Twilight rushed to the hospital Shining and Cadance following a bit behind. "Twilight! Slow down!" Cadance called. But Twilight kept going somehow she went faster. "Twiliy please!" His voice echoed. Twilight was focused on getting to the hospital. Spike was on her back hanging on for dear life. "Twilight!" She couldnt hear him. All she knew is get to the hospital. She soon saw it up ahead. She smiled and flew faster charging in she landed softly on the ground. It took them 20 minutes but twilight saw Shining and Cadance come in panting heavily. "What....was.....that.....about?" Cadance asked still panting. Just after a doctor came in. "A friend of pinkies?" She doctors asked Shining and Cadance nodded. "I'm her marefriend." Twilight said worried about Pinkie. She doctor gestured for them to follow. Twilight did and so did Shining and his wife. "Here she is. But you won't like what you see." The doctor said. When Twilight walked in. She gasped of the horrific sight. All her friends surrounded Pinkie. Once she got through, she saw her marefriend. She had bandages on her arm. Her hair was flat, and she had tubes coming from almost everywhere on her arm. And one providing oxygen. Her eyes watered as she stood there staring at her love. "P-Pinkie....." She stuttered her tears starting to flow. "I'm sorry Twilight." Applejack had tears in her eyes to. There wasn't a single dry eyes in the room. Applejack hugged Twilight while Twilight was still crying. "This is all my fault." Twilight repeated over and over. Applejack would say it wasn't, but she kept saying it. "But it is! If I was here this never would have happened. Just because..." She was about to day the surprise. She couldn't blow it! "Twilight it's not your fault. We all neglected her." All of them nodded but not Dash. She was giving her the death glare. Twilight ignored it. She suddenly heard a groggy groan. They all turned to see it was Pinkie pie.

      Pinkie groaned as she woke up. "W-what happened?" She said using her arms to get up but heard a crack. She screamed in pain. "Pinkie!" She heard someone call. She saw Twilight run over. Her eyes widened and she smiled "T-twilight?" She asked thinking it was a dream. She nodded hugging her. "Oh Pinkie, what happened?" Twilight asked. Pinkie saw Applejack looking worried. But she mouthed to pinkie: 'tell her.' Pinkie nodded toward her. "I....I tried to commit suicide." Everyone in the room gasped except for Applejack.
"B-but why?" Twilight said tears forming in her eyes again. "I missed you! I never see you! You didn't show up for our normal picnic! I'm beginning to think your cheating on me..." Tears formed in Pinkies eyes as well. Twilight grabbed her cheek pulling pinkies face closer. "Pinkie, I would never do that. You know that." Pinkie looked at her eyes. "Promise?" Pinkie asked while twilight looked right back. "Cross my heart hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Pinkie smiled and twilight smiled back. The two kissed smiling bright.
