Sooooooo.... Almost getting crushed by the Overlord in the Digiverse was more exhausting than I anticipated to be. But I was not going to miss out on seeing Lloyd. Though, the team was insisting I should rest. So we came to a compromise; I would sleep while we made our way to Lloyd. Once we made it, I immediately woke up and hurried to give him a big hug. It was so good to have him back. (Sibling love~)

After reuniting, Lloyd had us all go to the Island of Darkness to the Temple of Light. I stand at a distance with my arms crossed as Lloyd stood under the bell and the guys stood in around him in the four corners of the square that had their symbols in them. "I can't do this alone anymore. As long as I have all this power, they'll never stop coming for me." Lloyd says. He sighs heavily and I frown at that. He almost perished because of the Overlord wanting his golden power. "From here on out, we can't let anything separate us again." Zane states. "He's right." "Absolutely." Jay and Cole agree with him. "Let's do this." Kai says. Lloyd looks at me. "You sure you don't want in on this, (Y/N)?" He asks me. I give him a reassuring smile, "I always had a connection with you, Lloyd. Being gold once is enough." I tell him.

He smiles then grunts as he forms an orb of his power and shoots it into the bell. It rings and Lloyd is encompassed in a pillar of golden light then it disappears and my vision changes as I see the guys' elemental auras shine brighter. Their powers have been enhanced and I watch as Kai sets his fist on fire, Zane form an arch of ice around him, Cole shakes the ground he stands on and Jay surrounds himself in lightning. "The elemental power, it's inside us." Zane says. I blink and my vision returns to normal. "It's always been in you. The golden power just made it easier for you to summon it without need of a weapon connected to your element." I clarify. "Fire!" I scoff playfully as Kai cries out, shooting fire from his hands.

I walk over and smile as the guys have fun with their powers. Jay makes a heart out of lightning and Cole creates a small mountain to stand on. "Chill out." I look up to see Zane riding on some ice. I giggle from the joy they are having but then feel frustration. I look at the gates of the temple and watch Garmadon and Wu walk out. I frown as I feel Garmadon's worry and also feel Wu's reassurance towards his concerns. I gasp softly as I feel something. I close my eyes and see a blob of... of.... Shoot. SHOOT! "(Y/N)?" I feel a hand and flip that person over. "Uuuuuuugh." I open my eyes and see Jay on the ground. (I can't help it.) "Oh, crap! Sorry, Jay. I gotta stop doing that." I apologize and give him a hand. "No. It's my fault. I have got to stop doing that." He groans, taking my hand and I pull him onto his feet. "And yet it is still hilarious." I hear Kai say. He and the others laugh while I shake my head with a smile. These guys.

After that, we got to work on finding Pythor. Find him, find Dr. Borg. And get some payback. But I was instead taken to go watch a movie because I was still on watch for almost dying by the Overlord. I refused but Cole carried me over his shoulder to go with Nya and Jay. I hate how strong he is sometimes. (Sometimes~ 😏)

Third Person P.O.V.

Garmadon rode the elevator up and once it reached the 100th floor, the doors opens and he walks over to where Wu, Zane and Pixal are. Zane types away as he sits at a table with several monitors and Pixal stands with him, looking at the different monitors. "Any update on the search?" Garmadon asks Wu. "Our cameras haven't picked up any trace of Pythor or Borg, but the Ninja are in the field where we don't have eyes." Wu says. A screen shows of Lloyd as he is in the Toxic Bogs. "No sign of nindroids in the Toxic Bogs." Lloyd informs. "Lloyd, while you're out there, do you have time to search the Glacier Barrens?" Wu asks him. "Hey, I may not be able to move mountains anymore, but I can still cover ground. Over and out." Lloyd states, reviving up his motorcycle and drives off.

Garmadon looks at a broad with drawings of the Overlord, when he was possessing him, fire hazard symbol, Pythor, a word 'ARCTURUS' and a nindroid, string connecting the pins together. "Project Arcturus?" He asks our loud. "Two days ago, Zane and Pixal intercepted a coded message. Something with the code name: Project Arcturus." Wu explains, laying a hand on his brother's shoulder as the two share a look. "I think I may have made a discovery." The Postman says, scrambling some pieces of letters. "Carrot Cup Juster." He reads. "What's a juster?" Wu asks. "I don't know... Yet." The Postman answers. "Keep looking, I don't think that's it." Wu says to him.

