I stared down at the Legendary Four Sword laying on the floor just as Link dropped it "he is the Hero of Legend..." I put my hands together "he even had the Triforce on his hand.." I looked at the back of my right hand "just like me... But" I hugged myself "why was his lacking... Light?"

"Princess" I looked over at Impa walking towards the pedestal I was in the middle of. I frowned at her as she looked down at the Four Sword "the legendary sword..." I nodded and took out a clothe from my bag next to my harp and picked the sword up with it

"Link pulled it out"

"Well... That's great news... That means he'll be able to pull the master sword... Right?" I looked down "Princess..?"

"The sword... Almost killed him"

"The sword? Don't you mean the other way around?" I shook my head

"He pulled on the sword, the Triforce on the back of his hand shined but he was lacking the other pieces... He hasn't fully awakened, but I don't understand why the sword tried killing him" she held my shoulder

"You say he's lacking his other pieces?" I nodded

"From what I saw, he only had power... Like Ganondorf? but that's his actual piece from when he touched the shattered Triforce. The sacred fires Link's ancestors should have used to make the goddess sword into the master sword should have gave him the full light of the Triforce... But strange thing was, he didn't have courage or wisdom" I... I wonder why he lacked those two when he clearly had them as a kid. I saw it with my own eyes... Even my late mother saw it with her own eyes"

"Lacking of courage and wisdom... I think that explains it all" I looked at Impa confused "Princess... Link was transferred to Knight Protection Patrol" I smiled

"That's good right? That will show he's the hero! My dad already knew of this, so I'm sure that's why he was put into that" She looked down "what's wrong?"

"Link... Princess, he wanted me to kill him" I gasped and cupped my mouth surprised "I pointed my sword at him and he came closer to it when he stood up... He even opened his arms and sounded excited when I told him he'll receive a punishment for talking to me as he did"

"Awe..." We looked up and saw Lana guilty sitting on a side chair "you weren't suppose to know that princess" I furrowed my brows confused

"What aren't I suppose to know?" She stood up and faced me, then looked at the wrapped sword in my hands

"I should had put to a forbidden spell on Impa to prevent her from telling you... I already did it to the other Knights, but I guess I was too late..." She sighed "but I guess there's no hiding it now... Yesterday... I had already put a forbidden spell on Link, to forbid him from killing himself" I sighed in relief

"That's grea-!"

"But that was after he wanted to fall to his death from the top of the Great Deku Tree" I cupped my mouth again "luckily for us, he was granted a Crimson Loftwing... So now no way to fall him fall from a high place 'accidentally' and if Midna wasn't there, I would have been too late to save him" my eyes widened

"Midna..? Wait, He was chosen by the Crimson Loftwing?" She nodded "that means he is the hero... Most definitely! This is great! Thank you so much for putting that spell on him" tears ran out my eyes. She smiled and nodded

"It was for Hyrule, but also because his eyes hold a special feeling in them" I looked at her confused. She blushed "he longs for something... He's afraid of something... He's sad..." I frowned and looked down

"What's he afraid of..? Dark?"

"Uh, no. That's behind my list of reasons why he's afraid" Midna came out of nowhere. Shouldn't these two be in class? "He beat up Dark when he was going to kill me" I frowned "but you remember me saying that, right? How can he be afraid of Dark if he's beating him up?"

"The Triforce he's still holding" Impa said "Power... He had the power to fight me back but he shook in fright when he asked if I wanted to fight. His will of courage isn't strong enough, but it seems that a push of power is just enough to make him do what he wants to do" that power push might just help him...

"His eyes also hold a kindness just as yours Princess.." Lana said. I frowned at her "we might not know all the pieces of his feelings, but that power he uses is the push he uses to do things he can't do with courage... Finding his courage is going to be hard, but I know he can find his wisdom from you" I held my heart

"Me?" She nodded

"Yes, the kindness in his eyes are a form of wisdom. If he can express it more, he might just be able to get his wisdom back. And who better suited for the job than you? The wisdom is on your hand after all" I looked at the back of my marked hand with the Triforce and frowned. I have the Triforce of wisdom on my hand. Link is the only one that has them all thanks to the sacred flames his ancestors got to make the master sword... They're not complete pieces of the Triforce, I'm sure he should be holding the Triforce of courage of Ganondorf has the power piece... 

"Link doesn't even care about me... He said so himself when he was here... I can't help him. I want to but... He wouldn't even look at me in the eyes" I held my heart "what has happened to him..?" My friends all frowned until Navi came running in

"Hey! Outside! Hurry!" Impa took the sword from me and we rushed outside, following Navi, to see Link climbing a rock wall with vines like a monkey or something. Outdoor class were all looking at him amazed, so was I!

