Owen reached the main center with Theo beside him.

"Stay close to me." Owen told him. Theo nodded obediently. Owen caught sight of a guard alone waiting outside the entrance looking at the bottom of his boot in boredom. Owen lifted his hand signaling Theo to stay there before he took off quickly.

Theo peered out and saw the guard on the ground struggling as his father dragged him back to where Theo stood. Owen slammed him against the building.

"Where's my wife?!" he growled holding the guard up.

"I don't know what you're talking about." The guard spat.

"Don't play fucking stupid. Where is she?!" he slammed him harder causing the guard to whimper in pain. "If you don't tell me, I swear I'll fu-" he raised his fist.

"Okay!" he yelped. "I don't know where she is. She attacked President Segura and took off." he said. "President Segura sent men after her."

Owen looked as though he would kill the man.

"Where is Segura now?"

Lowery stood with the others as the guards looked at them at gun point. The control room had been shut down leaving them to stand around contemplating what to do. Lowery couldn't believe they were back in this situation again.

"Okay Owen and Keira...anytime you guys are ready to step in, it would be most appreciated."

Keira opened the gate to the paddock, as Blue stepped forward with the others in tow. She grazed one sharp talon against the ground locking eyes with Keira. Keira had her arm raised as Blue waited on her signal.

"You know what to do Blue." Keira nodded her head at the velociraptor. Blue chirped with a blink.

"Go." she said dropping her arm.

Blue let out a screech before taking off, the raptors behind her snapped their jaws loudly with chirps and screeches following her out. Keira closed her eyes and took a deep breath before she took off again behind the pack. She followed them and smiled to see Owen's training at work as Blue led the group with such stealth.

She could see the long grass part slowly as they began to split into different directions. Keira stood still when she heard someone running towards her. She looked over to see a man pointing his gun right at her taking aim. 

"Say goodnight." he smirked at her.

As he went to pull the trigger, one of the raptors leaped out snagging him by the hand dragging him to the ground. 

"Goodnight." she said.

There was only a short yelp before the only noise was the sound of flesh ripping and bones cracking.

Keira grimaced. "I'll never get used to that." she muttered.

Another man came into the clearing. She crouched down listening to the chirps being exchanged. She saw Blue dash before her before disappearing quickly. Yang took off soon after throwing her a passing glance.

"Ramirez!" One of the men called out to the fallen guard. "Answer me."

Keira saw Blue launch herself onto the man holding him down as he yelled profusely under her grip. The other guards ran to the sound of the man's wails.

Blue watched as the men came to a sudden halt seeing her with the pinned man. She growled before  lowering her head and twisting the man's neck.

Keira arose when a man came up behind her pressing a gun to her back.

"Don't try anything cute." the man said. She remained still after raising her arms in surrender. She looked ahead to the see the grass swaying. She heard the faint throaty call. She quickly dropped to the ground covering herself as one of the raptors appeared crashing into the guard.

She flinched and took off as the raptors closed in on the remaining men.

President Mateo Segura walked into the control room with a triumphant air around him.

"Hello everyone. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. After my men are finished I'll allow you all to get back to work." he told them.

Lowery saw Claire being escorted by a guard before she was pushed into the room. He quickly grabbed her before she fell holding her close to him.

"You can't do this. You'll never get away with this, Keira-" Claire was cut off.

"I'm sorry, I don't think Keira will be making any orders anytime soon." he said.

Lowery looked at the man. "What?"

"I offered an opportunity of a lifetime. She refused. It doesn't work that way in my book, you see."

"Where have I heard this before?"Claire sneered.

"Where's Keira?" Lowery asked.

"I had my men take care of her and if any of you get in my way, you will be dealt the same."

The room fell silent.

"You what?" Lowery's voice cracked.

"Your fearless leader is dead!" he snapped. "I make the rules on this island now. It will be under Costa Rican jurisdiction."

"You can't do that!" Claire cried. "The U.S government-"

"Will not hear from you." he said calmly. 'Any of you. You work for me now."

Claire shook her head before burying it into Lowery's chest.

One of the workers stepped forward to attack the president but he stopped as the guns were in his face.

"Don't even think to try. Even if you killed me, you'd be at war with Costa Rica." he smiled before walking out. He motioned the guards to follow stepping out with them.

Lowery felt the lump in his throat grow bigger. 

"I can't believe it...she's gone."

"What happened to Owen and Theo?" another worker asked. Lowery frowned. He didn't want to know if they were meeting the same fate.
