It was not easy, but we had to move forward. When I was in my room, I immediately checked on Cole. I closed my eyes and saw him, but his powers were already taken. Overall, he was fine and I sighed in relief. I sent him reassurance that everything will be okay, and he sent something back. It was warm and... nice. I smiled from it. Wait... What? Okay, shaking my head and getting back into the game. He's alright, he can handle himself and he can find Zane. All with that attractive smile-ATTRACTIVE?!? WHY DID I THINK THAT?!? (I don't know~~~~~ 👀)

I slap myself in face. "Ow." I groan. "Uuuuuh, you okay, (Y/N)?" I look to see Jay and remember I am not alone. (Unikitty voice: Embarrassing~) I place my hand on my lap. "Yeah! Yes. Just thinking." I respond. Currently, we are all in another building that resembles a dojo to watch another fight. Kai is not here yet so it is only just Lloyd, I, Garmadon and Jay with the other remaining Elemental Masters. And, of course, Chen with Clouse and some other goons. "Skylor, Master of Amber, versus Jacob, Master of Sound." Chen announces. So, finally have a name to the power that woman holds. "Fight. Fight!" Chen orders. I blink and my vision changes to see their auras. I see waves of sound emit from Jacob's sitar and assume that he is blind. Oh, echolocation. Or something like that. I focus Skylor's focus and she aims with her spear at the vases behind Jacob, her aura orange but looking ready to change at any moment.

"Eenie, meenie, minie, mo, catch a Jade Blade by its toe!" Instead, she tossed it at a vase to the right. She rushed over and acquired the bow and arrows hidden in it. Jacob strums his sitar and I see how it sends out a wave on the floor. Oooh. Skylor shoots an arrow from behind him but Jacob dodges it. He continues to dodge shots and even jumps onto one. He strums a loud cord and I watch his aura shine brighter as strong waves are sent at Skylor. She covers her ears and moves away as a vase behind her shatters. Impressive.

"The Master of Sound's gotten stronger since the last time I saw him." I hear Garmadon say. I keep watching the fight as Jacob tries to find Skylor. However, Skylor sneaks up behind him and taps his back, moving to hide when Jacob looks back. Her aura changed as it became a teal color before shifting back to orange. Huh. That happened when she helped Kai up. Wait... I feel Kai is here and look over to see him make his way to us. I summon my powers to form a platform for him to walk on so he would not step on the other masters' toes. "Excuse me. Excuse me. Uh don't mean to block the view. Just passing through." He apologizes then finally makes it to us as he sits next to Jay.

I make the platform vanish while also feeling the other masters' curiosity at the board that protected their feet. "Sorry, all these temples look the same. Did I miss anything?" Kai says. I focus back on the fight, hearing Jay scoff. "By the looks of it, nope." He says. "Also, maybe it's not a good idea to be sitting together. I mean, the more they think we're a team, the bigger targets we put on ourselves." Jay also says. I feel his worry and also Lloyd's reluctance. "Don't say that, we are a team. Sure we lost Cole and still can't find Zane, but we're a team. Just smaller. All the more reason to stick together." Lloyd says. I sigh as I close my eyes, "Until Chen forces us apart." I say out loud. Opening my eyes to look at Lloyd. Man, this is the longest my Aura Vision, which is what I am calling it, has lasted. I see Lloyd's aura whittle a little from what I said. (Poor boy. 🥺)

"But he won't. We can-" "Lloyd, I understand. Believe me, I don't want to lose anyone else. But we haven't loss Cole because we know he is alive and is most likely forced to work in the noodle factory below." I interrupt him. I look down at my hands and see the light purple whisps and star dust-like substance emit from them. "But Chen knows how to play others, put them against each other. We can't risk losing too much." I state, seeing my aura shake a little violently before I calm myself and it smooths out. (Know what cards are in the deck and how to play them. 🃏 )

"Skylor's fighting?" Oh, boy. My face drops as I feel Kai's interest in said woman. I look down in time to watch Skylor shoot fire at Jacob and he blocks it with his sitar, but it catches on fire. Oh, that is not good. "What has him so excited?" Garmadon asks. "He had a crush on her until he found out they might be related." Jay explains while laughing a little as I feel his enjoyment of Kai's situation. "Her element isn't fire. She's the Master of Amber, the power of absorption. She can emulate the power of anyone she's touched." Garmadon explains. "You're telling me we're not related?!?" Kai says loudly. Ow. I rub my ear after he said that. "Oh, boy. Here we go again." Now you know how I felt, Jay. (Suffer~)  "That would explain why her aura changed to match the color of another elemental master's. She copied them." I say out loud. (Fascinating. 🧐)

Back to the fight, Skylor rotates her hand in a circle and sends out a wave of sound at Jacob, but he hops out of the way and the sound shatters another vase. It was a blow dart tube and darts. Jacob quickly grabs it and fires darts at Skylor. He manages to shoot darts that almost hit her but I feel her confidence and I assume she has an idea. She cartwheels and Jacob blows darts at her. I hear wind as they blow through the holes of the paper wall. Oh. Jacob tries to hear Skylor but with the wind, Skylor was able to sneak around him and to a case. The last one and upon shattering it, the Jade Blade revealed. Skylor grabs it and everyone watching cheers, especially Kai. "Yes! Go, Skylor." He cheers. I could not help but smile and roll my eyes playfully. (😏)

"Winner! And loser." Chen announces. Jacob screaming as he is falls down in a trap door. I blink and my vision returns to normal. Finally. "I hope the Tournament of Elements has entertained you as much as it has me. To thank you, I wanted to give everyone fancy jewels and untold shiny things." Chen says as he holds a box of said objects. I roll my eyes and scoff quietly. Trying to buy them out, huh? Pathetic. "But then in yesterday's battle, Master Jay and Cole tried to undermine me by teaming up and refusing to fight each other. And that made me very upset." I had to physically hold myself back from gagging. "For their insubordination, all of your fancy quarters will be taken away, and tonight everyone must sleep together in the chow house. That is all. Thank you, you can go." Chen says.