He and Garmadon walk over to a large circle-shaped monitor with a line circle in it to detect anything. "Arcturus. Long ago, didn't we face a Serpentine by that name?" Garmadon asks as he reminisces the name. "Indeed we did, brother. They even named a celestial zodiac after him." Wu says, a blue dot beating when the line would pass it. "We're not sure how they are related." Wu says. The alarms sounding off as the brothers look at a red light. "What in Ninjago's name is that?" Garmadon asks. "Our facial software picked up someone." Pixal answers. They walk over and look at one of the monitors to have dark purple and black colored vehicles drive along a back road. The camera zooms in and shows the person driving in the front vehicle to be, "Cryptor." Wu says. "My analysis can only presume they're using Borg to build something." Zane states. "But what?" Pixal asks. "We need to know where those trucks are headed. Find me the nearest Ninja." Wu states as Zane and Pixal get to connecting to any teammate available.

At the movie theater, a movie plays with it being titled Fritz Donnegan: Starfarer. Nya sat down and has popcorn she held in her lap while (Y/N) sat next to her with a bored expression. Jay and Cole sat down as well, Jay next to Nya and Cole next to (Y/N). They watch the movie as Fritz while flying a ship through space with a samurai themed ship chasing and firming laser at him. "Fear? Fear isn't a word where I come from." The character Fritz said. (Y/N) rolls her eyes, "I prefer the comics. And why this one? Couldn't we have watched that dragon movie? It looks way better." She complains, leaning back into her seat. (Can you guess which movie that has dragons?)

"I love Fritz Donnegan movies." Jay says with a smile. "Samurai in space? Really? Who writes this baloney?" Cole says. "Could you please be quiet?" One guy said to them in the front row then goes back to watching the movie. The group of four watch the movie in silence. Jay reached into the bucket to grab some popcorn as Cole reached across (Y/N) to get some too. Their hands touch and they pull their arms back as they scoff in disgust. "Shh!" The same guy shushes at them. "Hey, it wasn't my idea to go on a double date to decide between you. The least you can do is be on your best behavior." Nya scolds them quietly. (Y/N) gives her a side glare. "Excuse me?" She says. Nya noticing her bracelet beeping. "We're trying to watch the movie." "Could you please be quiet?" The man and his friend say angrily, throwing popcorn at them.

The guys sit down while (Y/N) still glares at Nya. "Please turn off all phones and devices." A little robot says as it rolls up to the group. "Oh, right. Heh. Sorry." Nya says sheepishly as she turns it off. (Y/N) blinks as she stops glaring at Nya, "Wait. It could be an emergency. We should check it out." (Y/N) says, moving to sit up but Cole grabs her arm. "Hey, I'm sure it's fine. Let's just try and enjoy the movie." He tells her gently. (Y/N) looks at him and sees how he wants her to stay. She sighs and sits back down as she watches the movie. She did not notice for she focuses on the movie, but Cole is looking at her with a smile while Jay and Nya do not notice as watch the movie. He agreed to come on this double date for not only could (Y/N) rest, but also to make it be somewhat like a double date. After all, for it to be a double date, it has to be four, not three. (Indeed~)

Back at Borg Tower, the others waiting to hear from Nya. But she did not answer. "They're not picking up." Zane says. He looks at a monitor and sees Kai's signal. "Kai is the nearest in proximity." He states. "And he should be able to get there quickly in the Prototype X1." Pixal says. "Good, but tell him not to engage. We can't let them know they're being followed." Wu states.

Kai's P.O.V.

Things are going good. "So these are the hottest snacks you got?" I say to a pretty girl. She shrugs as she sips her drink. Okay, got her attention. "Hotter than this?" I say then light my hand on fire and hold the bag of snacks above it. She laughs, but I ain't done yet. I eat some of the snacks then blow a smoke cloud in the shape of a heart. She closes her eyes as it touches her face. Heh. No girl can resist my charm. (Really? No girl?) She giggles and looks out the window. "That your ride out there? Pretty hot." She after seeing the awesome hot car I got to take out for patrol. "That old thing? That's just the Prototype X1 roadster. I'm kind of a secret agent. Ah! Oops, guess it's not a secret anymore. You wanna go for a spin? I know Spinjitzu." I flirt on. "Kai. Kai, I need you." Oh, come on. "Not now, Pixal!" I tell her. "Who's Pixal?" Shoot. "Uh..." She splashes me with her drink. I groan in frustration. Oh, well. Duty calls.

