If you're deaf

Coach:

If you can use hearing aids but don't have them then that's top priority when he comes to a new area: to see if there is one lying around or on the zombies. Would need a miracle to have that luck, but one can hope.

He learned the most important signs so he can have you on the same page as everywhere and alert of danger approaching.

Rochelle:

She knows it's not your fault, but damn does she hate it. These crucial times, where needing to keep eyes and ears as open as possible is required, this truly is a bitch. Also makes her feel extra pressure as she feels she has to take extra care of you. Keeps you close so if a sudden dangerous sound comes she can grab your arm to alert you.

Ellis:

He made up his own signs to quickly do when danger approaches. Very literal motions. A zombie approaching is him acting as a zombie. Sudden noise that requires all to stop and inspect is him just pointing at ear with a halt hand. To run is literally running while snatching your arm to ensure you follow.

A game he made up is to make you read his lips but purposefully overact his lips or try to move them differently than what he is saying so you have to try and guess what he is truly saying.

Nick:

Sometimes he says a hey or snaps fingers only to remember you can't hear that so he just waves his hand in front of you or taps your arm. He talks slower, so you can read his lips with ease. When danger is near he just grabs your arm in a way that tells you to stop and be on guard. He always goes first, so you are safer and can base what's happening off him.