"Finally, a change a pace." I say loudly. It became quiet. "Oooh. Looks like we have a positive voice for this circumstance?" I look over at Chen. I smirk a little, "I was starting to think this was becoming a little predictable, but I guess all that had to be done to spice things up was get you upset." I say. (Oh!) "Heh, heh. (Y/N), what are you doing?" I hear Jay whisper but I keep my eyes on Chen. "Isn't one of the things about your tournament is to be entertained? But I guess when you are not having fun, no one does. Not very good host behavior, is it?" I comment, checking my hands. "But I guess that is how it is done here what with this being your island/domain. But hey, what fun would anything be if it was too easy?" I give him a challenging smirk as I glance at him. He manages to maintain a calm expression, but I can feel his frustrations. (Woman is dangerous. She's dangerous!)

"Seems that things will be spiced up. Ha, Ha!" He says, walking off with Clouse following him. I exhale in triumph. "Nice one, Jay. And do you have to egg Chen on, (Y/N)?" I only give a Kai a raised brow. "Whoa, easy, Romeo." Jay says to Kai. "Don't worry about them. We aren't here to make friends, just to save ours." Lloyd says. I feel the masters' as they walk by us, most annoyed but some intrigued. I wonder what they are intrigued about? "Yes, but your exclusion of others has only made enemies. Beware of how you treat those around you, for they will treat you the same." Garmadon says. "I'm all too aware of how treating others can affect you. But perhaps we can play this to our advantage." I say as I hold a hand up to my chin as I think. "Like how?" Lloyd asks.

I look at him, "By showing how Chen does not deserve to be called master." I state. "You are cunning, (Y/N). But remember," I give Garmadon my attention as I look at him and he lays a hand on my shoulder, "Chen has a particular interest in you. Be careful with how you proceed." He says. I nod my head in understanding as I feel his worry. "Though, it was quite enjoyable to see him get all irritated." He says, smiling a little. I smile as well. (Hehe~ 😈)

Cole's P.O.V.

Okay. So I'm out, imprisoned and having to wear a tacky orange jumpsuit like I'm in prison. But, I am not gonna make it easy for them. "You can take my clothes and power, but you'll never take my super strength." I say, grabbing the bars of the opening of the door and try to pull the door of the its hinges. But I end up landing on my back. I frown, glaring at the ceiling. Dang it. "All right, so you got that too." I cross my arms as I continue laying on my back. (He's a stubborn man. 😤) I lay for a while longer but then sigh as I stand up and move to sit against the back wall.

I do not regret what I did. One of us had to move on after all. It was not all that bad when I fell because I felt (Y/N). She was... glad. I smile because I know what she was glad about. I sigh deeply, I wish I was with her right now. But she is strong. She can handle herself. I hear the door open and look up to see Clouse and a goon. "You're letting me go?" I ask them. "Of course not. Your presence is required in the factory." Clouse says. Oh, great. Now I'm being put into forced labor? "The factory? Lock me up for all I care." I bite back. "I'm never gonna lift a finger for you, you despicable- Aah!" I get grabbed. I let my feet drag against the floor as I'm escorted to a giant pair of doors. They open and I see a whole bunch of machinery and other workers.

Wait, factory? Chen? "A noodle factory? Ha! Why didn't you say so? Ha-ha-ha. This is my kind of place." I stand up and rush over to see where the noodles are made. (Noodles~~~ 🍜🍜🍜🍜) "Look, that's how they make the noodles." I see another machine and rush over to it. "Oh, that's the dumpling machine." I see another one. Oh! "And is that how you make fortune cookies?" I laugh in excitement. I am in culinary heaven~ I grab a cookie, "You know there's a fortune inside those, right?" I say to worker close to me. "There's only one rule: No eating the merchandise." What? "No eating the merchandise? (😱) How cruel can this place be! You're evil!" I shout for Clouse to hear through the doors. Heh. I throw the cookie up and wait to catch it in my mouth.

But it was snatched and eaten by a goon. "Mmm. Yummy." How could a dream come true turn into a nightmare so fast? I sigh and walk over to where Karlof is. "Don't worry. After while, not so bad. Since you new, I show you how to chop noodles." He says. He chops the noodles and I look up to see a chain-lever and pull it. I look back and see a bag of flour drop on a worker. I wince from that. "Not that one." Karlof says. I then see a lever on my right and start chopping noodles. "See? Chop. Now don't make trouble." Karlof says.

"Well, I for one don't like following the rules." I hear someone say. I look over to see it's a short man with an Afro wearing glasses with stars in them. "The minute you tell me the coast is clear, I'm busting out of here." He says. "Even if you get past guards, Mr. Blind Guy, there's still labyrinth, guarded by big snake." Man, I wish I can forget that experience. "My name's not Mr. Blind Guy. It's Jacob. And you may have already lost hope, but not me and my buddy Cole here. Am I right?" So he really is blind. "Actually, I'm on your left." I tell him. "Oh. Heh. Hey, you moved on me. Heh. Sneaky ninja." This is gonna be long while. I hope the others are doing okay.

Third Person P.O.V.

