“Shivaay call me if they cry” She told worried and he smiled.

“And... At 10, remind mom to give them cerelac. Strawberry for Anu and chocolate for Ansh. And—and—”

“Calm down Anika! I'm not going to office today. I'll be with them the whole day alright?” He told holding her palm and she sighed.

“I haven't stayed away from them for so long” She told.

“Just relax! They'll be fine. Don't you know, they love their papa more” He told with a cheeky smile and she chuckled as she hit his arm.

“Best of luck” He told kissing her forehead and she nodded before getting out of the car.

She turned to look at him and he lowered the glass before waving at her. Smiling, she turned and walked to the university making him breathe a sigh of relief.

“You know what happened today? I met an old classmate. She's in my batch. Oh my God! I was so shocked you know. We were like best friends then but had to split up after she shifted somewhere but now she's here” She told in one breath as soon as she entered the car and he looked at her.

“Water?” He asked offering the bottle of water and she took it from him while still blabbering about the friend.

“Wait——There she is. One second Shivaay. I'll introduce you to her” She told as she saw the girl waiting for someone. Rushing outside, she dragged the girl towards the car as Shivaay got down.

“This is my husband” Anika told with a smile looking at her.

“Shivaay this is Mallika. My best friend” They both shook hands formally.

“And Mallika, this is——”

“Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Who doesn't know him” Mallika told smiling and Anika chuckled.

“Surprisingly she didn't know me when I went to her home with marriage proposal” Shivaay told looking at Anika who smiled sheepishly.

“Mallika?” Someone called from behind and everyone looked to see who it was.

“Siddharth” Shivaay told surprised as Siddharth walked to them.

“Shivaay? What a surprise! How come you're here?” Siddharth asked as the two men hugged each other.

“How do you know each other?”

“We worked a few months together for a deal” Shivaay told with a smile.

After exchanging a few words, they parted promising to meet some other time.

“I thought you'll ask me about babies as soon as you enter” He told and she smiled.

“I called ma in the break time. She told me babies are fine but their father is walking here and there in tension” She told chuckling and he smiled sheepishly.

“I did not go to fight a war” She told and he shrugged.

“The place is really good. Do you know, I saw this guy ok. Black hair and well built body. You should have seen his beard and that perfectly gelled hair. Haye! Literally a Greek God” She told trying not to laugh as his face changed.

“What's with black hair and all. Greek gods doesn't have black hairs. They have natural blonde hair” He told irritated and she bit her lower lip to control her laughter.

“But this guy is very handsome. If I wasn't married, I would have surely proposed him” She told and he turned to look at her once.

“Who is stopping you now? Go and do it” He told.

“You don't have any problem? Shall I go and propose him?” She asked and he shrugged.

“Do whatever you want. Why would I have a problem?” He asked with a frown.

“Then I should propose him tomorrow itself. Get me a rose from the flower shop tomorrow” She told and he nodded.

“No no! I'll give him a ring better. How about this ring? I already have our engagement ring. I'll give this propose ring to him. What say?” She asked and he hummed.

“Why propose ring? Give the engagement ring itself”

“That's old. This is new” She told showing logic sign.

“What will I say? Hey handsome! Good start right?”

“Yeah! Very good start” He told rolling his eyes and she smiled.

“The very first moment I saw you, I went blank. Nice?”

“Excellent!”

“Couldn't talk to you then because my friend dragged me from there. You know Mallika is an irritating girl. She dragged me from there before I could talk” She told and he mentally thanked Mallika.

She was silent for a while and he turned to look at her.

“Thinking?”

“Hmm! I'm not getting anything” She told as she thought something.

As they reached Oberoi Mansion and he parked the car, she got down quickly making him confused. When he opened his door and got down, she went on her knees in front of him with a smile.

“So today, let me do the honours of proposing you” She told and he looked shocked at her.

“I was talking about you Mr monkey” She told and he chuckled as he made her stand on her feet.

“You're my handsome idiot na!” She told pulling his cheeks from both sides.

“I was simply acting to check your reaction” He told shrugging.

“Wow!! What a reality! No one will understand it was acting. You should try in Bollywood. I'm sure you'll be known as Hrithik Roshan 2.0” She told and he chuckled.

“Let's go inside now” She told walking forward while he followed her with a smile.

“I feel like walking behind you trying to make you say yes to my proposal. You know the typical college love story” He told and she chuckled.

“Time is over Shivaay. We're married now but if you want to walk behind me, then you're free to do that. I don't mind” She told smiling and he walked to her side.

“But I like walking like this” He told clasping her hand in his.

“Ditto” She told as she tightened the hold.

As they entered the hall, Rudra and Priyanka were sitting there with Ayansh and Ayana in front of them.

“Say Chachu. Cha—chu” Rudy told looking at the babies who were looking at him curiously.

“Say Bua” Priyanka told and Anika chuckled listening to that.

Hearing that, the babies along with Priyanka and Rudra raised their heads to look at them.

“M-ma” Ayana cooed while puckering with her lips.

“What did she say now?” Anika asked in a whisper as she looked at Shivaay who was as shocked as her.

Tears rolled down her eyes as she rushed to Ayana and took her in arms before kissing her chubby cheeks.

Ayansh started crying suddenly on not having any attention on him and Shivaay took him in arms but he wouldn't stop crying until Anika held him.

“He's your carbon copy. No doubt in that” Anika told looking at Shivaay who was holding Ayana.

“Why Bhabhi?” Rudra asked chuckling.

“If I don't mind him for long time, he'll turn cranky like this. See how calm is Ansh when I gave my attention to him” Anika told and Shivaay grinned while both Priyanka and Rudra burst out laughing.

“M-ma” Ayana coo-ed again while pulling Shivaay's beard with her little fingers.

“Wah Bhaiyya!” Priyanka told chuckling and Shivaay looked at Ayana.

“I'm not Ma. I'm papa” Shivaay told making a babyish pout and Anika chuckled.

“She's not saying that knowing the meaning. Might have heard someone saying and just repeating it” Anika told with a smile.

“I'll show you something. I taught them how to kiss today” Shivaay told looking at Anika who looked at him with wide eyes.

“Bhaiyya meant cheek kiss. Say clearly bhaiyya otherwise bhabhi will get heart attack today” Rudra told chuckling and Shivaay looked at Anika who took a sigh of relief.

“Seriously Anika” Shivaay told chuckling seeing her expression.

She looked away embarrassed as her ears turned red.

“This is what I meant” Shivaay told as he kept his index finger on his cheek while looking at Ayana who leaned towards him and gave an open mouth kiss there with a giggle at the end.

“Aww!” Anika couldn't help but say seeing that.

He showed his other cheek towards Ayansh who repeated the same but a little longer while holding Shivaay's hair in his fist.

“Ahh!” He squealed as Ayansh pulled his hair making Anika chuckle.

Ayana who saw that started hitting Ayansh's hand while cooing something making everyone go awe with that.

“Aww! So much love for Papa now itself” Priyanka told smiling and Shivaay smiled.

“Then what! She's my princess right” Shivaay told and Anika looked at him with an unending smile as she remembered her dad saying the exact same words some years back.

“But that doesn't mean my prince loves me anything less right?” He asked looking at Ayansh as he took him from Anika in his other arm.

“They love you but they love me a little more” Rudra told and Priyanka narrowed her eyes at him.

“They love me more” Priyanka argued and there started their unending argument.

“Let's go. This will go on forever” Shivaay told walking forward and Anika followed him with a chuckle as she knew that he was right.
