If you are the leader

Coach:

He will be like your right-hand man: always helping you keep it all in check, organizing things, doing the smaller things so you can focus on the bigger ones. If you are unsure he's quick to help you figure it out. He doesn't push what he thinks should be done, just suggests various things and sees what you go with because he trusts you to make the right calls. Sometimes both can share a little moment where you are overlooking a map, discussing the route to the next safe room. Usually he will be holding you during it, finally able to hold you in this rare moment of peace from the zombies.

Rochelle:

She trusts you to get her through this chaos. She knows this trust and dependance on you si very stressful for you but it just happens and she can't control it, especially when you are doing a great job. If anyone tries to argue against your leadership she is quick to defend you, telling them to back off because you are trying your best and have gotten them this far. When it gets too much for you she will assure you you also deserve to take a break so just relax here a bit and she will keep the rest busy so they don't bother you.

Ellis:

He's always trying to convince you to do one of his insane ideas, which he doesn't find insane but genius. He's always making sure you have eaten; usually sliding the food items to you while giving you a soft "eat" expression as he's worried you are focusing too much on leading and forgetting to take proper care of yourself. When you focus too much on keeping everyone safe but forget your own he gets angry about that, yelling everyone here are adults and can handle themselves so focus on yourself first then them.

Nick:

He has a problem with authority, even if that is you. He's fine when you are yourself, but the second you go into the leading role he gets angry and refuses to listen and he starts taking out the stress by arguing back with you so a lot of arguments happen during these moments. But even though he argues he still goes and does it, even getting annoyed if someone else wants to do something that isn't according to your orders. So you have dismissed it as this just being his way to let out his stress and anger, which you have yelled to him he can't keep taking it out on you, but the most important part is he does what you ask, which he does so eventually you just let it be.
