Zeref's POV

" August, I need you to help Larcade search for abandoned houses. Also call Irene for her to use her spying eye magic (I forgot what its called : P). Then tell the other springgans to train, Train as hard as you can!!!!" I shouted in my lacrima phone, After I heard August say 'yes sir' I hung up and began pacing around for a way to find my literally baby brother.

I heard the door open with a slam and acnologia came through panting. 

"I can't find any abandoned houses anywhere the 20 km area at all!!!" Acnologia said as he dropped exhausted. I began pacing even more as I worry for my little brother. Then it came to me. Fairy tail.

Well as if I have another choice. *sigh*

No ones POV

Zeref and acnologia walked in the streets of magnolia, with cloaks on of course. Both had the thought on how to save natsu as they walked towards the direction of fairy tail. 

Not even noticing that they're going into an alleyway near a river. Zeref still in his line of thought accidentally bumped into a large man, probably as tall as acnologia.

" Hey, watch where your goin' punk" The man said shoving Zeref, but Zeref being Zeref, was calmed and collected and muttered an apology before walking away with acnologia glaring at the man.

" Oy, Oy where you goin' shorty??"The man said grabbing Zeref's shoulders while holding a knife.

"Give us your money I'll leave ya alone" said the man with an ugly smirk at his face. Zeref not caring grabbed the mans hand before throwing the man off of him.

They both watched as he fell in the water with a painful splash. Acnologia stared at his son for a while wondering where he got those skills.

"Stop staring and let's go to fairy tail" Zeref said as he walked away with a confused.

At Fairy tail

" Ok make sure you don't make an earthquake this time" Zeref said to acnologia.

"yeah, yeah unlike you I like a good entrance" Acnologia said putting drama into his pose.

"Be serious" Zeref said slapping acnologia's head. Irking acnologia.

"Did you just hit your father?!!!!" Acnologia said firing dark fire out of his mouth.

" yup" Zeref said with a satisfied poker face, leaving a depressed acnologia.

As Zeref opened the guild door, what he saw didn't surprise him.

At the corner, was at least 10 men and women having a drinking contest. At the front was a passed out bartender with wooden bits on her face. Gray, Gajeel, Elfman fighting with chairs(?)

Acnologia came in witha depressed aura around him until it dispersed when he saw what's in front him.

"OY" Acnologia shouted to the whole guild making them stop in their tracks. Zeref cleared his throat before talking.

" I am afraid someone kidnapped my baby brother " said to a quiet guild hall.

The guild then started thrashing everything in their sights can behold. 

"PLEASE BE QUIET, AND LISTEN!"  Zeref shouted in an angry voice. Scaring everyone.

" I have a plan but first i need all the booksmart people to help me search for old maps in your guild's library"

" OH oh me! me!" lucy said raising her hands. Zeref looked away from her and pointed at levy and makarov.

"you two please help me search" Zeref ignoring Lucy as Levy and makarov went with Zeref to the guild's old library.Leaving a dumbstruck lucy.

There was an awkward silence as acnologia was left in the guild hall and the fact that everyone else was staring at him.

"uhmmm...... Whats your strongest beer?" 

At the guild's Library

" Atlas,no,dictionary of elven tribes, no, Ah an old atlas" Zeref said looking at the atlas. As Levy was looking for more Atlas'. Whilst makarov was staring at a magazine, a nosebleed prominent.

Zeref stared at a familiar map as he stared into a home.He used a magic pen to lift the map off the book so he could see it in a 3d model. He stared at the  old street his family walked through in his young days.

He smiled when he saw his family's old house. He smiled when he saw a small river, where he and his family used to fish.

He shook his head, He had to focus. He flipped the pages on magnolia where Natsu's house was located. Of course he would not see his house for obviously this was an old map. he stared at a 100 mile radius around the house and found an old temple. He stared at it figuring out the distance between them.

"OH, you found an old temple?!" Levy suddenly shouted in Zeref's ear. 

Zeref suddenly jumped a little, cause he was used to these kinds of things. He nodded, then he smiled when he found out the meters between the guild to the meters between Natsu's house and the temple.

" We'd have a distance between 100 miles from the guild to that temple, hmm it shouldn't take long" Zeref wondered out loud, before standing up and bringing the book with him. Makarov and Levy following. Though no one notice Makarov wiping the blood of his nose.

" Alright we need 10 people in this mission, Group 1 will be consistent of 5 people, those people are, Erza, Laxus, Sting, Rouge, and Mirajane" Makarov announced to the guild.

"How did we get here again rouge?" Sting asked rouge. Rouge shrugged.

" Don't know ask the author" Rouge said staring into the audience.

"Well she's doing a pretty bad job-" Sting said before he felt an air slap.

"wh-" Sting was sadly cut off again by another air slap. This time he kept quiet.

"Okay, moving on. Group 2 would be consistent of 5 more people. These people are Gray, Zeref,Gajeel,Wendy,and Acnologia" Makarov announced. Everyone nodded.

"Okay group 1 will go to the front entrance of the temple and in case they are suspecting someone there group 2 will sneak into the secret door of the temple" Makrov briefly explained.Showing the map in front of them.

"Hold on, how would we see the temple if I couldn't see it by myself?" Acnologia wondered. Zeref stepped forward and said.

" There is a magic barricade that cuts off scent, magic and physical appearances to all creatures and humans" 

"Oh"

" Okay then, Let's begin the mission" Zeref said with a serious expression.

"no one hurts family"

Bonus scene

In a dark. empty space there was a man a bit short for his age. sitting down staring at nothing.

He wore a cloak but not a hood,strange tendrils was perched on walls like branches, A dark aura surrounding him. His pink hair moved to the small breeze that emitted from the little cracks on the dark unseen walls. He suddenly glanced up detecting a presence near by.

"Hmm, I see still fighting it are you?" A voice. A voice the pinky didn't want to hear.

He then stared into the audience. His looks were not as of before.

One of his eyes seemed to be consumed by the dark aura and had turned it all black, someone could think he had no eye. while the other eye seemed fine except the fact that it was blood red.

His pink hair had a few flames in them. His hair was trying to turn into flames. It's true form. It's coming.

But those eyes of horror seemed to hold something you would not think of,  A feeling that does not seemed to fit the man.

Fear.

The light that had barely covered the room, the light that had shown the pinkette's appearance.

Has been consumed by the black gooey tendrils, thus making it dark.

And all you could hear were screams, screams that does not sound like one person was screaming but many screaming at the same time as if it was only one voice.

Tortured screams.
