It has started. Now, who will make the first move? I feel myself be carried in strong arms but then I see something. I see Garmadon and... Nya. Shoot, she was taken. I then see and feel that dark goop as Nya was forced towards it. And when it touches her... it changes her. It spreads... her aura... her energy... her balance has been tipped.

Third Person P.O.V.

As horns continue to sound off, the group make it back to the camp and Dr. Julien turns around to see them. "What was that sound? The horns? And what happened to (Y/N)?" He asks, noticing (Y/N) in Cole's arms as she is still unconscious. "The Celestial Clock has reached zero. Garmadon's Ultimate Weapon is now operational, and the Final Battle between good and evil has all but begun. As for (Y/N), she had taken a hit but is recovering." Wu explains, not noticing Lloyd closing his eyes and bowing his head in shame. "Now Lloyd must face his father. "But where's Nya?" Dr. Julien asks as he notices Nya's absence.

(Y/N) then gasps loudly as she wakes up. The others look at her in surprise as she takes deep breaths. "(Y/N)!" Lloyd exclaims, he walks over as Cole sets (Y/N) on her feet as he wraps an arm around her waist to help keep her up. Lloyd stands on her as he rests a hand on her shoulder, "You okay? Do you need anything?" He asks her. (Y/N)'s breath evens as she nods her head, "Yeah. Yeah, I'm okay. But Nya..." She says, trailing off as she remembers what has become of Nya. "She has been taken by the Stone Army, but we'll get her back." Wu says. Jay lowers his head in worry for Nya as Kai lays a hand on his shoulder, both praying that she will be alright "At the moment, there are bigger things at stake, including all of Ninjago itself." Wu states.

"Who care about Ninjago? Nya was my- Uh, my... You know." Jay speaks up as he takes a few steps towards Wu, stuttering as his emotions brew within him. "And she is my sister." Kai speaks up as he rests a hand on Jay's shoulder. "I know her being captured is tough, but she's tougher. Tougher than most of us. We'll see her again." He says. (Y/N) looks down at the ground and frowns as she knows that Nya will not be the same but knows that if she said anything now, it would only makes things more difficult. "Lloyd, your focus gives strength to invoking the Power of the Golden Dragon. You cannot lose faith now. Everything rests on your shoulders." Wu tells Lloyd. "But, Sensei, you saw what happened when I tried to face him my father. I... froze. I can't fight him." Lloyd says. "You must. It is written in the scrolls." Wu insists.

(Y/N) then walks over to Lloyd as she lays a hand on his shoulder, making him look at her. "Lloyd, it wouldn't have been right. It wouldn't have been a battle at all. I know this isn't what any one wants but now that Final Battle has begun, all as we know is at risk of being destroyed." She tells him. Lloyd looks down as he remembers his last confrontation with his father, how he was hurt and did not show any sign of wanting to fight. (Y/N) then removes her hand from him as she steps aside for Misako to stand next to him. Misako rests a hand on her son's back to comfort him, "She's right. It wouldn't have been right. Remember, your father is just as scared." She tells him, making him look at her. "Then the battle will be decided by who is willing to fight." Wu states.

Kai then puts on his hood and equips his elemental blade, forming the blade with his fire. "You won't be alone. I'll be right behind you. You have my fire." He says, waking over to stand with Lloyd. Cole does the same as he stands next Kai. "You have my earth." He says. "And my ice." Then Zane. "And lightning." Then Jay. Wu and Misako stand on either side of Lloyd and rest their hands on his shoulders. (Y/N) stood in front of him with a determined face, "Even if Garmadon is yours to fight, there's still the Stone Army. Besides, this is just as much our battle as it is yours." She tells him, giving him a small smile before putting on her hood. "We're all in this together, kid." Cole says to Green Nina. The smiles from all the support then puts on his hood, "What are we waiting for? Let's suit up." He says.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

As we all get ready for the biggest fight of our lives, I get that feeling again. I first felt it back when Misako first joined us. I felt it again as we first arrived on the island. I have also been hearing this voice. Raspy, hoarse, aggressive, and... sinister. "(Y/N)?" I blink and look over to find everyone standing in front of me. "It's time." Master says. I take a deep breath and nod my head. "Let's do this." I state.

