It was shown that Dorothy was down in the cellar. Dorothy got up then she saw Toto, odie Vic and Garfield at the top of the storm cellar. Then she smiled then saw a feather smiling that she went to actually went to Oz, she put the feather into her pocket then climbed up then picked up odie and Toto. She saw her aunt and uncle packing up "Auntie Em! Uncle Henry!" They ran over to her then hugged her "Henry! She's over here! "Yeah, there she is." "Oh! Where on earth have you been?" She saw the truck "I see you're almost packed." "Dorothy, we've been through this already." She then got an idea "Uncle Henry, Auntie Em, there's something we can do." "What? There's what?" Dodruty ran off the pets following "Follow me!" "Dorothy, wait!" "Come on!" She ran down the streets "Hey! Where are you going?"
She ran to see the appraiser "Sign this. Can you write? 'Cause an "X" will do. Next!" Dorothy shouted "Wait!" She walked up to the table "Oh, goody gumdrops, look who it is." "Everyone, please. Don't listen to him. These are our homes! And nobody has the right to take them away from us." The pets agreed "Au contraire, my puppet." He held up a book This document gives me full authority to do exactly that. Next!" Dorothy asked showing the book "Has anybody even looked at this?" Then a tug of war happened "Gimme..." "No." "Give... me... that." Auntie em and uncle Henry walked up to the table with the sheriff "Yep, that's her." "Dorothy!" Garfield hissed and swiping at the man trying to grab the cards as the dogs barked. The man got scared then fell into the appraiser "Watch it." The tent then fell as Garfield grabbed the cards then ran out of the way. Garfield showed the cards he grabbed, then checked them out. "Someone get me out of here. Would you stop it?" "Look, look. Who is this guy?" The sheriff saw the cards "Hmm." "Which one is he really?" The sheriff said "Well, let's just see." He took the cards then walked over to the fallen tent "Get me out of here." "Huh?" "Get me out of here!" The tent was lifted and the sheriff said "I'll get you outta here and right to jail." He chuckled. The Sheriff picked him up "Let's go, joker." Then he hand cuffed him. "Please, you're making a horrible mistake." "Good riddance!" "You can tell that to the judge." "Hey, what about him?" The little man ran off as the pets followed him "Where is he going? Get him. Stop him! He's getting away! This is all his fault. He made me do this!" The door closed as his voice was muffled "I was coerced.
I didn't want to!"
Dorothy gave the condemned papers to the people and gave the last one to uncle Henry then he ripped it up and threw it up into the air as well as the other people ripped theirs and threw them up into the air. Then the pets ripped a paper too. "I'm so proud of you." Uncle Henry chuckled "That's our girl."
As the credits played
One day, there'll be laughter
Blue skies ever after

Dorothy showed a blueprint of a house to the workers, as the pets held a tool as they jumped onto the table making them laugh.

The house was finished being built then they showed the house. The woman was happy then she hugged Dorothy.

The people began coming back. A truck pulled up to show the little girl as she ran up to the door as Vic tore down the caution tape and the kid budded him as Dorothy hugged the girl.

The crops grew back and they grew healthy.

Dorothy, uncle Henry, auntie em and the pets walked up to their house. Then Dorothy ripped the condemned sticker off then tossed up into the air. Uncle Henry and auntie em proud as they walked to the barn.

The townsfolk helped build the horse corral as the horse nudged Dorothy then she held his head. Then they helped fix the fence of the chicken coop freeing the chickens. Dorothy was happy. Dorothy opened the door and the little girl put a piglet inside as it ran to its mother and siblings into a food holder as they popped up

The weather vane moved over to the west where Dorothy was feeling the wind

Dorothy was laying in a hill looking at the clouds with the pets then it showed a rainbow and oz as it fully showed oz then it faded away.
