(Alright, we are getting INTO IT! Now to learn about Morro's story.)

To think we were supposed to be passing out fliers today and now we are trying to escape a vengeful ghost that is the Master of Wind and Wu's first student. And Lloyd is currently under possession of said ghost. WONDERFUL. (I feel like she's being sarcastic.) The guys and I change into our ninja Gis as we prepare for Morro to arrive on his Elemental Dragon. We equip swords too for protection. Well, for the guys mainly I still have powers. We all have our hoods on as we stand together in the bridge while Nya pilots the Bounty. "Take positions." Wu says, the guys moving and I hop onto the deck and Morro then appears as he flies around the Bounty. "Ah, I give you this much. That ninja never quits." I hear Cole say. (He's stubborn. 😤) The dragon roars then breathes something at us. "Port side!" Zane shouts and we all hold on as we narrowly avoid it.

I look back at him as he dives down at us and Jay then fires at him with the cannons, but Morro dodges them and has his dragon fire again. I stay on my feet and stand my ground as Jay slides to be behind me. "Aah! Let me get this straight. You're just telling us now that you had another pupil before us, and now his cursed spirit has possessed Lloyd, all so that he can take your staff?!?" Jay asks Wu. I turn around to face Wu as well, "Morro won't stop until he gets what he's after. There's a secret message engraved on it. All these years, I had no idea." Wu explains. "But somehow, Morro found out about it." I state. "Of course. Ha, just another day in Ninjago." Jay says, I can hear the stress in his voice.

But then a roar is heard and I look to see Morro and his dragon right next to the Bounty. "If this is as fast as the Bounty goes, I think we're in for some serious trouble." Cole says. (Ya think?!?) Morro then flies up and rides upside-down. Okay, now he's just showing off. The dragon disappears as Morro lands on the Bounty then he summons two swords. "I need ink and parchment to make an imprint to see what's on the staff." Wu says. "Kai, (Y/N) and I will take you to our quarters, while Jay and Cole will keep him busy." Zane says. He, Kai, Wu and I quickly head to the quarters. "Oh, that's honorable of you to nominate us." "Yeah, we didn't fair so hot last time. Why is it you get off with the easy task?" Cole and Jay say. "Because I'm the intelligent one." Zane responds. I look at them, "And we need time. Buy us some!" I tell them then hop down.

We make our ways down hurriedly through the halls but then the ships suddenly turns and we end up falling onto the right wall. I gasp as I look to the left to see Morro at the end of the hall. We all stand up, "Our quarters aren't much further. Go, Sensei. Kai and I will hold him back. (Y/N)!" I look at Zane, "Keep Sensei safe." He says. I look back at Morro then back at Zane and nod my head. Wu and I run and land on the floor as the ship rights itself. We soon make it to the quarters but then the ship moves and I quickly summon my powers as I make a whip and wrap it around Wu as I grab onto the door. I open it and whip Wu in there, I make it disappear then swing into the room.

Due to the ship moving, the furniture is too. I run over to the desk and open the drawers until I found the ink. "Got the ink!" I shout. "Throw it on the wall!" He orders. (Okay!) I don't question it and throw it. It shatters and the ink splatters in the wall. He hurries over and presses the staff on the wall and rolls it along the it, all that the message has are three symbols. "Aah!" I yell as I fall back. I roll then dig my hands into the ground then feel myself go weightless for a moment, "Duah!" I grunt as I fall on the ground. "We have the message!" I look up and he tosses the staff at me.

I then run to where Morro is while also not trying to let the ship's crazy flying stop me. I hear Kai scream and see him hold on for his life as he is in a hole. Morro blows wind at him and I make a dagger with my powers and toss it at him. It nicks his sleeve and he looks back at me. "You want the staff, GO GET IT." I tell him. (😠) Then toss the staff and it falls through the hole and Morro goes after it but Kai lets go. Idiot! I run over and slide on the floor, managing to grab his hand in time. "You can be an idiot! You know that!" I shout at him, angry at him for letting go but mostly relieve that I caught him.

