaps back at him. "You think I'm trying to be funny?" Jay argues but then laughter was heard. "Okay, laugh all you want, but we'll see who laughs when I have to go commando." Jay states. "Who's laughing?" Cole asks.

Wait a minute. Before we set sail, I looked at some books and read about any sea life that we may encounter. Because it's been a while since I read something and I want to be ready for in case we encounter any nasties. "Uh, why is the sea laughing at us?" Kai says. "And why do I have a feeling we're not gonna get the joke?" Jay says. I then sense somethings with my powers and look to the right to find starfish hop onto the deck. "Hey, what's that?" Cole then let go of the rope and I plant my feet firmly and hold on tight to it but still get pulled by it along with the guys. "I'm coming!" I look back as Jay runs towards us. "I got it!" He grabs the rope. "About time, Jay!" Water then splashes onto the deck and on Jay. "Oh, perfect!" He complains. "Suck it up and hold on!" I tell him.

"It looks like some sort of a, uh, fish." I look back at Cole and see him pick up one do the starfish. Only to find that it has a round mouth with sharp teeth. Crap! I let go of the rope, rush over and slap the fish out of his hands. I hear a plop as it lands in the water. "Starteeth. They're STARTEETH!" I shout. Of all the things to encounter in the ocean, why did it have to be STARTEETH?!?! "Wait!" I turn around look up as Misako appears from the bridge. "We must not let the Starteeth on board. They devour ships and won't stop until we sink." She says. "Which is why we need to get rid of every last one!" I state, turning to face the guys. But then one of the Starteeth jumps and bites Cole's hand. "Ow! It bit me!" He shouts then waves it off and then they hop pass us and latch onto the rope. Double crap! They bit through the rope and the rest of the guys fall back from the snap.

The waves become more violent and we slide across the deck. And more Starteeth come aboard. I growl in irritation from their laughter. "Get those scum of the sea off this ship! IMMEDIATELY!" I order. "On it! Come on!" Kai says and we got to work with removing the fish off the ship and tossing them back into the sea. "Faster! Or we'll sink." I hear Lloyd say. I then come up with an idea. I form a crystalline bowl from powers, "Guys, toss the Starteeth in here!" I shout. Cole, Zane and Lloyd toss in Starteeth into the bowl and once it was full, I form a lid to close it then fire purple fire out of my hands and portent then bucket far away from the Bounty. I then hear Jay scream and look over at him to find him jumping and turning around with Starteeth on his back.

"Get them off! Get them off!" He shouts. Use your Spinjitzu!" Kai says to him and I had to duck from one Starteeth that tried to bite me. I growl and grab it, "Be lucky I don't take a bite out of you!" I toss it out. Hard. "Ninja-Go!" I look over and find Jay having thrown off the Starteeth onto the sail. Oh, come on. "Okay, bad idea." Yep. "Ninja-Go!" The other guys perform Spinjitzu as they gather up the fish and toss them into the sea. I then have use over and jump, floating with my powers to remove the Starteeth then toss them into the sea. I land back on the deck but then hear something metallic. I turn around and find, "They eat through metal too?" "Yes. Yes, they can, Jay. For the Starteeth's teeth are stronger than that of a sharks for their appetite is so ravenous that they will eat anything!" I shout, as the pestering fish eat chains.

"Uh, guys, I think we have a bigger problem!" I hear Lloyd say and look over at him to find him look off to the side. I get a bad feeling so I look over and find, "Oh, First Master have mercy on us." A giant hole in the ship. "Oh, I should have brought an extra pair of underwear." One problem at a time, Jay. One problem at a time.

Zane's P.O.V.

Thankfully, we did not sink. We were able to exit the storm and remove the remaining Starteeth. We all rested for a while for (Y/N) patched up the hole with her powers. We had awoken at dawn and are now using buckets to remove the water in the lower portion of the ship after (Y/N) had made the patch disappear. "Ah, this is hopeless!" Kai says, sounding very frustrated. "Now that we have no rudder we've been drifting aimlessly and will never fort to the Dark Island." Things do look bleak with how we have no power and no wind currently at the moment.

