You usually use this interjections when you agree to something, in a particular situation.
Example :
A :“哇! 你真有一套!”
A :wà ! nǐ zhēn yǒu yì tào!

You usually say this interjection to show empathy after someone had share a sad news, extra demands at work or school and also difficult circumstances by encouraging themselves to take good care toward theirself.

A :míng tiān nǐ yào qù lún dūn , hǎo hǎo bǎo zhòng zì jǐ 。
A :“Tomorrow you will go to London ,take good care of yourself”

Something turned out differently than previous expectations or experience suggested. For instance, your friend corrected your confusion of the chinese word meaning, someone explains to you different regional style of cooking, etc.

nǐ zài jiā yī zhí zài wán diàn zǐ yóu xì , nǐ yuán lái shì zhè yàng dí 。
So it turns out that you always play games at home.
Or

“Really? Do you know where BTS will be performing concerts? !”

It could mean 'precisely' / 'exactly'
You totally agrees with the person you're talking to. For instance, during a discussion you mention the liking of noodles flavor and he/she suggest sichuan flavor.
Example :

I am Anna's sister

A firm downward tone shows affirmation; a rising tone shows questioning or surprise.
Using these interjections shows that you’re listening attentively without interrupting the other person speaking.

You tried to rephrase what other speaker has spoken ,but in your own words to recheck that you truly understands by rephrasing their main points.
Example :

suǒ yǐ nǐ shì shuō nǐ gēn běn bù zhī dào zhè huí shì ?
So you mean you don't know about this matter at all?
