Zucha, The Legendary Super Saiyan

"...All that, huh?" Zucha asked, as Liu Kang had just dictated to her all of this word for word as he laughed a little bit.

"Just a little short anecdote that fits you I think. You like it?" Liu Kang smiled.

"It fits, I guess." Zucha chuckled as she looked over the horizon of the cliff the two sat on overlooking the city.

"So... how did your legend begin?" Liu Kang asked.

"How did it begin?" Zucha asked. "...Heh, well I guess I can trace that back to a couple of years ago." Zucha hummed. "Another tournament like usual, but.... It ended... a little differently." Zucha hummed.

Two years ago, the 70th World Martial Arts Tournament...

A slightly younger Zucha was seen battling against a foe that.... To put it bluntly, she was way below her level as she easily blocked and dodged his futile attacking attempts.

"To say it was a drag at that point was an understatement. Even my supporters in the Androids were getting exhausted watching it. And they were Androids!" Zucha voiced over.

Sure enough, Android 13, 14, and 15 were all watching, as 15 was already drunk because of the show, and 14 was meditating while 13 finally tipped his trucker hat over his eyes to get some "shut eye."

"Listen, just let us know when your one sided dominance gits over with so we can get back to haulin' freight!" 13 groaned.

Despite all his efforts, the mighty Hercule Satan, Zucha's opponent, was trying his best to damage her but was doing next to nothing!

"I don't need to explain much more about what happened. Lets just say that Hercule bit off more than he could chew. But finally, things... Got interesting."

"Goooo Hercule! Kick her butt, Buuuuu!" Majin Buu exclaimed from his premier viewing spot.

Just then, a massive force landed outside the arena, as the shockwave suddenly knocked Hercule off his feet, as Zucha shielded herself, as she turned....

A large, hulking figure who slowly lumbered to the arena, panting as he groaned.

"Ka... kakarot..." The figure demanded.

"Huh...?" Zucha asked. "...Look, bud, I dunno who you are, but this is a tournament and you can't just barge in-"

Just then, the figure fired a beam at Hercule, as Zucha gasped.

"HERCULE WATCH OUT!" Zucha yelled, before literally shoving him hard enough he crashed into Buu in Buu's seat!

"BUUU!?" Majin Buu exclaimed as he and Hercule collapsed from the sudden turn of events.

Zucha growled, looking towards the figure who was currently concealed by a hood as Zucha grit her teeth.

"Who the hell are you and what do you want..." Zucha snarled.

The figure only grinned wickedly as he threw off his hood, which shocked the entire crowd, Zucha included.

"...No... way...!" Zucha gasped.

SAIYAN LEGEND - BROLY

"Broly...!? But... didn't Goku...!?" Zucha gasped.

Broly only laughed, his incredibly marred body ready for battle as he transformed into Legendary Super Saiyan yet again, the scar on his chest changing with his hair as he laughed maniacally.

"This wasn't either of the Brolys I knew growing up on Earth. One was an imposter, who thanks to the Goku family, burned up in the Sun. Another was a friendlier one, who Goku and Vegeta befriended two years past this, so present day basically. ...No... this Broly... was more primal. More Savage... And somehow..."

"I knew I had to stop him. Because he... was Stronger."

But even though he was stronger, Zucha couldn't help but smile. Her Sayain instincts were kicked into high gear. Her smile grew beyond belief as she finally could let. Loose.

"All my life I've been training for this one. Moment." Zucha smiled. "Saiyan Legend, hear me! Today, a god falls! Bones to dust! Ashes to the wind!"

And so, she bellowed out in strength, as suddenly, a familiar golden aura surrounded her, as it had a small tinge of green, as she powered up, glaring at Broly with a fierce sense for battle.

"It was such a feeling. My blood was boiling so much, my body felt like it was on auto-pilot. My heart was racing... for the first time... I could wield the Super Saiyan strength... little did I know how Legendary it would soon become."

伝説の前兆 - ズチャ

LEGEND OMEN - ZUCHA

Zucha smirked, immediately rushing at the Saiyan Legend to begin the battle in earnest with fierceness and strength!

Broly chuckled as he fired consecutive Eraser Cannons at Zucha, the 6'7" female dodging and evading them like a proper acrobat before she found her opening and dashed in for a massive punch! Broly countered it with his own punch as Zucha smirked, using the momentum of the clash to flip back before she charged in, as she and Broly clashed fiercely with their fists, each punch colliding with each other in sync, before Broly kneed Zucha in the gut, who returned favor with a headbutt that sent Broly soaring backwards, as Zucha let out more energy and charged at Broly, who crashed into a pillar behind, as Zucha BURIED him deeper in with a punch!

