Coach:

He finds it a cool feature and wonders if it'll do anything to mess with the zombies. His only rule is that when it's just you two the mask goes off.

When you grow insecure and refuse he takes your hands and gives them a kiss, promising no matter what state you're in he'll always find you admirable and attractive. He might even hide it so you don't get too used to hiding behind it when both alone.

Rochelle:

She tried to assure you at the start it's not needed, and even so long after she still does. It breaks her each time she looks at you and doesn't see your face anymore but instead a mask.

She'll cup your masked cheek with such affection that makes you pull off the mask as she is your safe zone you can know are loved by no matter what happens.

Ellis:

At first he never knew what to do, not wanting to see you become like this, so now he has fun with it to keep you amused.
He'll tug it when alone and say 'peekaboo' with eyes filled with such endearment that you know he doesn't mind the scarring one bit. Or he'll make up a whole scary story about your mask and how that's the story he's gonna spread so you become a kind of scary urban legend every survivor in the future will know.

Nick:

He finds it a cool alternative but also finds it cringy as it gives impression as if you think you think of yourself being soo cool. He just lets you be, some jabs about it but nothing much else. He just feels pity for you because of it.
