Dink was outside, watching me as Zelda stared at me. Oh no, he's going to think we're friends! I'm out of here! Protect yourself Zelda and get away from me! All of you!

I just went to my second period class, Outdoor Class, and already have drama coming back to me. The first thing that happened this morning was me getting beaten by dad, my fairies ran away, seeing Zelda, getting torn by the sword, seeing Impa, and now this? Well... At least I gave Lana my Gale Boomerang, kept the girls safe, and rescued this egg

I had noticed it when I went outside, the man, or teacher, calling himself Mr.Purlo, wearing an odd outfit, was introducing a old climb wall that hasn't been used in years. Falling wasn't even a problem because there was a few Loftwing flyers around. I recognize some of them from first period, but I ignored them and looked up at the wall without the teacher noticing me yet. Everyone else was staring at me though, especially the Loftwing flyers. I rolled my eyes annoyed

I dug in my bag and took out my hawkeye mask to look up at the very top of the wall "what are you doing?" I looked down at Navi boredly before looking back up

"Get lost" she groaned

"Excuse me! Who do you think you are talking to me like that?!" I huffed. Did she forget all the crap she put me through? I have nothing against her, but I'm going to treat her like she treated me.

"Whatever" I noticed a egg on the very top of the wall "out of my way fairy" I took a few steps back while putting away my mask and took out my clawshot

"Who you calling fairy?!" She glared. I chuckled and looked down at her

"Sorry" she frowned as I pointed my clawshot up the wall and pulled myself up before starting to climb towards the egg

"Hey shrimp!" I looked over at a pointy haired guy riding his blackish grey Loftwing "what do you think you're doing?!" I ignored him and started climbing up. This wall is ridiculously tall, it's going to take me awhile to climb this thing

"Hey kid!" Another kid with blonde hair on a Loftwing yelled at me this time "get down!" He threw a Deku nut at me. I glared and looked at him. He flinched and shouted while flying away. Humph! Bastard

"What's wrong with you Strich!?" The pointy haired guy asked. These guys are annoying. I made it to the very top and looked at the egg. Huh... This isn't a Cucco egg... It's a little different. I carefully picked it up and jumped off the tall wall. The suppose Knights didn't look like they wanted to catch me, not that I care for my death, but I want to help this egg. I called for my Loftwing and landed safely on my feet. Everyone was very shocked at me and my Loftwing. I brushed them off, did whatever happened after my landing and rushed back into the building to avoid Dink

I walked through a dark hallway until I found myself in front of a large door with the Triforce on the front "where is here?"

"Link..." A voice called. I looked around confused "only the ones with the Triforce may enter this room... Please step forward and see me" I made sure no one was around and pushed the door open. I walked into the completely white and empty room before the door closed behind me. The room suddenly started glowing. I looked up and saw...

"Hylia!" I gasped happily and took off my backpack to put the egg on top. Hylia smiled and sat down on her throne that suddenly appeared behind her

"Hello dear" I smiled happily and stood straight "how have you've been?"

"To be honest, I had better days" I chuckled embarrassed. She nodded

"You've grown to be a fine young man... Very strong and handsome" I blushed "how's your search around Hyrule going? You've been searching for your..." She looked down "for awhile" I nodded

"I'm still looking, though I don't even know what I'm looking for" tears ran out my eyes automatically without my command. I tried stopping them but they wouldn't

"You know indeed what you are looking for, but because of your memory being blocked, all you can do is look forward..." I nodded "poor boy... Your heart knows what it wants, that's how you know you need to keep looking for them... Your memory block prevents you from doing so much, but keep following your heart and there's nothing wrong with going forward... There's nothing wrong with looking back either. You can't look back yet, find your courage and wisdom and you'll be able to see all around you" I sat down and sighed

"I know things... I know what my memory is blocking. It's strange if you think about it, but I can't do anything about it..." I clenched my fist "I'm forced to go forward... And I don't want to go forward..." I looked at Ben staring, next to me "I... Have to look back... I have to..." I held my head "look for... Them" Ben huffed and disappeared. My head hurts... A hand held my cheek. I blushed and looked up at Hylia's beautiful face smiling at me

"Do not push yourself... Grow young one" I bit my lips "find your light... Wisdom is within your friends and how you feel with them. Courage is within your actions, you thinking of others and protecting them... You find this many times, but you don't let it last, do you?" I looked down "you're afraid of the future, that's why you don't like looking forward... You want to look back. But there's nothing back there for you... You just need to remove the seal on your memory" I didn't say anything for a moment

"I-it's hard..." I cried "I can't do anything... I'm no hero... That light spirit said I was... A lot of people say I am... I'm not... I can't do anything"

"Everything is as it is... Grow Link..." She held my left hand and looked at my Triforce glowing slightly "do not worry... I'll be watching over you" I looked at her confused "speak to me again when the time comes... take care of my Zelda..." She disappeared and made the room go back white instead of the strange aura of the silent realm my mom uses to go places without time passing by. I sighed and stood up to walk away from the room after picking up my bag and egg. The egg started shaking. I looked down at it confused and saw a baby dragon popping out the shell. I helped it out its shell and held it up to stare at its cute eyes

"You're a dragon!" I smiled "wow! Hi!" It cheered and jumped to cuddle with me. I chuckled and walked out the room "say, my name is Link. What do you think I should call you?"

