Mythics Universe Mash Up pt 1
Hey, guys! So, in order to celebrate this one-shot book reaching 5k+ reads, I'm going to be writing this special mash-up of all my Arrow verse second gen ocs (The Mythic Universe) as well as taking requests! I’ve already gotten a few requests, and I promise I’ll have them up as soon as I can! I just wanted to do this thing first…Plus, the more celebration the better right? I think I’ll break this up into four parts like Arrowverse usually does. I’ll write them in between requests. This will be part one! Anywho…I hope you enjoy this! Let me know if you’d like to request anything.

~ Legend Kids ~
Laurel gritted her teeth, clutching the controls on the Waverider console so tightly her knuckles turned white. The time ship rattled violently, trembling her whole body. “We’re coming in hot!” she shouted.
“We’re all gonna die!” JJ yelped. She was clutching the armrests of her seat for dear life, her eyes wide as golf balls.
Kaleb looked through the large window in front of them, searching frantically for their enemies. (They’d traveled to the 67th century to stop an out of control robot from the early 51st century that had somehow gotten misplaced in time. [Personally, Kaleb blamed the time pirates.] Unfortunately, the people of the 67th century weren’t exactly the most friendly bunch around, and they didn’t take kindly to the Legend Kids showing up uninvited. So, they sent their best assassins after them. After an intense battle, the assassins had shot the Waverider out of the sky, and now they were crash-landing.)
“I don’t see them anywhere!” Kaleb said worriedly.
Ben's hair slowly became a bright yellow color. (This usually happened whenever they were worried or scared.) They refrained from speaking, however. The last time they had tried, they had accidentally bitten their tongue.
Laurel screamed as she slammed the lever forward, pushing it into overdrive. Her fingers moved rapidly, punching in random numbers and coordinates, hoping that would somehow help. The last attack from the assassins had caused Gideon to go offline. Laurel had no idea what to do now. The AI was always the one who did all the work when it came to flying the time ship.
Another shudder ran through the ship, sending Catriona lurching forward. She slammed into the strap of her seat, hitting her chest hard. She yelped in pain.
Ethan grunted, sliding around on his seat in spite of the safety straps. “Laurel, do something!” he yelled.
“No, shit, Sherlock!” Laurel growled back. “What the heck do you think I’m doing up here?” She slammed her hand down on the controls, screaming in frustration.
“Land Ho!” Ryan yelled. Everyone tensed up, bracing themselves for impact. The Waverider slammed into the ground, gliding across the grey pavement and tearing up the earth as it went. The ship ground and moaned, shaking the occupants and contents inside.
Laurel's head flung around like one of those old bobbleheads from the early ages. She thought for sure she’d have a concussion later.
Wires fell from the ceiling. The console at the center of the bridge sprayed, making loud zapping noises. Catriona yelped at this, startled.
Laurel slammed on the breaks, and the ship slowly began to decrease in speed. The Waverider skidded across the ground, uprooting trees and boulders, before finally coming to a stop at the edge of a cliff.
The Legend Kids stared, wide-eyed, breathing heavily.
“Well, JJ,” Laurel said slowly. “You’re a dad is gonna kill me.”
“I’ll, uh, see if I can find his old manual…” JJ muttered, unstrapping herself with shaky hands.
Catriona and Ethan unbuckled as well, and the three of them set off to the engine room. Jax, JJ's father, had been trying to teach JJ about the Waverider since he had been the Legends mechanic. But JJ just didn’t have the hands needed for the job. So, Catriona and Ethan did the best they could to help with their intellectual minds.
Ben sighed, unbuckling as well. They stood up, as their hair turned back to its normal color of purple.
“That was awful,” they grumbled.
“I think I’m gonna puke.” They held their stomach and made gagging sounds, before suddenly breaking out into a huge grin. “Wanna go again?”
The Snart Twins and Ryan broke out into a fit of laughter. They were just so relieved that they weren’t dead. They all went to the galley to find some food, while the other three worked to at least fix Gideon.
{~}
An hour and a half later, the Legend Kids were anxiously waiting on the bridge, when Gideon finally came back online.
JJ, Catriona, and Ethan had managed to repair a majority of the time ship by now. (At least enough to time jump out of the hell hole, when the AI came back online.) All they had to do was get Gideon back up.
Ethan fiddled with some wires on the console. “I think this should do it,” he said.
