Midna

I was standing outside when I suddenly saw Link running in the speed of light, almost, out the building, to Castle Town, to Hyrule Field. I looked at him confused when I saw Lana trying to catch up to him but failed

"What's up?" I asked. She sighed and crossed her arms "I thought Link already went home, he was still in the building?"

"It seems like it..." Fi floated over to us, not even saying anything then sat on her chair next to the Master Sword "Fi, you're here too?" Fi nodded

"I was trying to get master to pull on the master sword but he keeps denying he's the hero" I rolled my eyes and looked back at the sky going to turn into twilight soon. I can't get home until then, so I'm just stuck here

"The way he looked at Dark earlier, I'm sure that's why Link thinks he's not the hero. Dark is keeping him from thinking that" I said

"I thought so too... It looks like he really is scared of Dark" Lana said "Cia found him when he was with his newly hatched dragon" I raised a brow confused. What dragon? Was that the egg he had earlier? "He acted like he wanted to fight, but he couldn't. Not because he was in a spell though... And he didn't realize what time it was" she held her hip. The twilight had finally came, my body transformed and made me smaller and weaker "Midna? What happened to you?"

"I've been cursed to look like this when it turns twilight, just until I get home" I floated to the exit, which wasn't really necessary "see yah" I disappeared from the area and arrived in Hyrule Field. I looked up and saw Link riding on his Loftwing, speeding as fast as he could. I furrowed my brows confused and followed him as fast as I could through the sky. He jumped off to what looked like a hidden village and stormed into a house. I flew into this village and looked around. There was cats all over the place

"Huh... Is this where he lives?" I started floating towards the place he ran in. I suddenly heard growling. I went into the house and saw that I was surrounded by hay. There was a dragon laying down in it, napping. The growling became louder, but it didn't come from it. I looked for the source of this growling and came face to face with a blue eyed beast, a wolf, with red small ring earrings. I gasped and floated backwards

"W-what are you?" It barked and started attacking "hey! Step off!" I glared and flew out the house, but it kept following "stop following me, you idiot!" I fell forward and turned to see it still growling while walking slowly towards me. I lifted my hand and created a ball of darkness "what have you done to Link?!" It's ears raised before it sat down, calmed itself and tilted it's head to the side confused. I stared at the beast confused until I stared at its blue eyes...

"Link?" It tilted it's head to the other side. I floated over to hold the side of its mouth. These are his eyes... His longing and sad blue eyes "how are you like this?" I hovered my hand over his head "I... Feel something in you're head" I raised my hand to make my dark powers spark and dug in his head. He barked and backed away. I was holding the reason why he was a wolf. He was sitting on the ground surprised as a human "a Shadow Crystal... This is from my world. How do you have it?" The crystal automatically shot back in his head, making him a wolf again. I furrowed my brows confused and floated back to him shaking himself and looked at me

"Link..." I reached for the crystal again, but I don't see the point now. It's gonna go back to him. He started making noise. I held my hip "I can't understand you boy" I looked around the village we were around "is this where you live? What a dump" he growled at me. I ignored him and started flying all over the place. One house I went into was filled with clothes of the same size

"You're clothes huh?" I picked up a funky looking pointy green hat and put it on "this is funny" I screamed when something bit my neck. I threw it away and looked around "what was that?" Probably a bug. I flew to another house, with Link following me. The next house was filled with swords, arrows, bows, wands and other weapons "hm..." I picked up a shield and sword "how do you humans use this?" I swung the sword around, making Link duck. I threw those away and went to another house filled with Mask. Ooh! Interesting room!

I picked up a bunny hood and put it on my head "look! I'm a bunny!" I laughed. Link sighed and walked up to a chest to stand in front of it. I moved him out the way to see what he was hiding and opened it to take out a strange mask with white hair and unique patterns on the human like face "what's this?" I asked curiously. He snatched it away from me and put it back in the chest. I giggled, rolled my eyes and flew out the house to go over to another house full of rupees and chest. My jaw dropped surprised

"You're rich!" I looked at him walking up to me "where did you get all this?!" He just stared at me before walking away. I followed him to a house filled with creative carved wood. I nodded interested and kept following him to a house with a birds nest. His Loftwing was in here. We kept walking and went to a house filled with paper and some instruments all over the place. I picked up a piece of paper and red "Zelda's Lullaby" I frowned and hurried to keep following Link. He still cares even if he says he doesn't...

