"No. Oh please no" Jiang breathed out as LBD's echoed through the air. "Admittedly, this is an unforseen adjustment, but a fortunate moment of spontanateum nonetheless. Fate has delivered me the perfect champion" she said with that sickening smile. "But, he was winning. He was beating you!" MK called out.

Then, Jiang's head began pounding in a horrifyingly familiar way. She let out a whimper of pain as she gripped her head, and for a millisecond, the blue vision came back before it all stopped. "Oh, you sweet child. Perhaps now you'll finally understand how pointless your efforts to stop truly are" LBD told him before doing something that let out waves of force that pushed against Jiang.

And from the strained grunts on either side of her, she knew the others weren't fairing any better. "The Samadhi Fire will be mine. And I will use its power to reforge this world!" LBD called out before hissing a single word. "Go". And with that command, Wukong jumped into the air and began to shoot forward to the group.

Nezah turned to face the siblings. "Both of you, get back!" He cried before he was punched into the ground. Hard.

"Nezah!" Jiang cried. Wukong looked up directly at her, and she pushed MK behind her, bringing out her knife. "Wukong, please. I don't want to fight you, but I will if I have to. You have to fight against her" she said, her tone pleading.

But it seemed her words fell on deaf ears when Wukong shot forward again, his fist drawn back and a snarl on his face. Jiang leaned back, sheltering MK behind her, but surprise took over when she kept going back. Both she and MK let out their own cries of shock and surprise when they fell through the ground and began falling through the air of a sunny sky.

Jiang watched as a shadow portal close above them, which shocked her even more. "Macaque?" She whispered before MK let out a cry of terror. Oh yeah, they were still falling.

Focusing her energy, Jiang transformed into an eagle, but she wasn't able to catch her brother before he fell through the treetops. So, she simply weaved around through the branches before touching down at the edge of a mud pool. That MK was currently inside of.

"Wha- where are we?!" He panicked before a frog landed on his head, forcing his face back down into the mud. And despite everything that had happened, Jiang couldn't help but laugh, though it came out as a few bird chirps that quickly caught MK's attention. "Oh, you think this is funny, don't you?" He asked pointedly.

The eagle in front of him gave a shrug before Jiang transformed back to her usual self. "Now come on. We gotta go find Red Son and Mei" she said, standing up. "Wait, what?!" MK called out as she began walking away.

"Use your gold vision MK! Then look up at the temple in front of us! Also look out for the dark red fire blasts!" Jiang told him as she untied her dirty jacket and tied it around her waist. After a moment, MK ran past her, and Jiang clamped a hand over her mouth to keep herself from bursting out laughing. The poor boy was absolutely covered in mud, and it looked like he had lost a shoe.

Even more so, the frog was still on his head. She let out a small snort of laughter and shook her head a bit before transforming back into an eagle, flying ahead to alert the others of their presence. "Ooo, look! Now that's a pretty bird right there!" Mei called out when she spotted a beautiful brown eagle with white and blue markings.

Jiang smirked a bit at the compliment. No wonder Wukong did this to her all the time before he he went on his 'vacation'. "Hmm, that's no normal eagle" Red Son said as he rubbed hus chin in thought.

He didn't have his jacket on, for once, and Mei looked like she was wearing a ninja gi of sorts. But, as to what Red Son had said, both young adults gave their own cries of surprise when the eagle in front of them transformed, and then, Jiang was sitting there, one knee bent up and being used as an arm rest while the other leg dangled down. She had a shit eating smirk on her face.

"Your right Red. I'm no normal eagle. And thanks for the compliment Mei" she said. Jiang let out a laugh of Mei screamed out her name and tackled her into a hug, ignoring the sharp pains in her arm that were brought on by the action. "Good to see ya too bestie. Somewhat surprised to see you Red" she said.

"My name, is Red Son!" The Fire demon snapped. Jiang simply shrugged, which then prompted Mei to let go. "Though in hindsight, I kinda shoulda guessed that you would be the one to pick up Mei after she took off" Jiang said with a thoughtful expression.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" The fire demon asked. "Absolutely nothing" Jiang replied as she crossed her arms. "Oh shit, your hurt!" Mei called out, bringing everyone's attention to the wounds on Jiang's arm.