Zane appear and helps me pull Kai up, but then I see the ground approaching fast. "Brace for impact!" I shout, moving and summoning a shield over us. We hit the ground, "AHH!" He scream as he hit a stop and get flung into a wall of the shield. "Uhhhh..." I groan, falling onto my back as the shield disappears. "Sister, are you okay?" I see Zane above me. (👍) I close my eyes as I inhale deeply. "Yeah. Just... emotionally exhausted." I answer. He helps me up and we look to see that the Bounty ended up stuck in trees. "Okay, let's never do that again." Kai says. "No argument here." I mutter out, taking off my hood to breathe better. (Amen. 🙏) Then Nya and Jay arrive. "Ah. Just think, if (Y/N) hadn't gotten rid of the staff, it could've been worse." Jay says. "Yeah, but now we don't know the message." Cole appears with Wu behind him. "You think I would give Morro the staff if we hadn't gotten the message?" I ask him. "Uuuhhh... No. No, you would not." He says. "I managed to make an imprint before I had (Y/N) give the staff to Morro." Wu says.

We all go into the room and look at the symbols on the wall. It was of a tornado, sword and a skull. I move my hair away from my face as I examine them, the sun rising helped provide light. "But what does it all mean?" Jay asks. "My father told me long ago he would leave a message, leading me to his final resting place. After he passed, I looked everywhere for it, not knowing it was in my hand all this time." Wu explains then walks off. "You mean to tell us-" "Yes." We follow after him as he slides down rope. "These symbols will lead us to the tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master." We land on the ground and continue following him. "Only problem is, I haven't the foggiest idea what any of them mean."

Well, isn't that great. "Well, if Morro is trying to find the tomb, we gotta find it first." Kai says. "Hey, maybe Misako can help decipher the clues since she's a total history buff." Cole says. "Pixal, release the falcon and give her our location." Zane says as he takes out Falcon, who got a an upgrade, as he turns on then flies off to inform Misako. "Good, then we set up camp." Wu says. History... Morro... I look at Wu, "So, now that we have all that taken care of, let us address some other stuff." I start as I walk up to Wu and stand before him, "Like how Morro was your student, what happened that led him to be so vengeful, why he wants to find your father's tomb and why he possessed Lloyd?" I ask. "And how the saying 'the past is the past,' is really NOT LIVING UP TO ITS MEANING AS WE HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THE PAST. OVER AND OVER. FIRST WITH THE SERPENTINE THEN THE OVERLORD TWICE AND CHEN. AND NOW, WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOUR FIRST STUDENT WHO HAS LLOYD!!!" I explode. (EEP! I'm scared! Hold me. 😱)

I pant as I look at the ground. But then I feel dizzy and anger fades. "Uh-oh. Someone catch her, she's gonna-!" I hear Jay say before I pass out. (And she's out.)

Third Person P.O.V.

(Y/N) falls back but Cole slides on his knees and catches her in time. The others hurry over and look at (Y/N) in worry. "Is she okay?" Nya asks. "Pixal, a scan, quick." Zane says. Pixal does so as (Y/N) is scanned, "Minor bruises detected, but overall stable. Just too much excitement for one night." She diagnoses. "She is alright. Just needs rest." Zane says. "Then let her rest while we make camp." Wu says. The others do as he says as they set up camp.

Hours pass and (Y/N) wakes up as she looks to see the blue sky while the sun still shines. She blinks her eyes then sits herself up as she groans. She places a hand on her head, "Tea?" She looks to see a cup of tea offered to her and finds Wu looking down at her with a concerned expression. She says nothing and takes the cup with both hands. She blows the steam emitting fro the tea then sips it slowly. "It will replenish your strength." Wu informs. (Y/N) sighs after she drinks all the tea and gives it back to Wu. She stands up and stretches her muscles to loosen them. "Well, gonna need all I can muster." She says.

Night had then fallen as the team now sit on logs around a campfire. (Y/N) moves her hair out of her face, it still down after she could not find a hair tie. Owls hoot in the distance as the atmosphere among the group becomes tense. "Care to hear a ghost story?" Wu speaks. "If it means saving Lloyd, of course." Zane says. "Morro may have been my first pupil, but he was also my greatest regret." Wu starts. (Story time~ 📖)

The Monastary stands as things are quiet. However, there are kids scurrying in the trash cans outside the wall. "Before he was a cursed spirit, it wasn't I who found him..." Two kids get out of the trash cans but then run off upon seeing Wu look at them. Wu watches them go down the stairs but then looks to see one left behind as they still look through the trash. "but he who found me." Wu sets out a plate of food and the kid snatches it then sits on a boulder as he eats hungrily. "My brother had just gone off to train under Master Chen, which gave me time to attempt my hand at teaching." The young boy looks back at Wu, revealing to have a green streak in his black hair, and gives him a quick smile in thanks then goes back to eating. (Oh. Precious boy. 🥺) "Morro was the perfect student."