"We only know what is foretold will happen. Not when it will happen." Misako states. But then I felt something... familiar. I drop the bucket I was wielding and walk over to the hole. "What is it, Zane?" I hear Sensei ask. "I sense something." I answer. "Is it the falcon?" "Is he all right?" I hear Cole and Jay ask. "No it's, uh..." I look back at them then outside as I see an island with a tall building on it. "...something else." And we were about to hit land. "Brace yourselves!" I shout and we all hold on as the ship shook violently as it hits land.

We all took a moment to regain our bearings. "Everyone okay?" (Y/N) asks. We all give confirmations of our wellness. We then exit the ship as we walk up the shore then stop as we look at the building. "Who would build a lighthouse way out here?" Lloyd asks. I walk forward as I look at the building. "It's not a lighthouse, it's a prison." I correct, walking up the steps. We walked up the stairs for a while but then a low growl was heard and we all look back at the sea. "Oh, I should have brought an extra pair of underwear." I hear Jay groan. "Mysterious. We better keep going." Sensei says, thus resume walking up the steps.

We made it to the door. I stood in front of it since I was leading the group then look up to find a camera looking down and observing us. "Uh, should we smile?" I hear Jay say. It then focused on me and then footsteps were heard and I look at the door. Some locks were unlocked then it opens to reveal, "Zane!?!" What? "Is it really you? You found me!" My father. He hugs me but I was still in shock he pulls away from and smiles. "Uh, do you know him?" I hear Lloyd ask. "Of course I know him, I built him for heaven's sake!" My father replies. "You're Zane's creator. His father." I hear (Y/N) say, sounding breathless and shocked. Which I am as well.

"Yes. Yes, I am." He says to her. I close my mouth as I finally form cohesive thoughts. "But my memory tells me that you have passed." I say to him. "Ah, you found your memory switch." He says. But then a loud growl was heard once again from the sea. "Hurry, it can't know that you are here or else there will be dues to pay." My father says then takes my hand and pulls me into the building. I hear Jay gulp. "It?" He questions. "I'll explain everything inside. Including why it is you thought I was dead." He says. We all then enter the building and gather closes the door. "Locking, barricading, hand checking." He says, locking it with a key then places a board on it and adjusts the camera to give a visual of the Bounty on a small screen.

He sighs, "I think we're safe. This way." He says. I smile as he then places an arm on my back as he guides me up some wooden stairs. We then made it to the top and enter through trapdoor as we enter the top room to the building. It reminded me of my first home. "Please, please have a seat, you must be thirsty." My father says. But I notice how there is not a seat. "Seat, where?" I ask him, scratching my head. He then pulls a lever between us which makes the presence lens lower and be replaced with a table. "There, of course." My father says. "Wow. That's pretty smart." I hear Nya compliment.

The others then sit at the table while I still stand with my father. "A technical wizard." I hear Cole say. Even as he was then, he continues to build amazing things. I smile as I see them all sit down though I notice how (Y/N) remains standing. I then look over to find my father with a small robot that rolls and hops onto the table and places down tea cups. It hops off the table and heads over to my father, who then gives him a teapot. The tiny robot hops onto the table and pours tea into the cups. Jay then played around with it as he kept moving the cup, but that resulted in tea being poured on him and he helped form the pain as he stood up. He screams in pain and I could not help myself as I laugh while he jumps in pain.