"Li...nk" I gasped amazed

"Wow! You talked! That's so cool!" I laughed and looked up to see Fi in the middle of the halls "Fi?" She bowed, making me flinch

"Master... Please pull on the Master Sword and take your role as the hero of Hyrule" I glared and walked pass her

"How many times do I have to keep telling people?! I'm not a hero! Get away from me!" I frowned and looked down at the baby dragon frowning at me. I don't want to show this dragon bad things just as it hatched. I sighed and looked at Fi behind me, she was so close I shouted surprised and jumped back

"Master, you must draw the sword and fulfill your destiny" she said. Why she keep calling me master?

"What makes you think I'm the hero..?" I frowned "I... Can't be a hero Fi. I really can't" I looked down "I'll just be a disappointment... I'm fine with that, really. I'm sure there's others that can be this hero, it's not me..." I turned around but smiled at her "you're a nice girl, but please don't come close to me... I just don't want anything happening to anyone. Keeping everyone away is my way of protecting them"

"But master, don't you want to use a sword to help protect your friends?" I looked away and started walking away

"I already have dozens of swords... I have everything I need... Friends aren't one of them" I closed my eyes and started crying. My dragon frowned at me "I'm sorry..." I hugged it "what kind of hero I would be if I just just let someone die..? That was my biggest mistake ever... You know why I know I'm not the hero..? Because I can't protect anyone and I'm terrified..." Fi's presents was still behind me deadly close until I said that

"You're pathetic" Ben said, appearing next to me once I turned a corner "you're a coward..." He frowned "I can't stand you" he disappeared. I burst out in tears and fell on my knees

"Damn it..." I cried "why..?" A hand gently held my shoulder. I jumped, feeling danger, and accidentally landed on my butt. A girl wearing a Triforce cocker around her neck, a hat and mask while ridiculously showing too much skin on her torso, was staring at me with a amused face

"My my, are you crying young man?" She giggled. I glared and looked down to have my hood hid me

"Get away from me..." My dragon glared at her "I'm not in the mood... Not now or ever"

"Awe, why not?" She threw my hoodie back to see my surprised face. Took off her mask to stare at me surprised... Lana? This woman has her face. No, this is her evil twin isn't it? "Dark?" I glared and stood up

"I'm not him!" Her cheeks went a little pink before chuckling

"I'll say" she grabbed my chin to bring me closer to her. She's too close! I can't move "wow... Who knew Dark had a twin brother..." She embraced my chest "it's a shame I can't use my full power because of this necklace... what's your name?" She played with my hair with her finger

"Tsk" my dragon jumped and attacked the girl with fire, which I'm sure name was Cia, from what Lana told me. Cia jumped surprised and moved me. I smirked, picked up my dragon and dashed away

"You can breath fire...Good job! Thanks for helping me. When I need your help, I'll just say bite, okay?" It nodded happily. My dragon was suddenly was in a glass ball, my feet lost feeling and fell forward, making my dragon roll away "no!" I was going to stand and run after it, but my back was suddenly pressed by a heel shoe

"That was a unpleasant way to treat a lady" Cia snarled. I groaned

"Get off me woman! I'm not Dink!" She giggled

"You mean Dark? Oh no, darling. You're just better than he is!" She took her foot off and levitated me back on my feet to pin me on the wall with magic. She used her finger to lift up my chin and came closer to me "and much more handsome"

"Stop flirting with me, I have no interest in anyone in this school!" I glared. Her hand embraced my chest again. "Agh... Get your hands off me" Lana really meant it when she said she had a evil twin

"Awe... Daring, why don't you like this? I'm beautiful aren't I?" I suddenly barked at her. I gasped and stared at the floor wide eyed. I barked... "Oh! You dog!" She laughed

"Get away from him, Cia!" Magic shot Cia away from me. I was released and I looked over at Lana standing not too far from me. I sighed and looked back at Cia glaring at her sister

"Lana..." She hissed

"Get away from Link! He wants nothing to do with you!" Cia giggled

"So his name is Link, then?" Lana stood in front of me

"You can't use your full magic! So you can't hypnotize him! Get out the building already!" Cia huffed and disappeared. Lana sighed and looked at me with a frown "you okay..?" I looked away

"I'm fine" I looked around the empty hallway. It feels... Weird "what time is it?"

"Almost nighttime" I gasped and made a run for it "wait!" She started flying next to me "what's wrong?!"

"How did it get so late?!" It must be when I was in the silent realm with Hylia "sorry, I have to go!"

"Don't you want your gale boomerang?!"

"Tomorrow! It's getting late!" I ran out through the building, hoping I can find my dragon. It was near the exit "hey buddy!" I quickly picked it up "how you get this far?" I laughed and used my sword to break the seal, but that caused the sword Lana gave me to break. Oh well, I don't really use swords anyways, even if I have many back in the hidden village. 

"I'll show you where I spend my free time and hide from my dad and brother" I said before whistling to call my Loftwing. I have to hurry before twilight comes around