Wu took him in and gave him a home in the Monastery. The two train as Wu holds back Morro by his head while the young boy tries to punch and kick at him. "He did everything that was ever asked of him." Morro is then in the courtyard with other kids surrounding him. He blocks hits from some and grabs another's wrist, but got kicked in the back and falls done. "Get up." Wu tells him. Morro does so and continues training.

Some time later, Wu and Morro stand outside of the Monastery as Wu gives Morro a kite. Morro looks at it in fascination. "I had shown him things he had never seen." Morro looks at Wu and he points at the sky for which the kite is supposed to be up in. The teakettle whistles and Wu hurries off to check on it but when he goes back outside, he stops as sees the kite in the air and staying in place. "And he showed me a few things too." Wu walks to stand at the doors and stands behind Morro to find the boy commanding wind to obey him. "He had the power over the wind I had never seen. He was a descendant of an elemental master. It was then I thought I had found The One. Perhaps he would wear green."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Back up." Jay interrupts. "You're saying Morro, the Master of Wind, was gonna be the Green Ninja?" Jay asks. Right then a gentle wind blows and the fire's flames get blown slightly by it. "Uuuh, did that just happen. Maybe I don't like ghost stories." Cole says, slightly frightened by the scene. "Then don't think about it. What happened next, Wu?" (Y/N) says, paying close attention to the story. "After I told him he could be the Green Ninja, there was a hunger, unmatched." Wu continues.

Morro assumes a fighting stance as he is surrounded once more by other kids. He kicks two away then does a spinning kick to to another and punches the last away. He looks around to find them all down but wants to fight more. "Get up. Get up!" He demands to one. "Enough." Wu states. "But Sensei, if I'm to be the Green Ninja, I need greater tests." Morro states. "I said, enough!" Wu repeats to him then walks off. "There was an arrogance in him. I feared I had made a terrible mistake." Morro scowls as he glares at the ground. "But it wasn't for me to decide. It was destiny."

Morro slides open the doors with a smile on his face and bows as Wu stands holding the Green Ninja Gi with the Golden Weapons laying on the floor. However, upon walking to stand in the center of them, the Golden Weapons do nothing. "When the Golden Weapons didn't respond like they did for Lloyd later, I knew Morro wouldn't become the Chosen One." Morro opens his eyes and his smile falls as the weapons lay on the ground. "I'll train more. Learn more lessons." Morro pleads as he holds his hands and walk up to Wu. "I'm sorry, destiny has spoken." Wu says, facing away from Morro with a frown. Morro then scowls as he steps back from Wu, "Then I refuse to listen!" He shouts, tearing off a door and throwing it across the room. "I am the Green Ninja! You made me believe!" He shouts then runs off. Wu watches him go with a frown, feeling shame for getting Morro's hopes up.

"He became obsessed to prove me wrong." Wu walks along the forest then runs off in a direction then looks to find Morro, "To prove destiny wrong." He watches as Morro picks up a stick then tosses it in a cave. A grunt is heard then a Grundal runs out and chases Morro. (Haven't seen one of those in a long while. Glad they're are gone for good.) "He became reckless. He thought he was invincible." Morro runs away from it and Wu sighs as he takes out a rope and swings it, it wraps around a branch and he swings to save Morro before the Grundal could bite him. They land on a branch and Morro faces Wu, "You see, Sensei? It was destiny for you to save me. I can still be the the Green Ninja." Morro says, trying to persuade Wu. "I knew right there and then I could not teach those who would not listen." Wu does not respond and Morro scowls as he crosses his arms.