I hurry outside and hop in. "Did I catch you at a bad time?" Pixal asks over the radio. I grab the wheel and sigh, "This better be good." I tell her. I turn on the engine, press down on the gas and pull off some sick drifting before driving down the road. Ha! Man, this thing is hot! "There's a nindroid convoy heading west and General Cryptor is on it." Pixal informs. "Cryptor." I have a gear to grind with that guy after Nya told me of her fight with him. "We need you to follow, but not be spotted." Pixal says. "I'm a ninja. That's part of the job." I respond then find some cool sunglasses and put them on. "We mean it, Kai. It's imperative your carelessness does not jeopardize the mis-" I turn off the radio. "Relax. When have I ever been careless?" I ask, cruising along the road. (Did you seriously just asked that, Kai? 🤨)

Avoid cars expertly, lift up the shades to give myself a wink in a rear view mirror. I lower them down as I focus back on the road. "Huh?" The wheel pulls away from me. "What's happening?" I hope on as the car swerves and drives by itself. "Oh! Whoa!" "I've taken control of the X1 remotely. You can't get rid of me that easily." Pixal says through the radio. Fun sucker. I lean back and adjust the shades. "Fine. Have it your way. How close are we?" I ask her. "Approaching convoy in three minutes." She answers. "Let's see if we can make it in two." I press a button that activate the thrusters. I smile as I feel the wind against my face.

Third Person P.O.V.

The others watch a monitor with a layout of the mountain pass. A red light to symbolize Kai moving in the direction of where the convoy is. "You can't control your team." Garmadon comments. "Have faith, brother." Wu calmly tells him. "He's ascending the mountain pass now." Zane informs. "Kai. You better take over again." Pixal says into a microphone to inform Kai.

"Okay." Kai agrees as he grabs the wheel. He drives along the road with a carefree smile then drops it as he sees the convoy driving pass him. "Remember, keep your distance. We only need to find out where they are headed." Pixal reminds him. "Boring! What I want to know is, what are they hiding?" Kai says then presses on the gas and speeds off. He bumps into a car and the man driving it yells as he tries to stabilize it. "Careful!" Pixal scolds him. Kai looks into a rear view mirror to see the man all right. "Keep your eyes on the road, Kai." Pixal stresses, sounding annoyed at Kai. "I was just getting the feel of it. You know, every car handles differently." Kai defends nonchalantly. "Yet this car is worth far more than you. I would not advise returning it with a scratch." Pixal sasses. "Noted. Let's see if we can find some killer tunes." Kai says as he presses a button.

A part of the car moves and he looks back to watch missiles fire out of it. They explode in the air and as the nindroid convoy notice as they cross a bridge. Pythor notices the smoke as he has heard the booms. "What's that?" He asks. He looks back to see a car following them. "Hm? We're being followed. Speed up." He orders Cryptor. "Yes, master." The general obliges and shifts gears to speed up. The truck behind them has nindroids hanging on in the back and kick open the door as hover crafted with giant saws on the bottom take off.

Kai sees them and his smile drops, "Uh-oh!" He lifts up his shades and quickly maneuvers as one of the crafts scratches against the X1. Kai in inches at that then focuses back on the road as he swerves again as the second craft scratches the other side. He approurhe bridge, though he is having difficulty stabilizing. "You're done enough. From here on out. I'm in control." Pixal says as she takes over steering. "Hey, I was driving." Kai complains. "Not anymore." Pixal replies, the X1 now driving smoothly. (She has sass and she ain't afraid to use it.) Kai then notices how she is making the car speed up. "What are you doing?" He asks Pixal. "Now that our plan's foiled, our only hope is to get you aboard that semi-truck to see what they are transporting." The android explains. "Ah. I love it when a plan comes together." Kai says as he smirks. Pixal remotely drives the X1 to be driving beside the semi-truck. Nindroids notice Kai and walk over to the side of the truck to glare him down. Kai notices and winces as they start firing lasers at him. Pixal shifts gear and Kai screams as the car breaks are hit. The X1 screeches as it falls back a little. Kai sighs from the sudden movement, but the fear is shifted again as it speeds up. He lands back in the seat with a grunt.

Kai's P.O.V.

Okay, long story short: Got on the tank, fought some nindroids, went through a tunnel, almost got blown up. "Kai! Can you hear me?" I hear Pixal through the shades. Thankfully, with my quick thinking, I move and held on to the underside of the truck to be safe from the explosion. "Loud and clear." I respond. "Well, maybe not so clear on the back of this truck." I comment. I move to the front and remain quiet. "Ha-ha-ha! We lost him. We might've lost one payload, but we still have the other." I hear Pythor say as I move to see him talk into a handheld transceiver. "Excellent. Head to the launch site." "On my way." The Overlord? Oh, come on! "Listen up. The Overlord's alive." I say through the shades. "What? Do you know where they're heading?" I hear Sensei ask.

