I whimpered as I kept having nightmares about Evil Mako. His smirk. His red eyes. He dresses like Mako and looks like Mako but his smirk and red eyes....they're not Mako's. I ran down the forest in my pjs, trying to get away from him. The Evil Mako. I was panting, sweating, tired, and worst of all, scared. I tripped on a tree root but got back up. My feet hurt from the rocks and thorns in the ground but I pushed through it. I saw an abandoned house in front of me. I ran inside and closed the door, locking it. I saw a crawl space under the stairs and got inside. I was panting heavily. I covered my mouth in case he heard me. The door got kicked down and I quietly whimpered." Little Bell~ Where are you~?" He asked in a teasing tone. I felt my blood pumping from my feet to my head. I was so scared. My heart was racing. I heard him breaking stuff close to me and I flinched. His footsteps disappeared and it got quiet. I calmed down but screamed when I felt my ankle get grabbed. He pulled me out and smirked." Found you~!" He said. I kicked him in the face and he fell back. I got up and ran upstairs. He tried to grab me but the stairs broke under him. I ran to the room down the hall and locked the door once I was in. I looked around. I was in the bathroom. There was a window. Now's my chance to escape. I opened the window and looked down. It wasn't that big of a fall. I climbed out and jumped. I whimpered as the pain in my feet grew. I ran back into the forest. I panted as I hid behind a tree. After I caught my breath, I stood up. I froze." Found you, Little Bell~" He said next to my ear, chuckling. I screamed. My scream echoed through the forest, scaring off the birds. Then it was silent.

I gasped as I woke up. I sat up quickly, panting as I thought of my dream. I looked around. Where am I? Oh right. Bolin invited me and Korra for a movie night but it then turned into a sleepover. I wiped my forehead. I was so scared that I started sweating? I sighed deeply and hugged myself." Bella?" I jumped and looked up to see Korra rubbing her eyes. I must've woken her up. She yawned." What's wrong? Why are you up at 4 in the morning?" She asked. I gave her a weak smile." Sorry Korra. I just had a little nightmare." I said. She gasped. I blinked." What? What's wrong?" I asked." Bella, you're bleeding!" She said, pointing at me. I looked down and gasped. My feet......just like in my dream.....oh no...Bolin yawned as he walked in with Mako, who was next to him rubbing his eyes." What's going on?" Bolin asked, yawning." Bella's bleeding." Korra said. Mako and Bolin rushes to my side." Oh my god, what happened?!" Bolin asked. They all looked at me. I looked at my feet with wide eyes." I.....I don't know...." I said honestly. If I can get hurt in real life like my dream...then that means....I could die in my own sleep.... Mako picked me up and helped me into the kitchen. He set me on the counter and got the first aid." How can you not know?!" Bolin cried in my shoulder." I'm sorry I just..... don't know." I told him. He cried in my shoulder. Pabu crawled to my other shoulder and nuzzled into my cheek." Aw~! Thanks Pabu~!" I said, petting him with my finger. Korra took Bolin out to calm him down." So what really happened?" Mako asked, which surprised me." I don't know." I muttered. He didn't seem convinced." You know you can tell me anything, Bell." I blushed at the nickname." I had a dream....well, more of an nightmare....I dreamt I was in the forest, tubing away from....something." I said." I don't know why or how but.....I'm scared, Mako." I said, my voice cracking. He stood up and kissed my forehead, making me blush." It's Alright. We'll figure this out." He said. I hugged back.' He smells like cinnamon...' I thought." Thanks Mako."

I decided that I was going to tell Mako that I like him. I was pretty nervous. I tried to find him. Where is he? I heard sniffling. I followed it and found Bolin crying as his feet dangled from the edge of the dock." Bolin, what's wrong?" I asked as I sat next to him." I just s-saw Korra and Mako k-kissing." Then it shattered. My heart. I knew it. Evil Mako was right." I told you so~!" He said in my ear.' You're not real, you're not real, you're not real-!'" If I'm not real then how come I did that to you." He asked. I knew what he was referring to. I sighed." I know how you feel." I said. Bolin looked at me, sniffling." Really?" I nodded." I was gonna tell Mako how I felt. Since he kept doing all these things for me." I said. Bolin pulled me to a side hug." I guess we're in this together." He said. I nodded. I guess we were. Both the people we loved had gone to each other, leaving us in the dark. With him. I heard him chuckling." I told you so~! He doesn't love you. All you have is me~!" He breaks out laughing like a maniac. How did I get this Evil Mako? Why did I of all people deserve this? Most importantly. How can I see this evil spirit? I need to talk to father.

"What? Spirits?" He asked. I nodded." I'm seeing this dark version of Mako. It seems like only I can see him." I said." I..don't know what to say. This is something I've never heard before." He says." I'm scared dad. He keeps saying these...things. Things that Mako wouldn't say. Like how he's not how he is..... that he's evil." I said. I looked up at him." Please don't tell anyone this, especially Mako." I said. He sighs but nods." You have my word." I sighed in relief." Thank you Dad." I said, hugging him. I heard Evil Mako chuckle." How cute. How pathetic. How weak." I shut my eyes, trying to ignore him. But it didn't work. It never works.