We then made our way to the camp, but as we got closer, "Get down. Now." I do as Lloyd says and get on my front as I use my arms to lift my top-half up. "They won't know what hit them." I hear Cole say. "Time to chop wood." Jay quips. I was about to say something but everyone else runs off. "Oh for the love of-" I sigh but jump onto my feet and follow after them. "Ninjago-Go!" They shout and kicked the doors open. More like shattered. Once I arrived, the camp was completely empty. "Uh, where the heck is everybody?" Jay ask, he, the guys and Lloyd taking off their hoods as they lower their guard due to the empty camp. "Ugh. And her I was all ready to release the thunder." Cole complains. "The Ultimate Weapons is gone. We're too late." Kai says. The he walks forward and across the bridge. "Nya? Nya!" He calls out for his sister.

The others follow him as do I as we then cross the bridge and walk further into the camp. I hear Falcon screeching and look up to find him fly towards us. "My falcon friend wants to show us something." Zane says. Falcon flies pass us and we follow him only to then notices some big tracks and part of the fence being destroyed by something huge. We all run through the gap then stop and to see a lot of wreckage made from the Ultimate Weapon. "Whoa. That's one big weapon." Lloyd says. It appears to be heading towards the coast." Zane informs. But then my powers flare up as I feel exhaustion and turn around to see Dr. Julien panting heavily.

I walk over and lend a hand for him to grab. "Dr. Julien, you aren't fit to fight." I tell him. I mean, he's spend his whole life building and inventing. More of a brain over brawn guy. He takes my hand and stands up straight, "No. No, I am not." He says. "He's always wanted to turn our world into his own image. Now we know how it will be done." I hear Wu say. That's when it hits me. The goop, the weapon... Nya. "He's going to tip the balance. That stuff is what is needed to make everything nothing but... darkness." I state. "Yes. If he starts turning things evil, the balance will shift and allow the Overlord to cross over into our world." Misako says.

The Overlord... Wait? Is... I feel myself start to shake. "Then we have to make sure that my father never fires that weapon." I stop shaking as Lloyd says that then runs off. The others follow but I stop Dr. Julien. "You can't fight. I'm sorry." I tell him. I know he wants to be with his son, but he's not built for fighting. "Father." I look at Zane as he walks over and I step aside for him to have a moment with his father. "You go on without me. I'm an inventor, not a fighter. I'll only get in the way." Dr. Julien says. "But what will you do?" Zane asks. "I'll be back at the Bounty, waiting for you to return in one piece. But don't worry, a part of me will always be with you." Dr. Julien tells Zane. "Be well, Father." Zane says with a smile. I walk over and rest a hand on his shoulder. "We need to go." I tell him. Zane looks at me and nods his head. Falcon then appears and Zane lifts an arm for him to rest on. "Be safe." Dr. Julien says. I remove my hand from Zane as we both turn around and go to join the others. We stop and Zane waves his father bye then we continue forward.

I put on my hood as we follow the tracks. Everything, even the sky, feels as though something big is about to happen. "Um... is anyone else thinking about how this might be our final fight together?" Jay says. I focus running as I hear the others agree with him. "Yeah." "Of course." "It's all I've been thinking about." Cole says. "We've come a long way. It wasn't that long ago when Sensei first found us." Kai says. Man... it hasn't really been that long, but it feels like we have known each other longer than that. But then I feel something. No, someone. She's close. "Stop!" I shout and everyone does. "Whoa, (Y/N), we were just remembering memories and having a good laugh. If you have something to share-" "No! I mean, yes-Urgh! Just listen." I interrupt Jay. Everyone then went quiet as we look around. "Something is wrong here." Cole says. "Where? Where?" Jay asks.

"Did I just see...?" A twig snaps. "I sense an evil presence." Zane says. "Where? Where?" Found them. "Above us!" Master says then I step aside as a bright red tornado appears. "Ow, my jaw. That hurt!" Cole says. The red tornado then trips Lloyd. "No one does that to the Green Ninja!" Kai says. I take a deep breath as I take out a fan. "Sorry about this." I whisper then toss my fan, using my powers to get through the tornado and the person doing it stops as they then then snarl at us. Or more precisely, her. I make my fan return back to me. "Nya!" I hear Jay call out. "That is no longer Nya." Master says. "What did he do to my sister?" Kai demands. "He must of used the Ultimate Weapon to turn her into his own image." I hear Misako say. "Not the weapon, but what it fires." I state. "What?" I hear Kai ask. I sigh, "Remember that goop we were transporting while Misako got the helmet, this is what it does." I say, pointing with my fan at Nya.