He made it to the top to grab something and dropped 30 feet under. I gasped as he whistled loudly, making his Crimson Loftwing catch him. I smiled happily while tears ran down my eyes "Link..." He jumped down and landed on his feet safely with a egg in his arms

"Excuse me good sir, who are you?" The teacher asked. Link glanced at him before walking away "good sir! You can't just come into my class, use your claw shot and climb my wall!"

"Why not?" Link asked emotionlessly "I'm in this class" the teacher looked surprise before Link handed him a piece of paper. I walked up to him while the teacher read the paper. Link looked down at me confused

"H-hi.." I smiled. His cheeks turned a little pink before looking away "h-how you feel..?" I looked down at the egg

"Fine I guess" he smiled "say, do you think I can pull on that sword again?" I flinched and held my heart surprised

"W-what..? But it hurt you..."

"I don't care" I looked down at the grass wide eyed. He really does want to kill himself... "Hey, shut up..." I heard him whisper. I looked at him glaring the other way. Huh?

"Fine, looks like you're in my class" the teacher sighed "but I don't want any cheating, you hear me?"

"I wasn't cheating, I was just trying to grab this egg for your information" the teacher got mad

"How dare you speak to me in such a manner!?" Link rolled his eyes and looked down. I stared at his blue Iris and saw that they looked guilty...

"Like I care..." His eyes went more guilty. The teacher groaned and walked away. Link looked up and noticed all of us "are you guys in this class too..?" He looked nervous now

"Me? Doing outdoor activities? As if" Midna sassed

"I am" Navi held her hip

"I have double patrol" Impa said

"I still gotta take care of the Loftwings!" Lana waved happily. Link stared at her before walking pass me. I bit my lips and looked over at him. Link...

"Say, is it allowed to have your Loftwing in your own home instead of here?" He asked

"Hm? Oh, no, you may take care of your Loftwing at home, just make sure you have a big open space for it, like the Great Deku Tree"

"Yeah... I have more than enough" he sighed and sat on the grass to put down the egg and take out a unique looking boomerang from his backpack "I was going to ask you, since you're a sorcerer, you think you can help fix this?" Lana took a good look at it

"Isn't it just wood?"

"No, this has magic in it" he dug in his pocket and showed her a small sack "I'll pay you to help me" she nodded and took the boomerang

"No payment required, as long as it makes you happy... Right?" I curiously looked at Link trying to hide his smile

"Uh... Whatever, just give it to my Loftwing when you're done, okay?" She nodded and looked over at me. I put my hands in fist confidently and marched to make him look into my eyes. He flinched and took a step back. He looked up for a second before looking down at me... Now there's fear in his eyes...

"Link..?" He kept stepping back until he fell backwards. He stormed off with the egg "Link!" I turned and saw Dark leaning against the school building. I glared "you... What have you done to Link?!" Impa pointed her sword. He just started laughing as all my friends were ready to attack

"Oh? You all care about him or something?" His smirk widened "he's not worth your time, ladies. He's a pathetic loser!"

"Look who's talking! You let him beat you up yesterday!" Midna said. He just laughed

"And?" He licked his lips "his Triforce was forced out of him, if you really think he can hurt me to a point where he won't stop, I would like to see that. He will stop whatever he started"

"W-wait... Did you say the Triforce was forced out of him?!" I gasped

"That's right, about 4-5 years ago. After I took care of his little friend and his village" I cupped my mouth

"You..." I glared "you're responsible for Link's behavior!" He shrugged and looked away

"Not entirely. I'm not the reason why he talks to himself and beats on himself. I'm not even sure why he does that"

"Lier!" Navi frowned "Why don't you leave Link alone!?"

"Sorry, can't do that" he appeared behind her and grabbed her chin, making her freeze

"Unhand her!" I shouted. Dark took a good look at Navi while she was shaking

"Poor fairy, do you wonder why you're so short?" Lana shot him with a few book pages that send out a harsh wind. He disappeared before it hit him and reappeared in front of me. I gasped and fell back surprised

"He's no hero princess, that spell isn't going to keep him from dying" he disappeared completely. I hugged myself and started shaking

"That jerk..." I cried. Impa helped me up

"Forget him for now, Zelda" I looked away and started walking towards Navi hugging herself

"Are you alright Navi?" She nodded and closed her eyes

"I...I remembered something" I looked at her confused "Link..." she looked at her hands "The reason why I'm small" I frowned and walked her back into the building

"Let's take you to the nurse..." she nodded

The reason why I'm short... This isn't even short... I'm 4'5 but this isn't as short as I can become...

"Mom..?" I looked at my mom after Zelda and the others dropped me off

"Yes sweetie?" She smiled at me

"What happened to us..?" She closed her eyes and held my cheek

"It's okay my fairy... All you have to do is do what you are assigned to do. You know what that is, right? What your father told you?" I nodded

"Help the forest boy... Him... Link" she nodded

"That's my fairy" I closed my eyes and thought back of the time I last saw Link... Just in the middle of Hyrule Field, where he was... Howling
