The question was how are we able to get the characters in our books to cooperate.

Well... this is an interesting one.

It is a three step process. More like a three version process, but whatever

1: We have to first pick who will do the parts. Many of the times we ask for a part to be filled we get on of two things.

a: A long list of candidates that we have to go through and find the best one.

b: An empty grave and current members start panicking.

2: (Mostly for 'a') We then have to interview, audition and test the people we have trying out for a part. It can take hours each week. Which is why we have started slightly changing it up. We have a whole week of the interviews.

3: (Mostly for 'b') Me and Mlm will go through our current people and see who can fit the spot. It's normally minor spots, but they are really hard to fill. most of the time, we have one of five people do the parts depending on what is needed.

Now to answer some questions that're being made in this.

Q: What happens if you miss the week of interviews and auditions?

A: Naturally, if you can't make it, you must send in a video of your skills. We'll send you a copy of the interview question that you must answer and send back and a test script that you must record yourself doing and send as well. You have a week to a month to send it before you are immediately kicked out of the opportunity.

Q: Who are the people that naturally are chosen?

A: Like I said, it depends on the spot. Midnight handles all little kid parts. He has two rolls I can name; One in any Aloje book that is Midnight and one in the Precure books that is Roseabella from PPV2. Ice handles a lot of the mysterious positions, such as Lapis's "Siren" in "A Dark Dance" as well as anything cloaked and more. Lapis plays tons of rolls. I lost count after a while, but it varies from elderly people to young adult and teens. He has played parts where he's disabled as well. And finally Oak (Green for most of the world, Blue for my family) with Sang-E-Maryam assisting him, works on the special effects and music. Since this spot is almost never filled, they do it all. Sang-E-Maryam also plays many large creatures. There was a time we couldn't get a Charizard because our set Charizard wasn't feeling well. Sang-E-Maryam took the spot and helped Oak get the effects added. And these guys don't stop there. They all work together on bloopers, timeskips and more.