"What happened?" Red Son asked as he pulled that arm towards himself to examine the damage, much to Jiang's surprise. Though she shook it off. "Macaque, who had LBD powers at the time, happened. And strangely enough, it was him that saved me and MK a little bit ago" she told him.

"Wait, Macaque saved you and the Noodle Boy? From what?" Red Son questioned, looking up. With that, Jiang's mood dropped as she remembered all that had happened within the past hour. But, before she could answer Red Son's question, something began to rustle the bushes down below.

That caught everyone's attention, and Red Son immediately jumped down, and ignited a ball of fire in his hand. Then, out of the bushes stepped MK, who was still covered in mud. And still had the frog on his head.

Though he also had leaves stuck to him here and there. Red Son looked surprised before he extinguished the flames in his hand. "For the love of, I thought you were-" he started to say before Mei cut him off as she landed in front of him.

"Mud monster!" She cried, and before anyone could stop her, she unleashed some of the flames, which hardened the mud. "Mei, that was my brother!" Jiang screamed, panicked. However, the hardened mud broke, and MK came out of it, tackling his best friend as he cried out her name.

"Your okay! Your not on fire! What happened?!" He cried, shooting question after question. "I'm okay! I'm okay, really! Actually, it's all thanks to Red Boy" Mei told him. "Whaaaa?!" MK cried.

Jiang watched everything go down from her place on the roof with light amusement. "Oh yeah, he's been teachering me how to control my powers real good. And ges been super relaxed and chill about this whole time. If it wasnt for him, I probably would have burned up the whole world with Samadhi Fire by now" Mei said as she patted Red Son's head, which he quickly ducked away from. And that reminded Jiang again how she and MK had gotten into this mess in the first place.

"Guys, look, we have something very bad, but very important to tell you" she said as she jumped down, landing beside MK, who looked shocked for a moment before he regained his composure. "The Lady Bone Demon. She's after the Samadhi Fire!" He said. "What?! And you two came here?!" Red Son cried.

"We didn't come here, we were teleported here thanks to a certain shadow monkey" Jiang told him. Before Red Son could retaliate, a cold wind began to blow, and the sky went dark. And a second later, Jiang gripped her head as it began pounding again, and for a second, her vision switched around.

She was up in the air, and she was coming down fast. And the distance, she could see herself, MK, Mei, and Red Son. With a soft gasp, her vision went back to normal, and she looked up.

"Everyone, get back!" She cried. They all took a couple steps back, and something, or rather, someone landed right where they had been a moment before. "Oh dear gods" Jiang breathed out as Wukong stood up straight.

"Monkey King?" Mei asked. "No. Not anymore" MK told her as he took up a protective position in front of her. "It's her. The Lady Bone Demon. She's possessed Wukong, just like she did with my father when we, used that magic key to, release her from her prison" Red Son realized.

"Yeah, thanks a lot for that, Red Boy. Now we've got this Bone Bitch to deal with" Jiang hissed at him. "So, we meet again Son of the Demon Bull King. Your right. I never quite thanked you for freeing me from my prison. Your father was the most fitting host for my power with the time we had. Wukong on the other hand, well, he's something else" Lady Bone Demon's voice echoed as her form appeared here and there after lightning strikes. Wukong slowly walk forward with an eerie calmness about him.

"I'm guessing we can't beat him" Red Son stated the obvious. "Me and MK got to see what he could really do. There's no way in hell that any of us would be able to beat him" Jiang told him. "But if the Lady Bone Demon gets the fire-" MK said before he was cut off.

"That is another thing I must thank you for. Creating the Samadhi Fire. Why, without you, I would have never been able to fulfill my destiny" LBD told Red Son, who turned around. "We have to get out of here, now!" He cried. "Red Son, look out!" Jiang screamed.

The Fire demon turned around in time to be thrown back into the temple by a harsh punch to the gut. "There is nowhere left to run. No place that you can go where I will not find you. Why drag this on longer than is necessary? I have waited long enough. Bring her to me now!" LBD snapped. Jiang whipped out her knife and quickly got in front of MK and Mei, who was about to use the Samadhi Fire.

"Jiang?!" MK cried. "I'm immortal MK! He can't kill me" Jiang reminded him. Yeah she was immortal.