Back in Ninjago, some of Chen's goons unload a truck with merchandise. The glass-eyed thug being there as he and the group keep watch for any funny business. Unknowingly, they are being spied on by Nya in the D.B. Express. "And you say the noodle trucks disappear at night. But where do they go?" Wu asks her as he is projected as a hologram. "That's what I'm trying to figure out. Perhaps if I follow them, they can lead me to more answers." Nya says, the trucks driving off. "I'll report more when I uncover more." She says, pressing a button that ends the call as the hologram disappears. "Initiate replicate software." Nya says, flipping a switch which projects a hologram around the vehicle and makes it look like one of Chen's delivery trucks. "You're not the only one who can disappear." She says as she drives off.

"What do you mean he's discontinued the Puffy Potsticker? They are my favorite." Darreth says as he talks to the cashier of Chen's noodle house. "Do you even know who you're dealing with?" He asks the man. "Yes, Master Darreth. If you have a problem, take it up with them." The man says as he points to a passing delivery truck. "W-Wait! Come back! I need my Puffy Potsticker!" He shouts as he runs after the truck. (Got to hand it to him. He's determined.)

Back on Chen's Island, it is the middle of the night as the moon is high in the sky. The remaining Elemental Masters sleep in the chow house with some on mattresses on tables and some in bunk beds. Though, not all are asleep. Jay is awake and sneaks out of his bed as he walks over to Lloyd as he too is up. "Couldn't sleep either?" He asks Lloyd quietly. Lloyd hops out of his bed as Kai jumps down from the top bunk. "Not when we still have to get Zane and Cole back." Kai says. Lloyd grunts as he places his hands on his back while stretching it a little. "Speaking of backs, these new beds are the worst." He complains. "All right, let's do-" "Everyone up. We got incoming challenge." (Y/N) says loudly as she awakes. The other masters groan but halt as the lights turn on and a gong is banged. "Quick, back in bed." Kai says, he and the guys going back to make it seem they were asleep. (You're welcome. 😏)

The masters all wake themselves up as Clouse and some goons enter the room. "Good morning, fighters. Oh, that's right, it's the middle of the night." Clouse says in an unapologetic tone. "Oh, I'm sorry, Clouse, but you loss the pleasure in giving everyone a rude wake up call. That honor goes to me." (Y/N) comebacks with a smirk she gives Clouse. The dark magic user rolls his eyes but says nothing. "Hey, what are you doing?" Lloyd asks as one goon puts something on his feet. "Do you know what time it is?" Jay complains as he had something put on his feet as well. Kai stands on his feet but has a hard time staying upright because, "Roller skates?" He says. All the Elemental Masters had roller skates on.

(Y/N) skates by Kai, "I don't see the problem. It actually feels natural to me." She says. Kai tries to stay standing, not at all use to wheels on his feet. "Whoa, Aah! Ugh!" He slips and falls on his back. Skylor smiles and lends a hand to him, which he takes and he is pulled back onto his feet. "Thanks." He says, smiling at her. "Let me guess, another one of Chen's impromptu battles?" Lloyd asks grumpily. (Y/N) appears beside him as they both halt to a stop. "He's only doing this because he isn't over how he was humiliated over Cole and Jay's reconciliation." She says to him. (Big baby. 😒)  "Oh, roller skates. I love roller skates!" Jay says excitedly as he jump-spins around the two and lands perfectly. "We should be getting used to this by now." Lloyd comments.

"Did I ever mention I once placed first in the Mother-Son Skate-Off. Heh, heh." Jay says as he grinds against the table. He laughs sheepishly as he lands on the ground, "I should have never admitted that." He says. "Weirdo." Paleman comments. "Momma's Boy." (Y/N) teases, making Lloyd chuckle a little. "Master Chen wants everyone in the Royal Arena. I wouldn't be late if I were you." Clouse informs. "Oh, and we wouldn't want to upset 'The King' even more." (Y/N) comments, quoting with her hands as she skates pass Clouse. He scowls from the comment but inhales to keep himself composed. "If most of us have already fought, why are we all in skates?" Skylor asks as she skates over. "Only two of you will be fighting, but the rest of you will have a chance to affect the outcome." Clouse states. "Who's fighting? Tell us now." Griffin says as he skates over with Paleman. Clouse steps back as he gestures for the goons to leave. "The Green Ninja versus the Master of Form." Clouse answers, the door closing after.

The masters chatter among themselves about the upcoming battle. "Master of Form? Who's that?" Lloyd asks. "You haven't heard? I hear she can look like anyone. She'd be right under your nose, and by the time you figure it out, she's already discovered all your weaknesses, then it's game over." Kai explains, skating around Lloyd fluidly. "But you're the Green Ninja, what weakness could you have?" He asks. "Ugh. Aside from the sore back, not many." Lloyd says, putting pressure on his back to relive some of the pain. "Thanks-Ow!" Kai yelps as he is pulled by the hair and away from Lloyd. "Alright, you got what you want, now wait until the battle." (Y/N) says as she glares at 'Kai.' Jay hollers in joy as he jumps across the tables and Lloyd is about to say something, "Skates." "Kai?!" Lloyd exclaims in shock as Kai appears on his other side. "Why did it have to be roller skates?" Kai complains then slips and grunts as he lands on his back.

Fake Kai snickers, "Watch your back, Green Ninja." The change and it is revealed to be the Master of Form herself. "Best to watch your mouth, free faller." (Y/N) responds back. (Hah! 😆) The purple-haired woman rolls her eyes as she skates off. Jay skates over to the group after that. "Man, I have seen you sassy, but I'm sensing something has happened between you and her." He says to (Y/N). "Let's just say she may be able to deceive others with her powers, but mine allow me to see right through them." She says, scratching her right arm. The same arm with scars received by the Grundle. Camille glances at her and sees the faded scars on the Purple Ninja's arms. She scowls but says nothing, determined to not be best by the (H/C)-haired woman again. (We will see.)