But her onslaught didn't stop, as she rapidly punched Broly's abdomen harshly!

"When I say my body was on autopilot, I meant it. It felt like... I was mimicking him. Becoming primal. Fierce. All offense, no defense, just go in and hit with all you have... Kill him."

It wasn't long before Zucha outmaneuvered Broly and threw him to the ground with a one-handed shoulder throw. She leaped into the air and prepared to drive him into the arena floor before Broly caught her by surprise and kicked her high into the sky. Broly the followed after her, rocketing into the sky as he maniacally laughed all the while, and then threw a hard punch that nailed her right in the stomach!

Zucha gasped for air from the gut punch, but her quick reflexes on tightening her gut made her catch the fist and lock it there, as she smiled and grabbed Broly, spinning him around some!

"Sorry! But my guts are way too tough to not cave in like that!" Zucha smirked as she tossed Broly harshly to the arena floor before Zucha began hitting him down into it again and again, aiming to smash him through it!

Broly gasped as he got hit as Zucha leaped back, and began preparing an attack learned from Vegeta.

"FIIIINAAAAAAAALLLL! FLLLAAASH-!" Zucha was about to fire off when Broly got behind her, grabbing her as she gasped, wrestling with him before getting free, as he punched her face, which temporarily knocked her out of her Super Saiyan state! Gritting her teeth, she reignited it as she punched Broly back harshly, not willing to give up this fight!

"His punch to my stomach did more than I thought back then... He hit me right in the lungs... It was hard to breathe... But my body kept fighting."

"Cmon... more!" Zucha said, as she pushed her power further, her body stressing as her muscles were veined out and struggling to hold the upkeep as she got knocked out of her new level of strength again, as she reignited it again while clashing with Broly.

"(Urgh... im pushing my body too much...! feels like my body could snap in two... I gotta focus on a focal point that ain't aching!)" Zucha thought as she got hit again, before seeing her wrist. "(That's it!)"

Zucha roared as she was about to reignite again, when instead, she channeled her ki all to her right wrist, as the ki turned pure green and formed a greatsword of ki energy.

"The energy... It was so strong... as if something was there blocking me... blocking me from unlocking a new level of strength."

Zucha began parrying Broly.

"Was it my body?"

She blocked more hefty shots aiming to knock her asunder.

"Was I doubting myself?"

Zucha suddenly dodged a shot and actually cut off Broly's left wrist!

"...Or was it I... never believed in myself to begin with?"

Broly screamed in pain before grabbing Zucha by the throat with his other hand and slammer her down to the ground.

"No... it wasnt any of those things! I had hit a wall in my power, and I was pushing myself to that wall, and at that moment, I hit it."

"I suddenly... felt something like a Phoenix burst out of my chest... ...And admittedly, I couldn't tell you the rest."

"...Heh... but ask Hercule? And he'll have one HELL of a story to tell."

"GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" Zucha suddenly ROARED in power, pushing Broly off her as a familiar whine in massive power output was heard, as a green ball of energy encased Zucha as she arose, her hair now green, her figure now 7'6"... and her irises nonexistent.

NEW SAIYAN LEGEND - ZUCHA

"Now... where were we?!" Zucha said in the same berserk voice Broly spoke in.

She planted her foot down on the World Martial Arts arena floor, pressing down so hard, the floor cracked massively, as she charged at Broly like a feral animal ready to devour prey.

Broly didn't know Zucha's name, so he just roared at the Female Sayain and unleashed his full power before the two collided fists, breaking off with each other as Broly fired a Mouth Blast that singed Zuchas face.

Zucha recovered and attacked again, only to be deflected on two separate attempts, before she charged in again, only to feint and land a MASSIVE spinning haymaker to Broly, before warping and launching at Broly with a massive left-hand haymaker part 2 that sent him out of the stadium.

"That's ZUCHA for ya, baby!" Zucha smiled in maniacal berserk glee.

But Broly wasn't done just yet, as he recovered in mid-air high in the sky and roared again, before with his one good arm, fired a Full Power Eraser Cannon at Zucha, who roared back.

Zucha then planted her right foot sumo-style and then brought all her Ki straight to her chest. There was so much energy gathering at the center of her body that it lit up green from the sheer amount of gathering power.

"KA... ME... HA... ME... HAAAAA!" Zucha roared, firing the first attack that came to mind. Goku's Kamehameha Wave.