But that didn't mean she was invincible. The hard punch delivered to her rib cage that probably shattered a few bones was proof enough. Landing on her side, Jiang curled in on herself, struggling to breath.

"And Jiang, I must thank you for acting as my beacon. You have led me directly to the holder of the Samadhi Fire" she heard LBD say. "No" Jiang breathed. That wisp of blue smoke that had shot into her chest now began to separate from her, taking with it Jiang's energy and strength.

"MK, Mei, go! Get out of here!" She called before falling back against the ground. That wisp had fully removed itself from her, and now disappeared into thin air. In pain, exhausted, and sleep deprived, Jiang's body couldn't take anymore, so, her mind shut down on her.

Thankfully, it wasn't long before she came to, but when she did, the sun was shining again, and Mei and Wukong were gone. Jiang slowly began to get up, but sucked in a harsh breath as pain shot through her entire ribcage. Even though it brought tears to her eyes, Jiang pushed through it, and slowly got up, with MK's help.

"We have to go after them!" She heard Red Son cry out. "Red, no one's in any position to do that" she said, lightly holding on to her ribs. "How could you?! You led the Lady Bone Demon right to us!" Red Son shouted at her.

Jiang looked to the ground as she hung her head on shame. It was true. She had led the most powerful demon in existence to the most powerful fire.

And there was nothing she could do or say to make it right. "No! We cannot do this. We cannot drive ourselves away from each other. What we need, is a plan. If we go after them now, then there's no way we win" MK said as he took his hands off Jiang after making sure she could stand. "But our only chance at beating the Lady Bone Demon just teleported away! The dragon girl was our last hope" Red Son cried out.

"As long as we're still standing, there's always hope! Mei is the most stubborn person I know, besides my sister. Between that and your training, she's not going to give ip the Samadhi Fire without a fight" MK snapped at him. "I can't tell if your being heroic or moronic" Red Son told him. "More often than not, its a combination of both" Jiang commented, wincing as she stood up straight.

"Alright, let's make a plan" Red Son said, finally getting on the same page as the siblings. "MK, as I'm in no real shape to carry anything, you take him" Jiang told her brother as she patted his shoulder. "Wait what?" Red Son asked before letting out a cry of surprise as Jiang jumped off the edge of the foundation they were standing on.

She transformed into an eagle, and MK did the same. After throwing Red Son off the cliff that Jiang had jumped from. Then, the trio flew off.

After a little while of flying, they reunited with the others, and caught them up on everything that had happened. "I'm not gonna lie you two. I mean, if the Lady Bone Demon Monkey King, Mei, and the Samadhi Fire, I don't know, I'm not really feeling much confidence here" Pigsy told the siblings. "Pfft, yeah. That's why we're gonna formulate a plan!" MK said like it was the most obvious thing ever.

"I'm, open to suggestions, what do we got?" He added. "Uhh, die with dignity?" Tang suggested. "What kind of plan is that?!" Pigsy yelled at him.

"I don't know! It's just, aren't we back to where we were when Monkey King and Mei flew off into the sky?!" Tang cried. "What? No! For one thing, we actually have a fire demon on our side! We didnt have Red Son on our side before. Oh curse my fucking ribs!" Jiang called out before doubling over as her sudden movement triggered something to rack her body with pain. "Oh yeah, he's a real game changer" Pigsy commented, making Red Son yell an indignant, "Hey!".

"We're just doing the same thing over and over again. I'm losing my mind over here!" The pig demon cried out. Then, everyone was started as a familiar voice echoed through the place. "I hope I'm not interrupting".

Jiang whipped her head around in time to see Red Son backing away from the wall in a panicked manner while the top half of a certain edgy monkey's body was hanging out of a purple tinted shadow on the wall. "Macaque. What the fuck are you doing here" Jiang asked him with an eyebrow raised. "Well, if your making a plan to defeat the Lady Bone Demon, I know a guy who might be able to help" Macaque told her before setting his hand against the wall, creating an even bigger shadow.

Then, someone fell through it, and everyone gasped at who it was. It was the guy who probably wasn't a real Mayor. Jiang glanced at him before glancing up as Macaque fully stepped through his portal.

"Alright, we'll listen to what he has to say. But we'll do so, on our conditions" she told him. Macaque merely shrugged. "Fair enough" was all he said.
