Act 6 Scene 3 - Pirates

A/N - I own everything in this story and inspired by the second roleplay I did with someone, so please don't steal our shit without giving credit. Got it? Good. Enjoy.

"Mmm..." Percy moaned as he still feels very fatigued, yet, he notices he's tied by a rope, much to his subtle horror. "I'm kidnapped, aren't I? Of course I am! Not this shit again..."

Due to being a prince and an descendant of an local thunder god, Urher, he had been kidnapped as a child and used for ransom... he's still shaken up by that experience as that was the first time he lost control of his powers, accidentally killing his kidnappers. Even though it's covered up by his father, he still felt guilty of killing, even if his victims aren't good people, but still.

"Wake up, pretty boy!"

"Mmm...?"

Percy slowly open his eyes and sees a very tall orc with sharp teeths, messy, black hair, multiple scars on his arms, and brown eyes. He wears an brown tight tanktop that shows off his muscular body, silver gauntlets, dark brown trousers, black military boots and brown fisherman vest unzipped.

"Who... who are you?!" Percy shouted at them.

"Why should I tell you?" The orc replied back, "Though, one thing for sure, you're that prince from a foreign land, right?"

"..."

"I take that silence as a yes," He said, "I'm no expert about politics. Too messed up for my taste, but if I hand over that wolf chick and that vampire, we'll get some big bucks."

"Bounty hunters...?" Percy guessed.

"Nope. We're pirates," The orc replied, "So we're not a big fan of the government, however maybe we can arrange a deal that once we hand over them."

"... Wait! We're against the government too!" Percy told him.

"Huh? A bloody justice Knight is against his own allies?" The orc commented, "Sounds like a bad joke to me."

"An... an ex justice knight," Percy replied, "But regardless! You can't take us back! We'll help you with anything! I'm a prince, so I can reward you anything to your heart's content!"

"Anything?" The orc asked.

"Yes! Anything!" Percy told him.

"Well, there is one request I want to ask," The orc.

"Okay, what is it?" Percy asked.

At this point, Percy is too desperate to get out of this situation and, while he's a bit naive, he isn't stupid. While he never met a pirate, he has heard stories about them, and well aware they're not the type of people to do charity work. Similar to bounty hunters, they want treasures and riches, so he has to think of a deal to convince them.

"I want you to find our captain," The orc told him.

"T... that's it?" Percy asked him.

"Yeah. Ever heard of Sherwood Duranne?" The orc asked him, "The bird of death, you might known him better as."

Percy gasps a bit and his eyes widen. He is fully aware of the legends of Sherwood Duranne. Some exaggerated than others, but the basis was that he is considered the pirate king of the sea and many people feared him as he steals many treasures, including from a few royal families as well. He was called the bird of death because he's a raven laglean and because he causes many deaths to both rival pirates and the justice knights who were unlucky to face him in combat. Strangely enough, civilians never seen him, so some people see him as a myth.

"S-Sherwood?! Ahem..." Percy bitten his lips nervously.

"Got a problem with that?" The orc asked with a glare.

"N-No problem at all!" Percy lied.

"Good. If you help us, we'll help you," The orc told him, "That's kind of our code."

"Pirates have code?" Percy asked as if that's the strangest thing he heard.

"At least we do," The orc told him. "By the way, name's Vagan Duranne."

"Oh... Wait, what!?" Percy gasped. "Y-You're related to him?!"

"Not by blood, obviously," Vagan told him as he starts untying him, "Here."

Vagan releases the prince, who stands up and the orc heads out of the room.

"I'm gonna check on the others. Don't go out of the room yet until I say otherwise." He told him as he leaves.

"... Alexander is so gonna kill me..." Percy thought as he facepalms, "Though, it's either death or work for them... and I don't want to die. So, working for them is the best choice for now..."

A/N - I hope you enjoyed this part and if you do like it, leave a comment and have a good day, my guild. Aqua out!