Cole's P.O.V.

Okay, chopping noodles are not so bad, but it can get old real quick. It's not like I can do anything else right now. I look back and see Jacob sneak around. He stops and listens then moves. I move to join him. "Eh... Make noodles, not trouble." Karlof says as he stops me. I stay but continue watching Jacob. He hides them uses a box as cover to walk to a door. He's almost there. He opens the door, but Clouse is coming. "Aah-Mm!" I try to warn him, but Karlof covers my mouth. However, Jacob ended up being moved away and to safety.

He ended up behind a crate and Karlof releases me as we pretend to have still been working. "What happened?" I jump in surprise as Jacob is right next to me. "That not you who moved?" Karlof asks. I look down and see purple whisp before they disappear. I gasp softly as I felt something, "Good thing I checked when I did." (😉) I smile. "What dopey smile about?" I look at Karlof as I stilled smile. "That we got an angel watching us." I state. Karlof groans then walks over to his station and pulls a lever. "Uhh!" I grunt as a bag of flour lands on me. Okay, not smiling anymore. "I am so not into this dumping dump after all." I say. "Well, we'll get out of here. Eventually." I hear Jacob say. I sigh. Hopefully soon too.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

We roll on as we are led to wherever the battle is taking place. "I don't like the look of this." Lloyd says. "Don't worry, we got your back. Aah! Ugh!" Kai says then falls on his back. Again. I sigh and bend down, "Maybe try to stay standing, Butter Feet." I say to him, pulling him up and allowing him to hold onto me as a door opens above as we all skate up and enter the arena. And the arena is like a typical roller derby set up. I see some helmets, some are orange and some green. Oh, that's what Clouse meant. "Welcome to my favorite event." We all look to see Chen on skates, but his were four wheels on each while I's and the others had roller blades. "Thunderblade!" Chen announces loudly.

I look up to find a tally board with Lloyd and
Wild Purple Hair's pictures with a guy holding giant boards with numbers on them. Along with a clock that currently had fourteen on it. "Hey, I know this game. It's just like-" "No, it's not like that! This is my game, I made it up! Fully original!" I roll my eyes at Chen's behavior and have Kai let me go as I skate over Griffin, "More like plagiarized." I whisper to him. (Mm-mm.) I see he nods his head and we go back to listen to Chen. "A Jade Blade for you, Lloyd, Master of Power." Chen says as he tosses Lloyd the blade and a green helmet. "It's energy, you power hungry man-child." I mutter. Get your facts right, old fool. "And another for Camille, Master of Form." Chen says. So that's what her name is.

"Where-? Where are you?" He asks. My vision changes to see Camille next to Lloyd and her aura shines brighter for a moment as she changes back. "Oh, there you are. Ha, ha, ha." Chen tosses her a blade and an orange helmet as my sight returns to normal. "Rules are simple. Each lap you complete with your blade in possession, a point. Most points before time expires, you win." He explains. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. What about us? Are we supposed to just stand here?" Griffin asks. "Why would we need skates to stand in place? After all, if it was just between Lloyd and Camille, it wouldn't be much fun. Would it, Master Chen?" I say the last part at Chen, with a sharp look. "Correct, Master (Y/N). You get to help anyone you wish, or hurt for that matter. "You're free to choose sides. I'm not a dictator." Chen says. (So he says. 😒)

"I do like having a choice." I comment, skating over and giving Chen a challenging look while he just smiles. I grab a green helmet and put it on. Others skate over and grab orange helmets. I make eye contact with Neuro and nod my head at an orange helmet. He nods his head and grabs one. Need to keep giving Chen what he wants. Then crush him~ (Again: Dangerous woman.)

I grab two green helmets." What was that you said about us having target on our backs?" I hear Lloyd ask Jay. I skate over to the team and give Kai and Jay a helmet. "Don't worry, we're still a te-AM!" Kai says then screams as he rolls past us and land on his back. Again. I sigh. "I do like a challenge." I repeat. "I gotta be honest. This doesn't look good." Jay says, sounding worried. I look back at the other masters and give them all a friendly smile. "To one heck of a Thunderblade match." I say. Some became confused by what I said but say nothing. Perfect. Just like Master Garmadon says. Now, to roll it out. (Woo!)

Third Person P.O.V.

With everything ready, Lloyd and Camille stood ready at the line. The rest of the Elemental Masters stood further behind, since they are not the ones at risk of losing and with their positions as helpers. Chen sat in his chair and it rotates to face the competitors. Clouse standing loyally at his side with Garmadon standing a few feet from them. A spotlight shines on Chen, "Lloyd, Master of Power versus Camille, Master of Form! Most laps with their Jade Blade when time runs out wins, loser is out." Chen announces. Both teams ready themselves, Kai and Jay not so confident but (Y/N) has a determined expression. "Thunderbladers, on your marks, get set, good luck to everyone." Chen says as he spins his chair. "But mostly Camille because we all want the Green Ninja out." He says quickly, Lloyd looking at him with a frown.