But then something caught my eye as I walk over to a desk and it had a copy of my blueprint. I then turn to look at my father. "Father, I don't understand. I saw you pass." I tell him. "Yes, you did, and believe me when I tell you, I thought I was kaput, but as you know in Ninjago, the past is the past." He says. "And the future." "Is the future." Misako and Sensei finish. "Yes." Father says. "You really were gone." (Y/N) speaks. I look back at her as she looks at my father with this look. She walks over and stands beside me as she continues to look at my father. "Your life ended, but then it was resumed. Something or someone brought you back, prolonging your life for a little while longer." She says. She then blinks her eyes and shakes her head a little. "Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt. I can feel things and sometimes see things." She apologizes, bowing her head slightly.

My father only smiles and lays a hand on her shoulder. "It is quiet alright. And you are actually right there on the nose." He says. He then removes his hand from her and she stands up straight. Father then faces me, "After I turned off your memory switch, what you didn't see is bonehead Samukai reviving me with a special elixir." He starts. Samukai? "He wanted me to create state-of-the-art war machines for their army. He said if I did, then I would be able to see my son again. And to make sure I didn't escape, he chained a Leviathan to keep guard." He explains. "A Leviathan? That's what we heard in the ocean?" Lloyd asks. "If you thought the Starteeth were something, then you do not want to engage with a Leviathan." (Y/N) informs, and I look to find here with a serious face.

"Yes." I focus back on my father. "When Samukai didn't return, I thought I would never see you again." He looks at me. I sensed great sadness in his voice. But so much time had passed I started to question if you would ever want to see me again. I was afraid if you found out what horrible things I've created, you would think I was... a monster." He looks away from me in shame. All this time, he has been alone and worrying about how I would think of him differently. But I would never think of him as a monster. "We will get you out of here, Father." I tell him as I place a hand on his shoulder. "Now that we are together, perhaps we can invent a way off this rock." I propose. "Could you repair the rocket boosters on our ship?" Jay asks, I look to find him at a window and Father moves to stand next to him as he looks out.

"That sailing ship has rocket boosters?" He asks. I move as Nya walks over and stands next to him. "Well, the rotors and gears are shot." She informs him. "Eh, pish posh. No matter! I'll have your ship airworthy by dawn!" Father states confidently. But then I hear a gasp and look to find (Y/N) looking down with a worried look and holding a hand to her chest. "It's coming." She says. Then a low and loud growl was heard.

Third Person P.O.V.

Everyone became surprised as the room shook all of a sudden. "It's an earthquake!" Kai exclaims as he places his hands on the table. "No. It's much worse." Zane's father said as a tentacle emerges from the water. "He's here. Everyone hide!" He tells everyone. The all quickly hurry to find a place to hide as the Leviathan's tentacle rises higher and slithers up the building. Jay, Kai, and Cole stand on top of the shelves, Wu and Misako walked down then hid under the floor, Nya and Lloyd hide behind some crates, and finally Zane and (Y/N) quickly hide under a cloth and hold perfectly still.

The tentacle makes it to the window and looks through it with two eyes that are yellow and its pupils silted. Zane's father sat at the table alone to avoid suspicion as the creature looks into the room. "Nobody make a sound." Zane's father whispers. The creature blinks and that is when the elderly man addresses him. "Aha, if it isn't my old chum." He greets. The creature moves to look in another window and looks at the table to find lots of teacups placed on it. Thinking quickly, Zane's father quickly turned them upside-down and used some drumsticks to tap on the cups. "Hee, hee. Just marching the beat to my own drum." He says to the creature. "You know, doing whatever I can to pass the time... since I'm so, you know, heh, alone." He says.

The tentacle then lowers back into the ocean after believing that there was no one else with the inventor. The elder man walks over to the window and sighs in relief as he watches the tentacle disappear into the water. "If we're gonna make something to get out of here, we're gonna have to hurry before it comes back." Kai says, he and everyone else having come out of hiding as they stand with Zane's father. "He created Zane. I think we are in good hands. Right, Mister..." (Y/N) says. "Oh, call me Dr. Julien. Now, let us commence inventing!" The man says.

