---- Link's PoV ----

After being introduced to my new friends. I made it to the principal's office in order for myself to get registered. As I walk into the room I'm met with papers flying and people yelling at each other. This, my friends, is what you call chaos. I started heading towards the receptionist, who also had an anxious look on her face. what is going on?  I thought as 2 adults scurried past me.

Once I had made it to the receptionist's desk I overheard a conversation. "did you hear, apparently a whole mob of monsters is heading here now." one of the workers said. That sentence alone was enough to make my blood freeze. 

I ran out of the office faster than Sonic running to the bathroom after he ate way too many chili dogs. I ran out the gate and whistled as loud as I could. A few minutes passed until Twilight crashed into me with enough force to knock me over.  I pet and signaled to him that monsters were coming. He gave me a short nod and put his serious face on. he looks liked he was going to rip b!cthes to shreds. 

I decided to meet up with Owen and the others so I signaled Twilight to follow me. "Hey, Link over here!" I look to my right and sure enough, the douchebag himself was standing over there grinning like a doofus. As soon as I got to him he asked "So, did you get registered"  to which I shake my head no. he narrowed his eyes " what, why not." I took out my notebook and wrote down Look man, there is a hord of monsters coming here right now. registration is the least of our problems. Owen's eyes widen and he nods "Alright, I'll go warn the others, ok?"  I nod my head and we fist bump. As I went to the gate with a sword and shield in my hands, I question myself if I'm doing the right thing and risk dying. I know that the officers here will take care of it.

I readjust my shield and start to move forward why am I doing this? what is going on? why do I feel the need to protect everyone? I start to think while I walk down to the gate again. I stood there motionally waiting for the monsters to show themselves. The academy was at the very far side of Castle Town so very few people would know about the attack. smart bastards. they are trying to conceal themselves. I thought just as I saw a small horn emerging from among the mountains. I was about to charge in when an arm pulled me into a bush. 

"dude, what are you thinking!" Owen said in a hushed voice. I just sat there silently, my eyes boring into his soul. "look, man, you can't just go out and get yourself killed! Do you have a f*cking death wish?!". I wasn't even paying attention to his rambling anymore. my eyes were more focused on what's happening in front of me. 

"Help!" my head jerked to where the voice came from. There stood a 15-year-old teenager cornered by a bokoblin. On instinct, I grabbed my sword and shield and yeeted myself out of the bush. "Link!" Owen called out to me but it was too late. "HYAH!!!" and with one slice the monster was slain. because of my outburst monsters start to charge at me. big mistake there guys. I thought as I take out 3 monsters with one backhand slice. All monsters started slashing me and beating me. Not going to lie I was getting exhausted. "Here! use this!"  the blonde yelled at me as she was throwing this small tablet-like thing with a blue shiekah eye on the back. I caught and started analyzing it while fighting monsters.

There was Bomb, Magnet, Freeze water, and a Time stopping feature wut  I'm pretty sure that I could these to my advantage. I summon a bomb and channel all my power into it making it as big as a tree (A new feature I came up with also inspired by Age Of Calamity). I chucked the bomb at them and denoted it, causing the all the monsters to go flying and the remaining fleeing.

I looked down at the tablet then look up. I did it
