Flashback ~(•_•)~
A tall,young man,with silver hair and a bulky figure  walked through the busy street of  an old cobblestone path he turned,and turned till he reached a house then he pushed the door open and saw a woman pink of hair

her back faced him while she playing with a small boy whom also has pink hair and is wearing a punk dress then he reached out his smooth hands and grabbed her shoulder and kissed her cheek
"Hello acno" the girl whom identified the man acno said sweetley
" hello Lindsey" acno
Then suddenly two tiny hands was on front of acno's eyes

"Oh no, tiny hands my weakness" acno said as he took the little boys hand and carried him
"Hello natsu" acno said giving natsu a toothy grin

"Hello papa!!" Natsu said as he out his tiny hands at acno's cheek squishing it

Making both the adults laugh
"Papa?"
A small voice rang through the top floor
After a while a small boy wearing the same thing natsu's wearing (you know the white toga thing)

"Hello zeref" acno said smiling
But before acno could say anything else zeref suddenly appeared in front of him and started babbling

" hey papa did you know that I got the highest score and my teacher told me I could skip to grade 5 again!!then they told me if I did better I could skip to grade 8" zeref said while jumping up and down

"Wow again?!,really you better do good or else" acno said to zeref making zeref flinch

"W-what?"

"The tickle monster will get you!!!!!" Acno said before tickling zeref

"Noooo papa stooop" zeref said while laughing

Acno then smiled and stopped tickling then taking out of something from his backpack (a/n sorry I probably didn't mention this)

"Hey natsu,zeref I got something for you both" the two look at him curiously
Then he pulled out a stuffedtoy dragon and a small book
Natsu eyes sparkled when he saw the red dragon
"A dwagon!, a dwagon!!" Natsu exclaimed while trying to reach for the dragon

"Wait natsu what do we say first?" Acno said making natsu look down and say

"Pwease?"
"There we go!" Acno said before giving natsu the toy

"Yayy!! Thank you papa!!" Natsu said as he ran to play with his toy dragon
"And for my bright zeref" acno said giving zeref a small book

"What's this papa?" Zeref asked taking the small book at his hands and inspected it
It was brown and had very thick pages he looked inside and saw nothing but blank

"It's a small book where you can write on,cuz we know we sometimes can't spend time with you every time we are busy so I found this notebook and you can put whatever you need here" acno explained while ruffling his black hair

"Woah really?!! I'll write something on it right now!" Zeref said excitedly before he went to look for a quill

" a notebook?, ha! I got an big wed(red) dwagon!!" Natsu said hitting the red dragon on zeref's notebook

"No way brains beat bronze!!"zeref exclaimed before playfully chasing natsu

"So how was the mission dear?" Lindsey said while hugging acno from behind

He then spun her and kissed her in the lips
Earning from the background a 'ewwww'

"Oh get used to it " lindsey said shouting at them the two dragneel brothers just giggled before chasing each other again then lindsey and acno sat down at the dinner table and talked
"Well there's this dragon who can transform into a human he killed half of my crew but luckily we were able to injure him but he escaped before I could finish the landing blow" acno said before slamming his hands at the table out of frustration

"Oh my hope that monster gets captured" Lindsey said with concern

"More like killed" acno said angrily

"You know that's not right acno" lindsey said holding his rough arm

"*sighs* your right but he still killed half of my crew " acno said looking at her with sadness

"I know acno but its getting late let's tuck the kids and go to bed" Lindsey said sweetly

"Alright" acno said before going to the living room looking at the two boys who were still chasing each other

"C'mon boys time for bed" Lindsey said before carrying the still energetic natsu and zeref

"Aww i'm not even sweepy (sleepy)"
Natsu said before yawning and rubbing his eyes

"I'm actually very tired from being chased by natsu and his toy" Zeref said rubbing his eyes

"And that's why you guys are going to sleep" acno said before opening the door to their bedroom
Then lindsey placed both sleeping brothers at the bed
After that lindsey placed zeref's notebook at the desk acno tried to get the dragon but natsu had a tight grip on it
"Let him be you know how much he loves dragons"lindsey said placing a hand on acno
" yeah if only he knows how cruel they can be"acno gave a small sad smile  then they both said their good nights
Before exiting the room and closing the door
After that they both went to their room kissed before going to sleep

"Honey! Me and zeref will go out for a while" acno shouted

"Okay be back soon!" She shouted from the kitchen

"Alright!" Acno shouted before leaving  with zeref

Mean while
"Mommy!,mommy! Can I help" natsu said jumping up and down at the kitchen counter
"Okay sweetie why don't you get The paprika at the shelf cuz mommy kinda forgot it there" lindsey said sweetly

natsu then nodded before running out the kitchen door to get the paprika he looks at the shelf near the door and saw the paprika he went on his tippy toes to reach the paprika but he then

heard the window open and the heavy footsteps but before natsu could react he felt a strong hand grab his mouth he tries to scream for his mother but were only muffled by the attackers hand he tried to pry the man's arm off him but he was too strong for him then before natsu could do anything else he felt someone pinch a certain nerve near his neck making him instantly fall asleep in the attackers arms the attacker gently placed him at the floor and places both of his rough hands at natsu's forehead and casted a spell when he was done