“You think?” Ryan frowned.
“Yeah, no offense, but I think we should be certain about this,” Kaleb agreed. “Last time we did this we lost all power for a week.”
“That was not fun,” JJ grumbled.
Ethan rolled his eyes, but he didn’t answer them. Instead, he connected the two wires together and hoped for the best. Fortunately, it worked. Gideon sprayed to life a few seconds later.
“Hello, Legend Kids,” the AI spoke.
The team cheered, happy that they had finally done something right. They were also just happy that they’d gotten their most important team member back. (Yes, the AI was part of the team. Anyone who thought otherwise was an idiot.)
“Perhaps, the cheers are a bit premature,” Gideon said, sounding a bit guilty. “Just before my systems went offline, I received an urgent message from Central City. I believe the Lightning Strikers require some assistance.”
Laurel sighed. It wasn’t that she disliked the team in Central City. Really they were a great group, but the Legend Kids already had their hands full with time anomalies. They couldn’t just pack up and leave every time their friends back home wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons. (There was also the fact that Jax would be very upset when he saw the state they’d put the Waverider in.) Still, if the others genuinely needed their help, they couldn’t say no. “Do we have enough fuel for a time jump?”
“Yes, Commander,” Gideon told her.
“Okay,” she said. “Set course for Central City, 2043.”
~ Team Nightquiver ~
It was approximately nine forty-five at night when Team Nightquiver infiltrated the old abandoned warehouse. There was a group of criminals in the center of the building, plotting their latest heist on the Star City bank.
William was perched in the rafters, dresses in his Nightquiver uniform. He was clutching his crossbow, setting an arrow into the weapon. “Is everyone in position?” he asked through the coms.
“Yeah,” Venus answered. She was dressed in her Dischord costume, her harp hanging at her side. “But quick question. Why are these guys always in old warehouses? Can’t the choose someplace classy? Like a hotel maybe?”
“Yeah, agreed on Zoe. “A hotel would be nice. These warehouses are super cliché.” She wore her Wild Fox suit, her weapons at the ready.
“A hotel would be too obvious,” Sarah pointed out. She wore her Sparta outfit, carrying her guns.
“That’s true I guess,” agreed John. “But it’s still cliché.” He was dressed as Hawk, holding a bow with an arrow notched on its string.
“Let’s just get this done,” Gavin sighed. He wore his Shadow Boxer costume, his own bow strapped over his shoulder. (There was a surplus of archers on this team. And that didn’t even include their parents.)
“He's right,” Will said. “Stay focused. Starbyte are we clear to move in?”
Jupiter spoke from the other side of the com. (Her code name was Starbyte.) “All clear,” she told the team. “Better move fast. They’re on the move!”
The criminals were heading for the door, masks covering their faces now. They carried automatic shotguns and machine guns with them. There were about five of them in total, meaning they had them outnumbered by one.
Will jumped from the rafters, landing expertly on the ground. He tucked and rolled, coming to a stop on one knee, like a real badass. (And somehow he hadn’t even made a sound.) A few seconds later, John and Zoe dropped down next to him. From across the room, he saw Sarah and Venus drop to the ground as well. Gavin charged across the rafters, touching down in front of the exit and stopping the crooks from leaving.
The criminals blanched, shocked at the sight of the heroes. Most of them were young adults, and one of them was even a teenager. Were they just letting anyone in on the vigilante gig now? The leader of the crooks laughed, unimpressed.
“Seriously? Couldn’t they be bothered sending any real heroes? What, was the Green Arrow too busy or something?” she scoffed.
“Actually, yeah,” Venus nodded. “But I think you’ll find we’re even better.”
“A bunch of children? I doubt that very much,” the leader laughed.
“We're not children!” Zoe protested.
“We're young adults!” Sarah finished.
“Well excuse me!” the leader rolled her eyes.
“Let's get em!” John yelled.
The team jumped into action. William fired an arrow, pinning one of the crooks to the wall by his shirt sleeve. Then, he turned, swiftly kicking another man’s legs out from under her. Zoe kicked her in the gut, before knocking her out with a swift hit to the head. John punched another criminal in the face, before stabbing him in the kneecap with his own arrow.
Gavin sent another crook flying across the room and slamming into the wall. Venus and Sarah teamed up against the leader. Sarah punched her in the face, sending her stumbling back. Venus kicked her in the back of the knee, making her drop to the ground.