But then the truck stops. "Wait, they're stopping. This might be it. I have to be quiet so they don't find my perfect hiding spot." I say to them. "You!" I look and see Pythor. Looking at me. "Huh? Me?" And all I saw was darkness.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

Finally. The movie was over. "Ah! Greatest! Movie! Ever! Ha-ha!" Jay says as we exit the theater. "Yeah, it was pretty good." I roll my eyes at Nya's comment. Good? More like cliché and predictable. "Yeah, well, I think the dragon movie would have been better." I look over at Cole to find him looking at me with a smile. I give him a smile back. "Now, for who you will pick? Huh?" I roll my eyes. This is still a thing? "Come on, Jay, this is ridiculous." I say to him. I feel Nya's conflict and look back at her to see her step back. "Right. Heh-heh. Uh..." Really? Is she really going to choose? "Yeah, this has been going on long enough. Just decide already." Jay tells Nya. "Uh..." I cross my arms. "So... Who is it?" I question her.

She falters and turns away. "My decision is... Joel!" What? She runs over to the little robot that told us to put away our devices and hug him. "Joel?!" I hear Jay and Cole say. "Yeah. He's the best parts of you put together. Part Jay. Part Cole. Joel!" Nya explains. "But my name is Robo-Usher 3000." The robot says. "Like all boys, you can be reprogrammed." My eye twitches at that. I walk over, grab the bot and take him out of Nya's arms. I place the bot down, "Sorry about that, Robo-Usher." I apologize to him. He beeps and rolls off. I give Nya a glare as I cross my arms. "Reprogram boys? You are so full of yourself." I spat at her. (Sheesh. The tension is getting thick.) Lightning lights up the sky and I look up to see light signals of Jay, Cole and mine symbols. "Hey, they need us back at headquarters." Cole says.

We immediately head towards Borg Tower. Once the elevator opens, we rush out. "We got here as fast as we could." Nya says a as we stand at a holo table. "The Overlord is back. And he has Kai." Zane informs. "The Overlord?" The three say in shock. I sigh heavily, "I wondered how long until that blob made his move." I comment out loud. "Wait, you knew? Why didn't you say anything?" Nya asks. I look at her with a calm face, "Maybe because I was trying to relax. And I also wasn't entirely sure if he had survived." I answer. I honestly wanted him to be gone, but NOPE! He had to have survived. "Focus." Master says, and we all pay attention to him. "We know they plan to launch Project Arcturus tonight. But we need to figure out what it is in order to save him. Think. Think... the answer must be right in front of us." Master says.

I look at the pictures in the table to try and find a connection. "The Overlord's dire wish is to become the Golden Master. Maybe that has something to do with it?" Lloyd says. "Good Lloyd, but what sense does all of this make? What is Project Arcturus?" Master asks. "I've run every combination of these clues through my database to see how they're connected, but there is no correlation." I hear Pixal say. "Maybe there is a reason why it's not in your database." I look up at Zane after he said that. "But everything in Ninjago history has been recorded inside me. "Not everything." Zane states. "Do you remember when we followed Garmadon back in time?" I peek up when he said that. "Uh, we did?" Lloyd says, feeling with my powers that he is confused. I look over at him, "You didn't, Lloyd. That was just me and the guys." I tell him. "Indeed. You don't remember, Lloyd, because when we returned to the present, it had been altered by what we had done in the past." Zane explains. "I remember because I was there." Garmadon speaks. "You used the Golden Weapons to destroy my Mega Weapon but when they collided, they were shot into..." "Space." Wu finishes Garmadon's sentence as he stands in front of a huge monitor.

We walk over to stand by him and look up at the screen. "Since Lloyd gave away his power, the Overlord's going after the only thing that can turn him into the Golden Master: the Golden Weapons." Nya concludes. I felt a bulb light in my head. "Quick, where do the Serpentine study the stars?" Garmadon asks. "In the very place that is the capital to all Serpentine kind: Ouroboros!" I answer, smacking my fist into my palm I feel everyone looking at me and I look to find them with surprised faces. "What? I have done a lot of reading." I state, looking away as I cross my arms and pout. I know stuff. "We must go there at once." Garmadon says and I stop pouting as I focus back on the task. "How do you know nindroids will be there?" Wu asks Garmadon. "Faith." Is all Garmadon says. Lightning then strikes. Huh. That was perfectly timed.

The guys, Lloyd and I immediately summoned our vehicles and made our way to Ouroboros. I turn on autopilot so I can l take a moment to check on Kai, I close my eyes and saw him hanging and trying to escape. I also saw Pythor, I growl but calm myself. He'll get his dues soon. Hold on, Hot Head. I open my eyes and drive manually again. We make it to the center of the city and stop before the arena. I hop off my motorcycle and my powers flare up. "I don't get it. Where are they?" I hear Cole ask. "He said they would be here." Lloyd says as he and the guys walk on. I walk over to them. "Well, your dad was wrong. We should have never listened to him." Oh, Jay. If only you had my powers.