He slowley crept to the kitchen

Lindsey in the other hand suddenly heard a small creak of wood near the door

'Did natsu break the tile again?' She thought before putting down the pot but as she went near the kitchen door

A man with red hair his eyes was orange but had slits he also had sharp fangs he wore a red trench coat and a white shirt inside he also wore some black trousers his arms had instantly turned into long claws and sharp scales

But before she could scream for help the man raised his arm and slashed her chest and neck killing her with one blow

The man looked at the dead bleeding body before putting an amount of blood on his claws and started writing on the wall when he was finished he jumped off the window and ran
*************time skip***************

"Hey papa you think natsu would like this dragon fruit?" Zeref asked while holding a small red fruit

"Of course he loves anything dragon remember he even tried to keep a dragon fly as a pet " acno said as they both laughed and walked home

But as they reached home acno felt as if something's wrong then he smelt blood at their house

" zeref hurry up I think natsu and lindsey are in trouble!" Acno said as they ran to their house as soon as they entered they saw natsu's unconscious body and blood coming out of the kitchen door

"Natsu!" Zeref shouted and ran to him acno also ran to him and checked his health but he was worried at the blood coming out of the kitchen 

"Zeref remember what I taught you about first aid?"acno said in panic

Zeref nodded before checking natsu's vital signs

Then acno ran to the kitchen door only to see what he wished he didn't see

Blood was coming out of his beloved wife and blank eyes were open in shock the walls was stained with red writing saying

' a small price to pay for my kind' -igneel

Acno started to cry as he picked up his dead wife and cried at her body

He carried her to the couch and placed her gently there

Zeref the saw his dead mom and ran over

"Mommy?,mommy?!! Please wake up
Please!!" Zeref shouted while shaking her shoulder to wake her up from This sleep where she could never wake up

While acno watched sadly at zeref he then heard a soft whimper from The other side

He quickly saw natsu trying to sit up
Zeref and acno saw this and ran to him

"Natsu! Are you okay what happened?!!" Zeref said shouting and tears coming down his eyes

Natsu just gave them a confused look and looked at both of them as if they were strangers

"W-who is natsu?w-where am i-i?who a-are you people"natsu said tearing up not knowing anything he can recall for

This gave acno and zeref both a shock

"Natsu don't you remember me i-its me your dad and your brother" acno said holding his shoulders gently

"How can I trust you I don't know you people get away from me!!" Natsu said trying to shake acno off his arms

Zeref started to have a break down and cried and shouted

For acno he watched heartbreakingly his son trying to get out of his grasp so he knew what he had to do

He looked at natsu one more time and natsu looked him fearfully and curiously before acno's other hand turned into a fist and punched natsu at the stomach giving zeref and natsu a shock

Natsu's eyes bulged (but not in the funny way) and mouth opened wanting to scream but since he was out of breath he couldn't ,slowly natsu's eyes closed and he fell to the
To the floor unconscious and his small breaths can be heard

"C'mon zeref let's take them to the hospital"acno said sadly but hopeful
'Maybe just maybe lindsey could still be alive and I can gain natsu's memories'

Zeref looked at him with a confused looked before agreeing, acno placed natsu on his shoulders and carried lindsey bridal style

$$$$$$$$$$$at the hospital$$$$$$$$$

As zeref and acno waited at the lounge a doctor came out while holding a clipboard

"Acno dragneel?"

Hearing this acno quickly shot up and ran to the doctor zeref doing the same

"H-how are they doc i-is natsu okay is lindsey okay tell me!!"

The doctor looked sadly at acno
And said

"I'm sorry she didn't make it whatever killed her killed her instantly and natsu has a spell on him called the dragons stolen treasure"

Acno silently cried at his wife's death and his son

Zeref looked sad also but still had the courage to ask

"What is the dragons stolen treasure "

"Its a spell where a dragon can take one's memories  magic but we were able to weaken it but he may not remember you acno" the doctor said sadly

Zeref started to cry too alongside his father

"Is there a chance we can get his memories back?" Acno said with determination

Zeref looked curious at acno before looking at the doctor with hope

"Yes,but it may take a long time" the doctor said before leaving

Acno then looked at zeref before he went to both Lindsey's and natsu's room

Lindsey was cleaned up, her pale face shown to the rays of the sun and natsu was asleep on one of the beds ,his pink hair swaying against the breeze and His peaceful face gave shallow breaths

"Papa what are we gonna do now?"zeref said looking at his father who gave a sad smile and said

"We do everything in our power to help natsu and give your mother a proper burial"

Zeref looked at him then he gave a determined nod