He then had a layout on the Bounty given to him and quickly made sketches. Zane walked over and lays a hand on his back, smiling at his father. Dr. Julien smiles back at his son, happy to have him back in his life. Lloyd and (Y/N) take apart some of Dr. Julien's equipment to use to repair the Bounty then give them to Nya. She walks off and exits the lighthouse to meet up with the guys as they fix up the ship. The sun had started to set and while Lloyd and (Y/N) sews up a cloth, Cole whistles a tune as he sews with them. Lloyd looks at him and Cole notices, "What? It's catchy." He defends. "Less judging, more sewing." (Y/N) orders and the two go back to sewing.

The sun had then set and Dr. Julien reclines back. The little robot moves and grabs his bowl then jumps off the table. "Excuse me, but I must say, I have never had such a meal in all my life. Where did you learn to cook? I never programmed that into you." He asks Zane, as the robot stops and gives the bowl to ZaneZ "I guess I just picked it up." Zane answers the cleans the bowl. "Father, if I wanted you to make a change in me, would you?" Zane asks his father. "A change?" Dr. Julien asks as he rests his hands on the table. "An alteration." Zane corrects as he turns to face his father. "Heh, but Zane, you're perfect. I could never make you any better than you already are." Dr. Julien replies. "But I see no reason for me to have a memory switch. I happen to like my life and don't want to ever forget you again." Zane says then walks over to stand at a window.

What they both did not know was that (Y/N) heard everything. She was sent to go get them, but then felt Zane's emotions with her powers and stayed hidden. She did not mean to intervene but could not help her curiosity. "Don't worry, my son. We will both never forget." Dr. Julien tells Zane as he rests a hand on his son's shoulder. Zane looks at him as his father gives him a soft smile. "I'm glad you found me." Dr. Julien tells. Zane then hugs him, "I'm glad you made me." Zane says. His father hugs him back. But then a creaking was heard and they separated to look at the open trapdoor. "Sorry! Sorry, I didn't mean to intrude." (Y/N) apologizes as she comes out of hiding and walks up to them.

"Were you coming to get us?" Zane asks her, not at all mad at her intrusion. "Yeah, but... you guys were talking and I didn't want to interrupt." She says, looking away as she holds her hands. Dr. Julien smiles at her, "Now, now dear, it is quite alright. You were being respectful and allowed me to have a moment with my son. But I sense that there is something else." He says to her. (Y/N) glances up at him before looking down at her hands. "It's just that... before we set sail, Zane and I had a talk. My father passed away but I never got to know him. Along with never really meeting my mother either." She starts. Dr. Julien's smile became a frown as he feels sympathy for her. "And... seeing you alive, feeling how happy Zane is to still have you.... I-I guess I feel..." She stops as she feels her emotions rise and feel tears in her eyes.

Dr. Julien lays a hand on her shoulder and she looks up at him. "I understand the feeling of what it is like to be alone. But it was always hope that kept me going and the memories I made with the ones I love that reminded me of who I am." He says. (Y/N) blinks her eyes and wipes away some tears. "I can tell how much you care, and relieved to know my son has someone like you in his life." He says, smiling at her. Zane smiles as his father comforts his friend. "You have a family now, (Y/N)." He tells her. (Y/N) moves a strand of hair from her face as she sniffs and wipes away any tears before they fell, her powers allowing her to feel the warmth and sincerity from the father and son.

But then a loud growl was heard, making the three become alert. They quickly run down the stairs and exit the lighthouse. "Everyone aboard! It's coming!" Dr. Julien exclaims to the others as he, Zane and (Y/N) run down the stairs and to the Bounty. The Bounty now fixed and resembled a blimp had tentacles appear next to it as the Leviathan growls lowly. "It's here!" Kai exclaims as he points at the tentacles. The creature shrieks and everyone looks at it in surprise and worry. "Get us out of here, Nya!" Jay says, grabbing said girl's arm in fright.