Nya growls again, her body was now without color with her eyes being a dark purple. "Garmadon must have sent her to slow us down. We have to stop them from firing that weapon." Master says. Nya then takes out a chain with a spiked-ball and starts swing it above her head. I get ready to fight. "What are we supposed to do? Use our elemental powers on her?" Cole says. "No! I don't want to hurt her." Jay exclaims. "Jay's right. We just have to find a way to keep her from-" I wince as Kai gets hit in the face and falls on his back. "-hurting us." He groans from the pain. I deadpan from that. "Well, we should think of something before Garmadon fires that weapon." Zane says while I watch Kai stumble around from the hit he got from his corrupted sister.

"Lloyd, go up ahead with Sensei and Misako, while we take care of Nya." Cole says. "But you said you'd always be behind me." Lloyd says back. "We will be. We'll catch up as soon as we can." Kai says then Jay does Spinjitzu to get close to Nya. But he got hit in the gut but also holds the chain and now he and Nya are having a tug of war. "The Ninja are right. We must go." Master says, then he and Misako run off with Lloyd. Cole follows them as Nya takes back her weapon and tries to strike at them, but Cole grabs the spiked-ball. "Not so fast, sweetheart. This dance ain't over." He then swings her to the side. "(Y/N), go with them. We'll handle Nya." I look at Zane after he said that. "What? I can take of Nya. Besides, she won't just snap out of it and she doesn't have a problem with hurting us." I argue. "Lloyd needs you more than we do. Go!" Kai says.

I look down and hesitate then hear Cole scream and look to find Nya kick him into the guys, who were rushing over to them, causing them to fall. She smirks from that then growls again. I sigh then put away my fans. "Ninja-Go!" I perform Spinjitzu and I hear Nya growl but then stop as I grabbed her shirt and hold her up. She growls again and tries to break free but scratching at my arm, but I remain strong. "Sorry, Nya. But it's for your own good!" I exclaim then toss her. She screams then grunts as her back hits a tree and she falls onto the ground. I turn to face the guys, "I made sure to only stun her, but it's temporary. You guys have to find a way to keep her down." I tell them then run off to catch up with Lloyd.

Third Person P.O.V.

Garmadon leads the Stone Army as he rides the Ultimate Weapon. The soon made it to the coast and stop. "Ninjago is now within reach activate the weapon so all will know of your rule." The voice says. Garmadon chuckles as victory was within his grasp. "Yes. Load the cannon!" He orders Kozu who obeys and moves down to meet with some warriors as they hold missiles containing Dark Matter. "Finally, my darkest dream will now become reality." Garmadon says as he then readies to press the button to fire the missile.

"Father, don't!" He halts as he hears a voice cry out. "Lloyd!" He turns around and walks over to find his son, Misako and Wu arriving. "What are you doing?! Push the button!" The voice orders. Garmadon ignores it and looks down at the group. "So, the balance has sent my son, my brother and wife to try and to stop me? It looks like my little surprise has kept the Ninja busy." He says. "Don't do it. If you alter the balance, it will allow the Overlord to cross over." Misako tells him. "The balance will be destroyed, and we will all pay dearly." Wu states. "Don't listen to them. They betrayed you." The voice says to Garmadon. "I don't want to fight you, but I will if I have to. This is about more than just us. This is about what is right." Lloyd tells his father.

Garmadon blinks at his son. "Don't you see? I will never do what's right! The evil in my blood can never go away. It has corrupted every ounce of my fiber, every bone in my body. I am Lord Garmadon. Destiny took my family from me, and the only way for us to be together is to turn everything in this world into my image. Then you'll all see what I see, feel what I feel." He states, his voice cracking slightly from emotion. "It's not too late. We can-" "You've made your decision, and I have made mine." He says, turning away as he walks over to push the button.