Both attacks collided in a powerful burst of energy. Broly screamed with all his might, pouring all the power he could into his one hand. Zucha did the same, primal fury echoing through her voice as well. Suddenly, a dragon erupted from her attack, swallowing Broly's attack, as it changed to green, as it rushed for Broly!

"HEY! BROLY! SAY MY NAME!" Zucha yelled at him with a cocky grin on her face.

"Kr... Ka.... ....ZZZZUUUUUUCHAAAAAA!" Broly roared as he was blasted far into the horizon, likely blown apart as he was nothing more than a gleam in the sky.

I had done it. Single handedly, by myself, beaten a warrior far stronger than any other warrior I had ever come across. ...Course. I don't remember much past that because...

"Oh shit, adrenaline gooooo....." Zucha trailed off as she passed out, her body having given every ounce it could muster, as Zucha collapsed on the arena floor.

"So that is how it started? You must have been rather busy since then, I feel you're much stronger now than you were before." Liu Kang admitted.

"Oh, that's thanks to Lord Beerus," Zucha admitted with a smile.

"Ah, so you've come in contact with a fellow god, mm? Tell me, how is Beerus?" Liu Kang asked.

"Eh? Well, he's... about the same? If you count dessert loving lazy cat as the same as you knew him since last time." Zucha admitted.

"Haha! He hasn't changed at all." Liu Kang laughed. "So, what has he given you?"

"Well, free room to train, lots of time to train, plenty of breaks from people getting in the way of training... oh, and he gave me a blessing, recently." Zucha stated.

"A blessing, ah? He must have given you God Ki." Liu Kang nodded.

"He said it was something like that." Zucha nodded. "Ever since I showed him my evolved variant of Legendary Super Saiyan, he saw my potential and just, gave me some God Ki."

"But why did you go to Beerus' planet? And when?" Liu Kang asked.

"...It was after I let... him... slip out of my grasp." Zucha admitted.

"Him?" Liu Kang asked. "Ah, Chase Ryder."

"Yeah. Chase... he became my motivation. My drive. I pleaded with Goku after he was warped out of here, to take me with him and Vegeta to Beerus. Luckily enough, thanks to his vouchings and Beerus' leniency with my own hand crafted sweets, I was able to train there. And man, has it helped." Zucha smiled.

"Would you like to tell me how that all came to pass?

"Oh of course!" Zucha smiled brightly. "And let me tell you... that is a heck of a story...."

Hope: It has FINALLY begun! The Character Story of the Legendary Super Saiyan, Zucha!

Siege: Sorry for the MASSIVE delay, folks! If you will recall, you all have met Zucha already if you read the very beginning of Chase's story! She was the one who helped Chase bash in the mechanical skulls of those Androids on Earthrealm, which, by the way, as you'll find out very soon, were fakers!

Hope: For those who don't know, she's one of the very first characters my good friend Siege created after Chase's inception and the first character he ever met.

Siege: We have the entire concepts for the stories unfolding in each of the individual Seven Realms in planning, and most are almost done with their own prologues as we write this, so if you see more popping up, this explains why!

Hope: For now though, we'll be focusing on Zucha as we initiate her story. Because, I wanted to do this because of one simple reason... or rather, one man. As many fans know, we lost a great man in the Manga World 5 months ago. The man who paved the way for many Dragon Ball stories just like this one.

Siege: Akira Toriyama, you were a legend, you were a great creator and an amazing gift. Fun fact about me, I actually grew up with Dragon Ball. Granted it was Z Kai made on 4Kids so I... got a very poor rendition of it but... Toriyama has been a massive part of my life since I was about 9 years old. To see a man whose work I fell in love with pass on after such a legacy... It feels like a part of me died with him. So. This story... is our way of paying tribute to Toriyama. By making one more Legendary Saiyan for the Legend of Seven Universe. Zucha is our message to you above, Toriyama-sensei. Thank you, and may you enjoy your rest with King Kai.

Hope: Next time on the Legend of Seven: Legendary, we pick up where Awaken left off from Zuchas perspective, after Lord Liu Kang sent her back to the realm of her origin: Dragonrealm.

Siege: After telling her beginnings by battling against Broly (again, how many renditions of Broly is that now?), Zucha now begins to explain her ties with the God of Destruction, and how that training led her to naturally unlocking a new level of strength, which even caught Beerus' eyes in potential... all the while, unknowingly, an invasion is being prepared to attack the planet she resides on.

Hope: But who would be bold enough to attack Dragonrealm? Well.... We can give you a hint.