Everyone runs up the plank and onto the ship. Nya hurries to the wheel and grabs hold of it. "I hope she's ready!" She says, grabbing a lever and pulling it. The boosters activate and lifts the ship out of the ocean. Nya turns the wheel to get them and dodged the tentacles. Come on!" She says. She then pulls the lever again to add more power to the boosters, but ship was grabbed by the Leviathan. Everyone groans and scream as the slide or roll back from the force of the creature grabbing the Bounty. Everyone holds on as they are being dragged to the water. "Lloyd, use your elemental powers!" Wu says. "As you wish, Sensei! Release us, you monster!" Lloyd shouts as he uses his powers and creates a giant orb that encases the Bounty and makes the Leviathan let go. "Well done, Lloyd!" Wu says to his nephew.

However, the Leviathan watches with its eyes as the get away and was not giving up that easily. He grabs them again, but Zane and (Y/N), both holding onto the railings, look to find chains. "It's chained!" Zane says. (Y/N)'s powers then flare up and she feels the creature's emotions. It's anger, but also something else. "It's..." She says. She and Zane then climb onto the railing, "Zane, (Y/N), what are you doing?" Dr. Julien calls out to them. "The Leviathan won't let us leave! I think we know a way we can help." Zane tells him. "But you can't jump in. These oceans are filled with Starteeth." Dr. Julien says as he hurries over to them. "Then they can be of good use." (Y/N) says. Then she and Zane fall down and dive into the water. "Zane! No!" Dr. Julien cries out for his son.

The white and purple ninjas entered the water and swam down to the end of the chain. (Y/N) looked at the Leviathan and was mesmerized by its body and how it resembles a sea anemone but focuses back on the mission. She summons a dome around her head and breathes for the she was not use to swimming underwater for so long. She looks over and finds Zane wave to get her attention and point at the Starteeth. She nods and the two swim over and grab some Starteeth and place it on the chain. (Y/N) then formed small bubbles around more Starteeth summon them to her and Zane and they place them on the chains. Zane pats her shoulder and points upwards. She nods then grabs hold of him as she uses her powers to launch them up.

The Leviathan still holds onto the ship and the others scream as the ship is pulled more and more towards the ocean. The Starteeth keep eating away at the metal "Help!" Lloyd yells. But right as the Bounty touches water, the chain snaps. The Leviathan roars and brings up his chained tentacle and realizes that it is no longer trapped. It releases the Bounty. "It let us go!" Kai says in shock. "What happened?" Dr. Julien asks. Lloyd hurries over to him and helps him up. "Zane and (Y/N) released the Leviathan, and now it's letting us go." He tells him. "But where is my son?" Dr. Julien says worriedly. "Right behind you." He looks back to find (Y/N) and Zane on a translucent purple platform then they hop off it and onto the Bounty. "I'm here, Father!" "Zane!" The two hug and (Y/N) moves to give them space. "Zane." Dr. Julien says, relieved that his son is okay. He gives (Y/N) a grateful smile and she nods her head at him.

"How did you know if you freed it from captivity it would let us go?" Wu asks them. "He was angry but he was also afraid for if we left, he would be alone. And I know the feeling all too well." (Y/N) says. "And because no one deserves to be held captive, not even a monster." Zane says, looking at his father with a smile. The Leviathan growls and the two look back and smile at him. (Y/N) waves it goodbye and the creature blinks his three eyes at them then goes under and swims away. "Farewell, creature from the sea. Enjoy your freedom." Zane bids the Leviathan.

Nya then presses a button and the boosters activate as the ship flies away from the lighthouse. (Y/N) looks into the horizon with a serious frown. "Next stop: The Dark Island." She says.

(Okay, hope you have enjoyed. I had the reunion in Zane's P.O.V. for it was a very impactful moment for him to still have a chance of having his father be in his life for a little while longer. I hope I nailed his mindset and what he would say. I made it so that (Y/N) would have good relations with the Ninja's parents. Anyway, hope you liked!)