"But you never did." He stops upon hearing a familiar voice. He turns around to find (Y/N) has arrived. "(Y/N)? What about-" "The guys are handling Nya." (Y/N) says to Wu as she then stands next to Lloyd and looks at Garmadon. "I can feel the evil running through your entire body, but I can also feel that this is not what you want. You don't want to fight your son. So I beg of you, DON'T push that button." She tells him. But then she freezes as she feels something ancient, but also familiar. "Truly a descendant of the first." It says. Garmadon sighs but stands strong, "It is too late to back out now." He states. (Y/N) blinked as she then sees Garmadon turn away.

"No!" Lloyd, Misako and Wu shout but Garmadon ignores them and presses the button. "Garmatron warming up. In T-minus... 20..." The computer of the Garmatron says. "Warming up? You could have warned me it had to warm up!" Garmadon says to the voice. "How could I? You were monologuing." The voice retorts. "...16..." The computer counts down. "We have to get to the top and shut it off." Lloyd says. "Stop them!" Garmadon orders the Stone Army.

The Stone Warriors make their way towards the group and lasers were fired at them. Misako and (Y/N) stood in front of Lloyd and blocked them, Misako with here scroll bag and (Y/N) with her fans. "Go!" Misako tells Lloyd, who takes a few steps back. "10..." He then runs towards the Garmatron. "...9..." He jumps. "Come on, come on, come on." Garmadon says impatiently. "...8..." Lloyd then lands behind him. "7..." "No!" The father and son stand before each other. "...6...5...4..." Garmadon then holds his son back as Lloyd tries to shut off the machine. "3..." Misako holds back a warrior as she looks up at her son. Kozu then appears and holds Lloyd back, "Got you." He says. "...2..." (Y/N) kicks another warrior away and as she turns around. "1." The missile fires.

It flies through the sky and across the sea. "Noooo!" Misako cries out. "We're losing." Lloyd says in disbelief. Garmadon chuckles, "I... win!" He exclaims with a smile. Everyone watches as the missile disappears within the dark clouds, Misako and Wu bow the heads in shame. (Y/N) continues to look where it vanished, but she was frozen and her eyes widen as she feels... It. And it's true intentions.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

"Again." It says. "Again!" Garmadon shouts and I shake my head to snap out of it. I look up and see Lloyd struggling as he is held up. I growl as I rush forward. "(Y/N)!" I ignore Wu. "Lloyd, you must focus and put a stop to this!" I hear Wu say then look to see a pillar of green energy surround Lloyd. But then it disappears and I hear him scream and stop as he is then sent back. "Lloyd!" I stop and turn around. I slide onto my knees as I check him. "You think you can stop me?!" I look back and another missile is fired. "Our worst fears." I hear Wu say but I focus back on Lloyd. Ignoring the tipping of the balance as I help him up. "I failed." He says, guilt heavy in his voice. I remain silent but as I try and comfort him. But then I feel It again. "It's not over yet. Get up." I tell him. He looks at me then nods his head and I help him up as we stand together. I then feel the guys approaching us but then hear the voice laughing. Misako and Wu then joins us. "I tried." Lloyd says. "I know." Wu says to him. "It is done. The balance has shifted." Misako says then I look up to see the clouds swirl together as a vortex forms. The voice laughs. Oh no.

Third Person P.O.V.

"Stop laughing now! This is my victory! What's happening?" Garmadon exclaims. "You've helped offset the balance." The voice laughs. "Because of you, I can now cross over into your world. I'm finally free!" It states. "Wait a minute! You stole that from my playbook! Well, you can forget about it. Ninjago is mine!" Garmadon states. (Y/N) feels her body go stiff as she has an epiphany. "No. It was never going to be yours. It... Is... Mine." The voice states. A beam of light then forms from the center of the vortex and Garmadon screams in pain as he is encompasses by it.

Lloyd, Wu and Misako hold their arms up to block some of the light as the guys then appear. "Sorry we're later. Did we miss much?" Jay asks. "No." (Y/N) says as she watches on, unfazed but the light. Garmadon then lowers onto his knees as the pain worsens. "Holy unholy." Jay says in sight fear. The others watch as Garmadon gets on his hands. "This is what it was leading up to." (Y/N) says. "What do you mean, (Y/N)?" Zane asks her. Garmadon's body then starts to change as he his hands become claws. "It was never Garmadon. The true lord of darkness was originally a being formed from the shadows, when Ninjago first came to be. And he needed not only the balance to shift to cross over, he needed a vessel to possess." She says. "He? He who?" Kai asks