Morro then packs some supplies and picks it up as he makes his leave while Wu watches with a sad expression as he passes by him. "He told me he would find my father's tomb to prove he was worthy. I told him it could not be found. My father had left no message." Morro walks down the steps and Wu stands in the doorway, "I left the gate open in hopes he'd return. But he never came back." Wu frowns as he stands by the gates, only to become more saddened as Morro is no longer in sight. (Oh. So sad. 😢)

"I am saddened he was banished to the Cursed Realm. But what worries me more is that he escaped, and for what reason? To save Lloyd and return your powers, you must find the tomb before he does. Or else." Wu states, looking down as he has a worried look. "Or else what?" Jay asks him. "Unspeakable power will curse us all." Wu answers. "Heh-Heh, just another day in Ninjago, am I right?" Jay poorly jokes.

(Y/N) looks down at the fire as something clicks in her mind, "That's why you didn't tell us." She mutters. She looks up at Wu, "You didn't tell us about the Green Ninja prophecy because you were scared we would have ended up like Morro." She glances over at Kai for a brief moment then focuses back on Wu, "But Morro had nothing. He was living off trash. You gave him a home, a purpose, made him believe that by becoming the Green Ninja he could be great." She says then looks down at the fire again, "But when he didn't meet your expectations, at least he believed he didn't, did you try?" She asks. The group became silent when she said that, looking at her with concern. (Y/N)'s hair covers her face as she realizes how Morro... is a child. A child that wants the only parent figure they had to see his greatness. (I'm sensing she relates to him. But still gonna punch him.)

"This is different. Lloyd is at stake." Kai says, focusing everyone back on what is important. "But how can we compete against the Green Ninja? He's more powerful than all of us combined. (Y/N) is the only one that even landed hits on him and gave a challenge." Cole says. "That was before we lost our powers." Zane states. "But it's like Sensei said. Our real power doesn't come from our hands, it comes from inside here." Kai states as he places his hand on his chest. "This is Lloyd we're talking about. This is one mission we cannot fail." Kai declares. (Y/N) lifts her head up and moves her hair out of her face, "Kai's right. Lloyd is at stake here. We save him, find the First Spinjitzu Master's tomb first, stop Morro and whatever he is planning before all of Ninjago becomes a ghost playground." She states.

(Y/N) holds a hand to her chest as she uses her powers to feel Lloyd. Morro may be in control for now, but she can feel Lloyd fighting. "Hang on, little brother. We'll get you back." She sends her thoughts to him. Hoping that he feels it.

Morro's P.O.V. (Surprise! 💚👻)

A little pub. Not much but it will do. I command my dragon down to it then have it vanish and I land on the ground. I enter the place and take off my hood as quickly examine the place. Heh, these guys look like fun but I'm a little parched. I walk over to stand a the bar. "Thirsty?" The bartender asks me. "Insatiable." I answer. He slides me a cup and I drink for the first time in a long while. There are some things I miss when being alive. I sigh in satisfaction, "It's been a while." I say. (I bet.) I see a large green table and walk over to it. I summon some wind to blow on the table and see some white powder to use. I roll the staff on the table and it reveals three symbols. A tornado, a sword and a skull. I know what each of them mean and I smirk as I get my answers, "Oh, of course."

"You're a bit young for a place like this, ain't you?" Oh, great. Distractions. "Wrong place to come if you ain't got friends, if you know what I mean." I smirk and look to find the men start to surround me. "Oh, I have friends." Just need to invite them first. I use the armor and summon them. And let's just say there was fun that involved throwing some men around. With one thrown through a window. (Sounds fun.) I grab the staff and open the gates as I exit the place with Wrayth beside me. "Ah, you know where you're going?" He asks me. I chuckle at his question, "I do now." I answer as I face him. I put my hood back on. "But make sure no one else tries to stop me." I tell him. "Hmm. It'd be my pleasure." He replies.

I turn around and summon my dragon. "Nice ride." I hear Wrayth compliment. I jump onto my dragon, "Take one of your own." I tell him as I gesture to the bikes beside him. I then have my dragon take flight. With what I now know thanks to the message, it won't be too long until I have all of Ninjago cursed. "Hang on, little brother. We'll get you back." I blink as I heard the voice of that woman. She must be trying to reach Lloyd. Though, why do I feel concern and... care? I shake my head, "Focus! You have a mission to complete." I tell myself, snapping the reins as I make my dragon fly faster. (Sounds like a potential bond in the future~)

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

I finish my bowl and set it aside. Sleep was a little difficult to do after learning about Morro. That is who I heard. I thought it was the wind, and it kind of was-Focus! Hearing Wu's story, I can't help but relate to Morro. Even though I want to punch his face for possessing Lloyd and causing so much trouble for us, along with going to cause a lot more, he was an orphan and grew up on the streets. He was alone. Just like me.