"Now go!" Horns blare loudly. (Game On!) Lloyd and Camille skate with a spotlight shining on them. "Oh, how about some spectator ambience?" Chen proposes. He presses a button and cheering is heard from the speakers. Lloyd and Camille are neck and neck as they skate as fast as they can. Horns blares again and the rest of the masters start skating. "It's us against the world, Kai, (Y/N). If Lloyd has any chance of moving forward in the tournament. It's up to us three." Jay says, he and (Y/N) skating ahead while Kai lagged behind. Skylor falls behind as well to talk with Kai. "Lloyd's your greatest competition. If he loses today, what's left to stand in your way from winning it all?" She tells him. "I'd never think of it." Kai states. "Maybe you should." Skylor snips as she pushes past him, speeding up and leaving Kai unbalanced as he falls on his back once more. Some goons laugh mockingly at him.

Lloyd and Camille pass the line, a bell ringing as both are awarded a point. Things start to spice up as a neon green eyed woman skates in front of Jay and pushes him back. A gray-skinned man bumps into Jay but Jay pushes back as he becomes determined. Camille skates pass them and gets in front with Lloyd being blocked. "We have to give him room." Jay stares. "And just how are we supposed to do that?" Kai asks. "Like this." (Y/N) smirks, cracking her knuckles as she summons her powers. She crosses her hands as two purple shields appear between Neuro and Paleman then moves her hands apart and this results in the shields to push the masters away, providing a clearing. "Go, Lloyd!" She shouts. "Thanks!" He thanks her as he skates through the passage. Kai holds onto him but this results in Lloyd to lose balance and drop his Jade Blade. (Dang it, Kai! 😤)

The other masters skate pass them and some goons laugh. "Use your power!" Kai tells Lloyd. "On roller skates? You crazy? I'd never stay on track!" Lloyd argues, standing up and grabbing his blade. He hurries as he has fallen behind. Camille laughs as she crosses the line and obtains another point. "You're supposed to be helping, not hurting his chances." Jay scolds Kai as the Red Ninja struggles to stand. "Thanks for the tip, but I can't skate!" Kai argues as he rolls backwards. (No dip, Sherlock. 😒) Camille smiles as she is in the lead, but grunts as she gets slammed into a wall and drops her Jade Blade. (Ouch. 😣) "No hard feelings. But that was payback for the punch in the face." (Y/N) calls back as she skates ahead. Camille growls and picks up her blade as she skates on.

Nya's P.O.V.

At the docks and waiting to get on the boat. "Nothing unusual to see here. Just a technologically advanced mobile base camouflage me as a noodle truck." I say myself to stay calm. Tapping. Tapping! (Ah! 😱) "Aaaah!" I scream, but it is just Darreth. "I beg of you, you gotta tell Master Chen not to give up on the Puffy Potstickers." He says. (Oh. 😐) I sigh as I look ahead to see that I'm next. No time to lose. I roll down the passenger window. "Huh? Nya? When's did you start slinging noodles?" "Quiet. You're gonna blow my cover." I tell him. "Cover? Oh, my gosh, you're on a mission. And why is your truck tripping me out?" Oh, for the love of... I grab Darreth and pull him in. Rolling up the window and look to see if the guy saw anything, but he didn't. Phew!

"Far out. Aah! Wait a minute, I don't see any noodles." That's it. I get in his face. "It's not a noodle truck. It's my only hope of finding the Ninja." I tell him. I sit back in my seat and keep watch of the men. "The Ninja have gone missing? Sounds like a job for-" "No, it's not. You're not coming with me." I tell him, giving him a stern look. "Looks like you don't have a choice." He says. I look to find that the men are expecting me on the boat. Oh, boy. "Somehow, I know I'm gonna regret this." I say, driving slowly as I board the boat. No turning back now. (Nope. 🙂)

Third Person P.O.V.

The battle is still on with six and a half minutes remaining on the clock. Camille is a head by one point as the score reads 4-3, but there is still time to turn the tide of the game. "Thunderblade never fails to deliver." Chen cheers as he claps his hands. "Did you know I hold the record with a hundred points? Clouse can attest. Tell him, Clouse." Chen says, as the masters skate pass them. "You were born with skates on, Master." Clouse says in a bored tone. "True story." Chen says cheerfully. "True story, hmph. Just like all of his far-fetched endeavors." Garmadon scoffs. "There was once a time when you were quite comfortable with lying." Clouse whispers to Garmadon, and this made the Sensei tense for a moment. "It worked on Misako, didn't it?" Clouse eggs on, but Garmadon remains silent. (Oh. What's this~?)

"Buttons, buttons, I love buttons. Aha! Let's even the playing field, shall we?" Chen says, watching Lloyd pass by and catching up with Camille. He presses a button and this opens a door on the floor, which Lloyd and the other masters skate off of. However, Kai gets launched back and lands on his back. Goons watch and laugh at his misfortune. Jay skates on and looks back to see Lloyd behind him. "Grab my hand! I'll whip ya." He says, holding his hand out behind him. However, as he was about to grab him, (Y/N) appears and grabs Lloyd's other hand. "Nice try." She then pulls him a way from Jay and sends him back. "(Y/N)! Why did you-" Jay halts his question as Camille reveals herself. She growls and skates on ahead to cross the line, but she trips because of a purple stone summoned by (Y/N). (Heh. 😏)

She gets up and still crosses the line as a bell rings and gains another point. "Oh." Jay says. "She may fool others with her power, but she can't fool mine." (Y/N) states. She then skates faster as one of Camille's teammates skate next to her. "Ah~ His back is hurting him. Shadow, strike his back." Camille orders the man. The Master of Shadow looks back but hesitates upon seeing (Y/N). She gives him a warning glare but skates aside to let him pass. He does not think for long and takes the opportunity and disappears. (Y/N) skates faster, her powers flaring up as it allows her a boost of speed.