"What's happening to me?!?" Garmadon says as he looks at his now clawed hands. "Are you scared? I'm scared." Jay says as Garmadon's body continues to change with spines sprouting from his legs and his face forming a muzzle. "The Overlord." (Y/N) whispers. "The metamorphosis has begun!" The Overlord says, now possessing Garmadon's body with dark purple eyes. "Metamorphosis? What does that mean?" Kai asks. "It means that he is going to transform Garmadon's body into a body fit to rule the new world." (Y/N) answers. "She is correct. It is a biological process by which someone or something changes into something new." Zane explains. "Yeah, changes into something ugly." Cole comments. "Father..." Lloyd breathes out at the sight of the his father looking like a beast. "No, Lloyd, that is no longer your father." Wu tells Lloyd as he stops his nephew from reaching out.

"But what about the prophecy? It said I had to face my father." Lloyd says. "It said you had to face the Lord of Darkness. It never specified of it being your father. You now need to do what your grandfather couldn't; Defeat the Overlord." (Y/N) tells him. "She is correct, Lloyd, you must fight. Unlike your father the Overlord will show you no mercy." Misako tells her son. "You can do this, Lloyd." Kai tells him. We're here and behind you all the way." Jay affirms. "He's tough, but you're tougher." Cole adds. "But we have to act before his evil gets more powerful." Zane states.

The Overlord laughs and Lloyd made his choice, "Let's do this." He says, putting on his hood. "Ninja-Go!" The Nina exclaim as the do Spinjitzu, Misako and Wu following them as they charge forward. Lloyd stops spinning and shoots a beam of energy that produces a wall of green fire that takes the Stone Army by surprise as the rest of the team jump through it. Zane takes out his blade and freezes some warriors in ice. Cole then uses his to shoots rocks and shatters the ice, sending the warriors back. Kai knocks down two warriors then steps back as a vehicle moves towards him with saws ready to strike. He takes out his blade and slides under the saws and thrusts his blade into the vehicle, splitting it in half and exploding behind him as he runs forward. Jay stands ready against another vehicle with warriors charging at him but then he jumps and grabs the back of the vehicle, stabbing his blade in it and causing it short circuit as smoke comes from it as he hops off.

"I need more evil, but where to attack next?" The Overlord says, then looks out into the horizon. "Ninjago City." He says with a sinister delight. The computer then has the coordinates set for its next target and the barrel rises up, the Overlord pressing the button but then hears beeping and looks to find that a missile is not loaded. He blinks then looks over to find the warriors busy with the Ninja and Wu and Misako deal with the ones loading a new missile. "Jay!" Wu exclaims as he and Misako toss the missile at Jay. "This one's out of the ballpark." Jay quips as he bats the missile away with his blade. "See to it personally that the cannon is loaded!" The Overlord orders Kozu.

The general shouts in his native language and as he as about to attack Wu, he grunts as he receives a flying kick. He growls as he looks to find (Y/N) standing before him. "Try me." She says. Kozu growls as he charges forward to punch her, but (Y/N) dodges his hits then grab one of his arms as she then uses one of her fans to slash at his bottom arms with use of her powers then puts it away as she grabs his chest armor . She smirks, "Happy flying." She then spins and tosses Kozu into the missile launcher. He shouts in worry as the Garmatron tells the Overlord it is loaded and he presses the button. Kozu yells as he is fired out of the cannon. The guys and Wu laugh while (Y/N) dusts her hands with a smirk.

Kozu ends up in Ninjago City and crashes into Darreth's Dojo. He groans as he starts to lift himself up. "You just messed with the wrong dojo, mister." Darreth declares then snaps and his students arrive. "Pupils, attack!" He shouts and the kids jump on Kozu. "Beware for they were also taught by the Purple Ninja." Darreth warns. Then winces as Kozu let out a particularly painful grunt. "Oops. Too late." Darreth says.

The Overlord growls as he pounds a fist in frustration. "Fine! I'll load it myself." He states. Kai and Jay kick away time warriors, "Look out, Jay!" Kia warns as one of the laser cannons was aimed at them. They jump and dodge the lasers then make their way up and kick off the warrior that was aiming it. "Sorry, only two can dance this dance." Kai quips. Then Jay jumps down and kicks two more warriors. Kai then aims the lasers and fire at more warriors while Jay does Spinjitzu. "This ends now!" Lloyd declares as he confronts the Overlord. The two stand off as they await to see who will make the first move. "The Final Battle has begun." Misako states. "Let's hope he is ready." Wu says.