Now, it's morning and Misako arrived to help with whatever the symbols mean. Also, some wallopers appeared and they are kind of cute. I walk over to Kai, holding his bowl, right as a walloper licks his face and wakes him up. "Ugh!" He's up. "Hey." I speak and he looks at me. "Here." I give him his bowl and he takes it. He stands up as we walk over to the others. "Misako got our message." He says and sits down on a log to eat. "As far as I knew, the Tomb was only a fable, until I saw what's on the staff." Misako says. "Does she know what the symbols means?" Kai asks. "Not the last two yet, but get this, the first symbol means Airjitzu." Cole answers him. "Airjitzu?" Kai asks.

I remember reading about it back in the Monastery when I first stayed with Wu. "It's a martial art, inspired loosely off of Spinjitzu, created by Master Yang. However, it became lost after he and his students mysteriously vanished." I inform. (Ooooh~ Spooky~ 👻) "It is said that the art when mastered will allow temporary flight." Misako informs. "You hear that, Kai? We get to fly!" Jay exclaims excitedly. "You haven't found it yet." Wu tells him. "The Scroll of Airjitzu is well guarded in the ancient Library of Domu." He informs. I pick up a twig and play with it. I should tell them about how I heard Morro before he appeared.

"Forgive me if I speak out of turn, but my records reveal it was recently stolen." Zane says. Of course it is never that easy. "By who?" Jay asks. "Let me guess. Ronin." I break it. Ronin... (That triggered something. 😟) "Who's Ronin?" "Let just say, he's not a friend." I let the broken twig fall as I walk off somewhere. "But this is good news." Jay says. I stop and think about what he said... And he's right. "Uh, how so?" I hear Cole ask. I appear next to him, "Because if it's not where it is supposed be in the library, Morro will be delayed in obtaining it while we get a head start to get it first." I explain. "Yeah. Exactly!" Jay points his chopsticks at me and I move my head to avoid the noodles thrown my way when he did. "And Ronin's most likely holed up in the village of Stiix. So we know where he is." He says.

"The it's set, the Ninja will head to Stiix. We three will head back to the tea shop and start deciphering the next clues." Wu orders. "But Lloyd's my friend too. The Ninja will need my help to-" "I'm sorry, Nya. You're sitting this one out. There's too much to be done here." Wu interrupts Nya. I blink and my vision changes as I look at them, but I tilt my head as I notice something about Nya. There's... a thin cyan line surrounding her. Huh? Never saw that before. Maybe because I never looked at Nya with my Aura Vision. And I feel Wu and Misako knowing something too. (I wonder what it is~)

"(Y/N)." I gasp, blinking as my vision returns to normal and look to see Cole looking at me. "It's time to go. There's only four wallopers, so... you're gonna have to ride with one of us." He says. Oh. "Uhh, do you mind?" I ask him. He looks away from me and I raise a brow at his sudden shyness. "N-Not at all." He says. We equip our swords and Cole hops onto a walloper then offer his hand to me. I take it and he helps me on, I wrap my arms around his waist and I feel him tense up little before relaxing. He acts all tough, but he's just a big softie. (And I'm seeing the tension become more obvious. 😏) "Don't worry, sis. With me in charge, this scroll will be ours in not time." Wait, what?

I lean over to look pass Cole as I give Kai a look, "And who said you're in charge?" I ask him. "Uh, cause I said so?" He responds. (Really? 😒) I roll my eyes and sit comfortably. "And hey, time flies when you know Airjitzu. Get it? Ha, ha!" I hear Jay joke and I place my head on Cole's shoulder. I could summon my elemental dragon, but I'm honestly a mess right now. "Be careful, Ninja, for the path we seek is never a straight line. Rely on each other to guid your way." I hear Wu say. The lift my head up and give him a nod. The wallopers start walking, though Kai is having a little difficulty with his.