Jay tries to find the Master of Shadow. "Wait, where's the Master of Shadow go?" He asks. As he and Lloyd skate on, the Shadow man appears behind the Green Ninja. He rolls up to him and pushes him hard on the back. Lloyd groans in pain as he falls on his front and drops his blade. Paleman skates by and grabs it, but Jay elbows him in the chest. Paleman grunts as he lets go of the blade and Jay catches it. "You didn't learn that in your Mother-Son Skate-Off, did you?" Lloyd asks him as he catches up, Paleman losing balance and landing on the group of goons. "It was a fierce competition, Lloyd, and this isn't the time to judge. It's the time to skate faster." Jay counters, giving Lloyd the blade back. Lloyd lifts it up as the bell rings and he gains another point. (Woo-Hoo!)

The score now read Camille: 6, Lloyd: 5. A cry was heard from Camille as she locks hands with (Y/N). "Why bother? I'm already ahead, and Little Greenie is outnumbered." Camille says, trying to free her hands, but (Y/N) keeps a tight grip. "You may be here to win, but I only came for family." She says. She then glances to find Jay and Lloyd pushing back against Paleman and the Master of Shadow. She then quickly spins them in a tight circle which makes Camille start to get dizzy but she keeps a tight hold on her blade. "And also, DON'T call my brother 'Little Greenie.'" (Y/N) states. (Oop-! 😨)She stops abruptly and Camille let out a surprised grunt and looks too late as a fist collides in her face. "Dah!" She cries out, holding her face but gasps as she does not have her blade. "Also, learn to tighten that grip!" She looks and sees (Y/N) skating away from her backwards with the Jade Blade in her hand. Camille screams in frustration as she skates after her.

Meanwhile, Kai is having difficulty staying up and the Master of Poison skates pass him. He leans back as he loses his balance and Griffin ends up colliding into him, having looked back at the struggling Lloyd and Jay, causing the two to fall down. The other masters skate around them with Jay doing a jump flip over them. "Ha, ha!" Jay cheers as he lands on his feet. The Master of Poison turns around and summons a cloud of poison at the two. "Watch out for that poison cloud!" Jay exclaims, pushing Lloyd away and the two skate around it. Kai is about to enter it, but (Y/N) appears next to him, grabs a hold of him and summons a shield around them. They pass through the cloud no problem and once out, the shield disappears. "Thanks." Kai tells her. "No problem-Hugh!" (Y/N) groans as someone punched her back. "Nothing personal." Paleman says as he appears and snatches the Jade Blade from her. Master of Shadow appears and Paleman gives the blade to him. The grey-skinned man vanishes into the shadow and appears next to Camille, she grins as she takes the blade. (Hm. Good teamwork)

"Release the buggy!" Chen announces as he presses a button. Another door opens from the floor and a buggy exits out from the passage as it races along the track. Camille watches it pass by and sees the tail-like piece at the end. She gets an idea. Jay and Lloyd continue skating and move pass the masters of shadows and poison. "Look out, Lloyd!" Jay shouts, jumping and tackling Lloyd out of the way of the buggy. Camille laughs as she passes by, keeping a tight grip on the buggy's tail. "She has the lead and she gets a lift? I know Chen wants me out, but this is getting ridiculous!" Lloyd complains. (You said it.) He gets up and skates off. "Sorry, Tox." Jay tells the Master of Poison, elbowing her away. "Must be my allergies kicking in." He says.

Neuro grabs onto the back of Camille's shirt and he grabs the Master of Shadow as he grabs Paleman. Lloyd moves out of the way of the buggy again but ends up getting swarmed by the masters of mind, light and shadow. Jay skates over and engages with Neuro but Griffin appears on Jay's other side and he and Neuro squish Jay. "Check this out." Griffin says to Neuro. "Gotcha." Neuro says, moving away from Jay as Griffin gets behind the Blue Ninja and uses his power to speed up. Jay whimpers form the fast pace and as Griffin lets go, Jay is heading for a full-on collision with Lloyd. The two grunt as the and tumble a bit before stopping as they hit a wall. "We are so not loved." Jay groans.

Another point is added for Camille as a bell rings. Kai still tries to stay on his feet. "You're very convincing. In no time, Lloyd will be out." Skylor tells him as she appears. Jay and Lloyd stand up after recovering from the crash. "This did wonders for my back, though." Lloyd says, feeling much better. He and Jay skate off. "And he'll never suspect it." Skylor finishes as she skates off. "That's what you think!" (Y/N) comments. Skylor looks back only to have the back of her shirt pulled and she gasps as she starts to lose balance. "Winning may be what keeps us in the tournament, but it's no fun if it's rigged." (Y/N) says to Skylor then quickly skates off. (Oooh~ Tension~)

Kai looks at the scoreboard to find Lloyd down by three points. He groans loudly, "That's it! I may not be able to skate, but that doesn't mean I can't help." Kai states. He lights his hands on fire then hold them back and uses his power to speed up. He screams from the force but stays focused as he grabs Camille. He gets her to let go of the buggy and the vehicle drifts a little before spinning and stopping. Camille and Kai fall down and the Jade Blade clutters onto the ground. Jay smirks as he reaches down and grabs it. "Ha, ha." He laughs. The three goons gasp from the scene, and one covers the mouth, ears, or eyes.  (Yeah! 😝) (Also: 🙊🙉🙈)

Lloyd smiles as he passes the line and obtains another point. The score being 8-6 now. "Nice, Kai! Now you're cooking with fire!" Jay compliments. Kai groans then grunts as Camille jumps on him and skates after Jay. "I got it, you want it! Come and get it! Come and get it!" Jay taunts and dodges Camille as she tries to get the blade back. Jay continues to dodge her and leads her to collide with Tox, Griffin and the Master of Shadow. They pile onto her and Jay skates on. (Y/N) smiles as things are looking up and she appears next to Lloyd after he jumped over the pile of masters, "Get ready." She tells him, lending her hand to him. Lloyd nods and takes her hand then (Y/N) inhales deeply as she starts spinning around to build momentum. "1... 2... 3!" She shouts as she lets him go. Lloyd leans forward as he smirks while his body had faint purple star dust emitting from him as (Y/N) gave him a boost in speed. He skates past Jay and across the line.