We walked pass a room with his backpack and filled with hay. We ignored it and walked inside a room full of items of all kinds! I looked around the place, picking up dozens of jewelry necklaces, earrings, and such!

"Whoa! There's so many things here!" I gasped and looked at the millions of different shaped keys hanging on key chains on the ceiling by the dozens. I then looked at the three different boots made of iron, leather, and one with wings. There were millions of bottles with stuff inside including red potion, blue potion, milk? Fish, water, gold dust, fairy dust, small eggs, seeds, and Poe souls? 

There was also magic beans, pictograph box, delivering bag, bombs, charts rolled like scrolls, feathers of hundred kinds, and so much for me to take. I picked up a pretty red ring and looked at Link staring at the wall

"Say Link, where did you get all this?" I asked while picking up a single glove and looked outside at the moon. I put it down and looked at a treasure medal "is this how you got all this? Plus with the millions of Rupees you have in the other house?" He didn't look at me and stared at a cat with a collar that had a rupee medal on it. It gave him a orange rupee it put on the floor from its mouth "is that your rupee finder?" He glanced at me

"Geez, you don't have to look at me like that" I rolled my eyes and picked up a interesting rod with a red orb on top. He flinched when I picked it up "what does this do?" Fire suddenly came out. I shouted as it burned the wood around us. Link stormed through the fire to pick up a light blue orb and shot out ice from it, making the fire freeze and die down. I fell on the floor surprised before looking at the fire Rod I dropped

"Why would you have something so dangerous?" I dust myself off and looked at where the fire went "nothing got damaged, that would of been a shame" I thought for a moment "didn't the fire hit you?" I looked at him growling at me. I held my hip "don't go all mad at me for not knowing" he stormed off "where are you going?" He went back to the paper filled house to search through the papers, stared at one in particular, and started howling a melody.

Light blinded the side of my eye. I looked outside the window and saw the sun coming up. I stared at it surprised before looking up at human Link dead close to my face in anger. I screamed and flew back to brush it off with a giggle

"A little close there wolfy"

"Who are you?! How did you get here!? This hidden village is hidden for a reason! You're not allowed here!"

"Who says?" I crossed my arms

"All my stuff is here! You just come and touch things you don't even know what they are! That was a fire Rod! You almost burned down my happy place!" I frowned

"This is your happy place..?" He sat down and looked down

"I come here to get away from everyone... No one knows about this place... It's the best place where I can hide when transforming into a wolf..."

"A wolf... How did you get that shadow crystal in your head? I took it out and yet, it went back in" he looked away

"I can't..." He held his head in pain "remember... I can only... Look" he closed his eyes "forward" the light from the sunlight came shining. My body sparkled to transform me back to my original form

"Were you cursed like I was?" I asked. He looked at me surprised. I chuckled and stood up "I'm sorry for playing with your things, I was just curious"

"Midna?"

"I know my name" I crossed my arms "you don't only use this place to hide from the twilight, but you just hide all together..." He looked away and stood to walk outside to a house I first found him in. A small dragon was still laying on the hay, sleeping. Link smiled and picked it up

"I played the song of the sun, which means I made time go forward... It's the next day already and this little guy already got all the sleep it needed while the two of us didn't even leave the time so if we don't get sleep soon, we're gonna get tired. You should leave..." He looked away "and don't come back"

"Why are you so determined to keep people away from everyone?" I glared "why do you neglect your role of the hero!? Link! Why can't you just man up and be who you are meant to be!" He stared at me with a solid face

"Who am I exactly..?" I frowned "I travel all over Hyrule to look for something, but I don't even know what that is... I turn into a wolf, I know why but I can't... Remember" he started walking around the village as I followed "I'm afraid of looking forward... I can't look back. I have all these items to sell in the market to make people happy. It's the only thing that can bring me joy besides being with my fairies... Tatl and Tael. I'm not qualified to be a hero. I don't care how many people tell me I am... Not even the spirits of light or Hylia can convince me I'm a hero"

"You mean the queen? How can the words of the queen of Hyrule not convince you?" He looked confused before looking away.

"My entire life changed after that day... The day my village burned because of him..." He hissed

"Link... That wasn't your fault" he glared

"It wasn't only that that ruined me! Blood... The sight of blood were stained into my heart... The most terrible thing Dink could have done that ruined my life forever" I gulped as his eyes were filled in sadness and pain and anger

"W-what..?" He towered me before whispering

"He murdered my girlfriend before tearing her apart right before my eyes.."