Lloyd then brings his hands together, "All this time everything has led to this." Lloyd states. "Stupid boy. I've been planning this for thousands of years." The Overlord declares. "Eat green!" Lloyd shouts as he shoots his powers, hitting the Overlord and making him fall back. "Show him, Lloyd!" Cole cheers. The Overlord stands up then summons his powers and shoots beams of dark purple beams at Lloyd. But Lloyd jumps and avoids it, grabbing a horn to the weapon. However, the Overlord jumps at him and punches him in the gut. Lloyd is sent flying back as the Overlord follows after him. He then summons his powers and Lloyd stands up and summons his, both powers colliding as one tries to out-power the other. The Overlord then fires at Lloyd, but he dodged them fire at the Overlord. The possessed being gets sent back into the forest. "Yes!" Jay pumps his fist at that.

However, the Overlord appears as he uses flies up into the air. "No!" Jay groans at that. The Overlord laughs as he dives down at Lloyd. He roars and Lloyd's eyes widens as he stands in place watching the enemy come closer. "NO!" Sand is then blown up as a collision was made. The Overlord and Lloyd stood opposed to each other but (Y/N) stood between them. "You do NOT understand what you are doing. By destroying the balance, all will be destroyed." She says in a powerful voice as her eyes shine bright purple. "What is she doing?" "Get out of there, (Y/N)!" Kai and Jay say. "No. Don't." Misako stops Cole and Zane while Wu stops Jay and Kai. "The battle with the Overlord is with Lloyd." "She could get hurt." Zane and Cole say. "(Y/N) is the descendant of the first Master of Life. It was foretold in the prophecy that they would help the Green Ninja." Wu says. "But as of this moment, it is a sister protecting a brother." Misako says. (A sister from another mister. And misses.)

The Overlord laughs, "You really are like the first. Even before your ancestor obtained their powers, they always stood for balance and for those they connected with. Well now, that ends with you." The Overlord says then fires at (Y/N). Thinking quickly, (Y/N) summons a shield but grunts as the force pushes her back. She stands strong as she grunts to keep up the shield. "(Y/N), go! I can't have you get hurt again." Lloyd tells her. "I'm not losing anyone. And I refuse to lose the first family I ever had!" (Y/N) shouts. The Overlord adds more power and (Y/N) starts to struggle as the shield starts to crack. Lloyd closes his eyes as he makes a decision. "I'm sorry, (Y/N)." He apologizes. Then he opens his eyes as he summons his powers and encases (Y/N) in a green orb. "What? Lloyd!" (Y/N) exclaims, but Lloyd ignores her and then moves the orb containing her away. "NO!" She cries out, her eyes returning to normal as the shield shatters from her lost of focus. The orb disappears as she is caught by Jay and Cole.

The Overlord then charges at Lloyd, who realizes too late and is hit. He is sent back and lands on the ground. He quickly looks back and stands up as the Overlord walks towards him. "The battle for good and evil. I can do this for eternity, but can you? Your friends can't help you now. You are all alone." He says to Lloyd. However, Lloyd stands strong and takes off his hood, "No, I'm not." He declares. "My father is still in you. He will fight with me." He states. The Overlord blinks as he shakes his head, only for Garmadon to appear in his place. "Lloyd? Stay strong." He tells his son as the Overlord takes over again. Lloyd gasps as he saw his father. The Overlord rests a hand on his head, "Fool, you cannot defeat me!" He says. Lloyd glares and shoots his powers at him, stunning him. He then runs at the Overlord and hits him with a flurry of punches and kicks. He gives him a harsh front kick threat sends the Overlord back and lands on his front. "I can try!" Lloyd then shoots his powers but the Overlord gets up and blocks it then fires his powers.