We made it to the center and the ground starts to shake. (You were saying, Jay?) "I sense you are mistaken." I hear Zane say. "Yeah. And I'm feeling the ground shake." I rhetorically state. The ground splits apart as it lowers down. "Everyone, run!" Cole shouts. He and the others try to climb out, but we all fall in. I slide down the rocket and watch as the others fall beside me and grunt as they land on the ground. I land beside them. "You guys okay?" I ask them. "Arcturus?" Jay says. He and the guys stand up as we all look around. "It's Kai! We need to save him!" Lloyd says and I look to where he is pointing. I gasp. He is right under one of the thrusters. "No, we need that launch key to stop the launch command." Zane says and we look to see a key behind a window. "If the Overlord gets the Golden Weapons. He'll be too powerful." The guys rush off to go get it.

"Stop them!" I look down to see, "Pythor." I snarl. Nindroids fire at us and I summon a shield to protect me as the bridge is destroyed. I land on my feet and stand up as I assume fighting stance at oncoming nindroids. I lean back from a swing of a sword and flip back then grab the blade of one, with my powers providing protection, then flip over the nindroid and stab it with its own sword. It powers down and I look to find two coming at me from both directions. I jump and the bump into each other and I slice the sword at them, they fall as they shut down. "Attack!" I look back and glare at Pythor. I stand up and face him. "Pythor!" He looks at me and slithers back. "Well, it has been a while, my dear." He dodged the sword as I threw it at him. I make my way to him but then more nindroids appear and pile on me. He laughs as he slithers off and I grit my teeth. "Grah!" I shout in frustration, but calm down and focus as I perform Spinjitzu and knock the nindprids off me.

More come and I assume stance but jump back as fire hits them, exploding as they are sent back. The rest of the guys and I use our powers to combat them as I shards at some and they fall back, sparking before powering off. "Duck!" I do so and a nindroid is hit by a rock and its head is crushed. I stand up and look back at Cole. He gives me a nod and I give him one back. "Retreat!" The nindroids fall back as they board the rocket. "Hey, where do you think you're going?" Cole runs after them. "Unh! It won't budge!" He says. "Everyone, I need your help!" I look over and see Lloyd being held by Borg, only he was under the control of those spider legs. I then feel Pythor's smugness and grit my teeth as I form a dagger and toss it to where he is. It breaks through the window and I hear a cry. I smirk. (I wonder what that cry was about? 😏)

"T-Minus 30." No longer smirking. Shoot. I focus on Lloyd and summon powers as he is let go. I jump and catch him. "I got ya." I hold him in my arms. "Ah. Thanks." He says. I float down and meet with the guys. I set Lloyd down on his feet. "I need to get back up there!" He exclaims. "Forget them. We need to get out of here." Cole says. We hurry over to a hatch at the base of the rocket. "But what about the Golden Weapons?" Lloyd asks. "There's more pressing problems, like an entire rocket ship pressing on us!" Jay shouts. "We need to do everything in our power to make sure they don't reach those weapons." Lloyd states as he opens the hatch. "You nuts? Ninja don't belong in space!" Cole states. "I'm with Cole. This is even beyond me." Jay says as I get in with Lloyd.

"We have to take risk. It's either this or the Overlord gets the Golden Weapons. And am NOT letting him win." I state. Zane and Kai get in with us. "She's right. We have to try. You said nothing was ever going to separate us again. Well, I'm going. Are you with me or not?" Lloyd says. Cole and Jay look at each other. "Let's do this." Cole says and climbs in. Jay sighs but gets in too. The door shuts and the whole rocket shakes. I think quick and summon a bar that holds us back against the wall. "Blast Off!" I shout. I close my eyes as the rocket launches off. No turning back.

Third Person P.O.V.

The rocket blasts off. Nya, Garmadon, Wu and Pixal all arrive to watch as it launches. "They're too late." Nya says as she stops her bike, Garmadon watching from the passenger seat. "I'm reading Zane's signal aboard that rocket ship, along with five other life forms." Pixal informs. "Oh. By the grace of the First Spinjitzu Master." Wu breathes out as he watches the rocket. "You wanted them to take risks. To see how far they'd go. Is this what you had in mind? How far? How far must they go?" Garmadon scolds him. Wu closes his eyes for a moment then opens them as he looks back at the rocket to see it flying higher and higher. "Come back safe to us, Ninja. Come back safe." He says quietly.