We are now for some reason traveling through the desert. And now Cole, Jay and Zane are singing a song about bottles on the wall. I just tune it out as I am having other stuff go on in my head. "Enough! I'm really thirsty, so we don't need to keep singing about tea." Kai complains. "Ho, Ho! Someone is cranky." Cole says. I lean back and look up at the sky, my hair dangling as it is still down. "Argh. We've been following the sun for hours. We should've arrived at Stiix already." Kai says. "But Stiix is on the eastern coast. We should be riding away from the sun." Zane informs. "Why are you just telling us now?!" Jay says loudly. I feel the walloper stop"Because Kai wanted to lead." Zane answers. "And we're just following his orders." I add. "Great, we're officially lost! You know, we had a leg up, but noooo. Kai wanted to lead." Cole complains.

I move forward and remove one hand to rest on his shoulder, "Easy, Tiger." I say gently to him. "I swear, my gut says we should follow the sun." Kai says. I look past Cole to give Kai a look again, "Well, you're gut is wrong." I tell him then look at Zane, "Z, can you lead us to Stiix?" I ask him. He smiles at me, "Of course. We just need to turn around." He says. "Yeah. A nindroid is a little more reliable then a you're gut. He's a walking computer." Jay says to Kai. "Why is it when Lloyd's gone, we look to Kai? We should really be following Zane." Jay says. I just shrug a shoulder in response. "You know he is the most logical choice." Cole states. "Well then, how about it, Z? Lead the way?" I ask Zane.

"This way." He says as he turns around his walloper and Cole and Jay follow him. I hear Kai then look back to find his walloper follow us. I face forward as I smile at the silliness of it all. "Hey," I pay attention as Cole speaks to me, "I can't help but notice you have been leaving your hair down." I look away as brush a strand back. "Well, I-I haven't found a hair tie to keep it back." I explain, feeling shy because I'm not use to seeing people with my hair down. "No, no. I like it." Crap. Why did that make my heart flutter and cheeks warm up? (I don't know~☺️) "He's already found something. Let's go." I sigh in relief then hold on to Cole as he makes our walloper go faster to catch up to Zane.

We arrived at train tracks and Zane says they will lead us straight to Stiix. That's a relief. "Hey, you hear that, Kai? They lead to Stiix. We follow Zane and look what happens." Jay says to Kai. "But Sensei said the path we seek is never a straight line." Kai says. Cole makes our walloper move and I look back at Kai, "And you should know that not everything Master says is literal." I tell him then face forward. I know he wants to save Lloyd, but he is not exactly making the best calls. And him? Leader? That's a good one. "He also said rely on each other to guide." I hear Zane say. "Yeah, Kai. Pfft." And Jay is helping with keeping things light. Then they go back to singing.

Nya's P.O.V.

This is so unfair. I know I'm not a Ninja, but I can help. I can be useful. And yet here I am, back at the tea shop look to see a massive mess. "Who needs to go on a an epic quest, when my services are best needed here." I say as I walk across the room to clean up a mess. I just don't see why I can't go. I'm a part of the team. I mean, I'm not a ninja but I have done a lot and saved them countless times. Lloyd is also possessed and needs help. I can help.

"Nya, dear, we didn't exactly hold you back to care for the shop." I hear Misako say. Huh? I look back at them, "Really? Then why?" I ask them. "Ah, um, there's something I haven't told you about your parents." Really? I sigh as I go back to cleaning, "You can save it. Kai already told me that Chen dangled that carrot too. We looked into it, and we know our father used to be a Master of Fire. Not exactly mine-shattering." I explain, putting stuff on the shelves. "But did you know your mother was the Master of Water?" What? I turn around to face them, "I... I didn't know that." If Kai got fire from Father... then that means I... my mother... "You mean-" "Yes. As Kai took on the traits of your father to become a Fire Ninja, for the sake of saving Ninjago, you must train to become the Master of Water."

I drop the jar I was holding... it shatters and also my mind does too. So much... too much... "Ahhh..." I pass out. (Wow. Two woman passing out in the same chapter. That's a record.)

Third Person P.O.V.