Green and dark purple collide as the Overlord laughs. "Fight, Father!" Lloyd shouts. Garmadon breaks through again, "Lloyd!" He calls out to his son. But the Overlord takes over once more. "Fight him!" Lloyd cries out to his father. "He is the Green Ninja." Kai states, he and the guys watching but (Y/N) watches with worry for Lloyd's safety. The Overlord grunts as he fights with Garmadon for control. "You will not... take..." Garmadon says. "Fight him!" Lloyd shouts. "...my son..." Garmadon states. But the Overlord takes over, "Your father is... gone!" He states then blasts Lloyd as he traps him in an orb. "LLOYD!" (Y/N) cries out in worry, but Cole holds her back. The Overlord laughs as he then tosses Lloyd away. "Lloyd!" "My son!" Wu and Misako exclaim in worry as they rushed over to Lloyd, who had passed out upon impact with the ground.

Overlord then returns the weapon and aims the cannon at the three. The Overlord laughs, "You were always so... green." He says as he then fires a missile at them. "NO!" (Y/N) cries out, her emotions overriding her powers as she and the guys watch helplessly. But then the Bounty appears and takes the hit. The others watch in surprise at its appearance. "I may not be able to fight, but I can fly!" Dr. Julien states as he pilots the ship. The Bounty starts to spin out of control as darkness consumes it. Dr. Julien then runs and jumps off the ship, escaping the eerie dark purple smoke. "That went well." He says breathlessly as the Bounty crashes behind him, downed once again.

"ENOUGH!" The Overlord bellows. "We don't need to waste our time with their pestering. We'll go to Ninjago City to finish this ONCE AND FOR ALL!" He declares to the Stone Army. A vortex then opens revealing Ninjago City on the other side. The Stone army yells as they charge towards it. "If they leave, that means we'll be stuck here with no way to get back! Get to the vortex!" He exclaims then runs as the Stone Army enters it. "Bye-bye!" Nay waves, having escaped her trap and hops onto the Garmatron. "Forever!" Jay stops from seeing Nya's corrupted form. "I'm there's I'm there!" Kai jumps but the vortex closes on him and he falls onto the ground. "Noooooooooo!" He cries out in loss.

(Y/N) hurried over and slides onto her knees as she makes it to Lloyd. She takes off her hood and quickly checks him over. The guys and Dr. Julien walk over to check on Lloyd as well. (Y/N) finds that he is still alive and that calms her. Her powers then show as her hands glow purple as star dust emits from them and to Lloyd. She focuses her powers to tend to Lloyd and the young man inhales slowly as he is being healed. The purple glow then vanished as (Y/N) sighs from exhaustion and starts falling back but is caught by Cole and Kai. Misako gently brushes her son's head to help comfort him.

Lloyd's eyes then opens his eyes and (Y/N) straightens herself as she looks down at him. She and Misako help Lloyd sit up. "Did I... Did I win?" He asks. (Y/N) sighs in relief as she hugs Lloyd gently, "You're alive. That's what matters." Her voice breaks slightly. "Indeed. That is what matters." Wu affirms (Y/N)'s statement. (Y/N) then moves away as she stands up with Jay and Misako helping Lloyd stand. "But the prophecy..." Lloyd starts but then groans as he starts to falls down. (Y/N) acts fast and catches him as she then wraps an arm around her shoulders to help him stand. "I was able to heal what I could before exhaustion kicked in, I'm sorry about your leg." She says. "Yeah, kid. You have been through a lot." Jay tells him.

Lloyd then moves forward and (Y/N) helps walk him to where he wanted to go. "Did we lose the Final Battle?" Lloyd asks, as he and (Y/N) stop before they could touch the water. "What's important is, we didn't lose you." Wu states as he stands next to Lloyd. (Y/N) looks at Lloyd as he then looks at her and points with his left hand to the right. She does as he pleases and walks to the right. But then the two stop and Lloyd removes his right arm to bend down and grab a piece of wood with a symbol drawn on it. "The symbol for destiny." He notes. Then stands up straight, "Destiny showed us who was stronger today. But destiny also wanted us around to fight another day." He says, the others walking over to him and (Y/N). They all look out into the horizon. "We didn't lose the battle. Today we just lost the fight." Lloyd concludes.

(Y/N) then blinks in realization as he said that. "There's still a chance." She states in her head.

(Phew! I feel like my mind was running a whole marathon while writing this. I hope you have enjoyed and I will try to get the next chapter up as soon as I can. Almost done with Season 2! Woo!)