The score now ready 8-7. Kai stands up and leans against the wheel of the buggy. "What are you doing? We need Lloyd out." Skylor tells him as she stops next to him. "We need to stick together. I'm a ninja." Kai tells her. Skylor scoffs. "Ha! That's right, and the rest of us aren't. I should've known better." She says offended then skates off. Kai watches her go as some masters pass by him. He sighs then skates on. "Lloyd's closing the gap, but the clock's against us." Jay tells him as he skates beside him. "So is everyone else. Garmadon's right, the more we exclude everyone, the more they gang up on us." Kai states, understanding Garmadon's words now.

"What are you saying?" Jay asks him. "That it's time to play the cards." Jay screams a little as (Y/N) appears on his left. "What?" He asks her. "Chen wants Lloyd out because of not just his power, but also because it will leave us with fewer teammates and more vulnerable." She starts. "So how about we tell them about Chen? If others knew what this tournament is really about, maybe they'd help us." Kai adds. "And nothing will get on Chen's nerves more than his 'brilliant' plan failing. After all, he said we are allowed to help whoever we want." (Y/N) adds, recalling the rules and finding the loophole. (Remember what Garmadon said about her being cunning? 😏) Jay sighs, "Worth a try, but times running out and Lloyd's got a lot of ground to make up." Jay states.

Lloyd passes the line again and the scoreboard now read 9-8 with three minutes left on the clock. (Y/N)'s powers flare up and she braces herself against Camille, who makes her bump into Jay who bumps into Kai. Jay lets go of the Jade Blade as it is thrown into the air. "Give me! I've got a job to finish." Camille says as she catches the blade and skates off. (Y/N) huffs, "Okay, she is really testing my patience." She says. Kai spins out of control and Skylor is the one he grabs. "Are you trying to take me out too?" She snaps at him. "No, you're right. We aren't all ninja, but Chen's the real enemy. He doesn't care about who wins. He only wants to steal our powers so that he can perform some sort of spell." Kai tells her.

Lloyd and Camille are neck and neck and another ramp appears. They skate off it and Camille tries to hit Lloyd with her blade, but Lloyd lifts his feet in time to dodge the swing. This causes Camille to land on her butt because she miss-timed her landing. She gets up and skates after him. (Things are getting intense!)

"A spell? What kind of spell?" Paleman asks, having heard what Kai said as he appears next to the two. "I don't know, but we have to stay in the tournament find out." Kai replies. "This isn't about Lloyd winning. It's about all of us stopping Chen." Jay tells Griffin. "And why are you telling me this now?" Griffin asks him. "Because it's never too late to do the right thing." Lloyd tells him. Tox is about to attack Lloyd but Neuro and (Y/N) appear on both her sides and slam into her. She is stunned and falters behind. The two share a fist bump as they join the group. "He is telling the truth. I know." Neuro says as he skates pass between them. "Then why have you now decided to help?" Jay asks him. "Sometimes to win, you must play the long game. Also, it helps keep suspicion off of me when I am your enemy." He answers. (😉) "If we're going to win this tournament and stop Chen, we have to work together. We already gave him the illusion of having control, now it's time to break it." (Y/N) says, smiling sinisterly. "You scare me, (Y/N). You really do." Jay says. (Good. 😈) "Come on, let's win this thing!" Lloyd says, Neuro grabbing his arm and pulling him forward.

Chen notices the the team up as he watches with a frown. Kai screams as he is knocked down for Camille bumped into him. She hisses at him in frustration but (Y/N) appears behind her. "Savage." She punches her away then lends a hand to Kai. He takes it and Skylor lends him one too and he smiles as he takes hers too. The buggy starts up and drives on the track. It meets with Lloyd, "Need a lift?" Kai asks him. "You took the buggy." Lloyd says. "We took the buggy." Kai says, Skylor riding with him in the back seat. "Take the wheel!" Kai shouts as he and Skylor jump out as Lloyd hops in the driver seat. The buggy changes to matches Lloyd's style and he uses it catch up in points. He drives along the track and Tox gets ready to summon a cloud one poison. "Cut the green guy some slack." Griffin says, stopping her while also pushing out of the way for her safety.

The scoreboard now read 12-11. "Buttons, buttons, buttons!" Chen exclaims as he presses buttons that summon obstacles on the track, but Lloyd manages to avoid them. He looks back at Camille as he gains points. Chen clenches his hands as he grunts in frustration while Garmadon smiles at his son. The score is now 12-12 as Lloyd obtains another point with the bell ringing. Chen starts feverishly pressing buttons doing anything to stop Lloyd from winning and one wall appears in front of the Master of Shadow. He tries to avoid it but could not stop in time. However, a rope of purple lightning wraps around his waist and he is pulled away from the wall. He gets his balance under controlled and looks at the the other end of the rope to find (Y/N) gripping it. The rope disappears and she skates on, not noticing the grey-skinned man's surprised expression.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