Night has fallen and the Ninja continue riding the wallopers as they walk along the train tracks. "...it around, no more bottles of tea on the wall~" The guys have finished singing them laugh while (Y/N) sighs in relief of it being over. "That was enjoyable. Let's do it again." Zane says gleefully. "NO!" The others deny, (Y/N) being especially passionate of not wanting to hear that song again, (It was REALLY long. 😮‍💨) and the guys go back to laughing. "Uh, I wish Lloyd was here for that." Jay says. "He's the lucky one." (Y/N) groans, unheard by the guys. "So do I. But we'll find the tomb. And then we'll save him." Kai says. "I wonder why the tomb's so important?" Cole asks. "We wouldn't even be looking for it if I had just said something before." (Y/N) says.

"What do you mean by that, (Y/N)?" Cole asks as he looks back at her. (Y/N) inhales deeply as she moves her hair back, "It was during the memorial we held for Garmadon. I thought it was just the wind, but... I heard a name. Morro." She confesses. It becomes quiet as the guys take in her words. "So, you knew?" Kai questions. "I just... Look, a lot had happened and I thought it was just the wind." She defends, looking down as she holds a hand to her chest and caress her necklace that is under her Gi. "We cannot change the past, only alter the future." Zane says, trying to comfort (Y/N). "Zane's right. Don't blame yourself, we'll save Lloyd and stop Morro." Cole assures her. (Y/N) sighs as she moves her hand away from her necklace, wrapping her arms around Cole as she places her head on his shoulder.

"Yeah. We're doing something now and still have time. And back to the topic of the tomb, Sensei says it holds unspeakable power." Jay says as the attention is diverted off of (Y/N). "It's the tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master. Whatever secret it holds, it must be protected." Kai states. (Y/N) lifts her head up as she looks at Kai and nods her head, "Right. We have to ensure we will make it there first." She states. The team soon come upon a small strain station with a shack and a water tower a part of it. "Let's take a break here." Zane states.

The team get off the wallopers and walk along the wooden floor of the station. However, a distant cackle is heard and (Y/N) halts as she feels something approaching them. "Uh, did you hear that?" Cole asks, a little frightened. "Yeah, I did, but... we're in the middle of nowhere." Jay says. "Nowhere, Yes. Alone... No." (Y/N) states. The team hurry over over to the shack as cackling is heard once more. "Whatever it is, be on guard." Kai states. The team then look at the moon as Wrayth appears on his ghost-motorcycle and swings his chain above his head. (Incoming!) The team put on their hoods as they get ready to fight. "What is that?" Jay asks loudly. Zane tosses a shuriken at Wrayth, but it only goes through him as he cackles and drives at them.

"Watch out!" Cole shouts as the team move to avoid Wrayth as he jumps over the station. "My shurikens. They went right through him." Zane says. "Because he's. A. Ghost!" Jay states. Loudly. He and the rest of the team equipping their swords. Wrayth turns around and swings his chain at them, the team moving back to avoid the blade at the end of it. "Morro must have summoned some of his friends. We're sitting ducks out in the open. We need to take shelter. Watch out!" Kai says. Wrayth drives onto the wooden station and the team moves to avoid getting run over.

"Oh, gosh, he's coming for another pass!" Jay exclaims as Wrayth drives at them again. He drives through the shack, leaving nothing but pieces. "There is no shelter!" Cole exclaims as they look at the destroyed shacked. (Y/N) sheathes her blade them stands in front of the guys as she holds out her hands, purple whisps surround them as she then slams her hands down onto the ground to summon a ramp that Wrayth drives off on. He lands on the opposite side and turns around to drive at them again. He swings his chain and right as he flies over them, the team dodged the blade. It ended up attaching to a walloper, the chain glows and once it reaches the blade, the walloper became a ghost. "He turned my walloper into a ghost. No one turns my walloper into a ghost!" Cole says angrily at Wrayth.

Jay jumps down onto the ground and waves his hands at the wallopers, "Ugh, get outta here. Hyah! Hyah!" He shoos them away as they walk off. (You will be avenged, walloper!) He meets back with the others as they stand together and look around anxiously for Wrayth. "Where did he go? I can't see him." Kai says. "Stay together." Zane states as they stand closer. "If our weapons do nothing, HOW are we supposed to fight a ghost?" Jay yells worriedly. "Good question." Kai says. (Y/N)'s eyes widen. "Move!" She pushes the guys away right as Wrayth appears and drives where they were.

