I groaned softly as I felt someone shaking me. I brushed it off and turned to my other side. It got a bit heavier. I ignored it again. Then someone shook me by the shoulders. I groaned and rubbed my eyes." I'm up..." I muttered." Get dressed." Korra said. I whined, not liking this already." Why, dare I ask?" She grins." We're going to visit Mako and Bolin." My eyes widened and I sat up myself up a giant the wall." Korra, did you not hear what my father said? The next time we go there we'll get in trouble. Major trouble! And I know my father." I said. Father found out about us sneaking off and how Korra joined the Fire Ferrets." I know but come on. Don't you want to live a little?" She asked, sitting on the bed. I didn't answer. She sighed." Bella, you're a smart, funny girl who's too shy to do anything new. That's why I always want you to come with me. Remember when I was only friend?" I nodded. She came up to me when we were kids and declared we were friends. I didn't accept her proposal but then I got made fun of. I was called freak because of my water and fire abilities. "Hey! You!" I froze and saw the guards father put out. He put them out so Korra doesn't get to pro-bend. I looked at Korra." Go! They only see me." She nodded and quickly left. I sighed as they stood in front of me." You have a lot of explaining to do, young lady." They said. I mentally groaned.

"WHY WERE YOU SNEAKING OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?!" Father yelled at me, making me wince." Dad-?" He stopped me." I thought I told you before that I want to keep you safe." He told me. I sighed." I know dad." I said, looking down. He sighs." Why were you sneaking out in the middle of the night anyway?" He asked. I mentally shivered." N-no reason." He raises his eyebrow. He then realized." KORRA!"

"Dad, please." I said. He had gone to the pro-bending arena to get Korra and I tried stopping him." I'm not talking to you." He says." Dad, please!" I said. He stopped and turned around to me." No! How could you lie to me? What was so important and secretive that you didn't want to tell me?" I looked down and grabbed onto my left arm." I just wanted to have fun dad. Live a little." He listened to me." Korra told me something today. She told me that I never lived a little. Never loosened up. Korra was the first one to see me as a normal human being when we were kids. I never told you this while I lived with grandma, but everyone thought I was a freak. For being able to control two elements." His eyes softened." Korra saved me from them and treated me like I was normal. I realized today that she was right. I need to live a little, have a little fun. Even if it means sneaking out." He playfully glared at me." That is how we learn from our mistakes. Right?" He sighs." That was a touching speech. I can tell you're going to be like me." He says. I raised an eyebrow, smirking." Bald and old?" His eyes widened." No! I meant wise." I giggled. He pulled me in for a hug." You can have fun, BUT when you do, tell me where you're going." I giggled." I'm a teenager dad. What do you think?" He sighs." I knew I shouldn't have said that. You really are your mother." I giggled. Everyone started cheering and we looked to see what was happening. Korra was the only one on the platform, dodging all the attacks the other team threw at her." She's like a leaf." I said, smiling." She's being light on her feet!" Father said, smiling. In one hit, she blasted water at them, hitting all three of them and knocking them off the platform. Father cheered, making everyone look at us. I giggled as he regained his composure." Let's go see Korra." He said.

"Nice going Bella!" Korra said, whining as father stood in front of her. I put my hands up in surrender." What did I do?! I didn't do anything!" I said, whining." You made Tenzin find out." She said." Actually, because of Bella, you're allowed to stay here." Father said. Korra looked at me with a smile." Nice going Bella." She said, wrapping her arm around my shoulders. I smiled."I know, I'm awesome." She giggled and I giggled with her.

"Bye Mako! Bye Bolin!" Korra yelled as we left the arena." Bye Bella!" Bolin waved at me with a huge grin. I blushed and smiled, waving back. " Bye Bolin." I said." Bye Bella. Thanks for helping Korra out." Mako said, smiling slightly. He looks so hot when he smiles! I blushed more." Well, she's like a sister to me. I had to do something. Night Mako." I said before trying to catch up with Korra." Night Bella." He said." Night Bolin!" I said." Night Bella! Night Korra!" Bolin said. And with that. We went home.

I sighed as I fell on top of my bed, exhausted. I was so tired. Probably from sneaking out and arguing with father. I slowly closed my eyes." You think he cares for you?" I gasped and sat up, looking around." Who's there?" I asked." He doesn't love you." I gripped my head. A pounding sensation suddenly came after the voice said that. It sounds like Mako but....evil." He's not as nice as you think he is. That's not really him that you're seeing." It said." Shut up! You don't know him!" Suddenly Mako appeared in front of me but his eyes were black with red pupils. I was shocked and scared. He had this evil smirk on his face. I gasped as he gripped my chin, making me look up at him." Oh, but I do know him." He said, chuckling evilly. I started to shake. I closed my eyes in fear of what he will do. He laughed evilly and his laugh faded away. I opened my eyes and looked around. He was gone. I held my knees to my chest. Mako wouldn't do this. Mako isn't evil. Mako is kind. He would never think of doing anything....