Time's almost up. Come on, Lloyd. My powers flare up and I feel Chen's frustrations. Good. All according to plan. I hope the guys can forgive me for not informing them of it. But I will once we win this thing. (Sometimes we don't got time. 🤷‍♀️)I then feel Lloyd and see him engaged in a Jade Bade duel with Camille. Tch. Only looking after yourself will lead you to become blind. "Look out!" I feel myself be grabbed and avoid a cloud of poison made by Tox. "You good?" I see that Griffin saved me and places me back on my feet. "Yeah. Thanks." I tell him. "I should thank you for saving my feet from getting stepped." He says. "My team and I came here to save a friend, but that doesn't mean we should make more enemies." I state. "You are one cool cat." He says. (☺️)

I smile and skate faster but then felt something and look to see the scorekeeper rigging the score to drop Lloyd's points. I growl but stop as the goon suddenly floats in the air. I look back and see Skylor with her arm raised. I blink and see her aura change due to her using the power of gravity. My vision returns to normal as I focus ahead and see Lloyd and Camille still fighting it out. They fell down and Camille drops her blade. I look at the clock, "Lloyd, GET UP!" I shout. (MOVE IT!) We all watch as he and Camille skate to the finish line and Camille passes first. I hold my breathe but then I see a shining. Wait...

I and the others skate over to them and I grin as Lloyd raises his Jade Blade. "She doesn't have her blade!" Jay exclaims. I skate over pass the blade and hug Lloyd from behind. "Lloyd won!" We cheer. "Way to go, bro." I say to Lloyd. "Oops. I almost forgot." I hear Skylor say. Then look to see the goon fall, Lloyd's score changing to 106. "Look at that, he broke your record." Heh. Nice one, Garmadon. (Very nice~ 😏) "No. No! Noooo! He cheated! Lloyd loses!" I glare at Chen and move to be in front of Lloyd. "No way, Lloyd won fair and square. You were the one who cheated." Griffin defends Lloyd. "My tournament m. My rules." Chen argues, sitting in his chair and turning it away from us. (Big baby. 😒)

I growl, wanting to jump him, but stop myself. His rules, huh? I smirk, "Wasn't it within your rules that states, 'You get to help anyone you wish,' and that Jade Blade in-hand earns you a point? Camille dropped hers, she didn't pick it up and crossed the line without it. Lloyd followed your rules. Sounds to me like you are just bitter because you can't accept when something doesn't go your way. How can we respect a master like that?" I question him. (Oh! Burn! 😝 🔥) "Yeah, how come when people follow your rules, they're the one that get punished?" Paleman says as he appears next to me. I nod my head in agreement with his words.

"If Lloyd's out, then so am I." "Me too." "And me three." Paleman, Kai and Jay state. "I'm not gonna be a part of a tournament if the host and runner of it won't be fair." I state, placing a hand on my hip. "If you kick us all out, what kind of tournament will you have then?" Skylor says. My powers flare up and I blink as I felt something. Hmm. I stop thinking about it for now as Chen turns around to face us. I give him a daring look, mentally challenging him if he decides to go through with taking us all out. He looks to Clouse for guidance and the man nods his head. Hm. Wise choice. "Fine, have it your way. Form loses." He says. I look over as Camille falls down a trap door. I frown as I hear her scream, knowing what is to happen to her. Even if she got on my nerves, she doesn't deserve to have her powers stolen. (😔)

The rest of the group cheered but I did not. "If what you say is true, you are playing a dangerous game. Chen will find other ways to get you out of the tournament." I look back at Skylor when she said that. I narrow my eyes at her as my powers flare up. She is telling the truth, I know that but there is something else about her. (Suspicious~) "Which is why we'll need all the friends we can get. There's always hope." Kai says to her. I inhale deeply to calm myself. Still got a few more cards to play. I glance at Chen as he rolls off. We still need to keep on our toes. All of us.

Cole's P.O.V.

Ugh. I'm beat. At least we can get some rest now. Doesn't help that we're chained together. I hope the others are doing okay. "I don't know, Pixal." Wait... That voice. Pixal? I look to my right to see a door. "But I sense these chains are unbreakable." I stop. It... I check to se if the guard notices but doesn't then quick make my way to the door. "What are you doing? Don't make trouble." I ignore Karlof as I smile and lean toward the window of the door. I hear chain rattling. Oh, right. Chained together. I look at the guard and start to worry. "What's the holdup?" Crap. "One second. Karlof tie shoe." Karlof says as he bends down. Thank you, Karlof. (Bless you, Karlof.)

I look through the window again and look in the room to try and find someone. A figure appear, shiny and sliver-looking, but that hair-piece and the light blue eyes. It's him. It's Zane! (ZANE! 🥹🥹🥹🥹) I smile and laugh in disbelief. "You're alive! And... y-your silver?" I ask. "Titanium. Cole, you look white." I laugh. (I have missed your literally humor, Zane. ☺️) Oh, I have missed him. "Boy, it's great to see you. Look at that, y-you look brand new." Man, I am feeling so many emotions. "Tie shoe? What shoe?" Shoot, got to wrap this up. "Hold right, lugnut. I'm getting you out of here. I'm getting us both out of here." I hold my hand up and Zane holds up his as we touch hands as best we could. "That's a promise." I declare.

I move back to my place in the line. "Where is Cole?" The ugly guy says, pushing Karlof out of the way to see me smiling innocently. "Right here. Keep it real, big guy. Looks like you've seen a ghost." I say. The guard walks away and I smile as I have an idea. "Form here on out, Karlof, I'm making more than noodles. I'm making trouble. Chen can try his best to split our team, but he's about to find out what happens when we put ourselves back together." I state. Time to get cooking. (I'll start the fire! 🔥)