However, the chain wrapped around Kai's ankle. "Huh? That's not good." He says then screams as he is pulled by Wrayth. He is dragged along the ground then sees the chain start to glow and quickly hits it with his sword, freeing him as he rolls before coming to a stop. "I'm okay, everyone! I'm okay." Kai says. "He's gonna pick us off one by one, isn't he? There's nothing we can do." Cole says worriedly. Kai stands up but then looks down as the ground beneath him glows green. "He's underground." He grabs his sword then jumps away as Wrayth appears. "Stand back." Cole says as he steps forward. Wrayth swings his chain at him and Cole hold up his sword right to have the chain wrap around it. He runs forward and has the blade hook around one of the support beams of the water tower. Wrayth gets pulled back as he floats in the air while his bike reverts to its normal state.

(Y/N) summons her powers as a purple translucent, crystalline shuriken appears in her hand. Wrayth lands on the tracks and (Y/N) tosses the shuriken at him, hitting him and he let out a grunt in pain. Jay gasps, "You hear that? He got hit! (Y/N), you can hurt ghosts!" Jay says excitedly as he shakes her by her shoulder. (She is the Master of Life, and ghost are technically AFTER life. Just a little information for you to understand. 😉)"But not much." She says. Wrayth then rises as he glares down at the Ninja, the shuriken disappears but then a train horn is heard. Wrayth disappears as the train goes pass them. The team steps back and the guys laugh at what they watched. "Ha, ha. Now that's how you stop a ghost." Cole says, he and Jay sharing a high five.

(Y/N) separates them, "He's not gone." She states, then summons her powers to move the guys back with her powers as Wrayth appears before them. She then forms shields around them as she glares up at the ghost. "Ooooh~ The little princess is protecting the knights. How ironic." He mocks. "I kicked your friend's butt, and I can kick your non-existent one." (Y/N) snips at him. Wrayth cackles as he pulls on his chain to remove it from the water tower, "Your world will pay when Morro finds the tomb. And when he does, he will take possession of the..." But then creaking is heard as one of the support beams break because of Wrayth as it then falls and the water stored in it splashed down on (Y/N) and Wrayth.

(Y/N) shakes off the water, but Wrayth freezes then shakes and his whole body glows green before he becomes ectoplasm. (Ew.) (Y/N) step away to avoid getting it on her as the shields go down and the guys hurry over to look at the green goo. The team take off their hoods and the guys sheathe their swords as they process what they saw. "What, uh, what just happened?" Cole asks. "He went... ka-blooey." Zane answers. "Water... Water is their weakness." (Y/N) realizes. "Yeah, but he was just gonna tell us what was in the tomb. Couldn't it have waited another second?" Jay complains. (Y/N) smiles as an advantage had present itself, finally good news for the team. (Woo-Hoo!) "Jay, we know their weakness now. We can use this!" She says, holding up a fist and pumping it in excitement. "(Y/N)'s right. We may not know what's in the tomb, but we do know one thing, how to stop a ghost." Kai says.

"Water?" Jay and Cole say in confusion. "Unusual. I guess it's true. The path we seek is never a straight line." Zane says, reciting Wu's words. "But if we want to get to Stiix before Morro, how about catching the train to do so?" (Y/N) says as she placed a hand on her hip and points with her other at the train that just passed them. The guys realize what she meant then runs after the train while yelling to have it be stopped. (Y/N) laughs then jumps onto the tracks and summons a platform underneath her and the guys then command them to catch up with the train.

Once they were on, (Y/N)'s smile drops as she looks up at the moon. While happy to get an advantage over ghosts, this is only the beginning of their journey. She caresses her necklace under her Gi as she thinks about Lloyd. Hoping he is okay. "Hold on, Lloyd. Just hold on." She mutters.

(Okay! I hope for all you all enjoyed. I figured some fluff would be perfect as we had some moments between Cole and (Y/N). Also, I think their ship name would be Gaia. Cause Gaia in myth is the earth and inhabits the life on it. What do you think? Anyway, it will be a bit till the next chapter. Bye for now. ✌️)