“Hey, what kind of music do you guys like?” Venus smirked.
The crook leader frowned. “Excuse me?”
“What kind of music do you like? Rock? Country? Pop?” Venus asked.
The leader blinked, not following the random question.
“How about…whatever this is?” Venus asked, running her hands along the strings of her harp. A loud noise rang out throughout the warehouse. It was melodious; if it hadn’t been so powerful it would have been soothing. The musical sound was so powerful it pushed all the crooks back to the far wall and knocked all the ones who were still conscious.
Venus smiled, considering that a good job well is done. However, the other members of Team Nightquiver were holding their ears and groaning. They were not prepared for her to use her “magic” harp.
“A little warning next time?” John groaned.
“Oops,” Venus blushed. “Sorry.”
“Guys,” Jupiter called out through the coms. “We’ve got another problem.”
“What is it?” Zoe asked.
“Trouble in Central City. We need to go now,” Jupiter responded.
“We’re on our way,” Will said. “You good to meet us there?”
“Yup,” Jupiter said. “See you at Star Labs. Stay safe.”
“No promises,” Venus shrugged. With that Team Nightquiver left for the City of Speedsters, leaving the crooks nice and tied up like a Christmas present for the police. They made a bit stop at a random subway bathroom, changing into their civilian clothes. Then, they bought train tickets and rode out to Central City. Meanwhile, Jupiter gathered her belongings -- her computer, clothes, etc, etc. Then, she headed out for Central City as well.
~ Geodehope ~
Savvy walked into the DEO base, eyes still groggy from being woken from her slumber. She yawned, a little irritated at her mothers for dragging her out of bed and taking her here in the middle of the night. Why couldn't this wait until the morning?
Looking around the meeting room, she noticed the other Geodehopes had been gathered by their parents as well. Philip Olson was slumped in his chair, eyes barely open. Next to him was Conner Kent, wearing a dark shirt with the iconic Super S on his chest. He yawned, too tired to even complain about how annoying his super hearing was. (He was still trying to get use to it.)
Val'y-ree J'onzz sat, leaning her head on Cameron Schott's shoulder. (They weren't even dating. Val just liked sleeping on people.)
Anastasia and Blaze, the two off spring of Supergirl, sat together across from Val and Cam.
Savvy sighed and took her place next to Phil. "What's going on?" she asked, leaning her head on the table.
"Sorry to wake you everyone," J'onn, Val's dad said, "But we received urgent news from earth one."
"They need our help," Kara informed them.
"Yeah, but we're completely swamped. So, you guys get to go instead!" Winn grinned.
"Hm...I'll be more excited when it's a decent hour to be awake," Philip grunted. "Wake me up later."
James shook his head at his son. "Sorry, but this is too important. It's time to wake up now."
Alex, Savvy's mother, placed a bunch of cups of coffee on the table. Savvy hadn't even seen her leave to get them. "You'll need your energy for cross dementional travel. Trust me," she told them.
Anastasia sighed, grabbing a coffee. "I don't even like caffeine..."
Blaze shrugged. He seemed happy enough to take it. "At least it'll help us stay awake."
"When do we leave?" Val asked, sipping her own coffee.
"We'll give you a few hours to get ready," J'onn told his daughter.
"Only a few hours?" Cam whined.
"Sorry, but they said it was really urgent. We need to hurry," Winn said.
Cam sighed, taking his coffee. Philip groaned, taking a cup of coffee and making fake crying noises. Savvy just sighed again, taking a cup for herself before passing one to Conner. He took it silently, nodding his thanks. The boy was rather quiet. He rarely ever said anything, unless he absolutely had to speak.
The parents left the kids to wake up, allowing them to drink their coffee in peace. They came back a few hours later (though the kids were still tired as hell) to send them across the multiverse.

So, that's the first part of this mash up! Hope you enjoyed it! The second part will come after two or three requested one shots. In the second part they'll all meet up at Star Labs and figure out what the heck is going on. In the mean time y'all can check out their cannon stories if you want (or at least the three that are up so far. I haven't gotten Geodehope ready yet.)
If you're interested in them here's the covers to help you find them easier. (LK will have two since it's on book two now)
(The covers are posted in the order you should read them in...Or you could ignore the order. It doesn't matter.)
That's all for now,
Toodles!
