Comments: This episode was better than I thought it'd be. (I thought the needle trick was awesome). Plus it was funny when everyone knew that Po was faking having mastered the Phoenix level but they pretended to not know. And then Po beats the shoes with water. Awesome! (Honestly, though, I wouldn't be surprised if Po ever mastered that needle thing since, you know...he's a fast learner).

While looking over this log, I noticed that teenage me spelled a lot of words incorrectly, which is kind of embarrassing since I think I'm usually a pretty good speller. But no...apparently I spelled celestial as "solestial". (It could be because I hadn't heard of that word at that point too...). P.S, the fan story this reminded me of was an epic adventure story where Tai Lung was actually the Phoenix warrior and was supposed to tag team with the Dragon Warrior. Can't remember the fic since it's been over a decade, but I must have really liked it.
